Stefan had the fastest response time and was available the next day. He fixed a ceiling fan, installed a new track light, and replaced to gfci outlets. He did in just 75 mins. He was a really nice guy and offered to throw the old fixture out for me.

It was 10 pm on a Tuesday night - in a deep freeze - when we realized our newly installed furnace had blown a power line in our home. We were without heat and had a huge fire hazard looming while our young daughter and two dogs were already fast asleep. Darrell and his team were at our home almost immediately and worked with the HVAC company who had just installed the unit to identify the source and configure a remedy. When a midnight run to Home Depot did not suffice, they worked until 2 a.m. making sure our family was safe to stay at home through the night until Home Depot opened again in the morning. They returned promptly and finished quickly, cleaning the entire work area before they left.

Marianne and Rodrigo came through in a pinch and were fantastic.

Yesterday another electrician I scheduled bailed on me (for the SECOND time) and I called Marianne to see if she had anyone she could send out last minute. She was so nice and helpful in taking care of me. She was able to send Rodrigo who was fantastic.

Rodrigo arrived on time and understood all of my projects in depth quickly, and made recommendations on what to do. He wound up staying most of the day to hang a chandelier, 2 ceiling fans, and fix my outdoor electrical outlets. Everything looks great and I will definitely be only calling T&D in the future.

Unfortunately my house is out of his service area, but his responsiveness was excellent.  Super quick reply time.

Over the weekend a pretty rough storm came through and worked a number on my front porch light causing a short to occur and loss of electric through the entire upstairs of my home. After ruling out a blown fuse, immediately, I was concerned about the safety of my home and what costs might be associated with this type of repair.  But unfortunately, it was a Saturday and I knew it might be difficult to have someone come out right away without it costing me an arm and a leg.  After doing a search, I was lucky enough to have found Greenline Electric, Edward answered the phone, put my concerns at ease and within an hour was at my home, with an assistant, and ready to evaluate and take care of the issue. I contacted Ryan after running into a problem installing a new light fixture.  I reached out late Saturday morning and he was here by that afternoon!

He was kind, and professional and even took the time to explain to us where the issue was with the existing wiring (even though I'm sure it was obvious it mostly went over our heads). In no time he was at work putting in the new fixture while chatting with my husband and myself and even getting in a few pats on the head for our very eager puppy who was so excited to have someone new in the house.

When all was said and done we had a safely wired, fully functional light fixture in our living room much more quickly than I had anticipated. My mother recently needed major electrical work in her 80+ year old house.  We called highlights and they promptly made and appointment to come out to evaluate what was needed.  within 2 days we had an estimate.  We accepted and work was started immediately.  It took just under two days to complete the project, the workers were very professional and hard working.  Everything was done to perfection and we couldn't be happier.  I would recommend this company without any hesitation.

We are in the process of tearing down a house we recently purchased, and hired Rogelio at Alex Electrical to cut the main electrical line from the pole to the house, as well as remove the cable lines, the electric meter, and the electric box in the house. Jake and Lenox were a great team- they were efficient and were able to locate the source of our electrical problem. They replaced 2 GFI's and have literally brought light back into our lives! We'll definitely be using them again.

A++ in all aspects. I had great pleasure to hire Tom's company for our house project. The project included multiple rooms. Complete Bath and kitchen electrical renovation. Two bathrooms received outlets, switches, can lights and fans. The kitchen received  new can lights and outlets. Living room got new can lights. We also added wired smoke detectors throughout the house. Tom was a total professional when he came in for the estimate. Everything was explained so that there were no surprises any time during the project and he made sure that we understood the work that was going to take place. Prices were very competitive, and work was done in the time promised. Tom made sure that everything was done right, to code and left everything clean and spotless. I would definitely hire again. Needed to have an old utility sink removed and scheduling it with Fixer was simple and the work was done quickly and well by the employee. Already planning on having them come out to do some other things around the office and at home!
