Commercial and residential.  We have used Gust Plumbing for 20 years.   They are dependable, honest, and fair priced.  We don't use anyone else because they are so good.  I highly recommend them for any plumbing projects.

Our sink was clogged and I was unable to clear the drain myself. I called Ron the Sewer Rat late in the day and the were out the next day mid day. Jere was able to complete the job in short order and was a very nice, friendly visitor to our home. He cleaned up well. I highly recommend Ron and Jere's services.

Having an unnatural spring - bubbling up in your front yard and flooding into the street - is not a good way to start the day. It turned out that our water line from the street into the house had broke and, according to a city Water Dept employee who came out, we needed a new line.

Out of the seven companies I contacted, only two returned my emails or phone call. Ron from Minneapolis & Suburban Sewer & Water was one of them (and certainly the nicest and most generous).

Ron came out to my house to assess, educate, and advise. I could immediately tell that he was full of integrity and genuinely interested in me getting the best time line and solution to my major water issue ... even if that meant me selecting a competitor. He walked me through my options - clearly laying out pros and cons within the context of my needs, which he actually inquired about - and didn't make any promises he couldn't keep.

Up until his crew did the work, Ron was in constant contact with me. The crew hit some unexpected challenges while doing the work and, just like Ron, were patient in holding my hand through the options. It's clear that everyone associated with Minneapolis & Suburban Sewer & Water knows the best practices of managing water and understands the long-term implications of any decision.

I was impressed with the speed and quality of their work. the knob on the bathtub broke, i bought the part and tried to fix it, but there was a bad leak, so I called Neighborhood Plumbing. They come out the next day. As they got out of their truck they said it would cost 250.00 without even looking at the knob, they weren't even in the house. Within in 15 minutes they said they had fix it, but it still was leaking, not as bad, but still leaking. All said and done they said it would cost me a 1000.00 dollars to get it to stop leaking. They were unprofessional, when I tried to ask a question their reply was this is the only way to fix it. They took my money and left. I would not spend the 1000.00 to fix the problem. So it cost me 250.00 for 15 minutes and no parts. I did call the main manager, he is working on the problem but no results as of this time.

I was in  desperate need of a plumber and I checked around, called a few places, deciding on Aqua City Plumbing.  They were kind and very helpful on the phone so we made an appointment for the same day. They called before they got here and they were on time.  Brandon was my plumber. He was so quick and thorough, he was done in a jiffy!  Kudos to Brandon and Aqua City Plumbing.  I can't thank you enough!  Plus the price was unbelievably reasonable. I will use them again! I have mixed feelings about Ike's, the gentleman we've had to our house twice was more than kind, professional, and explained everything that he was doing. However, he didn't really get to the route of our issue and when we notified them they were a less than professional with us.

I called a few companies and Barnes said they could fix our kitchen faucet a day later than I'd hoped, but still within the week. Sad to say, the guy showed up to fix the faucet and first said his office hadn't said anything about a faucet. Then he said he didn't have parts but that I could hunt down the parts myself, or that he could sell me a new faucet starting at about $300. He blamed their very nice secretary for not asking me enough questions. They don't stock the parts (they only carry parts for 2 brands, not even including Kohler). I'm disappointed, and hope that others have a better experience.

My husband and I have called on the Cities1 guys sev times.  Once for plumbing (a water heater) and most recently furnace/AC.  They stand by their work and I especially appreciate that they explain (in regular people terms) what's happening and what options we have so we could make an educated decision.  Love those guys - hard working.

Several friends recommended Dad's. A toilet in my house was running on and the shutoff valve at the wall was stuck, so the only way I could keep it from running was to shut off the water supply to the whole house! Pretty inconvenient. Within hours of my call Dad's sent out a couple of guys who replaced the warped flapper that was causing the leak, and also fixed the line to a bidet attachment in another bathroom that hadn't been working right.

There is something weird about their phone. They list two numbers on their website. I can't remember which one worked, but the first one I tried went to some weird answering system that wanted me to jump through hoops to reach them. I hung up and tried the second number and got through right away. So have a bit of patience, try both numbers, and you'll get good service.

Overly priced for the work done. Also charge a fee to just come out 100 Yikes! Don't seem very customer friendly from my experience with them.I won't use again

No idea of the quality of this service as they never showed up for my scheduled tune up appointment. I waited over 2 weeks for an appointment and when the person didn't show up I called them.  First I was told I had the wrong date. I did not have the wrong date.  They called me back and said they had to reschedule my appointment but had FORGOTTEN TO CALL ME.  We had cleaned out the furnace room and were awaiting the results of the inspection to determine if we could do another home improvement or if we'd need a new furnace in the near future.  They REALLY caused problems for us by doing this!  I wouldn't waste my time with this company as they are obviously unreliable and have little concern for anyone's schedule other than their own. There are better providers out there who will put their customers first.

Made an appointment with this company the said they  were booked out for 11 days.  Jim Anderson  called way past his appointment time of 8 AM at 10:30 am saying he was having trouble with his truck and he would be here in a hour. Jim arrived around noon and he says he needed a longer hose and a permit from the city and that he would be back this afternoon. Jim never came back or called .So I Called the city and he hadn't got the permit or every been there. I left a message for him after 4 pm and he never called back. Jim finally calls the next day and says  his pump is broke and he would call when it was fixed. I told him no thanks and we would find someone else. We called a different  sewer Co. and they came out the day same.
