I feel like the best way to write reviews is start with the TLDR if only because my actual reviews tend to fairly long.

TLDR: Great Company, Courteous and Understanding Employees, No Complaints. Hire them. Matt was awesome.

Actual Review:

My experience with Urban Desert Pest Control started the same way everyone else's did. We got pests and we needed them dead. So I did my research and ultimately made my choice based on the sheer number of excellent reviews here on Yelp; they painted and excellent picture and a free estimate would make our decision.

Setting up our appointment over email (I can't begin to wax poetic about big a positive that is) was simple and straightforward and went by with no issue. Just a few days later Brad the owner came out to perform the estimate himself and was concise, personable, and incredibly professional and understanding. A definite delight to to talk to. He was additionally incredibly upfront about the companies schedule and the wait times we would be looking at for the work we needed done.

After scheduling for our actual treatment we were assigned Matt who continued the customer service trend set by Brad and was professional, courteous, and most importantly understanding. Most importantly because I forgot to properly do the treatment prep required and he was incredibly cool with my mad dash to quickly move everything on the back patio and he even helped move a few of the heavier items something definitely out of scope with what he signed up for. No complaints at all on his part. He didn't even mind our overly vocal dog.

After all of that the work itself was completed quickly and efficiently in short order and I have full confidence that our pest problem will shortly be a thing of the past. Best of all the price was quite reasonable.

We are newer to AZ and all the creatures. Insectek has always been amazing to us! They have always cheerfully answered any question I've had & given me in depth explanations about what they do and why. They are always so honest and friendly, and so reliable! They show up when they're supposed to and do a thorough job! Our tech, Matt, always asks us what's been going on in between services and pays special attention to anything we request. Anytime I've called in, Courtney has been incredibly helpful and has great customer service, and the manager, Morgan, is always so helpful & patient with any questions. I love the integrity & follow through, as well as the incredible customer service of every person I've ever interacted with in the company. Truly the best! They get rid of the pests & make you feel like family they care about all in one. We highly recommend them!

I actually called another pest control company to schedule a treatment but Josh was the first one to call me back. He was very engaging, professional and provided excellent customer service.
Because of him I scheduled with Simply Green.
Brandon and his assistant showed up today and were also very professional and educated us on several aspects of pest control  that we had no idea about!
Obviously this company takes customer service seriously and it shows!!

Hired TruForce to get rid of minor inspect problem and since have not seen one in my house. TruForce gets the job done. Give them a call for you pest control needs.

We got several quotes and this company was priced fair not the cheapest not the costliest. We decided to go with them due to how knowledgeable and professional they came across while getting an estimate. The technician was timely and efficient and took care of the problem we were having. What can I say that already hasn't been said, caring people, quality service and they treat you like family. It's all true. We had them in for a Termite inspection years ago, and loved the attitude, and once we found out they did regular pest control we've been using them for years. Had a little water heater issue in our garage, and upon moving shelving away from the walls for repairs we found some termite tubes and called Bills out. As always, prompt, courteous,  explained everything upfront and saved us THOUSANDS over the other big termite company. You'll simply won't find a better company for your pest and termite control needs.

Had Jake L. out to our new rental today. He went above and beyond to provide good service. We look forward to having him out again next time.

I started to see ants. and requested quotes on yelp and Green magic was quick to respond and the replies was within minutes. When Matt (I think his name was Matt) came to my residence he was supper chill, explained what he was gonna do. He did his job and left without bugging us at all. I would HIGHLY recommend Green Magic to anyone interested in pest control.

What a great family owned company!
They do honest work and it's s not too expensive. I had a HUGE termite problem in my garage and Ben is so knowledgeable and so Reliable. Everyone that works at Soto's are kind and hard working. I'm telling you you won't be let down hiring Soto's pest and termite control. I know I wasn't!

Talk about a supportive crew! Moving into a new home I was worried about unwanted guest and they  talked to me about what goes into their products.
Very communicative, easy scheduling and want to make sure the family and pets are safe. Will be using again.

I used this company twice during the bugpocalypse in Arizona last fall. They were the most affordable and the tech who came by was knowledgable and patient with my questions and set realistic expectations. We were impressed with the results. I've also set up a monthly exterior spray in my new home going forward. Highly recommend this team!

Like everyone else is saying, Arizona Heat Pest Services is definitely the best! I called at 9pm and had someone out the very next morning! Luckily we were able to catch the infestation fairly quickly! Paul was extremely helpful and told us what was needed, not trying to over sell. Price is reasonable based on the needed treatment.

We booked with this company and waited 3 weeks for them to kill our weeds in late March. They came out and treated the area. A week later, the weeds were still there and standing tall so I contacted them. I never heard back. A few weeks after they came, we got an HOA violation because the weeds were still there. I still have not heard back.

Do not waste your time and money with this company.

UPDATE: The owner reached out to me and explained that it takes 3 weeks for the weeds to die, this was in the invoice in small print under one of the line items. He felt that they did kill the weeds based on my photos, and apologized for their lack of response but I just wish his team would've responded so I had a better idea of the expectations. From the other reviews here, it seems like they do a good job of killing weeds but need to work on their communication and expectation setting.

Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. We were up against more than we could've handled alone, and he made it such an easy fix at a great price. Couldn't thank Joseph enough!

Alex was great.  He even cleaned my high cobwebs from the skylights. Plus I love supporting independent workers who are building a career for themselves.

Our house was vacant for 6 months before we moved in, so it needed some serious attention. Frontino got us on the books extremely quickly and their proactive communication was impeccable. Brandin showed up right on time, made everything easy to understand, and got the job done quickly. Long lasting and safe treatments were used, super friendly service, and you can tell he cares about his customers. I'm not sure why anyone in the valley would choose a different company.

AMAZING service! I'm new to AZ and when I moved here a few months ago I started seeing cockroaches in the house and was completely disgusted, I've never seen one before moving here. I called around and got a few quotes, orange gave me the best one and offered to come same day! Technician was very nice and sprayed exterior and interior. Great updated technology too! They emailed me an invoice/receipt right after the technician was complete that explained all the services and exactly what their product was made of so I felt comfortable. I googled the chemicals in it to make sure it was indeed pet friendly and it definitely was, I love how open/honest they are about the products they use. A month and a half later I started seeing a couple cockroaches and even came across a black widow in the bathroom the following morning!!! I was so terrified I immediately called orange again and they called me back right away and scheduled a technician to come back out the very next day, no extra charges. The second technician, Ryan was amazing!! Super friendly and examined any problem areas and made sure to spray extra well. He even got rid of the dead black widow I killed earlier in the day and reassured me not to worry as they are extremely rare to come by inside a house. Orange made me feel at ease and they really care about their customers. Highly recommend Orange and their services! All top notch!!

Joey was punctual, very pleasant and professional.  He kept us informed on what to expect after this initial treatment. Very knowledgeable!
