It's 12 am on Christmas Eve and ADAM from clean plumbers just left my house. Had a leak from my toilet and he fixed it and went the extra mile to make certain things were good. I can't say enough great things about this guy. I will be calling his manager when they officially open for business hours to tell them what an allstar employee they got working for them. Soooo thankful that I was fortunate to have him working on my problems. Won't call the other guys because these guys are all anybody will ever need. Hate that I had to have anybody come out on Christmas Eve but glad I called and got Adam. He was polite, he was knowledgeable, he was courteous, he worked really hard, he did the job right and he checked to make sure there was no problems before he left. Totally a great experience!!!

I called on a holiday weekend, and even at night. Paul came out right away, was super friendly and got everything taken care of. Felt like a totally reasonable price to me, and the cost was clear up front. He even fixed another little thing I hadn't noticed, just to be helpful. Will absolutely call again! Made a stressful situation far less so.

Had an issue with a clogged main drain pipe on the weekend and called for help. They were here within the 2 hour window they promised to be here and within 90 minutes our problem was resolved. Great, friendly, professional and clean work done by Tony. We've used The Clean plumber on 2 other issues and we've always been more than satisfied with their work.
I fell onto the toilet in the middle of the night breaking the tank attached to the toilet. I asked for the ADA approved toilet. It was what I thought extremely expensive though. Service was great and installed.
My landlord found this company on Angie's List and called them because one of my toilets wasn't flushing. A technician came out the same day I talked to them. Paul Rahn was my service technician, and he was great! He explained to me what was wrong in a way I could understand, was polite, and kept me updated on the progress while my toilet was being replaced. He wore booties in the house so his shoes wouldn't get the floor dirty. He observed a dead snake outside my front door, and knowing I hate snakes, he removed it for me! I'm grateful to have a working toilet again! Thanks Paul!
Showed up on time - had me take a picture of the problem and send it to them so the person coming would be prepared and bring the right parts.. Did not try to upsell me like the last three people I had come look at it, and didn't try to tell me they needed to rip the entire bathroom apart to do it. After the pictures were sent they showed up and did the job THAT DAY, unlike the other companies I had that tried to make me pay for two visits. Also charged 1/3 of the price quoted by other companies. Polite, prompt, and honest. Great work!
We scheduled a week in advance to have Philip Maurici - clean plumber - come to the house to reconnect the garbage disposal, drain lines and faucet assembly after having a new countertop and sink installed on Friday. We made expressly clear that due to the restrictions imposed by our HOA that service technicians would not be allowed to enter the community after 4 pm and we needed our kitchen for the weekend. The plumber was supposed to arrive at 2. Called to get status at 2:30. Finally got an operator at 4:11 pm. We were told that they were very sorry but soonest the could come back would be Monday. Very disappointed. We hired someone else within minutes to be here Saturday. Never dealing with these clowns again.

edit: 7/11/2022 - I spoke to Paul who was very apologetic for the situation. They have agreed to resolve things going forward and gave me a direct number to call in the future. Doesn't resolve the issue we had, but certainly lets me know that they wanted to acknowledge and take care of any issues I had.

I had somewhat of a strange case for using The Clean Plumbers. I had a plumber I trusted that I was using through another home repair company. It turns out that he was their only plumber and he quit! The company I trust was referring their plumbing jobs to The Clean Plumbers until they could hire a new plumber. I know that they would only refer to a quality company. I did some quick research and liked what I saw about The Clean Plumbers. They are affiliated with the Better Business Bureau and have an A+ record. They also have been in business for decades. My tech showed up when he was supposed to. He wore a mask while inside and was quite efficient. I had a repair that was covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Even though The Clean Plumbers didn't install the equipment it wasn't an issue that I wasn't paying for the repair. I feel I actually got a plumber upgrade because The Clean Plumbers are available 24/7 for emergencies. I hope I don't need to make use of that but it's nice to know it's available.
Thank you for sending your racist plumber to my house today. I just loved listening to him speak horribly of Muslims, Blacks, Mexicans, and immigrants. His exclamation that Democrats are ISIS sympathizers. I also really enjoyed Phillip, the service manager who yelled that he would remove his plumber right now (like it was a threat?) and then hung up on me. I suppose he supports his plumber's racist views. I will be contacting the media. You people are disgusting. By the way, the bumper sticker that your plumber saw on my car that read MY DOG IS A REPUBLICAN should not have prompted him to assume the owner is.
They were able to get plumbers to my house on the day I called. They were upfront about costs. That's the kind of plumber service that one hopes for.
My water softener up and died and spilled a ton of resin into all of my pipes. All the water turned orange. I called a couple other places, but they were busy and recommended Maurici Plumbing. Thank goodness they were able to send two plumbers to my house to clear out all the resin.
I called at about 3:45 PM. By 4:30 PM, they were there, and they spent the next 3 hours going through my whole house and flushing out pipes and replacing jammed toilet parts (that resin is crazy). They were nice and polite. They explained the final bill to me and gave me advice about other plumbing issues.
I was very happy with the service I received and can happily recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber.
The Clean Plumbers came out and gave an estimate for a big sewage pipe replacement job, after starting the job there was an obstacle and the job could not be completed however Paul helped us solve our problem at no charge and connected us with someone who had the equipment to get what we needed done without having to remodel the bathroom to get the plumbing fixed!!! They are very good and honest company and they have been family owned and in Tampa fir a long time. Great company!
We have used this company every time we have a plumbing issue. They are courteous and do great work. Recently we had a small leak, and I called to setup an appointment for a day or two later. We got a call when the tech was on his way. As always, he left the work area very clean and fixed our issues. I'm definitely a fan and recommend them for your plumbing needs.
They were upfront about costs. That's the kind of plumber service that people appreciate. Outstanding customer service and quick response to time, John and Paul Jr. were efficient, thorough and polite. Will definitely use them again.

My guests called me on a Saturday afternoon stating that water is coming up from the toilets and the tubs throughout the house!!. I called around to several plumbers in the Tampa Bay area as this was an EMERGENCY SITUATION!! I called Maurici Plumbing and Jorge was dispatched to my home. He was about an hour and a half away but reassured me that he will take good care of my home and my guests. Jorge arrived 30 minutes early and knew exactly what to do. He started on the outside and snaked the entire exterior line. After the water went down, his knowledge did not stop there. He gave me his synopsis of what he believed caused the back up and proceeded to cut down my piping the way that it should be (ground level) and place a cap on it. Jorge was very friendly (although I knew he was tired), clean, efficient, and the price was fair for the emergency Saturday catastrophe. Special thanks to Ms. Val and Jorge for making my guests feel special and for the quick/clean work, and not hurting my pocket in the process. I will definitely call you and recommend your Company in the future. God bless.

Jorge, our technician, did an outstanding plumbing job! He was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. We outlined all of the items that required work, he provided us with an estimate, and we agreed on pricing and work to be performed. And with my Angie's List coupon, we saved an additional $31 which brought the actual cost lower than his estimate! Without hesitation, we highly recommend using The Clean Plumbers!
Total rip-off!!! Charged an outrageous amount to change a shower cartridge!! We could have purchased a new shower set!!!

We called Maurici /Clean Plumbers for 2 separate issues - a toilet in December 2021 and a Water Heater in January 2022.
Pros:
They can usually get to you in a 2-3 days time. (With all going on in the world, many places are taking weeks to get back to you so I'm appreciative of their relatively quick turnaround tie.)
Their call fee is around $60 or less.
They are relatively quick at their work and generally come on time.
They do assign a set time instead of the dreaded 8-12 cable time frame shtick. They came late on the second job due to car trouble, but called us to let us know.
All workers were courteous and answered all our questions.
Cons
If you have older appliances/plumbing, it seems like they often nudge you towards a new item even if the old one can be fixed. On both jobs, we replaced a toilet and was $540 approx and a new water heater for $1500.
While the heater was a necessity to have replaced, I'm a bit skeptical that the toilet needed. Also, my Dad had wanted a longer , more oval shaped toilet , but the plumber basically brought one that was only minimally different than the older one.
Their prices a little higher for certain jobs compared to others we have used in the past. They were a little less than Cornerstone but more than others.
Overall:
If you have a plumbing problem needed to be resolved quickly, I would recommend them as they are fast and reliable.
Called to have someone come out to replace my water heater with a tankless water heater. I had to leave a message. Did someone call me back? Nope. I guess that's how they stay so clean. They don't work. Good luck to you Clean Plumbers.
This was a second trip to our home to see what may have been causing blockage in our pipes since we have bubbling sounds in our toilets. The plumber (Adam) advised that it could be something in the main line on the first trip. We had him come back out in an attempt to fix the problem so he did the camera on the main line to figure out what was causing the blockage. There was gunk and buildup based on the camera view and said jetting would fix the problem but they don't provide that service. He charged us $551 and went about his business m. This would've been a good disclaimer upfront to the homeowner. I now have to call another plumbing company to do the jetting.

The tech was on time and very professional. The work was done as quoted and I think the charge was within acceptable range. This is the second time I have had the Clean Plumber's. Will call them again.
So Jorge (George) show up. My teenager had done something to the plumbing and the water would NOT turn off.
I had used this company and others before. It was a situation of who could get there. When I called, Jorge was sent out.
Well, Jorge was not only clean he was fast efficient and he FIXED my plumbing tool. He did not suggest (I won't discuss who has done this before- focus on the positive) to replace it with the fixture he has in his truck. I do not like upselling.
I was charged a very fair service fee, he came and went and was extremely pleasant and informative when he was there.
It was just a great experience all the way around. What a well-run, courteous and fairly priced plumber.
I can't say enough good things about this company.
