If this company's work ethic is anything like they way they maintain there work vehicles, I wouldn't use them. There is so much polluting black smoke coming out of there truck that it looks like it's going to catch fire.

I'm not at all surprised at the 1-star rating for this guy.  I would give a negative star if possible.  We needed all new gas lines on our double shotgun.  He came out 3 times, told us we had code violations (which makes sense since they all needed to be completely replaced).  Two of the times he brought another guy who just stood around.  Told us NOLA code required gas heater connections in all rooms, even though we told him we were heating with our HVAC system.  We only wanted to have 2 gas ranges and a water heater connected.  He quoted us $6800 which we thought sounded really high.  Suddenly we were sent an invoice for $973.00 with three line items.  11/10/17  1.) Found code violations made a list of work to do.  12/8/2017  2.) Capped gas meters, went over work with the customer, recommend replacing both lines.   12/13/2017 3.) Went over the job with the customer.  Made estimate of work to do.    So he made a list of work to do in lines 1 & 3, and discusses the project in lines 2 & 3 and then bills us for both and demands payment immediately.  The only actual work seems to be capping the gas meters, but we never authorized this work to be done no estimate provided and don't understand why a meter needs to be capped when the gas is not turned on and hasn't been for years.  I asked for an itemized invoice with time and materials clearly spelled out and was ignored.  When I brought this up with my contractor,  who referred him to us,  and explained that this seems clearly inflated, my contractor basically told me to pay the invoice or he would have to pay out of his own pocket.  When I objected, the contractor told me to find another contractor.  The whole experience seems really shady.  In the end, I used Home Advisor to find a highly rated plumber who came out once, quoted the job and discussed it with me once, didn't charge for his time to do the quote and discuss the job.  The quote was $3600 to do exactly what we asked for in the first place, wasn't told we needed to do things that we didn't need and included permit & inspections and was finished on time.   Double thumbs down on Leon's Plumbing, they are really shady.

My realtor called this company for an extremely minor repair to the bath tub faucet.  The repair was a tiny plastic part that took 20 minutes to install.  We received a bill that simply said $302.  No idea of hourly rate, cost of plastic part or how it could have possibly come to $302.  We asked for clarification and were told they charger $160 per hour.  Even though the repair took 20 minutes, they apparently charged us for their travel to hour home? No idea as they refused to respond to our request for information.
