I had a water heater emergency and an unusual size water heater that both Lowes and Home Depot told me would need to be special ordered and take two weeks to arrive. I found MD service plumbing and they were not only able to get me the exact water heater I needed the same day, but they were able to get it to my house in an hour from when they called (as promised) and I had hot water again within a couple hours AND at a much better price than both Lowes and Home Depot (they also didn't charge me $200 for working in a crawl space and I was able to get an even larger water heater than Lowes and Home Depot quoted me for a lower price). I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism, punctuality, price, and most of all their timely service in my time of need. They were very considerate and cleaned up after hauling out the old thoroughly rusted water heater. Mic and his 6'4 partner quickly and easily troubleshooted the challenging confined crawl space. I'm not at all surprised by their stellar reviews and am another thoroughly satisfied and very grateful customer that will be using them for any other plumbing issues that arise. If you are wondering what toilet brand is best, go with American Standard - they've been doing toilets for decades. We are praising them to anyone I need of a good plumber for a reasonable rate. They know their stuff and took proactive measures to ensure a professional install.

I was referred to M.D. Service Plumbing through my home owner's warranty company- Blue Ribbon.

Unfortunately my water heater went out this past weekend and by Monday afternoon I had a brand new water heater installed and ready to go!

I can't thank the guys enough for calling me Sunday afternoon to arrange a time on Monday morning to come out and diagnose. They were prompt and were very understanding as I was not able to meet them right on time and they had to wait to be let in. They figured out the old heater was toast and let me know a new one was on the way and would be ready for installation later that afternoon.

Imagine my surprise that I was going to be able to take a hot shower that same day! The removal and installation were incredible to watch due to my awkward crawlspace, and they really figured out how to best go about this difficult process. There were a few black water marks leftover from the removal on my carpet and when I offered to help clean it up they wouldn't have it. I've used them twice for big jobs. One was a difficult job that requires special tools many plumbers didn't have. They were able to accomplish the job for a reasonable fee and it was done right and quickly. Their quotes are competitive. Very responsive to messages as well. Thanks!

Professional Service! Mick and his team represent what most businesses claim. They provided courteous and cost effective service on three seperate occasions during my basement remodel. The original design of our home had left us with some plumbing challenges. Mick provided a solution to our drainage which allowed for our floorplan to be completed. For both the rough in and the final inspections Mick and his team made it a point to be onsite and there were not issues. After the carpet and cabinets, Mick came back personally to install our basement bar sink. He beat the other three estimates by a large margin. Additionally, provided a personal service that reassured me I was not being robbed. Thanks, and I definitely recommend this plumbing for start or finish work.

M D Service Plumbing came out on a Sunday and fixed a water leak under my kitchen sink. They showed up within 2 hours of me calling and fixed the leak in under 30 minutes. Would recommend them for any plumbing needs.

This is for a water heater install in March of 2018.  MD Service Plumbing was able to acquire a water heater to my specifications and install it same day.  As of 2021, it is still working great.
