Overall I give them good ratings. Prefection in life and in plumbing are non-existant. However, the service folks they send out are at least pretty good to good.
On a second call-out to fix a waterleak, the techs overtighened a pvc fitting. The fix lasted for a day, started leaking again.
Ended up contacting another plumbing firm.

This contractor should be avoided. If you got him appointed to you by an insurance company switch him. He seeks out simple jobs.
