Jason was absolutely PERFECT to work with and I'm not sure about the other reviews here. He was the absolute opposite.

We had a tripped breaker that wouldn't reset and I called him at 2pm. He was at my house at 5:15, 45 minutes EARLIER than we thought he might arrive.

He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it to us very well and fixed it! Boom! Done! He was out of there way before we thought he would even BE at our house!

He was so polite, very funny, just an all around great guy and I've already told my entire neighborhood about him. Absolutely will have him back to help us with an upcoming project. Fabulous small business owner!

We had a complex retro-fit panel replacement on a 1931 bungalow.  We needed an electrician who 1) could fit us in during one of the busiest seasons EVER  2) could understand the scope  3) could navigate scheduling and permitting with the city  4) would do it for a reasonable price.  Scott and his team at Capstone did all four. In addition, Scott's communication was BY FAR superior than any electricians or other trades we spoke with.  We knew what to expect and when to expect it.  We are very grateful that Scott & his team were referred to us!  I HIGHLY recommend them.

Jared is the kind of worker you want in your house to fix anything but he happens to be an excellent electrician:  Knowledgeable, trustworthy, efficient, fair, and personable !    He fixed a problem that was recurring with lights going out in one section of my house, installed an outdoor motion detection light, and answered my questions about switches and outlets -- and very conscientiously kept it all under an hour.   Plus he loves dogs, so you can let Rover stay in the house.   Thanks, Jared !   Would use him again without any reservation.

We needed electrical power run out to an above ground pool pump. I emailed Electrical Diagnostics and they quickly replied asking me to send a video showing where the work needed to be done. In less than 24 hours they sent me a quote and said they could start that Friday. They later asked if they could start Thursday morning. With the trench digging needed they were planning to be here over 3 days working a half day each day. In the end, they finished it in just two days. They were courteous, hard working and ready to suggest the best practices while also adapting to fulfill my requests exactly. They showed up promptly when scheduled and communicated well. If I need further electrical work I will definitely call Electrical Diagnostics.

He ran a new circuit for the aerobic septic we had installed. Did the job quickly and professionally.

Tito did an amazing job at helping generate a quote over the phone for our hot tub install. Not only did he get the job done quickly, but he was thorough and even helped us troubleshoot some issues that came up due to the hot tub confirmation. Amazing job all around and fit perfectly into our budget. Strongly recommend!

Great work. Excellent prices. Kaleb is a great guy to work with. He swapped out some old rusty fluorescent light fixture in a carport for a new LED version. It looks great. Big improvement. He also helped with a ceiling fan inside that was falling apart. And he's coming back to replace a broken ceiling fan in another room. Very professional, excellent work.

Our electric water heater died last week and my son did everything he usually does to fix it but this time nothing worked, so he called Red Grizzly Electric, based on reviews. Scott Weaver (Mr Grizzly?) called back within an hour and arrived within 30 minutes after the call, and we live way out in the country.

He quickly located the problem (a burnt out breaker) and replaced it, and now our water heater is working PERFECTLY and he was only here less than an hour! Plus he was nice to our dog.

We will DEFINITELY be calling him for ALL of our electrical needs from now on.

Oh and PS, it cost only $100!

I spoke with Richard who was friendly, helpful and prompt with his response.  An electrician was able to provide service within 15miutes.  My employer was pleased and said that the electrician explained the problem and how a reoccurrence could be avoided.  Hopefully I won't need to but if I do, I'll call again.

Jonathan did a fantastic job assembling my furniture, mounting a large TV, and power washing my outside deck. He was incredibly responsive throughout the planning process and punctual with his arrival. He even agreed to travel over 45 minutes to my location. I highly recommend using him, and his prices were incredibly fair. 10/10 would use him in the future for any projects.

Had James come out and finish up wiring our shop. Did an excellent job, gave us helpful recommendations, and completed the job quickly. Very happy and satisfied with his work

If I could give a billion stars, I would. Called at 2pm they were here at 4:30. Traced my electrical issue and fixed it for a very, very reasonable price. They found other questionable electrical issues and fixed those as well for no extra charge. Great company. I have more electrical work to be done and I will for sure be calling Jacob. Life saver!!!

They were prompt efficient & professional after the ice storm we had a power outage  in our home which required an electrician to fix & upgrade equipment to code. They took care of it the same night & by morning. We had our electricity back. Thank you Homer& his team

Darryl asked my 89 yr old uncle to pay him $7000 upfront for the purchase and installation of a whole house generator. They kept telling next week they would come out but never did. I understand that Darryl used to do decent work but for some reason has become a thief who takes advantage of senior citizens. Be forewarned and avoid Darryl Ford at all cost!

He did a partial Job. Said he was complete and sent final bill at the end of the day. When inspector tested system. It was not working. He refused to come out and fix it despite me providing more parts without a service call. He will swear he's a master Electrician but he's a master Pain in the butt and not a friendly person. Zero customer service skills

This company is way over-priced. I was stuck with him because my contractor had hired him. So I paid the way high bill. For several straight days I called asking him for an invoice so that I could figure out how much to collect from the contractor. How simple would it have been to provide this information to me. I didn't even get a courtesy call back. Nothing. Don't use this company.

Horrible. Unprofessional. DO NOT EVER HIRE. Costly and does not know what they are doing. And if doesn't work.  They will never come back to fix.  DO NOT HIRE
