Very professional, dependable and friendly workers! They replaced a water heater in less than two hours. Would definitely recommend!!!

Called this company on the day my household goods arrived to hook up my washer and dryer.  Anticipated a few days wait.  Nope!!!  They had two technicians arrive at my house about an hour later!  Not only did they bring the items I needed to hook everything up, they also made sure the washer and dryer was working properly before they left.  It was $125 for that and while it seems steep, having same day service for your washer/dryer hookup DURING a stressful day of moving into a new home while not having to dig out a toolbox, knock your head against the wall because you can't find all the little pieces/parts you need and have to make a trip to Home Depot---priceless.  Worth every penny.   Thanks guys!!

Rarely do you get a plumbing company that goes above and beyond, but these guys do. I called them to fix a leak in my kitchen sink and they arrived in about a half hour. They found my disposal was loose around the top. They  charged me for the service call only. Two days later, it was leaking again so they came back and replaced two parts on the sink around the drain. When I ask how much I owed them, they said no charge. Could not believe they didn't charge me at least  for the parts. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone I know. They were very professional and caring people.

We had a leak under our concrete foundation and our insurance company sent AMC Plumbing & Leak Detection (Memphis, TN) to fix it.....they leak-detected with a jack hammer--two giant holes in our kitchen floor and one in our garage. Also tore up two walls in the kitchen.
They filled the holes in the floor with bumpy, uneven cement. They soaked our homeowner's insurance for over 4,000 dollars.
Then it started leaking again. Evidently they had shaken up and nicked & weakened the pipes so much that it would never be right again, and they refused to take responsibility for it...or honor their warranty. They wanted 6,000 dollars more to fix the mess they created.

We called Southern Plumbing. They said the mess under the foundation was so bad it couldn't be fixed with a warranty; no matter what they did it would spring new leaks.
They quickly re-routed everything with new plumbing. They were polite and professional and cleaned everything up.
All for less than 1,000 dollars.
This was several years ago now, and we haven't had a problem since.
But if I ever have any plumbing problems in the future, I'm calling Southern Plumbing. I don't even care if insurance pays it or not. I'll pay cash if I have to. It's worth every dime.

I have never had the displeasure of having work done by a less honest, more rude, unknowledgeable and lazy plumber. Complete  to diagnose problems. Choose any other company because this one doesn't even show up on Google maps. Probably out of fear of the bad reviews they get.

Crewpros was contracted to repair a window on my home, in 2017. They were paid by the sellers agent to replace this window. The work was never done. I ended up working with warranty, which still had a bill for a rental lift. Crewpros agreed to pay for this lift as they were not paying for the window. They never paid and after calling several times and several emails back and forth, with a promise for payment, they did not.

Purchased a groupon for AC inspection, made an appointment with a 2 hour window. Waited for two hours, called, they said they'd get back to me. Called a half hour later (they didn't call back), they tell me they don't honor Groupons. Why didn't they tell me that before they made the appointment. Or call to tell me before I waited all morning for them? Whether this is their fault or Groupon's, this is terrible customer service, absolute disregard for my time. Will never do business with this company.

My home warranty company chose this company to replace a new hot water tank  in March of this year.  Now in September I need an entire tank replacement. I had to file another claim. This hot water tank is corroded and busted in two places and corroded on the top. I sent pictures to this company but he does not warrant his work. Beware of bad installations.

We had one toilet spring a leak on a Saturday night and another that wasn't working properly for a week.  We called Neighborhood  Plumbing on the following Monday.  They said they'd be out the next day (Tuesday).  The next day they called and said they had some emergency and couldn't come til the next day (Wednesday).  Someone did come Wednesday to check out the toilets to see what they needed.  Said he'd be back the next day (Thursday) with with necessary parts.  He called Thursday and said he had another emergency and couldn't come that day and that he'd call the next day (Friday) to set up a time to come.  Talked to him Friday... said he'd call me right back.  Never called back, never showed up!  By now, it's been 6 days without the use of our most used toilet!!  We are absolutely furious and would certainly not recommend them to anyone!!!
