Clara was very responsive to my emails and the workers who came to clean up my backyard and fix my irrigation were very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend getting your services from divine design. Another bonus is that you can pay with card online through their portal and request tickets.

Great Experience with this company.  We needed a new irrigation system and landscaping.  Everything happened exactly as it was explained to us and the work was completed in a timely manner.  The price was very fair and more competitive than the big guys.  Small family owned is the way to go!!  So happy with our yard now.  We would definitely use them again.

Miguel & Manny were a pleasure to work with. Their prices were competitive and they were able to get their team working on our backyard within the week.

The hiccups: (1) the day they were coming to quote the work no one showed up at the scheduled time. When we inquired when we should expect someone, we were told there were car troubles (no idea how true that is since they seemed to drive well-maintained vehicles) but this was remedied quickly, and Miguel showed within the hour; (2) the dumpster they hired to remove our old cement, we were told would be picked up that same day. The following day it was still there, so we text Manny in the late afternoon just to make him aware. No response, but it was picked up the morning on day 2 , and we noticed Miguel oversaw the pick up; (3) when the cement was going to be laid about a week after the initial work, Victor showed up the day before to verify measurements. He said either Miguel or Manny would be in touch with us about the time they would arrive the following day (something they had also told us prior to leaving the previous week). When we had still heard nothing by the early morning that the work would be done, we initiated contact by text. Manny got back to me within the hour, and the cement crew arrived within 45 minutes of that text. That said, they both came and inspected the work both days prior to their crew finishing for the day.

The work: We had them remove an already fractured cement pad and old built-in fire pit we rarely used. We requested backfill dirt in the half of the area that we have yet to figure out what we'll yet do with it, and they laid new cement in the other half. They also removed an old lantana that had been planted far too close to the house by a previous resident, moved our old irrigation around the side of the house, and added an pvc spigot closer to what will be our gardening area.

Overall, we were content with the work and their prices. While communication wasn't 'terrible', there did seem to be an odd bit of disconnect. Still, our project was very basic and not overly time sensitive, so it was nothing that would keep us from considering them again for future projects. Probably my favorite aspect of the communication is that much of it was by text which is far more direct.

Found them and initiated communication via Yelp.  Ryan was prompt to respond and was really helpful and patient with all of my questions.  After our new backyard landscaping went in we hired to them spray pre/post emergent and they're scheduled to come back out for warranty spray (we had a bad case of spurge!)

Ryan and his staff are customer focused and a pleasure to work with.  They're communication is excellent and they are really accommodating with giving us a on our way call so we can bring the dogs in the house.

Geronimo and his crew were great. They responded to my job request very quickly. He came out next day and gave me a quote. The job was done the next day. 5 stars!

They did a serious cleanup after my former landscaper decided to drop me without notice. The cleanup was done well and I was pleased. Followup two weeks later, they are efficient and don't waste time doing the yard work. Plus they are about 5 miles from my house which makes it very convenient.

Was really excited to get a quick response with appointment to come out and look at the property for a quote. Then they never showed up and didn't respond to my follow-up message asking if someone was still coming when no one showed. It was really odd and quite unprofessional.

Greenheart Landscapes did a fantastic job on our small outdoor space!  Irene was very knowledgeable and worked with us every step of the way.

The crew was great, did amazing work and completed the project quickly.  I would definitely recommend them to friends as they did quality work.

I still can't believe how beautiful my yard looks thanks to Turf Monsters! I put my backyard remodel on hold for months feeling so defeated from high estimates and lack of partnership from other landscape companies.

One call to Turf Monsters and I knew this company was something special. Ryan managed my project from start to finish, helping bring my vision to life beyond what I imagined. Ryan did a great job answering all my questions, working around my schedule and organizing the crew and materials for the job.

The project included demo of my old yard, a new modern layout with pavers, turf and new rock. They were even able to use my existing landscape lights, fitting them into the new layout.

Luis and his crew were at my house by 7am every morning working diligently on my yard. They communicated along the way, checking in periodically to make sure I was happy with how the project was coming along.

Very quick to respond :) needed my yard done the following day on a Sunday, because I was moving out on Saturday and couldn't find a landscaper. We were able to arrange a time very easily.
I also couldn't be at the property since I was moving stuff to my new place but they went to the yard, finished quickly and sent me pictures of the yard- absolutely pristine!

Highly recommend! The team was able to schedule a time to come out and give us a quote and were able to get us on their schedule very quickly.  They did a very thorough job and paid great attention to detail! My husband and I originally thought we could do the job ourselves over a couple weekends, but after seeing the work Cristo and his guys put into paving the space, we are so thankful we did not try to do it on our own!

We were just serviced by Hernandez Landscaping. They were excellent to work with. We recieved a quote for our backyard quickly. The price was more than fair. They came out the very next day to save our overgrown backyard. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

My third and final comments barring something extraordinary, good or bad, happening.  While routine service of our irrigation system is not part of our monthly contract, we do have Nevarez repair any problems we have.  Even though I realize they don't test the system monthly, it would be nice if they paid a little more attention to the health of the plants they maintain.  And sometimes I have to remind them to do trimming that is missed.

But in spite of my nitpicking, they do a far better job than the last company we used and are always pleasant to work with.  No missed appointments and they are always accommodating if we have an issue that can't wait.  And if they come off schedule to take care of irrigation repairs or new plantings, they will still often clean up debris even though I don't expect it.

In addition to trimming and irrigation, we have also had some work done on our landscape lighting and fountain, and I'm sure we'll have more projects to come.
