There was some confusion with the initial service, since I had to re-schedule and the day we re-scheduled to they were unable to get to my property before the end of the day. However, this Monday they made up for it by coming first thing with a full 4 person crew and did a great job on my property. Would be a 5 star without the scheduling conflict!

Valley Verde did a beautiful job with my front and back yard. They weeded and trimmed my trees which were out of control after the days of rain a couple of weeks ago here in Phx.
They were at my house within a couple of days of speaking to them to get the work done. Valentin was easy to communicate with and his prices were super reasonable compared to other companies I had researched. I will absolutely be using services again.

The Project
The final outcome blew us away! Beautifully and professionally done (see the before and after pics). We will for sure be calling Envision back for future projects.

I can not say enough about Always Green. So easy to work with. From setting up a consultation appointment, to the final walk-thru every part was made easy. Every employee we came in contact with wore a mask. They were fast efficient and provided a beautiful backyard. If you're looking for the best congrats you found them!

Our backyard need a makeover badly. I shopped around and found others but Nick and Co. really took this project on and made it happen. Their communication and customer service was outstanding. He was patient through the entire process, even when we had to change the design. Provided guided feedback and listened to our recommendations. I highly recommend his company and thankful for the service he provided. I secured them to perform our monthly service. I couldn't recommend this company more. Ana came out on Wednesday to give us a quote and next day they were at our house. We had a pretty overgrown yard from the storms and the crew knocked it out in a couple hours and did an amazing job. They went above and beyond!!!!! Thankyou!!

Miguel & Manny were a pleasure to work with. Their prices were competitive and they were able to get their team working on our backyard within the week.

The hiccups: (1) the day they were coming to quote the work no one showed up at the scheduled time. When we inquired when we should expect someone, we were told there were car troubles (no idea how true that is since they seemed to drive well-maintained vehicles) but this was remedied quickly, and Miguel showed within the hour; (2) the dumpster they hired to remove our old cement, we were told would be picked up that same day. The following day it was still there, so we text Manny in the late afternoon just to make him aware. No response, but it was picked up the morning on day 2 , and we noticed Miguel oversaw the pick up; (3) when the cement was going to be laid about a week after the initial work, Victor showed up the day before to verify measurements. He said either Miguel or Manny would be in touch with us about the time they would arrive the following day (something they had also told us prior to leaving the previous week). When we had still heard nothing by the early morning that the work would be done, we initiated contact by text. Manny got back to me within the hour, and the cement crew arrived within 45 minutes of that text. That said, they both came and inspected the work both days prior to their crew finishing for the day.

The work: We had them remove an already fractured cement pad and old built-in fire pit we rarely used. We requested backfill dirt in the half of the area that we have yet to figure out what we'll yet do with it, and they laid new cement in the other half. They also removed an old lantana that had been planted far too close to the house by a previous resident, moved our old irrigation around the side of the house, and added an pvc spigot closer to what will be our gardening area.

Overall, we were content with the work and their prices. While communication wasn't 'terrible', there did seem to be an odd bit of disconnect. Still, our project was very basic and not overly time sensitive, so it was nothing that would keep us from considering them again for future projects. Probably my favorite aspect of the communication is that much of it was by text which is far more direct.

Custom Weed and Pest Control is amazing.  They have friendly staff and are worth every cent.  I spray once a year around the front and back.  Tara and her family have an exceptional service and they back their warranty.  I used them when I first moved here. Then I forgot their name and used someone else who killed 2 of my bushes.  I got an email from Custom Weed and Pest Control last year and had them come out again and I'm very pleased with their service.  I'll continue to use them in the future.

Loved how they cleaned up my yard.  Also fixed my irrigation system. While definite use them again and would recommend them.  fair Price and great work

Our landlord decided at the last minute that we needed to trim a palm tree and fix some stray grass before we moved out... with four days' notice!!
I called around, Aispuros was the only one who answered the phone. They came out the next day for an estimate and said they could do the work within the next few days before we moved. They came out the next morning!! I'm so impressed with the service, the way they crammed me in, the way things looked, the friendly service, and the price was reasonable.

I'm giving them 2 stars because my initial communication with them was great. Regina was friendly and Carlos was friendly and helpful when chatting through our project goals during our quote consultation. Unfortunately things went down from there.

I was told I would receive a follow up quote within two weeks after the consultation. I did not hear anything back for a month, so I reached out again and was told they would look into it.

Again, two weeks later, no response. I followed up again only to be told that the rep informed you that you did not meet our minimum. Mind you that the only thing I was told during the consultation was that I'd hear back in two weeks, but I never did.

Additionally, when I got an explanation, they claimed that there was a 5k minimum on projects and that the rep indicated to me that he told you that the day of the consultation. I had told our rep that we were looking for 4k-10k for our project during our consultation. In fact, when I had asked him what their minimum was, he instead said that they don't like to give minimums and that he'd just like to know our price range instead (4k-10k).

The Owner was the one who handled the last email response to me and clearly showed no interest in trying to keep my business. All they needed to do was ask me a few questions to clear things up. It's really that simple when it comes to earning and retaining a client base. Instead they decided to make assumptions and trust the word of a rep (who is no longer there?) about what price I was apparently willing to spend.

I'm shocked, really.

Mike and the Turf Monsters team were an absolute pleasure to work with and exceeded our expectation greatly. They were quick, professional and we are so pleased with our new turf! Our backyard job included the ripping up of old turf and extending the new turf out with pavers. All of this was completed ahead of schedule and it looks amazing! There were little things I noticed that made me appreciate the work Turf Monsters did including the excellent clean up before they left. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a quality work, competitive prices and a professional team. We are excited to spend more time in our new beautiful backyard. Efficient, fast, reasonable price. Highly recommend! Previous owner planted a tree in a flower bed that had grown so much it had cracked the flower bed. I wish I had before and after photos because Green Valley Tree-Specialists & Landscaping were able to remove the stump and masonry quickly and now it looks like nothing was even there! Really great job.
