Super responsive and friendly!  I had a need for immediate first time service and they went the extra mile to squeeze me in - such a relief!  I only needed a one-time service, but I will be going to Divine Design Landscaping again in the future when needed.

Such wonderful service!  Very responsive.  Was able to handle everything by email and pay online.  They did great work!  Showed up when they said they would and worked quickly.  Cost seemed like a steal compared to other companies.

After being burned by another landscaper I was hesitant when looking for another. Rafa listened to what I wanted, was speedy in his responses and a great communicator. Executed our project beautifully and now we love our front yard. Will definitely be using them again for our backyard in a few years!!

They were fast - from the time I called for consult to finish it was maybe 5 weeks. The men were efficient on the yard and pavers/rock. The final project turned out exactly what we asked of them.

He came on time and was friendly but did not know his plants. Told me he would give me a quote by that night. Have not heard from him and it's been over a week. I feel if you don't want to do a job then say you don't want to do it.

I have utilized Velasco's yard service for several years. They do an exceptional job maintaining our landscaping. They promptly fix any issues with the irrigation system. Very friendly and courteous. Alex and his crew provide excellent customer service.

We moved into our home a few months back and let our lawn maintenance get away from us. By the time we were ready to get it cleaned up, it became a job for a real professional. We sent out an interest form via Yelp and A-Z Landscaping answered the interest form within minutes. The owner communicated effectively back and forth to iron out the details and made sure we knew what services we were getting. The day of the job he and his team showed up right on the time estimated and completed the task faster than we anticipated and with stellar worksmanship.

Because of the work we had completed, we've decided to hire A-Z for our regular lawn maintenance needs.

This company started strong with a quick response and sent someone out to look over my yard for a quote. I need a yard clean up and someone to fix my drip system. We agreed on a price and they said their crew would be on site in the next few days.

After 3 days I reached out for an update as no one had showed up. They told me they had fallen a little behind and that a crew would be out on Wednesday.  I sent a message on Tuesday to make sure we were still good and received no response. We'll Wednesday came and went and still no one on site and they have not responded to two different messages. Reliability is not good with this company so I would recommend going in a different direction.

I really hope they took some before pictures of my horrendous yard! These last few months have been a nightmare for us when it comes to weeds. My yard looked like a scene out of Jumanji or Jurassic Park. Weeds almost 5 ft high that looked like they could kill you if you messed with them. Oh, but mess with them we did...we pulled...and pulled...and pulled...then we tried weed killer off the self at HomeDepot. The weeds? They laughed and laughed, and thrived and thrived. Finally we reached our breaking point and did a yelp search for anyone who could possibly help. Our yard was sprayed Thursday, front and back. The weeds are shriveling up and drying out in no time. I could truly cry, I am so happy and relieved. You don't realize how much of an issue weeds can truly be until they control every free minute of your life. The money spent, was great - if you added up the time I was spending and the cost of crappy chemicals, this service was a steal! In addition to the fact that the chemicals they used worked miracles, this company is full of great communicators. Our email communication was prompt, the services were well explained. On the original day of scheduled service we had rain. They looped me in and kept me posted on when they could get back out to get the job done. I highly recommend this service! Leave this stuff up to the professionals! We will use again!

Loved how they cleaned up my yard.  Also fixed my irrigation system. While definite use them again and would recommend them.  fair Price and great work

I was torn on exactly how to rate this company on a single grading scale. Overall, I'd say 3/5.

5/5 on the quality of the finished product so far. The yard turned out very well, and overall we are happy with it.

2/5 on their ability to keep to the schedule they told us. The turf was supposed to be done on a Friday, and it wasn't even close. So then they said their guys would be here on Saturday. That Saturday, nobody had shown up by 3pm, and then we were told that they weren't coming until Monday, but that it would be finished then. Long story short, the turf wasn't done until Wednesday. Their workers quite literally moved our patio furniture around and sat on the chairs for hours at a time playing on their phones. And then had the audacity to just leave the furniture without even putting the table and chairs back. I get it. It's Phoenix. But if you give us a schedule, we expect that schedule to be met. Especially when we see the workers sitting out back doing nothing, and they didn't get here until late in the day. We shouldn't have to cancel plans and reschedule our own things because they can't keep up with theirs.

3/5 customer service. We were told they would come back the following Sunday with the receipt for the final payment we gave them. They never showed up, and didn't bother letting us know they weren't bringing it. They also left bags of trash on the side of the house. This was a $20,000+ project for our backyard. Turf, gravel, pavers to extend the patio area, and planting bushes along the border. When I texted them to ask about the receipt for our tax records, all we got first was an email with the amounts. Not an actual receipt, and no response to the text messages. While they were always nice to talk to, their overall customer service was severely lacking. For over $20,000, I don't expect to find garbage bags on the side of the house, having to consistently ask for an actual receipt, and constant delays.

Yes, the work turned out nice. There's no complaints there. But with all of the other aggravations, I would go some place else in the future. I understand that they have other customers, but we shouldn't have to pay the price for them taking on more work than they are able to handle. Not sure where the issue is in their business line, but it needs work in that regard.

Very communicative and friendly. On time and reliable. We're able to remove a dead tree and plant a new one very quickly and efficiently.

We were blown away by the service and workmanship from Greenheart!  They completed a backyard remodel for us, on-time and on-budget.  The craftsmanship was second to none, and there was never a complaint when we asked for changes.  I would recommend them without reservation!

This is my first landscaping project, and I could not have asked for a better team to help me transform my backyard. Turf Monsters AZ, especially Mike and Ryan, have exceeded my expectations on landscaping knowledge/design, customer satisfaction, and professionalism.

I am an indecisive person with limited creativity for landscaping, but Mike and Ryan made the process so much easier. Turf Monsters AZ offered many options for design, types of artificial turf, pavers, plants, as well as lighting. I had simple ideas on the appearance of my backyard, but they are truly experts in landscaping and were able to transcend my vision. With their help, I was able to add pet turf, pavers, borders, AND lights! My backyard used to be my least favorite area, but now is my favorite. They did a fantastic job, and I could not be any happier!

Cost was a priority for me when finding a landscaping company to work with. As a customer, I wanted a low/fair price that was within my budget, but I understand that companies need to profit too. Quality work is not cheap, but Turf Monsters AZ made it possible to get quality service at a reasonable price! I had researched 3 landscaping companies, and Turf Monsters AZ offered us the best price for everything we got. I am grateful that Mike and Ryan were able to work within my budget, and still brought my vision to life and more!

Words cannot even describe their outstanding professionalism. From the beginning to the end of the project, they continued to showcase efficiency, accountability, and patience. Since this was my first landscaping project, I had many questions and modifications. Mike and Ryan patiently resolved all concerns and provided great advice for ways to reduce cost or adjust the design.

Overall, this project was made possible thanks to Mike and Ryan. They have exceeded my expectations in all areas for this project! They are truly visionaries of landscaping, and I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

They were charging me 650 to clean my back and front yard. Found another that did it for 150. Thought the price was ridiculous. We did not get to do business. The guy just look in the air and pull down the price I think

We had Green Valley remove a tree and stump that was causing some issues with our block wall and lawn. They did a great job! Very pleased with the worked they did.

I requested an estimate to have two large palm trees trimmed, and even though it was the weekend, he super responsive! We scheduled a time as soon as he had availability. He and his team came first thing Monday morning. They did a great job! Very fairly priced, very responsive, thorough, quick and clean - I would highly recommend.

Sal was great to work with!  He was able to provide a quote quickly and start replacement of my outdated valve system the next day. He was able to provide assistance with additional scope of work as the project progressed.

I couldn't be happier with Sal and his work.  It was a messy project and everything was cleaned up great!
