So glad I called Valentin first! And I did so because of the great Yelp reviews. I was getting a rental property ready to sell, and needed to have the yard cleaned up. Valentin showed up when he said - every time. In 30+ years of living in Phoenix, that's been a challenge in the past. Not with Valentin! He and his guys did a great job cleaning up my small yard, then I had him come back to replace the sprinkler valve, timer box, and program it. Great communication, great work, great guys - a pleasure to do business with! I highly recommend, and we will use them at our house, too, whenever we need them!

Never heard back from them.  I called after contacting them, they told me that they would come out and give me a quote for replacing a driveway.  No follow up.

The staff were extremely nice and responsive! Turf was installed within a week of booking. The staff finished the work in just 1.5 days and it looks amazing. My backyard really needed this makeover as it looked so bland before with just gravel. Thank you Always Green Turf!

After playing whack-a-mole with my 22-year old irrigation system (constantly repairing new leaks), I called to have a new spot fixed. The receptionist said they wouldn't fix it because every repair will lead to new leaks. I had 3 companies give estimates and proposals, and I selected these folks. One, they use PVC, not the black hose I've had (and that other companies use), and they'd install a new wi-fi controller for a decent price. Because of the yard, they had to hand trench everything, making a 1-day job turn into a 3-day job, but for the promised price. The two-person crew was hard-working, friendly, and professional. I'd recommend them.

I called on Monday, Ana came out the same day and did a free estimate.  She had them out here Wednesday morning and they did an incredible job on my yard!!! Super friendly, on time, and it even rained on them and they stayed to get the job done.  Also very hard-working. Absolutely recommend!!!

We moved into our home a few months back and let our lawn maintenance get away from us. By the time we were ready to get it cleaned up, it became a job for a real professional. We sent out an interest form via Yelp and A-Z Landscaping answered the interest form within minutes. The owner communicated effectively back and forth to iron out the details and made sure we knew what services we were getting. The day of the job he and his team showed up right on the time estimated and completed the task faster than we anticipated and with stellar worksmanship.

Because of the work we had completed, we've decided to hire A-Z for our regular lawn maintenance needs.

I used to deal with Manny who was a co-owner and Brother of Miguel, another co-owner. Manny left the business and I started to deal with Miguel. I won't work with this business after interacting with Miguel. While Manny was trustworthy specially that I am in San Diego and did remote work with him while he is at Phoenix, I did not feel the trust working with his brother Miguel. who was quick to dip into my pockets for landscaping job and got super irritated when asked about his prices. Despite doing so much work with them he told me if you don't like my prices leave, and this is poor customer service for someone who spend a lot of work and jobs with them.

For that particular job that caused the relationship to deteriorate, it was my first ever interaction with Miguel about irrigation not working at a house. He called me to tell me all valves are bad like four in the front and 3 in the rear, timer is bad, there is probably a broken pipe and he asked for over $1200 for the valves alone valves while he finds a timer and quote me a price. He told me this won't guarantee things to work as we will dig deep etc... as he thinks there is a broken pipe. I was surprised that everything went bad out of a sudden and I found his prices not reasonable too considering the parts are cheap per Home Depot.

To make story short, I hired another professional and he replaced two valves, a broken pipe for $266 and all is fine.

The conclusion is either Miguel is incompetent at the job or basically he wanted to dip deep into my pockets to take advantage of me being remote.

I have used them for 2 years and I love them for of all they have a wonderful staff and their work impecable I have no complaints I would highly recommend them to any one any time!!

I sent a quote request to a few businesses on yelp and Geronimo responded in a few minutes and came out the next morning for an estimate. He quoted me a very good price, far below any other company. I told him when I was available and he fit it into his schedule. He removed 2 saguaro cactus in my front yard and was in and out in about 20 minutes. Would highly recommend!

What a wonderful experience it was in dealing with Aispuros Landscape on our hardscape project for our backyard. They responded within 24 hours to our Yelp request and were able to come out to discuss the following evening. They promised a quote within 24 hours and actually submitted it within 12. The quote was complete with one contingency on whether they would need to cut into a portion of our existing concrete patio to meet our request on aesthetics for the 15' long raised brick planter box. Although they were booked solidly, they did have a 1 day window in which the work could be done. We accepted the quote and they arrived when they said, worked straight through and finished within the time stated. Upon completion they cleaned up the area and gave us instructions on operating and setting the watering feature, etc. We are very pleased with the end result and Aispuros Landscaping.

Was really excited to get a quick response with appointment to come out and look at the property for a quote. Then they never showed up and didn't respond to my follow-up message asking if someone was still coming when no one showed. It was really odd and quite unprofessional.

Regardless Mike is your employee.  I will forward the emails exchanged between us during the scheduling process including the one requesting someone else to meet with us.  We had every intention of being a customer but did not have the opportunity due no one following through to meet us.

Turf Monsters just put in a paver walkway at our home. The work was done expertly and now we have a beautiful addition to our yard. Mike was great to work with and the men that did the work were hard working and very willing to please and make sure that everything they did was to our liking. Thank you!

I sent my project details for a quote in February and didn't hear back. I followed up a month later and still no response. If you aren't taking on new clients that's perfectly okay, but just communicate and let a person know. That's all.

From the quote process to the final project day Cristo and his team were nothing but awesome! Initially I had Green Valley remove two trees, they were on time and did a fantastic job. A neighbor commented to me that you couldn't even tell a giant old pine had been there. Their work was so good I contracted with them to do an entire front yard renovation. Cristo listened to my ideas, gave me suggestions to improve and made my dream front yard come true. They were always on time, super friendly (even to my 3 crazed chihuahua's), fair price, quality work and every day they cleaned the job site so you couldn't tell work was being done. I have nothing but positives to say about this company. Use them, you will not be sorry!

As a first time homeowner (and a solo one, at that), I was extremely nervous going into my landscaping project. I contacted multiple companies for quotes and from the start, Sal was the most communicative and friendliest person I worked with.

Even better? The quote was the most competitive I received. I had work to be done in both my front and back yards and Sal's quote encompassed all the work I wanted without cutting any corners (I can't say the same about some of the other people - I was quoted nearly twice as much for almost half the work).

Throughout the entire process the team was great - the were prompt, respectful, professional, and most importantly delivered a STELLAR final product. Sal answered all of my questions upfront and was sure to check in with me almost daily about the progress, any questions, and updates. I couldn't ask for anything more! My yards were a barren disaster before this, and now I have a beautiful entertaining space. I could not recommend Sal's Landscaping enough.

We can't say enough about Manuel and Hector's work on our landscaping.  Hector worked with us on refining a design we had in mind, along with providing advice on plantings and materials.  He was professional and timely in keeping appointments, providing cost estimates, and a timeline of scheduling and completion of work (started ahead of schedule and finished on time, btw).  Hector was on-site daily to answer any questions and discuss any issues that came up, and always offered solutions.  Manuel (Hector's father), was also on-site every day, directing work by their crew and making sure things were done to his standards.  Our brick patio in the front yard was designed with a organic shape, requiring that slim, narrow pie-shaped brick had to be fashioned so that all bricks would fit together neatly.  Manuel did the cutting himself and was exacting in their placement.  Our patios, front and back are beautiful.  Along with our patio, they arranged for Manuel's brother to fabricate our steel fence with a spring gate at the sidewalk, and a rolling gate at the driveway right next to the front porch - exactly what we wanted.  Although, we lost a few plants in the first few months, that's to be expected, and Hector came out and replaced them per the guarantee.  We've been very happy with the results and regularly get compliments on our yard from people passing by.  Landscaping is a big investment, of course, and we did a lot, but it was well worth it considering that we added living space, security and comfort to our little house.  Definitely contact Nevarez Landscaping for your home.
