Very happy with Eubanks!

My wife and I wanted to have an outlet installed so we could switch from a gas to an electric range. Eubanks gave us a quote for free and clearly laid out what it was going to require to make that happen. Once we gave the ok for work to begin they had us scheduled for about a week later. The electrician, Zack, was very friendly and explained what he was doing each step of the way.

Zach even gave us a quote on another job while he was out here.

So they did everything we asked them to do....and more! Zack noticed that someone, likely a DIY-er, had installed a breaker switch that was not appropriate for the wiring it controlled (so a fire hazard)! He notified me, explained the potential hazards associated with leaving it as is, and gladly corrected the situation. Crisis averted!

In the end what we paid was a little more than the quote but considering he did more than was asked of him AND he potentially saved us from disaster, we were okay with that.

Will definitely be using Eubanks again!

We are in the process of selling our house and had the privilege of working with Ferd Kirby. He does efficient and amazing work and is reasonably priced.   We would definitely recommend him for any electrical work!

No call no show and zero accountability.  Just excuses as to why he couldn't make the appointment that was confirmed less than 24 hours prior to the call.  Find someone else.

I would give them a zero if I could. Do not use them. We had a set appointment time and they showed up over 2 hours late because they went to the wrong address no where near where they were supposed to be. If you value your time, this is not the company for you. Office was no help and brushed it off as an inconvenience. Unprofessional and do you really want a company who could care less about your time working on your electric?

just purchased a new Hvac system from them.  had a question, and called customer service for assistance.  On hold for over 15 minutes to speak with a person.  Finally gave up!  IMO, a very poor level of customer service.

A jerk over the phone when I asked for an estimate on a house I was buying.  Not interested in actually working. Over Confident Electrical.
