We had a leak in our basement washer hook ups and faucet. L & C responded to my yelp request within 10 mins. I sent pictures via text. Mike came to do the job, was prompt, cordial, and honored the price quoted. He had no issues navigating our old pipes (our house is almost 100 years old), also changed our outdoor spigot, also gave us a one year warranty. Extremely happy to have found a reliable plumber!

I have used several contractors in the past for home renovations but none of them have been as proficient as Rogelio. This round of work included ceiling and floor molding, setting up a bathroom exhaust, fireplace work, paint and sparkle work. Across-the-board everything was done excellent. The reason (in the past) I continued to use different contractors is because perhaps my expectations were too high and I was unsatisfied but in this case my expectations were met. I almost forgot to mention that his prices were also cheaper than all of the competitors I brought in. He exceeded my expectations at a fair cost. Try him, I doubt you will be disappointed.

Very responsive and easy to schedule - the time from initial quote request to service was just a few hours (on a Saturday).  Resolved my toilet issue quickly at a very reasonable rate (replaced feed valve and flapper) and the tech was friendly and professional.  Would definitely recommend ESP despite there only being a few reviews up here so far - guessing that will change soon!

I made an appointment with Tom  on a Wednesday, told me they will come Friday at 10am but no calls from  them not able to come in because of their
busy schedule. I reserved the day and time but at least  give a call ahead of time if you cannot make it .

I usually don't write reviews, but i am very happy with the service. I had a blocked kitchen sink. I Called Roto rooter first, but they tried to get clog out and couldn't after one try. They said your pipes are probably filled that they will need to be most likely replaced, and gave me a number to another plumber. I was recommended by a friend to all American. I was a little worried since they said they would have to try to snake it to. I figured I would get the same answer as I did from roto rooter, but since they can do major work like changing the pipes behind the walls, I went ahead. Mike and Jose came and didn't give up until they found the clog. Mike explained everything they were doing and didnt give up until they found the problem. I wish i called them first. They even cleaned up after. Thanks again

It's not often that someone tells you that you don't need to pay them.

I called Frank with an issue and he did some troubleshooting with me on the phone. After going through the steps, Frank told me that pipes were probably not clogged and the issue had a different solution. He recommended I call someone else to fix this issue

I've been searching for a plumber for at least a month to help tie up some loose ends that a previous contractor wasn't able to complete. The plumber who was originally supposed to do the job tried to reschedule last minute and left me in the lurch as I'd already rearranged my schedule to have my plumbing done a specific day. Fortunately I found Frank who gave me a reasonable estimate within a day and who was able to accommodate my schedule and requirements.

Frank showed up on time, fully prepared, and got straight to work. While I'm quite sure some difficulties with the job popped up, he quietly handled them to make sure that ultimately, the job got done and done well. He cleaned up, did a neat plumbing job and left my apartment in fully working order.

Frank is honest, responsive, flexible, and accommodating. After reviewing at least 3-4 plumbers and having the last one bail on me, Frank came in at the ready. It's time consuming and difficult finding a fairly priced, direct, and honest contractor in general, so I'm very grateful that I was able to find Frank. I had a few minor plumbing issues (a deteriorating undersink water filtration system, a loose kitchen faucet, and a shower head that was clogged and blocking the flow of water).  I called Columbus Plumbing and they connected me with Jason from American Airtech.  The first day Jason ended up on a job that went overtime, so he couldn't make it to my house.  (I understand that those are the breaks sometimes!). We re-scheduled for the next morning,  Jason was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and boy does he know his stuff and love his work.  It turned out that I needed a new water filtration system and a new shower head.  He took pictures of them and emailed the pics to his supply house.  We set up another appointment for today.  Jason brought the new items this morning and installed them for me.  The water filtration system was a bit trickier to match up with my existing hardware than he anticipated.  He made 2 trips to my nearby hardware store to get the right materials!  He quickly installed both items.  His work is excellent and the cost reasonable.  I highly recommend!
