We had been having problems with our insurance for years before finding this company. We worked with four other roofing companies trying to get our roof replaced and they all gave up and stopped responding to us. Our insurance was absolutely refusing to replace saying it could be repaired even though all the evidence pointed to the opposite.

Enter Four Peaks. We told them our situation and they said they would duke it out! We were hesitantly optimistic. Over the course of the next several months, we went through the same arguments with Allstate. They still declared we could fix the roof. Four Peaks took video and pictures proving the opposite. Eventually, Four Peaks told us to send an arbitration letter to Allstate. They gave us the exact wording to use to get the process started. They truly took the reins and did battle. It took over five months for everything to get settled but they stuck it out to the end. We got our check a day after the agreement was finalized and they were replacing the roof within the week.

The roof itself looks wonderful. It took about two days to complete. The workers were very nice and capable. The owner showed up during the process to make sure everything was going smoothly and to explain the rest of the process as well. They cleaned up everything nicely. We can't find any evidence that our roof was even replaced!

We are beyond happy we chose this company. They are kind, capable and excellent at their jobs. Highly recommended.

Needed a new roof and luckily couple of young men from Multi-Pro drove by asked me if they could look at my roof they did and long story short I have a new roof they did excellent work, roof was put on in approximately 6 hours mess was cleaned up and we are extremely pleased with the new roofing looks fantastic - thanks Ben Slack .

So I had a communication problem with this company. Although they said they left messages, I never received any. I was not going to use them but then John Haag called me from my house while I was at work. He was the person that was supposed to show up initially. I was not expecting anything from them but he took upon himself to rectify the situation. He explained his side which was perfectly understandable. He apologized for the miscommunication and got to work. He fixed the leak. He recommended some other work and advice which to my relief, it was not as bad as I thought.  He totally change my mind of this company because of his customer service.  Because of him I will end up using them again. Top notch service. High quality work. Communicative. We had Mikku & Sons repair the roof of our new home. We were incredibly pleased with the service provided and the high quality of work performed.  Importantly, Devin and Mike were communicative, honest, and were fair with their pricing. I've never done business with such an honest person as Steve. I originally thought I needed metal roof coating to stop leaks but he took the time to investigate and said the leak was elsewhere. Suggested I call the roofing company that recently reshingled my house and have them fix the flashing... under warranty too. Wow!

One of the best roofing companies I've ever worked with! It is very refreshing to have a company actually pick up their phone and answer versus leave a voice mail and wait for a call back. I needed a roof estimate (patio roof area in particular) for home located in Mesa.  My client was under a time crunch and AZ Roofing was able to fit me in their schedule quickly able to take a look at the home and assess its condition. A very thorough inspection was done and common sense approach was taken (ran a hose on the roof to determine if any leaks were active or inactive leaks with old water stains). With their professional help and guidance with regard to the condition of the roof, we were able to move forward with the home purchase and know that any future roofing need (we'll soon need a new patio roof as they don't last long) in good hands with  no other company but AZ Roofing. MC Millan Bros frequently show up in our neighborhood and offer house painting and roof repairs.
We made a big  mistake by not acquire competitive bids and find now out that they we were way overcharged by as much as 100 % over other Offers,
In addition when they did our living room interior painting they  we now find out that they used Exterior Paint which is cheaper and not appropriate.
When they issue a quote you will not find a proper letterhead disclosing their Business address
We do not recommend to use their services!!

We had a new vent from a water heater install that resulted in a gap that would have been a sure leak with upcoming rain.  They responded almost instantly and made a quick fix the same morning.  Highly recommend!

Brown Roofing just completed our new roof project this week.  I like Craig Brown.  He is straight forward and tells it like it is.  As other reviewers wrote, Craig does not play games:  when he quotes you a price, it is the final price with no hidden charges or add-ons. Brown Roofing reliably followed the schedule that they presented.  Chris and his crew were friendly, efficient, competent and clean. I had one blip that was not related to the new roof.  Craig immediately solved it to my satisfaction.  He repeatedly said I want you to be happy.  Guess what?  My 5 stars say that I am happy! Thank you Craig and Brown Roofing for a job well done.

John and his crew did a fantastic job at out home and we love how great the painting looks like. John was very accommodating and did a great job recommending colora and shades that would work for us. Highly recommend him.

Jordan was on time for every meeting, from quote, start time and completion meeting. His crew did a fantastic job. We needed a remove and re paper on our 15 year old roof. They placed 2 layers of paper and did the replacements a great price. They did a great job. Guys did cleanup every day and were very respectful of close by neighbors.

Fixed some minor issues on my tile roof quickly and professionally without trying to sell me a new roof.  Great attention to detail - fixed other minor cracks on some of the tiles since they were already at the house and sent me lots of photos to pass on to my real estate agent (I had recently moved for work).

They were at my house to do the repairs less than two hours after I called - great customer service!

I recently had my roof replaced in 2020 by a different company due to multiple water leaks. Earlier this year I noticed there were still leaks and asked for a warranty inspection/repair. The repair person arrived and claimed the leak was not coming from my roof, but from very small cracks in the wall. I sealed up the cracks and thought that was that.

Well, earlier this week, during a fairly mild rain storm, the leak returned and that's when I contacted First Response Roofing.

Geoff came out and did a VERY thorough investigation, and we determined that it was, in fact, the roof that was leaking. Geoff even isolated it to a specific section. He also provided pics and video of where the leak was most likely originating. I'm now in the process of getting a warranty repair from the original roofing company.

I've spent months trying to track down this pesky leak, and I'm very glad I contacted First Response. Geoff was very thorough and professional.

Had them do a leak repair on my tile roof.  Crew was very professional.  They arrived as scheduled, did the repair for the quoted price, and then cleanup up afterwards.  Highly recommend!

I'm in Mortgage and often have clients that need to do roof repairs in order to sell their home so they can purchase. I've always recommended Jason! He's honest, reliable, and will tell you what does- and more importantly what does NOT need to be done!

One of my clients needed to sell in order to buy. The buyer for her home was not confident with the roof issues that came up on inspection. She got two quotes from other roofers and both said the roof needed to be replaced. She needed $12,000 and was going to pull it from a home equity line she had, called me in a panic, worried that the increased debt would hinder her prequal on the new home. I asked her to trust me and get one more quote, I passed her Jason info and she reached out.
Get this, she did NOT need a brand new roof! She did need a couple grand in repairs, but that was enough to make the buyer feel confident moving forward!
Jason could have said she needed a new roof, come in with a quote just under the other two to get her business and line his pockets. But he didn't, he saved the deal & saved her $9,000!

Also, I'm unsure of what happened with the reviewer below but I've never had a problem with Jason's responsiveness, always been timely with excellent communication.

Can't say enough about this roofing company. From beginning to end, what a truly excellent roofing company. I live in Northern AZ and needed some work for my mother's roof down on the Buckeye area. Was able to get a quote within a week. The estimate was sent in a very detailed and professionally broken down email. We received 2 different quotes which was great giving us different options. Robert (owner) and Trevor (son) came to the house.  The estimate was fair and better priced than the competitors. They removed all the tile off the roof, replaced some damaged wood, replace all the underlayment, and replaced cracked tile. Worked morning to evening with crew of five. Finished within 2 and a half days. Amazingly was able to squeeze the job in within a week of accepting the quote. Also, payment could be done electronically through an email via a payment website. They worked clean and picked up all excess and used materials. Was like they were never there! Also received email reminders when they were going to perform work on the home. Needless to say my mother was extremely pleased with this company's work and professionalism. The reviews for this company tell it all and I can attest to them based on my experience.
