Lansen fixed my toilet on a Friday night. He arrived quickly and completed the work quickly. I'd tried calling different 24/7 service, but their dispatch never got back to me. I highly recommend Lansen and I'll call him again for any future issues.

The owner kept me on the phone for 50 minutes when I called to set up an appt for him to come give me an estimate.  We set a date and time....no one showed up, no call, no text,  no email.  Wasted my time on a long phone call and wasted time that I'd taken off of work for the appt.

We noticed our toilet was leaking onto are hardwood floor and needed a plumber to come out fast. They were there in a few hours and the price was really fair! We have used them since and they are always good. Highly recommend.

Had an extreme dripping problem in my shower. A gallon of water in less then a couple hours! My husband found legacy pluming from Angie's list and asked for someone to come. A gentleman arrived the next day. He replaced the washer and explained since my home is so old with old valves. Those need to be replaced eventually. Then said NO CHARGE for replacing the washer!!! I asked him just to make sure are you sure there is no charge? The kind man said no mam...no charge at all. Just call us when you are ready to replace the old valves. Having pluming issues during the upcoming holidays while trying to keep a budget for Christmas...this was an awesome early gift! he said there IS a little drip but as I went back to check, I couldn't tell. When tax refund comes, definitely going to call them back. Not for the free service but for honest, quality and great customer care.

I had an appointment with Brandon.  He did not show up at the appointed time and did not call.  I called him 90 minutes after the appointed time to find out when he would be coming and left a message on VM.  I have never heard from him.  Totally unreliable.  Deserves 0 stars.

Wow, what lack of expertise, professionalism, and customer service! Long story short, I called them to fix a leak and an odor in the bathroom. The leak only got fixed after their second visit, and the odor never got fixed even after their fourth visit, and they charged me more than double what it should have cost on their first visit.

When I called them about the second invoice, I had to explain my situation three times over 2 days only to be told that if I do not pay the invoice, they will pass it along to the collection services. I have had many bad experience with plumbers, but this was by far the worst.

By the way, I reached out to a friend who had some experience in pipe fitting, and he was able to identify and resolve the odor issue within an hour.

I highly recommend R & S Plumbing. I called Roman for a bathroom sink repair, and he gave me an estimate over the phone of what the repair would run. We set a time for him to do the work and he showed up on time. I like that he took his shoes off without my having to ask. After repairing the sink, he told me that my water pressure seemed way too high. He checked it out and found that I had a cracked pressure release valve and that my water pressure was 100+. He replaced the valve, set the water pressure to a safe level and actually came in UNDER his estimated price. First time that's ever happened to me! I will call Roman for all my plumbing needs.

My garbage disposal crapped out so I called Michael Clough of Durham Plumbing Services at my sister's recommendation. He returned my call right away, quoted a very fair price, and came out two days later with a new Insinkerator. It took about 15 minutes to install. He and his assistant wore masks due to Covid and took all precautions. I was very pleased and will call him again soon for water heater replacement.

I've used Mo Flo twice so far and have been extremely happy with their service. Timely, professional, friendly and very reasonable! Definitely my go to reliable plumber! A++

Two times I used this service they called to say they were running late. The first time they said they could come later that day so I said fine. Then they called back later that day to say they couldn't come at all. The second time I made an appointment they called to say they were running late again so I cancelled and never used them again.

They needed to order a part for me. They said it would be in on Monday (this was Thursday). It didn't come in for over two weeks. When they set up a time to come install it, they literally never showed up. I didn't get a call or anything.  The whole process was a struggle just for a leaky bathroom tub faucet.

Save yourself some time and go elsewhere.

Thanks to Schwartz Plumbing for their quick response time to a running shower/tub that would not turn off. I had to shut the water off to the entire house. The problem needed to be addressed quickly! I called several other places that offered same-day service, but no one could come out. I called Schwartz and someone was at my house within four hours and had the problem fixed in just 30 minutes.  I was also able to pay over the phone and was immediately emailed a receipt.

i live in cary nc. i called this group because i needed someone to check my property for leaks. This group came highly recommended to be a local plumber. I contacted this group to discuss my need. Their return call was next day which is ok. i discussed with them that the city was telling me that potential water leak was not on my property but probably on the city side. Having discussed with this group, we made an appt. I called to confirm the appointment the day before they were to show up. They noted that maybe the other plumber in this group had this info about an appointment but that they would be out to my house at the arranged time. They even agreed to call me to give me time to get to my house from my daily work location.
Even though the initial cost of this effort was 450.00, i agreed that this work needed to be done so that, if there was a leak, the city would come out and repair the leak. Once the group showed up, on time, they informed that they were not permitted to test for the leak on the city water line. We had discussed and agreed on this work ahead of time. time spent; 20 minutes. And i was charged 150.00 for their travel time. And the leak problem still exists. So back to the city.
I am unhappy with this organization and would not recommend them. My expectation was for them to help me find the leak. And the discussion was for them to see if the leak was on the city waterline that feeds into my property. Because this waterline belonged to the city, they were not able to test. So, this is fine. they should have told me in discussion and setting up the appt that they were not able to help.   Poor communication. And i get to pay for it.

I called 2 1/2 hours after my scheduled appointment for a gas line install. I was told my appointment had been rescheduled to the next business day, a federal holiday when I would be out-of-town. No phone call, message, nothing. I think rescheduling requires the customer to know that the appointment won't be kept and to agree to the new proposed date and time. Perhaps I expect too much.

I'm having my new washer and dryer installed tomorrow but realize that the last guys that installed my machine vet put the wall box around the plumbing in place. Well Lowe's installers can't do that so I had to call in Progressive Service Company for same day installation so tomorrow Lowe's could install the washer. You had to see what it looked like before. A giant cut out of the drywall with some insulation just stuffed in it!!!  Progressive had to redo some of the plumbing which wasn't even done correctly, had to basically remove everything and redo it right. It costs a bit but it's fine 100% right now. Aaron (the plumber) told me that he personally stands behind his work. They 100% guarantee it! I'm never going with another plumbing company ever. Aaron was professional, polite, and even though he had to go to the store to pick up parts twice ( the idiots before him didn't use the right stuff) he was prompt, and courteous and even let me know when he was going to solder that the smoke alarm my set off. Bring that I have kids with Autism and sound sensitivity I was totally appreciative of the working. Great plumber, great service, amazing personal guarantee! ***** five stars. I would highly recommend Aaron.

Jason Hogg, the technician came out to my house on a Saturday to put in a shower/tub faucet. He had to cap off the pipes so he could come back to do the install on Monday. He scheduled the appointment and told me he would be back on Monday at 10am. I called Monday at 8am to ask for a detailed bill,  which by the way they do NOT provide. They told me I didn't have an appointment. Turns out someone didn't do their job I was not on the list. Long story short, no plumber ever came to fix my shower. Cody and Brandon the dispatchers did not follow-up with me to let me know they were late and may not be able to come. Finally at 5:15 I called them back again and was told no one would be coming. And they do NOT schedule a time for arrival for a service call.
The one star is for the amazing ladies who answer the phones!

Slow to respond(36 hours?), provided no details and said he was booked for this time even though I had no timeline. Don't waste your time. Seems like a dead profile.

I have used the services provided by Michael and Son for the past two years. Generally, their technicians we're polite and knowledgeable about their work, although, there were two whom I asked that they not send again. I recently had two projects estimated and decided to move forward with them. I was told that the plumbing job would start 8-12. Plumber called around one and said he was over booked and did not know if he would be able to finish the job today. Called office and they were kind of snarky. Heard them calling my name in background and laughing. Maybe this is a call center? They have no idea what's going on. I received a quote on the electrical job but they said the guy who did the quote was no longer with them and they would have to send someone else to make sure what he surveyed was right. I had already agreed to the work previously quoted so what was the problem? Plumber arrives and says it's a day and a halfs work. Not my problem either. In the meantime I have to call off my kitchen install for another week (everything torn out to the studs already). This is not good customer service. Don't let all their syrupy and insincere courtesy  sway you. They &@$# up like everyone else. And all they've got to offer for it is an apology.
