I just had the most wonderful experience getting an attic fan installed by Terrell Lemons Owner/Contractor With Better Days Contractor Services.  He worked flawlessly with my warranty company and installed a virtually silent fan.  It is working great cooling my attic.  He and his assistant were pleasant, polite and answered all my questions.  Terrell even made me a video of the new fan working so I did not have to get up in the attic.  He will be the first person I will call for any services I need.  I will also refer my friends and neighbors to him.

Best electrician in town.  Call for quick response and even better service.  Todd knows electric!

I never leave reviews but if honest electricians are as hard to find as honest mechanics these days then give Ace a call. I called late in the afternoon and didn't leave a message but got a call back less than 30 minutes later from Tony himself. He came by on his way home after finishing up a job in the area. Then, instead of taking advantage of our naïveté on the issues we were having and recommending a potential costly repair he let us know the deal we thought we'd gotten on LED bulbs online was most likely the culprit. He talked through several options on some elective upgrades we were interested in and gave us a very fair estimate with the option to call back and schedule the work after trying to solve our initial problem with the correct bulbs. Really appreciate him taking the time to not only show up after hours on the same day I called but having the patience and good ol boy personality to help us understand our situation and put our minds at ease on our options moving forward.

Maybe great but we wouldn't know.  Waited a week for an appointment then they never showed.  Never called.  Not the kind of customer service we want to mess with.

Our service person's name was Les and he was great. He showed up on time, worked through the morning, took a short (30 minute) off-site lunch break and came back to complete his work later this afternoon.  Les was very professional, knowledgable and was able to get all the things completed on the estimate, as well as completed a few extra repairs that we're on the initial estimate, all why keeping true to the initial estimate for work completed.

We had the following things completed:
a. Replace missing receptacle cover in kitchen.
b. Repair open ground in receptacle in garage.
c. Replace missing light switch cover in main attic access.
d. Repair loose receptacle in laundry room.
e. Rework power in furnace closet
f. Repair receptacle in south bedroom with no power.
g. Repair 2-pin receptacle in hall with no power.
h. Repair receptacle in dining room with no power.
i. Repair lose receptacle in breakfast area.
j. Repair open ground on north exterior receptacle.
k. Repair loose receptacle in master bathroom.
l. Repair (4) loose receptacles in master bedroom.
m. Rewire GFCI in restroom.
n. Repair junction boxes on back wall of garage.

Les answered all my questions and explained what he was doing as he went along. I would definitely hire Metroplex Electric again in the future!

I needed a couple outlets and a basic light fixture added to an attic. We agreed on a window for someone to come out and provide an estimate.

They never showed up.

I called. They apologized and rescheduled.

The kids who showed up to do the estimate seemed disinterested, were almost entirely non-communicative, and barely even looked at what I needed done. They said they'd send an estimate and they left, never to be heard from again.

Let's not waste each other's time. If you don't want my business that's fine--just say so and I'll find someone who does.
