Greg's Rite-Now Rooter

Greg was able to come out on a weekend, and fix a blocked drain in a kitchen with a garbage disposal. He was courteous, prompt and affordable. I will definitely call him again.

I almost hate to add this review because Greg is like a secret.  He spends $0 on advertising and won't pop up on Google or even the Yellow Pages.  When I mentioned this fact to him today, he told me that he likes to pass the savings on to his customers and I can attest his rates are rock bottom, starting at $85.  It's a one man operation so you know who you're getting every time; Greg and only Greg.  Greg, is a super likable guy and loves to chat while he works, he's upbeat and clearly loves his job.  I won't use anyone else.

Greg was great! It was easy to schedule with him. He was prompt, courteous and professional.

He cleared two clogged drains in no time with no mess at all.

He even gave me advice on the best wrench to use to make sure I don't damage my drain pipes when I do my own sink replacement.

I have used a few other services before and I have used Greg's twice and I am impressed with his promptness, efficiency, and courtesy.
 I wouldn't call anyone else.

We had two toilets stopped up. I called Greg at 12:32 pm and he said he'd arrive at 1:30. He did and had both toilets cleared in under 10 minutes and gave me a two-for-one discount. This is the second time we've used him for plumbing issues and he's always been timely, pleasant and fixed the problem quickly.

It's actually hard to believe how good this service is.  Literally at my business in 15 minutes, done in 10-15 min and VERY AFFORDABLE pricing.  Never using anyone else!!

Greg was great. I called him early in the morning with a drain issue and he was here very quickly, and the issue was resolved shortly thereafter. His fast response time and work were both important to me since I planned on hosting a social event that evening, and needed a functional kitchen drain in order to do so.

I would not hesitate to recommend Greg for any drain issue.

Here's a short review of my experience with Greg: if you have a problem with a drain, you should seriously call this guy.

Here's a slightly longer review: My basement floor drain backed up one night and I called Greg the next morning, leaving a message on his cell phone.  He called me back like ten minutes later and was at my house within hours.  He and his partner diagnosed the problem (roots growing into the pipe), repaired it, gave us a schedule for future maintenance, and cleaned up the remained of the water.  They were prompt, professional, extremely helpful, accommodating, and out the door for $125.  

I have absolutely no complaints at all.  Not a thing.

Greg is great, fast response and gets the job done quickly and done right!  He has helped us several times and is our first responder for plumbing clogs!

Greg just left my driveway, and even though my basement is a mess, I feel better.  We had that emergency in our house.  Thankfully, we have family ties to a jack of all trades type business.  They immediately said to call Greg.  So we did, and he was over to our house as soon as he could get there.  

The simple facts are:  Greg knows what he's doing.  Greg is about as nice of a man as you will meet.  Greg works hard for his money, but he knows you do too (his words), so he likes to charge you a reasonable rate (thanks to not spending any money on advertising).  All of his his new business is from referrals - and he deserves it.

Call this man if you have rooter-required problems!  You will be thankful.  You'll still have your resulting mess to deal with, but Greg will fix the problem so you can be back on your way to normalcy.

We need our main drain line rooted out about once every two years, due to a huge tree in our front yard that clogs it up with roots.  You know, water starts draining slower, then there's that one day where we run a load of laundry and then there's a big puddle around the floor drain.  Yuck.

The last guy I called two years ago was kind of a space cadet, and worst of all, he left a stinky mess behind when he was done.  Never again!

So this time I found Greg's, and called them.  They arrived a little early, and were in and out in about 30 minutes.  They left the basement as clean as when they arrived, and most of all, the drain is all clear.  Cost was $120, so totally reasonable.  He says he doesn't advertise so he can keep his costs down.  I'll probably just have him come out every couple of years to do preventative rooting.

All in all, Greg's was totally professional, fast, reasonable, and got the job done.  Think I might go run a load of laundry!

This is my first review, but I had to give Greg a recommendation. We were told about Greg by the Howe Brother DIY Plumbing shop on Willy St (the guy there was super nice and helpful). We called him when our sewer line started backing up, and he was at our house within about a half hour.

More importantly, Greg was patient, explained what he was doing, and gave us lots of useful information about our situation. He was able to remove a huge amount of roots from our sewer line, and when he could not go further due to the extent of the problem, he told us this. He didn't try to to up-sell us on anything and even only charged us for an hour even though he was there longer. We learned some additional information about our sewer line from the city, and because of this Greg came back at no charge to do some further investigating.

Highly recommended.

I had to call Greg on a Saturday morning with two of my drains backed up in the basement.  He said he'd be over within the hour.  He arrived with his assistant and the got their gear downstairs and proceeded to rooter the drain, explaining what they were doing as they went along.  Cleared the drain out to the curb and water was flowing as it should.  They cleaned things up.  For a weekend day the price was extremely reasonable.  I highly recommend them.
