Charles and his team completed a job for us last week and they have exceeded our expectations. After seeing the awesome 5 star reviews on Yelp and Facebook, we knew we'd be in good hands. From his first visit a couple months ago to see the yard, to going above and beyond, we have had an outstanding experience.

We communicated mostly thru Yelp via messages and I must have messaged Charles over a dozen times with questions and design changes. When we had to postpone due to delays with HOA approvals, Charles was able to push us back to his next available date. He made sure to answer all questions in a timely manner and was able to do everything we asked in our design. He had a packed schedule, but did not overbook to give each project the time it deserved.

We ended up having a walkway put in from the driveway to the side gate, a 6 ft pad behind the gate, 2 1/2 ft wide square steps to the back leading to a 12 x 20 ft concrete slab, and a full patio extension to match our existing covered patio.

Each day, Charles and his team arrived on time and immediately communicated any issues that came up. The first day, the site was prepped which included setting up the frames for the concrete pour, and even included taking out most of the weeds in our backyard. The second day was a little shorter, but involved putting together the frames for the square steps and other prep work. The last day was prepping plastic to cover the house and surrounding areas, and of course the pour and finishing.

Everything was completed as requested and the area was always cleaned after each day. There were a few hiccups with the concrete company they had come out, but Charles and his team made sure to fix all issues and we were very happy with all the work done. You're in good hands with Charles and you can tell he cares about the homeowners he works with. For a hardworking team that does awesome work, at a fair and affordable price... look no further than NLC.

Alfredo did a great job building a patio in my backyard.  It was a relatively small project, just two days, and he was prompt, offered good input on the design and his team did fantastic work.  Couldn't be happier with choosing him.

We were impressed with Mike from the first phone call (which he answered himself). As the owner of a small business he certainly knows the importance of outstanding customer service. He communicated well and often. We felt his price was absolutely in line with the rest of the industry. He and his company stand out above the rest because of their service.

I had to make several phone calls to a larger company in order to even get a quote. I spoke with a receptionist, then a sales person (who of course had to return my call a day later)... In the meantime Mike came over promptly to measure and show me samples and provide a written estimate. We decided to go with him and had our grass installed about a week later.

I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to have a beautiful and maintenance free backyard.

The guys from AZ concrete works are just finishing up a project in our backyard.  We can't recommend them highly enough.  The finished concrete piece looks amazing!  Far more sculpture than giant planter, just what we wanted to make a contemporary statement in our yard,  
They worked incredibly hard and their attention to detail was amazing.  They obviously take great pride in their work and it shows.

We requested a quote to have a tree removed and other landscaping projects from Jorge and he scheduled an appointment right away to meet us. He showed up on time and he listened to exactly what we wanted and made suggestions which I appreciated. The quotes were very reasonable. We went with just the tree removal for now. They came out and took down our huge two story high tree and did such a great job, it looked as if the tree was never there. They also cleaned up everything as well. I highly recommend them and will be using them again for our other projects.

We didn't have a big project, but Dave and his team treated us like we did.  They were communicative, on time, honest, reliable, and reasonably priced.
I highly recommend Prevail Concrete and we will be working with them again once we start our front yard project.

These Guy went above and beyond. Communication was extremely prompt, They answered every question I had and they were priced very reasonable. They called to let me know they would be about 5min late. And showed up to the minute. The Crew was super nice and worked fast and efficient. These are true professionals and it shows in the work they do. They will defiantly be back out to complete other Jobs in the future. Thanks again to Guillermo & his crew!

I wish my experience with Envision was great, but it was not. I feel blown off & cheated out of money & final product. The issues started toward the end of the project, first was missing weed barrier within the border of my decorative rock, which wouldn't have even been caught if weeds/grass didn't start growing through. While it was corrected, the rock was merely scooted aside and mat laid, which caused large gaps to which there is still weeds/grass growing through my rock boarders. The largest issue was the clean fill dirt & top soil. The entirety of the fill was not clean and had massive amounts of rock in it which sod cannot be placed on due to root contact / irrigation issues. I contacted Rafa advising of this (which should have been caught) but again, wasn't & he said quote its not our fault - you are the professional proving a service, it is 100% on the company not ensuring your product is up to standards. He sent two people to rake the yard of rock the next day however it was not successful. His crew before leaving for the day advised me they need to re-do the entire fill/top soil as the more they raked the more rock came up. When I asked Rafa to call me to discuss, he said he was at a Dr. Appt and would call me after, that was April 19th, I have yet to hear from him. He got his money, and I am no longer important, I waited plenty of time to give benifit of doubt before writing this. Additionally, after the crew raked, they exposed PVC pipe for irrigation which should be at a minimum 4in under the ground. All around there were too many issues that were not caught, not corrected and the owner could have cared less. I'm sure some excuse will be posted in response, but please take this review not as being spiteful as it won't change the issues I now have to deal with out of my own pocket, but as a warning and my experience with Envision to search for a professional elsewhere.

4-19-19 Update - Called Christo and his team for another tree project.  The team did a fantastic job - again.  I highly recommend this company - fair price - great quality work - his team is always on time.  I trust this company and they are my go to guys for tree care.

I wish there were a way to add extra stars! Despite a small hiccup in the middle of the design process, Jon, Armando and especially our job foreman, Juan Carlos, were true professionals. They offered great suggestions and thought of things to improve our project that had never occurred to us. The guys who did the actual work ALWAYS showed up on time every day, worked quickly but very carefully, and left the job site immaculate every single day. They are truly artisans!

We hired Ramos Concrete to do front door concrete steps for an in-law suite addition. It was very easy to work with Augustine. Very timely, professional and communicative. I was appreciative that he squeezed us in to his busy schedule. Many of the other contractors I tried calling simply ignored my calls or didn't show up. Glad I found them and the steps look great! I highly recommend.

Heath at CSI was the best contractor I've worked with on my residential projects.  He gave me a bid, then stuck to it even though there were some price overruns.  He said My bid is my bid and meant it!  The project was a larger one for $10,000.  It was a 1600 s.f. foundation pad for a 40' x 40' steel building.  It required a building permit and County inspections.  The County Inspector said, yYou've got a good contractor here.  He has gone beyond the safety specs I would have expected to see here.  No problems with this one!  Heath was on time, and finished the project when expected.

I've had New Generation Block Fence to my home twice to do repairs on my brick wall.  The work was outstanding, the service was great, and the price was very fair.  Highly recommend.

Miguel and his team were great!!!  I just used them for the first time but from start to finish they were SUPER professional and so nice.  Miguel responded to me quickly on Yelp, easy to communicate with, and got us scheduled for a first time treatment within a few days!  I would highly recommend them for your landscaping needs.  Not only did they do an amazing job, but they cleaned up after so nothing left for us to do.  A couple of things I asked them about (because I know nothing about plants and how they grow, etc) they answered me with a smile.  SO glad I found them and will be using them for monthly services that I hope are as great as this one.  Thank you!!!
