Action kept stringing me along for four days, four days without heat in January. Supposedly because they were waiting for a part for my heater. Finally got tired of their running around and called my former service technician. He came over and fixed it in 45 minutes by just securing the screws in the fan. So what could have been a bill close to $600.00, I only had to pay $58. I think Action did this thinking they were dealing with a helpless female. I feel stupid for relying on their word and being cold for 4 days. This has taught me that second opinions are valuable. Anybody that is thinking of hiring Action for anything....watch out. Do not just take their word for it. Get a second opinion. But better yet, DO NOT hire them.
