After searching for a while and getting various quotes we decided to go with these guys. Not only were they extremely professional, the owner knows his stuff and personally comes out each day his crew was on the job. Thank you so much for doing such a great job. I usually don't write reviews but Alfredo did an amazing job repairing my concrete. He was fast to respond and gave a reasonable quote. I will definitely use him again. Great job!

I have used Silva Bros. for 2 separate driveway expansion projects at rental properties I own in Central Phoenix.

He and his team are prompt, professional, and do stellar work.

The cherry on top is their very reasonable pricing.

This is an overdue review. They did an approximately 20 ft x 10 ft concrete patio pad for me last summer. Travis was very responsive after I initially reached out. He gave me a projected lead time that was accurate and I'm happy with the quality of the work itself. Would highly recommend and I am even considering another concrete project for my house and they would be my go-to again if I do decide to do it.

I didn't have work done. But I'd like to give the perspective as a neighbor.

I was inspired to write this review after seeing all the heavy equipment tracks in my yard from materials being dropped off this morning to wrap up my neighbors project with this company.

I live in a cul de sac. Throughout the 3 weeks of work, my driveway was partially blocked and often times frequently blocked. Trash, like empty water bottles and plastic bags were often left in piles on the sidewalk along with 4-5, 3ft mounds of refuse or raw materials. I often picked up trash thrown around by wind because it was standard practice to leave the jobsite daily without cleaning up.

Materials piled in the street blocked my trash can from being emptied by the city on 2 occasions because materials would be placed in front of my pickup location. Workers assured me they would move my bucket if needed but they didn't.

The sidewalk and street in front of the house continues to be completely discolored and is now collecting debris in the gutter after a few rains.

I reached out to the project manager to unblock my garage and he responded immediately. New materials continued to be placed in front of my garage. And as I started with, I guess they used my yard to gain access to my neighbors and left 3 inch ruts.

I showed the company my review before posting it. The rep I spoke to apologized and offered to repair my yard.

I found Jose on Yelp and although he is new to Yelp with few reviews, dont hesitate to hire his team for your job.   I had a small paver repositioning/border job that I needed done quickly.  Jose was prompt in responding, gave me a great (very fair) quote and scheduled the job quickly.  He arrived on time, worked quickly and did an amazing job...exactly what I needed!  I would recommend Jose and his team for any Concrete/Paver work you need!

If you are looking for a company that is exemplary at pavers, this is the one to contact. They are a small business who do a very professional job. Everyone who visits comments on how nice the pavers look. Workmen who come to my house often ask for their contact details.

I had them widen my drive, replace the front sidewalk, add a sidewalk on the side, and expand the rear patio so I had more entertainment space.

My daughter had them replace her front walk and patio, plus the entertainment area in the back.

Both of these paver installations look great and upgrade the properties.

Super happy with our new fence! Install was quick and efficient--excellent quality for a reasonable price. The install date got pushed back due to weather, but the final product was worth the wait.

Mike completed a highly technical hillside  concrete job to install a mountain side elevator(Hillhiker) He finished hillside excavation by hand to make sure his forms met the city approved plans. Coordinated the subs to help pump the concrete ect.

The rebar, and concrete passed a 3rd party special inspection and the city the first time. Pricing was reasonable.

They suggested places for me to source out material at a better price and better quality.  They were professional and punctual. They did an amazing job on my backyard.  Would highly recommend using them.  Love my new backyard oasis!

We didn't have a big project, but Dave and his team treated us like we did.  They were communicative, on time, honest, reliable, and reasonably priced.
I highly recommend Prevail Concrete and we will be working with them again once we start our front yard project.

We hired Cactus Curbing to install a new drip system, install artificial grass, plant a tree, repair a block wall, and build new planters using updated curbing. We couldn't be more happy with the final project. The Cactus Curbing team works hard and the quality of their work is impressive. Albert is a great listener, gives good and honest feedback, and made sure that we were fully satisfied with the job that was completed. We look forward to hiring them to update our backyard landscaping and curbing in the future!

I had a great first meeting with Rafa and then never heard from them again. I called and was told if have an email in the next few days and that was 2 weeks ago now. Don't waste your time

***UPDATE***
I was never asked for my final plans on another project. After first meeting I was told you would be back the next day with the grading guy. No one came. Called the office. They said you didn't realize you couldn't make it out and you would come that Saturday. I told her we weren't home Saturday. No idea if they did come because we never heard back from anyone. After that, our last communication was 5/27 and I was told to expect something the following week when the family was back in the office. I understand there was a loss in the family and am sympathetic to that. I followed up after receiving nothing that week. I texted and called the office. A woman said to expect something in the next few days. Still nothing. So I didn't try to engage many times in my end. This was the last communication.

Cristo responded quickly to our Yelp request and was very prompt in getting to our house for an estimate.  We received a separate quote for each project so we could choose what we wanted done first.  It was all very professional and prompt.  

On the scheduled day, Cristo and his team removed a dead fruit and replaced with a new one.  It was done quickly and the area was left cleaned of all debris.

I will be using this company again in the future.

We love spending time outside in this beautiful state of Arizona, but when we moved into our house the backyard did not create a feeling of calm.

I called several landscape designers and were told We are too busy, We only do projects with a $50,000 minimum or they were a no show to an appointment or never called back. However, Colorworks returned my call same day and had the designer out the next.

They listened and worked with us to create a serene, almost spa like atmosphere. The price for what they created was fair. The designer or owner was there everyday of the project to ensure it was done right. The entire ream was professional and actually fun to work with. We made several changes during the course of the project and these were handled with the utmost professionalism.

We can't wait for the new plants to grow and create a lush get-away to enjoy every day of the year!

I contacted Mr. Ramos after he was referred to me by another contractor that performed drywall repairs on my home. I mentioned that In needed my old driveway demo'ed and repoured and he said that he just had Ramos Concrete and Landscaping complete a much larger job for him a few weeks ago.

I called Mr Ramos and he was able to schedule an appointment to meet me at my home a few days later. I had already received about 3 quotes from other concrete companies and they were all fairly comparable.

Mr. Ramos came out (on time), measured my drivewway and told me exactly what would be done. He also explained how long the process would take, when I could walk on it, when it would be safe to drive on etc. His quote was also several hundred dollars less than some of the other contractors.

Knowing that he had done quality work for someone else, I went ahead and scheduled the work through Ramos Concrete and Landscaping. I paid the deposit (50%) and he arrived a few days later, on time to complete the demolition. After the demo and haul away was complete, the driveway was repoured. I couldn't believe how amazing the new driveway looked!

It's been a few weeks since the work has been completed and I have had Mr. Ramos come back to my home for a few other landscaping projects ( fill holes, repair sprinklers, lawn maintenance) and I will definitely be referring him to clients in the future.

I highly recommend heath for all your concrete and paving projects. Don't hesitate to call Heath!

Since recently relocated to Arizona II rely heavily on yelp and again it did not disappoint, CSI CONCRETE was a great choice for me and my family.

CSI CONCRETE poured out about one thousand sq feet of concrete at various locations around the house including expanding my driveway on each side and putting in a huge RV pad plus a shed pad and dog run. There was no hidden fees or undisclosed costs, which I appreciate very much. They are a
complete service that included pulling out unwanted plants, removing excess dirt, redistributing rock and hauling out all the remaining trash.

We are very pleased with the results.

I wo update never use this as they had my contact information. They never took the professional courtesy  to. call come out to my home for a estimate on my Retainer wall. Very disappointed that they blew me off.

They responded right away and were very polite and efficient.  I'm going to keep using them in the future.
