WORST SERVICE EVER. This place made me regret letting go of my inconsistent landscapers for completely unreliable landscapers. This business is not only unreliable but so incredibly disorganized that they couldnt even complete the services they agreed to on the invoice sent to me. Then they tried to bill me after not doing the work!

First the owner visited my home, I showed him exactly the areas that need to be addressed each week in my front and backyard. We have trellaces with hanging flowers, bushes, a lemon tree and artificial grass. I specifically asked to have the backyard done and spent most of the time showing him the areas. I made it clear our watering drip system timing was off and needed to be repaired.

Next he sent me an invoice for all items I requested including front and back yard and fixing the drip system. I agreed, easy. I never saw the owner after that.

His landscapers showed up, scalped my front yard and left. They did not enter the backyard through the open gate. They did not look at the drip system.

I contacted them and they promised it would be fixed the next day. I didnt ask, the woman who seems to be the owners wife apologize and committed to coming the next day. Fine no harm no foul. Mistakes happen.

I waited for 5  hours on my Saturday. Didnt get a call even. I contacted her asking when they were coming  and had to leave. They showed up after I reminded her they were supposed to come and rescalped my front yard. Thats it.

For the next 2 days all I got were apologies, we will fix it, we will come out etc. On Monday 2 guys came in the morning and asked my husband to show them the sprinkler box. He did and they didnt fix it and didnt do anything in the backyard, again.

I called and let her know. Again apologies we will be back out.

Two men came out Monday evening. In the dark they looked at the drip system and couldnt fix it. I told the workers specifically that the backyard needed to be trimmed. He just nodded and left and they'ld be back.

Here we are on tuesday. I told the woman I spoke with that today is the last chance. They have been out 4 times and hadn't touched my backyard. That was in my original consult and invoice. This woman had the audacity to tell me she would send me an invoice for work done. They did nothing I asked for, was invoiced for. I wasted my time waiting for them and trying to fix thier disorganization. She topped it off by calling me rude. I have no problem posting the text messages very clearly displaying how inept they are and how patient I was.

Don't go close to this place unless you want to waste time, not get anything you asked for, and then be called rude and billed  for nothing.

I researched many gardners/landscapers on Yelp and settled on Valentin.  I'm so happy I did!  All of the reviews are correct....he does EXCELLENT work and is reasonably priced.  He responds quickly and fits you into his schedule in a timely manner.  I will definitely use him again as needed.  Thank you!

We reached out to Rafa at Envision for some help with our backyard project and he was initially very responsive. He came out to our house a few days later for a free consultation, very friendly guy and gave us some good suggestions. He told me he'd be sending me a quote within 24 hrs.

Unfortunately I never got the quote, so I followed up with him 5 days later and asked for an update. He told me he'd have the quote for me by midday, which was about 4-5 hrs from then. I never got the quote. It was the 2nd time he had broken his promise. I texted him that night close to 8pm saying that I never got the quote, and he just left me on read. This was well over a week ago - I never heard from him again.

I really liked Rafa when we met in person, but it's really important not to overpromise. It would have been nice to get an explanation on why he never was able to send the quote. Was he too busy to take on the project? Not enough help? Whatever the reason, I'd recommend he try to be more honest and straightforward.

Our yard has been a work in progress for the past 30 years or so until last week. We met with designer and layed out a great plan and about 3 weeks later the crew of installers showed up and got right to work. Lots of prep work took place and then the grass started going down over 3.5 days of extremely warm weather. I would look out and see the guys down on their hands and knees trimming around the stepping stones with a pair of scissors like a barber would trim hair. Great work and then they finished up by moving all the patio furniture and pots with cacti back right when we wanted them. The yard looks Great.

Made an appointment to quote an irrigation project and they never showed up.

My husband and I had a horrible weed problem in our yard. It was in terrible shape. We were contacted promptly by Alex from Velasco when I inquired about a quote for the job. He came over the same day and gave us a thorough, free consultation. I was impressed by his quick response and the description he gave about exactly what he could do to improve our yard. His quote was very reasonable as well. Today, his team came out and did a wonderful job on clearing the weeds/grass patches in our yard and spraying any stragglers for weed prevention. It looks like a new yard! I was also impressed that they even netted our pool to get rid of the debris from the blower. Excellent customer service! The workers were very polite. We know who to call for our landscaping needs in the future! Thank you, Velasco!!

We hired Nature Homes to trim several of our overgrown trees and these guys were terrific. Their quote was very reasonable and their work was great. When we asked for a little extra trimming on our trees they were happy to accommodate us. About 1/2 of the companies we contacted to bid the project sent out tree experts that wanted to charge us an exorbitant amount of money to do the work. We almost fell into that trap. Grateful that we found this company.

Showed up when they said they would, did a thorough job and the cost was reasonable.

Gave me a fair estimate and scheduled sevice two days later. Again showed up right on time. Very kind and professional, worked quickly and got the job done.

This is my first time hiring a landscaping Company, and I'm very appreciative that it was so easy with Geronimo, especially as so many other Companies are not quick to respond to requests to quote and/or do not show up on time.

After sending a request quote to Aispuros through Yelp, Sam responded and was at my home the next morning.
I had 4 trees needing to be trimmed and Sam was one of three estimates that day.
He was very professional and was very clear on his vision for each tree. A very good listener as well.
While the other companies were going to use my bulk pickup to keep their price down, Sam beat them all and that was with hauling away the debris himself.
He scheduled the work right away, just 3 days later.
The day of the appt not only were they on time but to my surprise,  he didn't just send a team out and you never see Sam again. He comes with his team and does the climbing himself. So you know that what was discussed on the day of the estimate is exactly what is going to be done.
I would use him again and again.

We had a 30 ft Magnolia tree that we had to remove and this was by far the beat maintenance experience we've had from hiring off Yelp.  These people were responsive, showed up same day to quote, very reasonable and within a few days the tree and stump were gone, as if it never existed.  He would have done it sooner but we weren't in any hurry and it was better for both our schedules to postpone to early the next week.  

This was an awesome experience and I highly recommended spring Landscaping!!

Our experience with Greenheart was very positive. This is our 2nd paver installation experience. It was such a contrast from the first company we worked with. Irene is prompt and professional with her communication. The crew is friendly and talented. At the end of the job the space was cleaned up and looking great.

They must not need business because they're awful at returning calls, voicemails and texts. There are too many options out there to be so uncommunicative

Efficient, fast, reasonable price. Highly recommend! Previous owner planted a tree in a flower bed that had grown so much it had cracked the flower bed. I wish I had before and after photos because Green Valley Tree-Specialists & Landscaping were able to remove the stump and masonry quickly and now it looks like nothing was even there! Really great job.

These guys did a great job. Our yard was over run with weeds. They came out to give me a quote and were able to come the next morning. My yard looks great. Would definitely hire again!

Sal was great to work with!  He was able to provide a quote quickly and start replacement of my outdated valve system the next day. He was able to provide assistance with additional scope of work as the project progressed.

I was recommended by a friend who owns several rental properties in Scottsdale.  They did his landscaping on the penthouse unit at the Optima where my friend lives.  I couldn't  believe how beautiful everything was.  Hector did the design and everything else.  I have used their services for myself for about 3 years now.  Hector always puts out 110 percent effort.  He is on time, does everything he says he will do, and does it well. He, his dad, and their staff are all very professional and efficient  I work in a large school district  where I routinely recommend him to my friends and co-workers.
