We needed multiple ceiling fans installed. Our first contact was Karen who answered the phone and was friendly and helpful. Corey was dispatched and couldn't have been more professional, competent and fairly priced.  He had everything installed in less than two hours.

He then asked if there was anything else we needed help with. We had grown frustrated with the electrician sent by our home warranty company who after three visits couldn't solve our electrical issues. We asked him to take a look. Within 10 minutes he had traced the problem and had it fixed.

Highly recommend and will use again.

I've had Tom Watson and company cleaning my HVAC twice a year for 14 years. The same guy comes to the house every time. I finally had to replace a unit and Tom shopped through only the best makes and best warranty to go with them. He doesn't sell you anything he or his guys and gals don't use in their own homes. The install was solid and guys were great. I paid about half of what I was planning to pay, so I didn't have to borrow money to get a new A/C. Awesome biz.

I've used Zip's for remodeling jobs and new construction.  Prices are fair, work is excellent.  Wayne (and his employees)  are very knowledgeable and show up when scheduled. They clean up after themselves leaving a clean work area.

Really great service...i felt odd though that they didn't accept check in person and paying online...i would rather pay in person but everyrhing is electronic payments these days...but in general a very very great service they provided...yes they are busy but they do get the job done. If there was a 6 star rating i would rate that to a 6.

Not only did they come the same day that I called them (I was concerned about a possible electrical fire) but they were polite, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They took care of the issue and didn't charge us a fortune. It was actually cheaper than I could have guessed. Great company and great people. These are the people to call!

Work electrician EVER! Came back a week after his first work day because he did not have enough of the fixtures we ordered and paid for a month in advance. Dropped dozens of screws and garbage all over the yard and driveway and did NOT clean up after themselves. Caused a tenant to have a flat tire and refuses to even acknowledge responsibility. They had to come back another time because the lights all stayed on 24/7 instead of shutting off during the day. He ran out of the right light fixtures and claims he installed a different kind so tenants would not hit it with furniture when they moved, which NEVER happened. The fixture he used instead shines in a tenants window and lights up half their apartment all night long, it is awful. Travis REFUSES to come back and install the fixture we ordered! They were suppose to leave our old bulbs and fixtures but didn't, Travis now claims they left them by the complex dumpster, not by the office or near the store room door where they were working out of so apparently they were thrown away and he refuses to replace them or take any responsibility. Travis also refuses to come back and fix one light fixture that still stays on 24/7. He claims it is cheaper to run the LED light 24/7 then the old light we had. But we do not care, we want the lights off during the day and THAT IS WHAT WE PAID FOR! We never should have paid him before the job was complete. Now we have to take him to court.

Chad came out to give a quote for a Daikin heat pump the other day. Pleasant guy, gave a written proposal leaving out the model # of the unit to be installed, and a few needed details. After talking to him again over the phone and verbally agreeing to the work which would be paid in cash. (That means a check in the real world.) He sent a text that read: My owner would like as much cash as you can when install the unit for the discount cuts down on his taxes. I called him back to clarify what he meant. He meant cash. I actually agreed to give part of it in cash. When I hung up I realized what a stupid agreement that was.

After talking to someone who used their services in the past who Chad said they also paid part of their bill in cash. This person said that in no way did they pay cash. They called Charlie who they have delt with in the past to tell him what happened. Charlie called back today to say: You don't have to worry about paying cash. I said: Really?, No kidding! He went on to say: We don't work that way. That didn't do anything to build confidence in any of them. The owner also called and left a msg. I did not call him back.

I cancelled the appointment.

I know of other people have had success with them. They may be a fine company, just not for me.
