The technician came out very professional and knowledgeable answered every question I had and gave more information that helped me prevent a MAJOR mistake as a DIYer. These guys are top notch in the Electrical Industry in Tacoma WA. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!

First off, it needs to be said that David is a truly quality guy with an amazing heart that always puts your interests at the forefront of everything he does.

He helped me with a quick consult and install in my kitchen/bar area. His advice was spot on, and he was creative in giving the advice around how I could find the best solution. He didn't push me to get another style of light, or tear apart my electrical panels to entirely re-work everything, but rather found that what I already have works great, and there was an easy solution to install lights that I would like better in a quick, easy and inexpensive fashion. He most certainly is not making big bucks off of me, but it's very clear that he is not about that.

David is a true professional, and in anything he does he wants it done right. It's truly about giving you the best service possible, and that's all that matters to him! I would wholeheartedly recommend David to any friends and clients!

I know nothing about electricity.  We lost power in the wall outlets of our 3 bathrooms.  Called Carlson and the lady who answered walked me through a possible solution.  It worked perfectly.  She could have easily turned my problem into an expensive service  call and I wouldn't have known the difference.  Honest and helpful people work here.  Give them your business.

Called Merv Electric to install common wire to power my Nest thermostat.  They came off as confident and voiced to me what needed to be done.  Arrived early and got the job done quickly.  However, after he left I discovered that the thermostat was still not getting power.

I promptly called to ask about the work and if he could come back by to take another look.  The response was almost immediately defensive and argumentative.

In the end, I learned that low voltage HVAC-related installs are better left to a HVAC tech.  However, I wish Merv Electric had been more clear about what they could and could not do...money wasted on my end.

Requested a quote on Yelp and they were able to send a technician out the same day! Technician John came, super nice and professional.. didn't have the breaker I needed on hand but went out and got it. Job was done within an hour. Will definitely be using Vets for all of our electrician needs!

I have dealt with Cole Electric twice now - Rich Cole's estimate was on time and under budget - his crew is knowledgeable, respectful, energetic and hard working - if you need a reliable electrician - do not hesitate to hire this wonderful firm.

Needed an electrician to install an outlet for mounted tv and fix 13 loose outlets. He did what was asked and was very reasonable in price & not outrageous like others. Like the other review, Justin was a very nice guy. I'd use him again in the future.

Billy from Go Hawk came out to do an electrical project as part of my bathroom remodel. There were a number of issues and problems with the wiring from the previous homeowner. Billy came prepared, and you could tell he knew his stuff. He quickly spotted the issues, communicated them to me, and had everything fixed in under 2 hours. I even caught him stapling a wire that a previous contractor had left loose from a ductless heat pump a previous contractor had installed (I was not happy that they did the electrical so sloppy). It was on the other side of the house and I said to him you don't have to fix that, that was someone else and he said he just didn't feel good seeing something wrong and leaving it. Who does that these days? Most contractors are fat and happy and could care less about doing a good job. Billy also vacuumed up the mess from the insulation and used a leaf blower to clean my front porch off, leaving it cleaner than when he got there! All I can say is WOW, and I will be referring him to people and using him again in the future. I used to flip houses and know a fair amount about electrical, and you can tell that Billy is the real deal. I wish there were more contractors like him!

I met the owner and his staff during a recent trip to WAA and he helped my brothers fix an AC problem for a mid-rise building (central) by Dash Point, and worked on another property held by them near Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium / Rustony Area.  Highly Recommended

Great service by these guys!  Friendly, fast and affordable. Had pendants and a chandelier put up in my home. They even ran to Home Depot to get extra parts I needed and took my old lighting fixtures to the dump for me. Would hire Milestone again for sure!

Hands down the best service! Scheduling was fast and efficient. Chad went above and beyond the call of duty to provide quality service. He even worked after hours to ensure the repairs were completed so we could meet the closing deadline of the home. I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with this company. I hired these guys to do an electrical inspection on a home we had just purchased. Two guys came out and did an ok enough job. They did the inspection on a Friday and I was assured I would have the report on Monday. That was literally a month and a half ago. No inspection report, no invoice, nothing! I've called numerous times because we need that report to begin rewiring our home.  Avoid this company and hire someone more reliable! I would give zero stars if I could!
