I had a plumbing emergency and Capello Plumbing was one of the companies I reached out to. Beto came out the same day to inspect the leak. He helped secure the leak the best he could as the repair would require much more resources than a day of fix. Beto came back with another tech the next day and completed the pipe replacement. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating was because I had to call the scheduler multiple times to find out when they were going to come out. I found out the morning of the repair that they were scheduled to come out.

The work was completed by Tony and I couldn't be happier. After completing the pipe repairs under the sink, he showed me what was accomplished, the parts that were replaced and tested the sink, disposal and dishwasher. So professional!

My Noritz tankless water heater just went bad so I have no use of hot water. So I called Jordan right away, and he recommended some options of replacing the thermal fuse, flush the unit, or replacing the entire unit. Factoring the cost of repair, and the age of the unit, its best that I would replace it. Then Jordan recommend to install the New Rinnai tankless, which its so nice and quiet. Troy came out the next day and installed it. These guys are friendly professionals, wore masks during these times, so quick and responsive to all my plumbing questions. They are my go-to plumbers. Don't waste your time and try to find anyone else.

My brother and I called Jason after reading other Yelp reviews, and asked him to do some work on our elderly mother's home. Since I live out of town, I wanted to make sure we hired a reputable company that wouldn't take advantage of senior citizens. Jason was prompt, courteous, and professional, and performed the work within the price estimate he quoted over the phone (yes, he really gave us a quote over the phone, and stuck to it!). Jason is knowledgeable and honest, and I would highly recommend him, especially if you are a senior, or are helping your parents with repairs to their home. He obviously gets' it, and delivers beyond expectations. It's refreshing to see a vendor (especially a plumber) with old school values and work ethics.

My MIL recently had a new fridge installed by Home Depot and paid $15 to have a water line hooked to the fridge. Well first, we discovered a water line/tube already existed behind the current fridge, but never used it. Then the Home Depot guy connects it and messes around with it for a few seconds and says it doesn't work and to have a plumber come and fix it.

So I yelp for a plumber and see great reviews for these guys, and call them up. The operator takes my information and Jordan from Cappello plumbing calls me and is at the house within the hour. Totally friendly guy, introduces himself and comes in to check out the water line. He flips on a switch and the water line starts running and water starts coming out of the fridge. Uh... why did i waste $15 on Home Depot when this guy did it in 30 seconds? He asks a minimal fee, but I don't have cash. He kindly tells me it's okay and that I could pay him back by just calling them next time we need something done.

Jordan deserves more than 5 stars if possible and wouldn't hesitate to call him back if we ever have any issues and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to ANYONE. Preach the good news of Jordan and Cappello Plumbing to all your friends and family!

Excellent service!! Jordan was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. We moved into a brand new home with a tankless water heater. Problem was it was taking 3-5 minutes for hot water. I called to get my kitchen sink unplugged. The receptionist said she'd relay the message. I received a call shortly after, saying that the plumber in my area would call me with an ETA. Within minutes I received a call from Aaron saying he be here in 15 minutes. He showed up on time and quickly solved the problem with his equipment. Nice guy, very efficient and reasonably priced. This company is so unreliable. If you are serious about getting some plumbing done you're better off calling someone that will at least call you when there not gonna show up and then stand you up when you have to contact them to find out why no one showed up or called to say hey we're not even gonna come, then they scheduled me an appointment the next day and still stood me!
This has been the worst service I've ever had and quite frankly I feel disrespected.. I'm sure their a great company and sure they do great work but I'll never know because I'll never use them ever again in life.

My master toilet was continuously running, and the noise was getting louder and louder. In addition, the shut off valve was not working, so I had to deal with the noise all night. I called Cappello plumbing, and they squeezed me into their schedule same-day. They gave me a reasonable quote over the phone, showed up in their estimated window of time, and took care of the job. Jordan and his crew- Tony B, Tony G, and Ben- were on time and ready to work immediately upon arrival. They fixed a major mainline problem, taking out the old pipes and putting in the new ones in an efficient timeframe. Because of the location of the pipe, part of the yard had to be dug up, but looking at it after the completion of the job you not only couldn't see the disturbance - it looked better than before. The renters were pleased and couldn't believe the finished product.

I highly recommend this company for its integrity, professionalism, and honesty throughout this entire process.

Last Monday we had Cappello Plumbing fix a leaky shower valve in our master bedroom bathroom. A plumber showed up with a young kid apprentice. They were fast, professional and budget friendly.

We have been missing my wife's engagement of 30 years and an heirloom ring from the Middle East that her dad bought in the '50s since they left.

Facts:

Rings were in a little dish on my wife's armoire, right by the bedroom door.
Rings were discovered missing the next morning when my wife went to put them on and leave for work. Of course, we have looked, and continue to look, everywhere.
Only the apprentice was alone in the bedroom when packing up, while the main plumber was out at the truck making out the receipt.

The owner responded right away and came over to talk to us, asked all the normal and obvious questions. Could they be misplaced? Anybody else have them? And so forth. All of his responses were only supportive of his crew; one is a long-time employee and friend, the apprentice was hired from internet and had been with him for two weeks.

Through several conversations over the next few days, Jordan Cappello used the phrases open mind and benefit of doubt over and over again, even blurting at me that I was biased. Not once did he use those phrases to our benefit, never saying anything like You seem like honest, reliable people, maybe you're right.

He did set a tricky little trap for the apprentice that didn't work, and brought him to talk to me and my wife. Of course, the apprentance denied it.

That wasn't the end. I asked Jordan to give my number to the apprentice and have him call me. Surprisingly, he did. I told him I knew he took the rings, that we only wanted them back, and since they meant more to us than anybody else, we would pay more than he could get elsewhere. He responded Yes, sir, and we hung up.

Interestingly, the call came in restricted, which was fine. I checked my call log and the number was restricted, but a caller was Identified: Jordan Cappello. I texted this information to Jordan with big ??? marks, His answer was He does not have a phone of mine, so I repeated the caller ID information. He wanted me to call him the next day; I didn't, and haven't heard from him. I still don't have an answer to why did the caller ID was Jordan Cappello, and did that last interference prevent us from recovering our rings?

I WOULD ADD:
When speaking with Jordan myself, he questioned if there was anywhere else I could have put my rings, and there is not. My habit is to remove my rings before bed, placing them in the dish, putting them on again the next morning before leaving for work. Had I not been home sick on Monday, I would have been wearing them. I'm certain I wore them while out on Sunday and that I put them in the dish that evening. My husband purchased the wedding ring 30 years ago, and my mother gave me her ring upon her death in 1987. Women do not leave their wedding ring and/or family heirloom jewelry laying around here or there.

We had a gas leak last year and Capello Plumbing helped us out in a timely, professional way. We felt we got a good deal and all work was top drawer.

Just this week I called again to get some leaks fixed, reset a leaky toilet, and redo the flappers on all our toilets, etc. I'm sure it wasn't a big job for Troy, but he handled all the details professionally (again) and provided lots of info on what he was doing. He even took his shoes off before he came in! And everything he did turned out just perfect. I'm grateful for you Troy and Jordan!! I won't hesitate to call again when I need a plumber!! These guys do it all!

I am pretty handy with many minor plumbing jobs, but know when I am in over my head. This week alone I personally installed 2 toilets, 3 faucets and did 2 ABS sink drains. I do recognize good plumbing knowledge and work. Jordan Cappello has both. I needed some old frozen galvanized pipes removed and he was able to get it done without damaging the remaining existing plumbing. He does a fantastic job. He showed up on time, was able to answer all of my concerns, and got the job done quickly. His rates are very competitive and he does not try to upsell you. Plumbers like him are very hard to find. I will continue to use him for my future plumbing needs. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Did a very clean job and educated me on some plumbing stuff. They are probably not the cheapest or most expensive plumbers. But they are extremely reasonable. Recently our washing machine started spilling out all over the floor so I searched Yelp for a reputable plumber and found Cappello Plumbing.

The reviews were great so I gave them a call and spoke with the receptionist who was really nice and told me she would page Jordan Cappello (owner) who called me right back.

Jordan was super accommodating for dates and time and when he came he was efficient, really nice and professional. You can tell he really knows what he's doing and cares about providing you with the service his business advertises.

He was also really great about the billing since we are renters. He contacted our landlord directly to work out the payment and she was so happy with him she told me she will continue to use him in the future for her rentals.

We have a long relationship with Cappello Plumbing and Jordan. We own a house that was built in 1873. We asked for three other estimates to fix a Niagara Falls of water from the upper floors to the basement. Cappella was well under the other estimates replacing all of the cast iron and re-plumbing to the third floor. The workers were excellent, courteous and cleaned up their work area after each day. We have had a new lease on life for the old place and made a friends.

Today I sent an email at 7am with pictures. They scheduled a replacement faucet and extension plumbing for the kitchen sink at noon. They were done by 2pm. Excellent working staff as well as personable. The price was reasonable.

I wouldn't consider any other plumber.

I had an issue with my Kitchen sink drain leaking again. I found this company on Yelp and the reviews looked good. I called Monday afternoon and they came out the next morning. Not only was the price fair but Troy replaced all the PVC piping under the sink in under 1 hour with no surprises and at the quoted price on the phone. Fast ,efficient and he took his shoes off at the door, had a drop cloth and everything was installed better than before. I even got a first time customer discount. I hope to not have to call them for a while but if and when I do, I know I have found my new plumber!! Very happy customer.

Cappello did some great work for me.

My home had a tankless hot water heater located in an inside closet. I needed the closet cleared out to make way for an upcoming remodel.

Tankless hot water heaters are great for an endless supply of hot water. But they can take a significantly longer time to deliver water to a faucet or shower than the conventional ones. The tankless heater in my closet worked OK, but the hot water was a long time coming.

Jordan recommended a Navien tankless with a recirculation loop mounted on an outside wall of my home. I scheduled the job a month or so in the future. On the scheduled day, they arrived on tome and banged the total job out in 6 hours -- hitting my home with three installers! At the end, the whole system he proposed worked fantastically! When I turn on the hot water now, just a few seconds later, hot water arrives.

From start to finish -- from concept to final payment, all was simple. I can't recommend Cappello Plumbing enough.

Contacted Jordan's office and he returned my call within an hour or so. I needed to remove a standard hot water heater and put in a tankless. I have tankless in other parts of my home and am super satisfied with how they work.

Jordan made sure I wasn't buying too much or trying to accomplish something that wasn't doable before quoting the deal. He had a good/fair price. His team of two showed up at my door two days later and got the complete job done in three hours.

Being a consumer advocate I'm a stickler for four things: 1) professionalism, 2) quality of workmanship, 3) personability, and 4) value.

It's obvious that Jordan Cappello, the man at the helm of Cappello Plumbing also believes in these four things.

I recently had a sizable hot water leak under a guesthouse with a concrete slab foundation. Left alone, it would have eventually created a sink-hole under the property the size of Legg Lake. I contacted four plumbers for estimates and I'm glad I called Cappello Plumbing.

First off, Cappello Plumbing was head and shoulders above the other three in terms of professionalism. Jordan responded expeditiously and communicated both via e-mail and telephone. He was on time and appeared genuinely interested in coming out to help me. Most importantly, he addressed my plumbing problem differently and more ingeniously than the others.

Instead of tearing through four walls like the others suggested, he designed the job to be less invasive; only cutting through one wall. He utilized clever ways of running copper pipe to the four fixtures that required them.

Instead of trenching 20 feet through the concrete or running pipe up the wall and along the eves to the attic like the others suggested, his design created new flow coming directly from the water heater closet right where it meets the old and ragged junction of my asphalt driveway and concrete patio area. He then cut through that raggedness and created a 9 wide by 20 foot long path to lay the new copper pipes into. He then laid bricks and mortar in that path to make the repair look as if there was really no repair at all, and additionally removed that ragged eye-sore in the process.

Bravo for the engineering and aesthetics (obviously the Italian heritage at work here)! Now, add the fact that all of his staff were very friendly, courteous, English speaking and professional.

Incidentally, my toilet tank was in need of service as it wasn't accustomed to the new high rate of water flow. Jordan immediately took care of it by replacing the old parts with a Fluidmaster, free of charge.

Look no further because I won't hesitate to say that Jordan Cappello of Cappello Plumbing is truly a gift to the plumbing trade and to the consumer.

Oh, I almost forgot, he was also least expensive of the bunch:-)

After multiple visits from plumbers, leak detection and mold remediation companies with no certain source of an apparent issue, Jordan immediately identifed and remediated the slow leak occurring from an elbow connection to a pipe behind a wall. He also identified several other smaller issues and addressed them during this one visit and saved me a lot of time and money. So impressed with his level of professionalism and honesty so I went ahead and requested another quote from him for a long overdue replacement of a water heater. Will definitely be contacting him for all future projects and referring his business to family and friends.

First off, I couldn't be happier. I had to have hot and cold lines moved as well as a gas line. I also needed an additional gas line moved and a valve added. While doing the work they found a problem with my main gas line and a small leak in my copper plumbing (done by a handyman. Bad mistake). So I had them fix these items as well. They cut out the bad section of the copper plumbing and showed it to me. It was really bad. I am so grateful they found these issues before a bigger problem occured. Jordon's price was so very reasonable. I had another bid that was much higher. Jordon's team did a great job. In the future I will only use Cappello plumbing. Fair price and excellent work. I collected several estimates, and Cappello Plumbing was by far the most reasonable. Moreover, Jordan--the owner--was very responsive to my Yelp inquiries. He worked fast to get one of his team--Tony--out to the house. Tony was professional and courteous and wore a mask. He was a bit late, which is understandable at the last slot of the day, but he kindly texted ahead to let me know he was on his way. The job (replacing a cartridge in a shower faucet) initially looked straightforward but turned out to be a bit more complex, due to the faucet being installed backwards (!) when the house was built many years ago. However, Tony got the job done right, and he did not charge for the extra time this took, honoring Jordan's original commitment to an introductory price for me as a first-time customer. With service like that, I will likely be a repeat customer in the future, and Capello Plumbing has my enthusiastic endorsement!

I initiated the service call on behalf of my elderly mother and her home was serviced today.. what a beautiful surprise she had in store for her today.. initially Jordan Cappello (owner) responded to my call quickly and set up the time with my mother. Today we were greeted by Troy who was on time, friendly and appeared as though he genuinely wanted to be there and help my mother. She had a list of about 3 items that needed repair , one that included an install of a new kitchen sink faucet. Troy completed everything with a smile and explained everything he did clearly to her. Somebody referred Jordan to us and I have to say that I am a FAN! He did such a great job repairing our tank-less water heater, re-piping our gas line, and unclogging our shower drain. For some odd reasons, our heater started making weird LOUD noises. Every time we turned on the hot water, our neighbor would give us a quick call and check if we are okay. It is so embarrassing! After we called him, he was able to schedule us in the same day at a reasonable price. He fixed the issues and took time to explain the reasons why. I would definitely recommend this guy because he is prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, considerate of my home and space and most importantly, he made sure that I was satisfied with his work.

I contacted about five different services to get our furnace pilot lit. We had a leak at the street equipment so the Gas Company had to shut off our gas and then refused to re-light the pilot because it is under the house. Ok, I've been using these guys for the past few years. All I have is good things to say. I just had an emergency at my rental last week, called up my contact over their and he had somebody onsite the next day. It took them about a half hour and drain was fixed and working again. Its so hard to find good service these days, its a true value when you can count on someone like Capello.

Also their invoicing is a bit more evolved than others with an actual emailed invoice. Pretty professional.

So we moved into our home about a year an a half ago. It was inherited so we literally don't know anything about anything in it! We got back from vacation today to find we had no hot water. As much as I love DIY, I don't dare touch anything when I just don't know anything about the house.

I gave Cappello Plumbing a call and got a call back from Jordan who asked to see pictures of the water heater before coming out. He quickly realized something had tripped the power outlet and had me reset it. Doh! That was the issue and we now have hot water.

I've had several expensive bills from other plumbers for super simple fixes so it's a relief to find an honest one who went out of his way to help me out at no cost! I'll definitely be taking my next plumbing issue there.

Jordan was extremely professional and a knowledgeable person. I had leaking sprinkler heads due to bad control valves. He was in and out in two hours including the estimate. He added a main shutoff valve to isolate the sprinkler system which I didn't have before. He gave me many options depending on my budget and laid everything out for me. I did not feel like he was trying to take advantage of me at all. He is a very honest person which I can trust to do any future work. Extremely reasonable pricing. Jordan even checks in after any work he does to make sure everything is ok which is rare nowadays. He stands behind his work, I would know because the shutoff valve he put in was leaking after he was done. It was not his fault that he received a defective part. Thank you, Troy, for coming to our house. We had the unfortunate experience during a bathroom remodel where grout powder got into the drain and blocked drainage. Troy came with his auger to break/remove the blockage. Things were better, but then a month later, strangely, we noticed blockage again. Troy and his crew were gracious to come again to give it another go without charge. Always polite, courteous, and professional. I needed a gas line replaced and I needed it done quickly. Not only did Cappello Plumbing get the job done quickly but while doing the job they noticed that my 20 year old water heater (which I knew was on its last leg) was leaking. I had 2 leaky faucets that needed to be repaired/replaced. Jordan was prompt, thorough, and comprehensive in assessing the situation over the phone. He had me text the pictures of my faucets to him, and he was able to arrange for parts before the actual visit. Troy came to repair my faucets on the day of the visit. 1 faucet which needed the stem changed, he only took 10 minutes, which was really amazing. The other faucet which needed to be replaced (changing from 2 levers to 1 handle), he did a very thorough job and carefully tested the faucet afterwards. He cleaned up very well afterwards and was personable and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process.
This is a company that is professional, courteous, modern, and personable.
I will definitely call on them again and recommend them to family and friends!

Like the other reviewer I've used this company twice. Once was for a gas leak outside and once for clogged main drain. The first time they came out promptly and was able to fix the issue. The second time they came out the next day for the drain issue and was able to snake the pipe all the way to the mainline. He fixed two toilets for the price of one too. I was able to talk to Jordan both times and he's always very polite and helpful. The helpers who came out also took their shoes off when they came inside which is a huge plus for me. They tried their best not to make a mess. If I have another issue I would probably call them first again.

We've been using Jordan and his crew for years, and this rainy season only increased our appreciation of their work. Our sump pump went out during the torrential rains around New Year's and we were in our basement at 2:30 in the morning bailing out water to keep it from knocking out our furnace. We called Jordan a few hours later and he had Troy and Tony out that morning in the rain to jerry-rig a temporary fix until they could get a new sump pump delivered. It got us through the worst of the weather, and the new sump pump they installed a week later has performed perfectly through the last deluge. After putting up a block wall, my meter had to be turned to face the street so the gas meter guy can read it. I don't know what the gas company guy did, but my tankless water heater started making this foghorn noise whenever we turn on the hot water immediately after he left. My tankless water heater is 5 years old and in the whole time it's been installed, it had never made that noise before.

I called Jordan up to see if he could assist me or give me any advice on what I could do. Jordan came to my house, assessed the situation, and reassured me that the problem can be remediate. He told me that I had a leaked exhaust and the recycling of the carbon dioxide is causing the burners to make noise. I was extremely skeptical about his solution plan to replace the exhaust pipe, because I've had this tankless water heater for over 5 years and it never made that noise before until the gas meter was turned.

He scheduled me the next day to come out and replace the exhaust pipe that was dilapidated and upon complete the noise went away! The tankless heater is working like new and a lot quieter than it had ever been before.

Once again, you've saved my posterior and more importantly the boatload of cash it would have cost me to replace the unit.

Cappello Plumbing was the very last of 6 plumbing companies we called for our broken sewer drain pipe as stated by all 5 other companies. I was quoted as high as $650.00 by these other companies. Jordan Cappello sent out a technician, diagnosed my issue within 10 minutes. No broken pipes, just a pipe that slipped off its fitting. Repair's completed in less than 20 minutes and saved me almost $600.00 in unnecessary work or charges. I recommend Cappello Plumbing to everyone in need of a plumber.

Professional, Punctual, Personable, Knowledgeable, Honest, Fast and Quality Work at a Great Value. Jordan and his Crew are A W E S O M E!!! The type of guys you would totally want to have over for a BBQ LOL! I did not have any issues having the Crew working in and out of my house and my 6 year old Daughter even commented that one of them Smelled good LOL!. Jordan truly advises as if he were fixing up his own house and he also gives you options with honest recommendations. He even proudly yet humbly admits, Although he isn't the cheapest the quality of the parts and workmanship of his crew will surely surpass all and they have truly proven to be exactly that and so much more. Also FYI: he came in being the second cheapest out of 4 Companies but kindly met me more than halfway with the Competitor's quote!

An underground gas main leak repair from my curbside underground meter to my house (About 55 ft of new piping) was estimated to take 7- 7 1/2 hours and they (2 Guys) completed it in a little under 4 hours and they also cleaned up nicely as well. Absolutely no half a** work here! Everything is now up to the current codes and they even installed an emergency earthquake valve and a manual shut off/ on valve as well. He also repaired an old stem in my tub's hot water knob as a courtesy! I have literally passed out their business cards on the entire floor of my office and can't believe that a Plumbing Co has made my day!

I have now used Cappello Plumbing twice and could not be more satisfied. I've worked with Jordan, Tony and Troy and they have all been great. We had a bathroom sink facet replaced and the leak underneath fixed. They also replaced the bathtub fixtures to stop a constant drip and stopped our kitchen sink from dripping. Everyone I have worked with has been great at communicating timing, cost, work to be done. They also were very clean, not leaving a big mess to clean up after. Best of all, it is super convenient to set up appointments with them. I can text our problem, send pictures and set up a time for them to come out. After living in this area for some time now and not having a plumbing company I could really depend on, I am relieved that I know who I will call when I need help next.

Called Jordan and he arranged for one of his crew to come clear out my bathroom sink drain and the main drain. He said that he would have someone come by at 1pm. At 1pm, Stefano showed up. He was very pleasant. Before Stefano came into the house, he put booties on over his boots. very professional, He came into the bathroom to check out the area, went back to his truck and got his equipment. A few minutes later, the drain was clear. Stefano then went to work on the main drain. He found a small snag at about 40', cleared it and went on to about 100' to make sure the drain was totally clear. Did a wonderful job! Reasonably priced and I would highly recommend Cappello Plumbing.

I have an old house built in the 1950's with an old cast iron toilet flange that rusted through, and I needed help repairing and re-installing my toilet. After removing the old flange, I noticed that the sub floor was missing around the sewer pipe and there was no way I could attach the new flange to the old pipe. I reached out to what must have been 10 plumbing companies to see how to fix this thing, their first response was quoting me a price, trying to see if there's any way they could fix the subfloor, etc. etc. Jordan was the only plumber who gave me a call, told me that there's a special flange you could get specifically for this application, and walked me through the process. His transparency, honestly, and willingness to help even when it didn't benefit him economically is what made me ultimately hire his company for this job.

Troy and Tony came out, and they were equally as professional. They took their shoes off, diagnosed the issue, and walked me through each step that they were doing since they knew that I liked to do things myself. Safe to say, they were one of the most professional and friendly tradesman I've ever met and I would be happy to hire them again. If you're tired of getting hung up on, no showed, and quoted outrageous prices by other plumbers, then you've come to the right place. They even offered me a discount, but I believe that great work should have its reward and paid the full price (which was completely fair compared to other quotes I received). I've never had a repair go this smoothly before, and I'll definitely call Jordan and his squad out again for my next issue!

We had a water main leak and decided to replace the line from the curb to the house with copper. Jordan sent Beto and Tony promptly over at 7:30am to trench the grass and dirt onto tarps. Upon digging, they discovered that the gas line to the house was ALSO leaking and so we decided to have that replaced as well--since the trench was already dug. Jordan sent Troy over to help with the extra line installation and the three of them were able to complete the job before 4pm! I got say, I am very impressed. Troy and his partner, sorry I can't remember his name.. came out today to fix two toilets at my home in Arcadia and wow, very happy. One of the toilets had a slow leak from the tank gasket, and the other one had some leakage at the base and a noisy filler valve. They showed up early, called me first of course.. and had both issues resolved in less than an hour. They even put in a brand new filler valve in one of the toilets at no extra charge, re-caulked both toilets at the base and cleaned the floor around them. I am very pleased to share this info and happy to write this nice review. Good job guys, you have me as new customer and will call you for any future plumbing issues. I called Capello Plumbing when our poorly installed front yard hose bibb cracked a pvc pipe and sprung a leak. They were the only of four local plumbers I found on yelp to get back to me within 20 minutes of leaving a message. Even though they were fully booked for the week/weekend, Jordan, the business owner, came out himself to temporarily remove the cracked/leaking PVC pipe and plug the valve until they could return to finish the job a few days later. The other plumbers either got back to me later that day, the next day, or never...

Jordan gave me a detailed rundown of the solutions and my options , and was patient with my questions. Tony came out to finish the job and did very good, professional work. He installed a copper standpipe off the mainline with a new hose bibb- the right way- instead of the previously jimmy-rigged and ugly pvc setup our landscaper did.

We got a fair price for the professional work- and I would use these guys again hands down. Friendly, honest, trustworthy, professional, and LOCAL.

Jordan and his team installed a pedestal sink complete with a new faucet, cleared two drains, installed a cast iron bathtub, replaced both the shower and tub drains, removed galvanized plumbing and replaced with high quality copper throughout all at a fair price. We will definitely call him back to install the sink and tub fixtures once the tile setting is complete.

It was easy to make an appointment with Jordan as someone courteously answers the phone and he calls you right back. He even gives the customer his cell phone number and you can communicate with him directly.

He worked all day alongside two of his workers making sure the job was done right, even taking it upon themselves to repair plumbing blunders another plumber had made! They added much needed reinforcement under sagging shower floorboards in preparation for the hot mop just because they saw it needed to be done.

They were careful to protect my floors and work around a mid-century, built-in vanity we wanted to keep. They were knowledgeable, neat, polite, respectful, and most of all thorough. We are very happy we called Jordan Cappello Plumbing and will certainly call him back again!

Capello Plumbing gave me the best offer of the plumbers in the area. Troy was very professional and helped install 2 toilets in my house. He finished within the 2.5 hours as Jordan had mentioned. I will definately look into hiring them again if I have plumbing issues.

It was New Year's Eve morning when I woke up to water in my garage. My water heater tank was rusted out. I scrambled to get a plumber to come out. After three that said Monday only, I talked to my neighbor that had some plumbing work done. He recommended Cappello plumbing. He said they did great work. I did get one quote, he expected me to take the price and he was doing the work. It was outrageous. Then Jordan Cappello came to give me options. He would put in the same tank for $700 less or a tankless water heater for the same price. We were impressed with the info he gave us on the tankless and we made the right choice. Jordan and his employee had it done in 3 hours and it's GREAT! Clean looking and hot water to the shower and faucets in seconds! Plumbing problems always come at the worst times, right? Thursday evening we had our shower drain blocked up, also affecting our kitchen drain. We tried fixing it ourselves--plunger and home-use snake--but it didn't fix the clog. So 9:45 at night, I begin looking for a plumber to assist us. I was able to phone Capello Plumbing, and spoke with a real person--their answering service! I left a message with them with the details of our problem and asked that someone call or text me in the morning. Lo and behold, at 7:25 a.m., I receive a text from Jordan saying they could send someone soon. At 8 a.m., Tony was at the house. We reviewed the problem, and he gave me estimates on the possible scenarios--if the problem is fixed easily, if the problem requires a different approach, and if the problem requires special equipment. All well explained and affordable (compared to some research we did the night before). He started with the simple approach, and it worked! Tony was very professional and efficient. The service was clean, and it was quick! He unclogged the drain and everything was working nicely. He also took the time to do some further clean-out to ensure that the drain was free and clear. Tony was also friendly and personable. I would recommend Capello Plumbing--Jodan and Tony--very highly. They are accessible, communicative, professional, and reasonably-priced. You'll get that feeling of relief, like we all do, we we are stressed with plumbing problems, and someone magically takes care of it professionally, quickly, and reasonably priced. Jordan sent Salvador & Keith over the next day (non emergency) and they proceeded to work on replacing a section of my gas line due to its corrosion weakness. This work was due to Gas Co, 48hr notice. They completed job in a couple of hrs and were professional. I would recommend them to friends.

Capello folks were not only great, they were SUPERB!!
Powder room toilet was flooding. I called our regular plumber who mis-diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate to replace the line to the sewer: $11,100.00!, claiming it had been videoed even though I knew it hadn't been. I called Capello, based on a friend's recommendation. Jordan and Tony came out, and immediately looked at the line from the powder room. They cleared a minor stoppage and then videoed the main line to the sewer, which had a few roots in it, but nothing serious, and it was not causing a problem. They cleaned that and the total bill was $650.00.
They were friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. My neighbor came over to observe, and now has their info if he needs any plumbing work. I have passed their information on to numerous friends and neighbors, and I hope Capello will gain more jobs. They deserve it.

I love giving credit where credit is due. There are tons of plumbers on yelp, but it's hard to find a good one! I am definitely saving Cappello in my address book b/c they fully deserve five stars. They respond quickly and are very professional. I had a wall mounted faucet that was stuck and other plumbers couldn't even figure out the brand, in fact, they couldn't even figure out how to take it apart. Jordan knew by looking at the photos and Troy came out and fixed it in no time! I can't thank you guys enough. I highly recommend Cappello!!

Capello is our go to plumber now for everything. Jordan, the owner, is responsive, dependable, and accessible to speak with. His team is awesome too. Tony came to our rental house today to do multiple repairs and he is professional, nice, and did quality work.
At another property Troy did an awesome job repairing an under the cement irrigation line and then repairing the area with brick, which made it look even better than when he started.

It wasn't an emergency repair, but I couldn't shut the water off at the toilet's angle stop to enable the flushing of the slow filling valve. I could have turned the water to the house off and just replaced everything, however this company came to mind. I've used Cappello Plumbing several times before and I have been very satisfied with their work. They are responsive and clean plumbers that do great work. I would highly recommend them.

I am a senior citizen and have had multiple plumbers out to my house, doing half a half correct job. Then I was given a quote for almost $7,000.00 by a plumber who admitted it wasn't his best price and to call him back after I obtained other bids. Jordan was the next plumber I saw, he was professional, prompt and a pure pleasure to deal with. On top of that, it turned out I had nothing that was in need of repair after a simple snaking the right way! My main toilet was not draining even after using my auger in an attempt to clear it. My neighbor highly recommended Jordan Cappello Plumbing. I gave him a call and his answering service said he would call me back. This was at 4:30 and they were getting ready to close. I didn't hear back so I called the next morning. He apologized for not getting back to me and I explained my problem to him. Since his equipment was at another job site, he scheduled me an appointment for the next day. Troy and his assistant Tony showed promptly and diagnosed the problem and explained what he was going to do. He was honest and didn't try to upsell me on services I didn't need. Definitely will recommend this company to my friends and family!

Right after I realized that my house has a gas leak, around four o'clock in the afternoon, I got on Yelp trying to find a trustable plumbing company to repair it. Since I am living in Arcadia, I found Cappello with 40 positive reviews. I called the phone number and Jordan answered it. I explained to him that my gas pipe, which attached to the gas meter portion, was leaking and need a repair. Based on my description, he gave me a estimate and promise to come eight o'clock next day.

Next day morning 7:30, two excellent technicians, Beto and Danny, showed up my front door and started the repairing job. They told me that they will remove a small area of lawn and dig a two-feet wide and deep hole to check if the leaking only comes from the conjunction between pipe and gas meter. Fortunately, after the dig, that is the only problem area. They repaired the leak by replacing the pipe between elbow and meter, doing the test for no more gas leak, put the dirt back and make it solid with tamper and put the lawn back on top of dirt with two hour in total. Nice and clean!

Cappello did a excellent job in term of providing service I need. They are nice peoples to deal with. I will strong recommend them to anyone who need similar service. Thanks to Cappello and thanks to Yelp!

This review is long overdue. Jordan and his team replaced all of the plumbing in my 2500+ sq.ft. home and I have used him for all other plumbing needs thereafter. I am very pleased with the workmanship and more importantly the continued communication after the work was done. His team is highly skilled and professional and so far no problems.
