We were looking to replace outside wiring for our backyard lights. Stefan was very responsive via the Yelp website and over the phone. We had been in contact on a Tuesday, and he was able to come that following Saturday (he was available to come sooner, but Saturday worked better for my schedule). He was able to provide an estimate over the phone after I sent him a couple photos explaining what would need to be done. Very knowledgeable and thorough. We had decided on a 10AM start time, and he actually arrived a few minutes earlier! He arrived wearing a mask, which is much appreciated during this time. He was very communicative and professional the whole time. Our setup is very old and had never been serviced, therefore hadn't been working for a number of years. Stefan was able to install/update new wiring and lights and everything works perfectly! He also followed-up a few days later to make sure everything was working ok, which again is much appreciated! Would definitely recommend him and will call him for any future projects!

These guys were amazing. I contacted them after my whole house lost power. They were prompt, communicative, and kind. Nell and the owner came to my rescue. I feel really safe with them in my home and they did a great job not only fixing the issue but helping me understand what happened so I could better care for my home. Sims will now be my go to for any electric and plumbing needs! I feel grateful to have found you!

Ted and his son are timely, patient and respectful.  I had purchased a wireless door bell that wasn't compatible but try they did to get it right, they will be kindly coming  back to put in my new purchase.  So glad I finally found an electrician that I can call on for any future electrical work.  I highly recommend Honey Do Home Electrical.

For all you single women, first time homeowners, who are getting ripped off out there, search no more. Chris is an honest professional. He's done mutliple jobs at my place now and trust me, I've searched the quotes. His work is clean, up to code, and even educates me on the do's and don'ts. For me, this goes a long way. His communication is exceptional, his thoroughness is easily visible, and he keeps it real. when you find a good contractor you share him, because there are a lot of contractors out there that are so demanding and the job is total trash ass. That's the worst.

I had a great experience working with Greenline. Edward was very responsive, helpful, honest, and reasonably priced. They upgraded the electrical in my house and did a fantastic job. I would recommend Greenline for any electrical work.

I am late writing this review, but Ryan recently installed an outlet in my home. He was responsive, punctual and communicative. 10/10 would recommend!

I run a service department taking care of 250+ retail pet stores across the country and have been working with Highlights for approximately 2 years. Their service and communication is incredible. Their technicians are extremely professional and are always on time. Kemal is amazing to work with and is always on top of everything whether its a standard service or emergency. We are in the process of tearing down a house we recently purchased, and hired Rogelio at Alex Electrical to cut the main electrical line from the pole to the house, as well as remove the cable lines, the electric meter, and the electric box in the house. Rogelio was extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, professional, and got the job done in less time than the estimate. He also mentioned that his company installs outlets, light fixtures, etc. We will definitely be hiring him again in the future for any electrical needs we have. Thank you, Rogelio.

Overall great experience with Jose the owner.  I am an active duty Solider currently not in the Chicagoland area and Jose was able to assist with a dry wall repair in my ceiling.  He updated me through the process was ok with communication via text and phone.  This process was super easy especially considering I was not present on site.  I highly recommend them.

Needed a Tesla wall charger installed in our garage.  Jake showed up on time and offered a few different options with full explanation of each.

Once we agreed on scope and price he went to work.  You could tell he has installed a ton of these.   Job was completed in a timely manner and he left the area cleaner than when he started.  

Charger has been used daily for a few months now without issue.  Would recommend.

Recommended by another tradesman we contracted with for roofing and Blacklite Electric lived up to his recommendation. Our service rep was on time, cordial and efficient with his time. He cleaned up and left the room as if he had never been there. Pricing was up front and on point. This is our electrician for the future. Outstanding company.

I called Ted just a couple of days before Thanksgiving with an emergency electrical situation in our 110 year old home. He was clearly booked up, but understood our situation was dire and was willing to find a way to fit us in to a very busy schedule. He sent Tara out with an hour and she was able to solve the problem and get our service restored. Ted and his crew are extremely professional and do fantastic work. Tom and his crew do such great work! Highly recommend them. They installed 4 outdoor outlets in our yard and also trenched wires underground so they were no longer exposed to the elements. They were on time, flexible, and just care about doing the job right. Tom is a really nice guy who walks you through all the work ahead of time. Don't hesitate to reach out to him!

I've had minor repair work that I've noticed living in my home for the past 10 years.. Whenever I'd get the enthusiasm to reach out to any other company on Yelp to request a quote, I'd be met with: That project is too small of a job, so we're not coming out for just that.  

I'm glad that I got the whim to check yelp again recently and came upon Fixer.com.  They charge hourly, so they don't really care if a job is too little.  You just start out by going on the website, creating an account, and then selecting a date/time (it can be the same day even), and then Jayme will respond right away to confirm the appointment.

I had a crumbling wall amongst many other issues in my home.  Jayme coordinated for Chang and Katie out to my home today and they did a fantastic job of tackling the problems I had requested to be addressed.  They were both very knowledgeable about what they were doing and they did a great job explaining things to me.  And I feel like they both had strong integrity, as they would state that they were stopping the clock whenever appropriate so that I wouldn't be charged for any moments where they weren't working.

I really appreciate that a service such as this exists for people who are not confident in repairing small jobs on their own.  I'm excited to continue to work with Fixer.com on other projects that I had been thinking about over the past 10 years.  I fully believe in them and have the utmost confidence in Katie, Chang, Jayme and the whole team.
