Needed three toilets on three different floors. He was quick to come and provide his service at such a reasonable price. Would definitely use him again for future needs.

When our shower head pipe broke off behind the wall, we got no answer and no callback for days from two previously trusted plumbers. Then I found Joseph Rose's great reviews online. I was shocked when someone picked up the phone late on a Saturday afternoon and scheduled a plumber for that Tuesday. (It wasn't an emergency.) Ethan was able to fix the problem in less than 1/2 hour without cutting into the wall, which we had expected. He also added some missing caulking and even replaced our shower head with one he had in his truck, all within the one-hour labor cost. And he couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful.

Note:  We did have to wait 4 hours from the scheduled arrival time, but he called to tell us he had an emergency job and asked if we wanted him to show up in the evening or the next day. We chose the evening. Of course, we weren't happy about the extra wait. But afterwards, we realized we'd rather wait a few hours for an excellent plumber who responds quickly to emergency calls. That could be us someday!

We have had terrible luck with plumbing services; either vastly overpriced or unreliable and neglectful. Wes from RTP was honest about when he could be here, responsive to texts and updates, finished in less than hour (even with leaving to pick up parts) and very reasonably priced.

I would do zero stars if I could figure out how to do it. I tried to stop my check on these clowns but they beat me to the bank. I had a leak coming from under the toilet. After they came the leak wouldn't go away. The next day I am sustaining heavy water damage in the bathroom and the hallway. They come by again and can't find the leak. The under of my floor is flooding so I hire a service that specializes in leak detection. They find the leak in 5 minutes. IT'S THE WATER HEATER. WHAT KIND OF CLOWN PLUMBERS DON'T CHECK THE WATER HEATER WHEN THERE IS A LEAK?!

Bottom line is Lane Plumbing can come and replace my floor to avoid a lawsuit. If you value your house, stay away from this company - they're clowns.

This is the best plumbing company we have ever dealt with! They are prompt, explain the problem and fix the issue quickly. We had an emergency with a broken valve from the water meter causing us to turn off the water to the house for 2 1/2 days. My husband called Blanchard to see if they could repair it.  We didn't know if they could do it of if we had to call an irrigation repair company.

They came out within 2 hours, went and got the parts needed and made the repair for a very reasonable fee. We have never been so happy to have running water! No more buckets of water from the neighbors!

The plumber from the Art of Plumbing has caused a water leak in the house. We had one of their plumbers to fix and replace the bathtub spout on 9/13th. A few days later, we noticed watermark and damage on the ceiling below the bathroom where the work was done. The plumber did not fix the issue but they have made it worse. I called the plumber from a come back and fix the issue. However, the plumber was very unprofessional over the phone and blamed the problem on the homeowner and threaten to charge more for the water leak which was caused by the plumber.

As a customer, this is very unexceptable and I do not recommend this service to anyone.

We had several plumbers over to our house to quote a bathroom renovation and was either turned down (by 2) or given an outrageous quote.  Legacy came in gave a fair estimate and had the job done in a professional and timely manner.  I can't say enough good things about these guys.  After dealing with many repair companies recently and bad customer service or incompetent people, Legacy Plumbing gave me hope that there are great companies still out there!  Thanks Chris and team :)

We needed to troubleshoot some plumbing issues in our house that we purchased in 2018 (wobbly toilet, leaking bathtub faucet, shower leaking into downstairs kitchen ceiling) and contacted Lester's from Yelp on the recommendation of a family member. Brandon contacted me as soon as next day to discuss the items we were looking to have fixed. Each correspondence was personable, professional, prompt, and flexible as there were many times I could not speak on the phone so texting was offered as backup option. I appreciated the regular communication and even the ETA notifications prior to each arrival. Each step of the process was thoroughly discussed in detail and further clarification was quickly provided when requested. Even while working in the house on our plumbing issues, their work was not a distraction and was barely noticed. I am incredibly impressed by the service provided by Lester's and would recommend them highly to friends and family!

I called Cary Plumbing to fix an issue with my toilet solely based on Yelp reviews.  It's just my luck to have a less than favorable experience with this company.  They had to come out 3 separate times to fix something that was seemingly simple - a toilet that wouldn't flush.  Long story short, it took two calls to a supervisor and a total of 3 visits to get it working properly.

We've used Roman several times for issues in our home.  He is always available and is prompt, efficient, and his rates are extremely reasonable.  We highly recommend him if you're looking for a great, professional plumber without busting your budget!  He also stands by his work which is top-notch.

Mike is freaking fantastic! I had a handful of issues and guests visiting. He came out at 8pm on a holiday and fixed everything. He was super nice, honest, gave me an amazing price, and gave me instructions on how to fix some of the things for myself. I will def use him again!

I need to have a hot water heater replaced and wasn't happy with the service or estimate from the first plumber that came out. I reached out to Mo Flow based on the recommendation of a friend and I'm so glad I found him. He was quick to respond, efficient and the communication was great. Thankful to have found a great plumber in the area!

Two times I used this service they called to say they were running late. The first time they said they could come later that day so I said fine. Then they called back later that day to say they couldn't come at all. The second time I made an appointment they called to say they were running late again so I cancelled and never used them again.

They needed to order a part for me. They said it would be in on Monday (this was Thursday). It didn't come in for over two weeks. When they set up a time to come install it, they literally never showed up. I didn't get a call or anything.  The whole process was a struggle just for a leaky bathroom tub faucet.

Save yourself some time and go elsewhere.

This company is wonderful.  We have, unfortunately, have had to call them multiple times.  They are on time, do excellent work, and the office staff is friendly and helpful.  We have never had a problem with scheduling or pricing.

Professional. Picked up the phone 6:30 in the evening, easy to schedule. Way easier than the 3 other leak detection services I tried to call.

I called 2 1/2 hours after my scheduled appointment for a gas line install. I was told my appointment had been rescheduled to the next business day, a federal holiday when I would be out-of-town. No phone call, message, nothing. I think rescheduling requires the customer to know that the appointment won't be kept and to agree to the new proposed date and time. Perhaps I expect too much.

They were qyick and professional. My only issue with them is they're extremely difficult to contact. If an appointment needed to be changed, they would never know as nobody answers their phone.

I called Blantons to come and look at my tankless hot water heater that wasn't giving out hot water. When I called, they told me there would be a $116 service charge and then possible charge if something needed to be fixed. Of course, I understand that.
The technician comes out to my house, takes a look at water heater, breaks a lever on the box next to water heater. Connects a loose wire. Technician was there less than 40 minutes. Then he comes around with his invoice and he charges me $360 for diagnostics. Never told me prior to doing anything that it would cost this much. My total was $417, for less than 40 minutes of work. He also put in the invoice that he diagnosed the problem for 45 minutes and then took 30 more minutes to fix. Not true, I have it on my cameras and I stayed with technician the whole time.
I paid the bill because I didn't know what else to do. I immediately called the company to speak to them about this matter, was asked how much I think I should have to pay. Then was told that the manager said I shouldn't have paid and he can't give refund now that I have already paid but he would give $50 credit.. no thanks! I asked to speak to the manager and he conveniently just left to go to the field, he was supposed to call me by end of day and surprise.. he never did.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. Terrible customer service and seems like they adjust their prices based on what they think they can get away with.

Slow to respond(36 hours?), provided no details and said he was booked for this time even though I had no timeline. Don't waste your time. Seems like a dead profile.

completely incompetent.  to the point, they don't even try to seem legitimate.  this is a scam operation.  run, don't walk away...
