Donnie from Zobec Construction came out ASAP and fixed a bunch of roof tiles on our roof. I'm happy with the service I received from Donnie and Zobec Construction and will always turn to them for all my roofing needs. These guys are truly honest and care about doing the job right the first time around. I was able to take a few before and after photos as well. Again, I'm happy to know that I can always count on Zobec Construction for all my roofing needs.

We had a wonderful experience with lifetime and especially with Kyle who was in charge of our project!! He went above and beyond and continued to stay in touch and was very hands on making sure everything was perfect for us!

We are renovating three boarded up abandoned houses in the Oakland Historic District in Downtown Phoenix.   When we tried to get bids for the job, several contractors would not take on the project.  Several others wanted more money than the houses would ever be worth.  The Gordon brothers said that they would take on the project and would work within our budget.
 
These houses were built in the 1930's and were in very rough shape.  Once demolition started, we found numerous unexpected problems.  Alex and Danny continue to have great attitudes. They have solved framing issues, foundation issues, roofing issues, collapsed sewer lines... the list goes on. If the problem is not within the scope of their expertise, they quickly get several bids from other contractors within that specialty. Although new to the area, they have already formed great relationships within their profession. Once they bid out the  job, they give us the bids and offer their opinions on how they believe the task should be completed. It is our choice who completes the work..
The Gordons are in constant communication with us. They explain what problems they have found and how they plan to deal with them.  We have met all of their crew.  We continue to be impressed by the teams work ethic.  We have been on the work site on a regular basis. In addition to being very respectful, we have never seen them goofing off.  If they do stop working, they are discussing how they will solve the next problem.  The project has been slow going, but now we see clear progress every day.  I believe that the entire crew is proud of the progress they have made.
I highly recommend them for any project.

Jake and his team always do a great job!  We have had lots of work done by Desert Valley Concepts and the works is always top notch.  Our close friends had their entire kitchen remodeled by Desert Valley and they can't say enough about how much they love their newly designed space.  

Jake took an old 70's wood burning fireplace in our home and turned it into a modern show piece with a beautiful stone facade and cool modern electric fireplace.  

We can't wait to remodel our bathrooms with DVC :)

Mike completed a highly technical hillside  concrete job to install a mountain side elevator(Hillhiker) He finished hillside excavation by hand to make sure his forms met the city approved plans. Coordinated the subs to help pump the concrete ect.

The rebar, and concrete passed a 3rd party special inspection and the city the first time. Pricing was reasonable.

I hired them to add a closet to a room in my house.  They had to deal with framing, drywall, baseboards, paint, electrical & flooring.  It came out great, looks like it's part of the original house.  I would use them again.

My wife and I recently moved into a new home that was looking pretty rough on the outside. We set up a walkthrough with Global Elite Builders to look into painting the interior and exterior. They gave us a fantastic quote,  we were ready to book, and then they took it upon themselves to find dangerous problems with our home's electrical wiring. We booked immediately.
Our paint job had difficult time frames and they had to work around a plumber, and they did so with zero issue. They fixed all the dangerous problems with our home and did a fantastic, quick paint job for a great price.
Now, whenever we want to make significant changes to the home we will call Global Elite.

I cannot say enough good things about Ken, Jeff and Mike of BHB!  We hired them to do a complete remodel of our master bath and master bedroom. After meeting with several contractors, Ken was the most thorough and professional in getting back to me with a quote. They were honest about the fact that we were opening up floors and walls, and that additional costs would possibly come up. As we got into the project, I was able to relax and trust that they would take care of everything and were looking ten steps ahead. They were there with each and every sub to make sure the scope of work was understood. All of the subs were trustworthy and quality craftsmen! We are 100% satisfied with the results and recommend these honest and hardworking people to all.
We hired a contractor to supervise (or do themselves) and guide us through this complex project. They were worth every penny!

At first the service was very good they answered all questions gave a quote quickly talked us through options. After we got the final measurements we didn't hear from anybody for a week. All this time we had an inoperable kitchen. We call them and email with no response finally we get through to someone and they hadn't ordered the material yet. They are expanding and we fell through the cracks. They rushed the order so it would be another week after they got the material instead of the normal 2. Ok sounds good. The date they told us passes so again we call and they said Thursday or Friday someone would call with a time. Nobody calls and Thursday afternoon they show up while we were walking out the door. Luckily we were able to move things around and wait while it was installed. The process went quickly but they didn't know what to deal with our bowed wall and the bar piece wasn't installed well. When they measured I asked how big of a piece can be installed without extra support I guess we had different definitions of extra support because now there is a big piece of ugly plywood that can be seen from the couch. There are scratches along the fronts and the seams weren't caulked. We asked about getting that fixed and installing a matching backsplash they said no problem Monday or at the latest Tuesday. Never heard from them. We texted and called they said it had to be pushed to Thursday. They never called. We call Friday morning and they said they did call Thursday but didn't leave a voicemail. We had no missed calls so I don't know if they did. We talked to the owner and again said they are expanding.
**update**
I am changing my review from 1 Star. The owner and installer came on Saturday morning and finished everything and installed the backsplash. They said that is how they install bars with 2cm so nothing could be done about that.. so be aware of how that will look. Aside from that the overall look is great. I am leaving it at 3 because of the amount of time it took and hassle. Hopefully we were a one off and this isn't normal for this company.

DJ is absolutely amazing!!! He is very professional, organized, up front about all the costs and very efficient. From start to finish, it was very smooth and stress free. I was very impressed with how everything was presented to me, and even more impressed with his efficiency. I had a major kitchen remodel completed in less than 30 days. DJ and his wife Nancy are very nice people and easy to work with. Makes me so happy I found them. They took all the time to answer any questions and made any edits to the original drawing as needed. There were no bad surprises, just amazing work only. I couldn't have found someone as kind, professional, skilled and efficient for my kitchen remodel. Thank you DJ!

Look no further, you have found the best of the best! Slade and his team are a dream to work with for a homeowner. He helped my family manage a 3,000sq ft total remodel - 3 bathrooms, kitchen, floor plan changes, etc. He's not only intelligent, responsive, reliable, professional with high integrity, he's also just a total blast to work with.

He helped us navigate and problem solve many challenges as they came up during the renovation process. He keeps a clean job site and has total respect for your home. His crew is respectful and always on time. They clean up the job site at the end of each day and are a joy to be around.

We enjoyed our experience so much with Slade and his team, we took the leap of faith to do another renovation with he and his team. That's saying a lot as renovations are not fun!

I live in the Dallas area and my home was struck with hail. My roof was completely damaged. I had several companies knocking on my door but felt this company was the best fit. These guys are very nice and professional. I had no issues and have a new roof! Plus I clarified they are local. So I felt comfortable if I had any issues I can have them come back to my home!

Purchased a home that required some ADA compliance modifications. Hired Rob to modify two kitchen cabinets, install setback hinges on doors, close an arched opening between the living/dining rooms to create an exercise room, paint all walls/ceilings, install ceiling fans, enlarge pantry door opening for roll in access with double doors and auto lighting and gut the hall bath to make room for a no barrier wheelchair access shower with floating toilet, roll under custom vanity with cabinet, new lighting, floor to ceiling subway tile, marble floor, tilted mirror, decorative grab/towel bars, inset medicine cabinet and custom soft-close sliding barn door.  All I can say, he was a God send  He was there every step of the way with his infinite expertise, alway making sure that I was happy with what he was doing and adjusting things as we went along.  Mind you, I was 2000 miles away while this construction was happening as we hadn't moved to Phoenix yet.  When I flew out two months later I was just thrilled to see so much done exactly like I had envisioned it.

We met initially, he gave me a great quote within a few days, sent him  pictures of what I needed which really helped the process go smoothly.  Rob and his crew just went to town doing everything that I needed and more.  Making sure that I had frequent updates, discussing modifications as they arose or suggestions on how to make something better.  I have worked with many contractors over the years and no one comes close to his meticulous work that he takes great pride in doing for his clients. His specialty is custom cabinetry and from what I've seen, it's just stunning.  Everything he did for us is absolutely perfect!  I cannot say enough about the integrity of Rob, just know that when you hire him, he will do his utmost to make you happy with his work.  He is not only my Contractor for life, but someone I call my friend.  Thank you Rob!!

I used this company to fix a couple broken door frames in my home. Brian had excellent customer service over the phone and provided quick, efficient, and affordable work. He was able to offer services next day and arrived on time and did a wonderful job in completing the work. I would highly recommend him and will be calling if other work is needed in the future.

They replaced our previous shower. The new one is top notch! Including being beautiful and easy to keep clean!

Recently, we needed some repair work done on the exit door in our garage. We called four contractors to get bids; Don responded first and scheduled an appointment the next day. He came on time and submitted a written estimate that same day. The work was completed in a timely way, and at exactly the price estimated. Work was outstanding in quality. We would use them again.

Worst company i have ever dealt with... pack out group - couldn't clean clothes in a timely fashion when we had to get out of our house I was told sort out 2 weeks of clothing and we will process them and get them back to you asap.  - Took call after call to get first delivery - wait for it 10 boxes of towels but no clothes.   Then it took several more calls for clothes to be delivered.

Damaged articles when moved back to the house - lost articles when moved back to the house.  - Now they want me to sign saying I will pay the difference they have not billed the insurance for delivering the product back to me 3K - they didn't unpack or put away it was all in the garage or spare room.  -

Thankfully we didn't use them for the construction - PM was not willing to write his own estimate was to lazy was only going to use what the insurance company provided.   When we wanted to change the scope of work they were going to do they wanted 20% of the amount of what they were not going to work on.  

Clearly not everything was cleaned as I am sure they wouldn't match my socks up but that is the way they came back to me.  

Nothing but excuses on why they couldn't get something done - everyone quit, manager was fired, blah blah blah.

No show, no call and when called, indicated he arranged an hour window to arrive, which is not true.  This appointment was made with him not through a service or other staff.  Total disregard for your time and your work schedule and with something as simple as arriving on time for a meeting in which he set the time, take note people.

They came out to do an estimate, told me I would have something in my email in a few days, and I never heard from them again. It has now been almost two weeks. I guess my job is to small potatoes for them!
