The owners and the guys on the job are great. Mark talks very loud on the phone, but he is partially deaf. I wish the other reviewer knew that...

However, Rita in porta john billing is incredibly rude. She puts me on hold everytime I call and once she forgot to push the hold button because I could overhear hear her vulgar conversation with a man in the office.  I know he was in the office because he continued to talk in the background when she finally picked up the phone.  She acted like I was interrupting her, keeping her from what really mattered, not the customer.

I've tried other companies, but these guys are the best. Rita usually doesn't answer the phone, but if she does just hang up and call back. You'll get someone much nicer, but chances are you'll still have to hear her cursing and bellaring away in the background.

They came out when scheduled but left me nothing to let me know when they were there. As far as I know they did a good job. Everything was left neat with no evidence they had been there (good). They never sent an invoice so I had to call them to get one. We paid them the day I called asking for an invoice. Two weeks later they had not updated the state department of health records. I had to call them again to get them to do that. Price was the best around but will probably not use them again after these problems.

i called the 24 hour service with a septic backup.  not only did the gentleman sound annoyed with me for bothering him, he pounded home the point that he will not be coming over to help out that night.  that is fine, people have lives but do not advertise 24 hour service and then be rude when someone calls.  i gave 1 star because someone actually answered the phone.  i called another septic company who was friendly and very helpful.

I ordered the port-a-potty trailer for my wedding. I ordered it in January for my October wedding. We ordered the large one and paid for it ahead of time. I have been emailing, leaving voicemails and left messages with the front desk to finalize the details for the wedding week since July. We were suppose to receive it Wednesday, but didn't. I called the front desk and the lady was very nice and professional. Unfortunately, when we did receive the trailer it was the wrong one. We called Marc and he was EXTREMELY rude. He screamed and yelled at my mom over the phone. He kept swearing and calling her selfish for requesting what we paid for. Never go through this company, unless you want to be verbally insulted. Also, never pay for things ahead of time. You'll never get calls back if you do. I would give a zero out of 5.

I have used in them in the past but Never will again!  They do not tell you the exact day that they will be there.  They say you don't have to be home then you get the bill.  How do you know for sure they have actually done what they say they did.  I had called approx. 3 months in advance and they told me it would be some time the first part of July.  I had  had my driveway sealed and they chose to come on the hottest day of the year.  I would have said something but once again I did not know they were coming on that day.  On top of that the truck was already too full and the driver could not finish my tank and had to come back.  I did not notice anything until the next morning and when I went out their truck had pulled several spots of coating off of my driveway.  I When the driver returned on the following Monday, I showed him, he took pictures and said he would turn them in to the owner Mark.  I waited until Wednesday to hear from him and didn't so I called.  He said he wasn't sure what to do.  I suggested I contact the people who had resurfaced my drive way and get back to him.  I did this and it is going to cost $200 to patch the damage they created.  I once again called the office and waited for a call from Mark.  I just received that call and he informed me that he didn't feel they were responsible.  I ask you now, isn't this why you have insurance?  I am retired from the insurance industry and am wondering if he even has insurance.  People,  please don't be like me and really check on someone before using their services.  I am a widow one social security and have to count every penny and Mark thinks that he would be losing money if he were to reimburse me for the repairs.  DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.  THEY WILL NOT STAND FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT THEY MAY CAUSE TO YOUR PROPERTY!!!
