Fell Plumbing

The proprietor of Fell plumbing, George, is an apprentice plumber.  He works alone or at best with a flunky journeyman plumber.  He pays master plumbers to pull his permits in a fraudulent, and illegal manner.  The Master plumber, the only type of plumber who can write contracts in the state of MD, never sets foot on the job.  Do your homework.  This guy is a crook.
