These people are so nice! We had a roach problem after one of the walls of our old structure was ripped out. The tech looked like a kid, but he was extremely knowledgeable and polite. Although we bought a package, we have seen only one roach since the first treatment. They invoiced a few days after the service-- That tells me they are very sure their customers will be happy to pay.

I have been using Insectek for over a year now and I have not had issues with them. They guarantee their product so if you have issues, they will come back to service your home at no extra fee. Highly recommend and the service is always friendly.

Simply Green Pest Control is a company that represents reliability, thoroughness in application and quality controls. Flelix Cerda was an excellent representation of the company he works for. I have been doing business with TruForce for over 7yrs. I used to live in Laveen and I was able to transfer my services when I most to the east valley. My technician Gabriel gave me a courtesy call prior to his arrival. Gabriel arrived on time, was friendly and took care of all the traps and left no mess. We live near a mountain but  I know I can trust Truforce and my kids are happy and know they safe. We haven't seen any scorpions since the first time we moved.

These guys were able to respond incredibly quickly and address my concerns professionally and in a budget. I appreciate their working with a my needs and time frame. They were also really nice to my dogs.

The tech that was sent out was very professional on time and price was good. Very happy with the service provided.

We had a terrible experience w another company, Aptive. I saw that Green Magic had a five star rating on Yelp so we gave them a call. The excellent service we received on the phone from Matt let me know that we found the right company. Jordan came the next day and again we got excellent service! Looking forward to working with Green Magic for our pest control services!

They do honest work and it's s not too expensive. I had a HUGE termite problem in my garage and Ben is so knowledgeable and so Reliable. Everyone that works at Soto's are kind and hard working. I'm telling you you won't be let down hiring Soto's pest and termite control. I know I wasn't!

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

I had to switch from previous company because of work schedule change and they don't come out on weekends. I really wish I didn't have to change. I haven't had this many issues with bugs. Never seen ants in the backyard before now we do. And more scorpions seen inside the house. Also I told the rep on the phone that technician needs to call at least 30mins before they get to the house. They never do. Also they barely spray. Previous company sprayed so much that patio was soaked after he sprayed but with bulwark, it's literally dried after 30secs. If nothing changes, I'm gonna have to change the company again. Very disappointed. I guess most of the good reviews are from initial treatment because they actually spray throughout and do a good job(only initial . And they ask you to leave a good review after initial treatment.

Their quality control called and fixed the issues. And technician actually called 30mins before and sprayed good amount. Im glad to see that they care. Hopefully they will stay that way.

So far so good! Requested a quote, APS responded quickly and scheduled a time at my convenience! Jon arrived on time and we spoke about what I needed done. He was pleasant, honest and best of all wasn't trying to talk me in to anything I didn't want! I totally recommend dealing with Arizona pest and if possible ask for Jon he's awesome! I look forward to a continued relationship with Jon keeping me pest free!

Yep! The unthinkable.  It has happened.  Bed bugs.  Yuck.  We noticed on a Friday night around 6:30pm and started calling around to get an inspection.  They didn't answer their phone till Saturday morning.  They came out at noon as we agreed and did the inspection.  A man named Uriel came in and looked at things.  He was ok, Not great. He only deeply  inspected the room that we were concerned with.  He didn't check anything else in the house other than the corner of one mattress in another room. It seemed a little more like he wasn't pleased to be working a Saturday.  He answered my questions with short direct answers, which is good but it would have been nice to maybe explain things to me.  I'm not the professional when it comes to this.   I was looking for a little comfort in being given a little more knowledge of how this all goes.  He first tried to sell me on heat treating my entire house for $1800.  My jaw dropped.  Then he offered to heat the one room for $1000.   I haven't been saving up to pay for bed bugs! Hello! Let's do what works for the client  instead of what makes you rich! Very unhappy with this company, their attitudes stink and all he would elaborate on is up selling.  I do not recommend wasting your time.  If you are looking at this review, it is because you are devastated and looking for help just as I was.  Move on to the next company.

Two words, integrity & reliability. They honor their 6th month warranty, but make sure you know the difference between the coverage for annual vs perennial weeds. You can count on Ryan Kibner to get the job done. Additionally he knows his desert plants and offers reliable advice on how to care for them. Hire this company, you won't be sorry.

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

After one of my son's friends caught West Nile and ended up at children's for two weeks with meningitis caused by west nile we decided to fog for mosquitos.  After Alex was out there were significantly less mosquitos in the yard!

Brilliant! Tyler was on time, prompt and went around the home for inspecting termites. He answered all my questions patiently and explained all about termites and their treatment. Orange Pest Control was honest in providing pricing and took care of loyal customers by providing discounts.

My jaw was left wide open with just how in depth the initial treatment was. Duane was my technician for the first visit and he put my wife and I completely at ease about... the cockroaches in our garage, Duane assured me that it wasn't anything that had to do with my cleanliness (which I was very embarrassed about) he explained what they were and how he was going to resolve the problem. I feel like I made the right choice with going with pro active. Duane even made sure that I completely understood what the service was and made sure I had proper expectations. I can't thank this company enough, mainly because now my wife is happy and not freaking out about going into the garage.
We had the start to our regular bi-monthly service which was conducted by Danny. Danny is an absolute gem, he assured me that if I have any issues or even concerns that I can reach out to him and he will help out, he even let me know that if pest activity spikes up in between that they will come back to address the issue, literally at no cost! We needed the interior treated on this visit... mainly for peace of mind, I felt so bad because I ran out to Danny's service vehicle and asked if he didn't mind treating the interior(totally spaced my mind that my wife wanted that done)  he said no problem and put his gloves back on and grabbed his hand sprayer and did was needed.
These guys go above and beyond! You have a customer for life!
