First time using Simple Electric and the service was excellent! The technician showed up on time and was very easy to work with. He presented pricing before starting service. His work was clean and he did not leave a mess behind. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone needing electrical work.

I hired them to replace the electrical box on the side of my home.  Everything went well, but the box that they installed was smaller than my prior box, so they left a hole in the side of my home.  The guys who did the work suggested that I call someone to fill it in, at my own expense of course.
I wish that I had been told that this was a possibility in advance.

Tom came out Himself The day I called because his employees were all busy. He was just great, I couldn't ask for a nicer person to work with and he really knew what he was doing. He replaced a light at my daughters house and in fact went to Home Depot because I was stuck there with sleeping grandkids. Took pictures of a couple of light fixtures, texted me the pictures and came back with the light fixture and installed it. The price was more than reasonable and the work great. I would definitely recommend him and his company. He understands what real customer service is.

We are using them again. The first time Daryl was referred to us by Renco roofing (Now those guys are good) and he did perfect work. We needed a 220 line run from the utility room to the kitchen. He had to cut lots of dry wall holes and run new wire. He cleaned up and it all worked perfectly. In addition he is courteous and you can trust him.

Today we need the 220 outlet changed to a 110 because  the Advantium oven is shot and can't be repaired. We are changing to a microwave and it does not need 220.

The home warrantee people suggested an electrician who did not show up, forgot the appointment and then forgot who I we were when we called to ask why he had not shown up for two weeks. We called Daryl!

Daryl was here the next day (today) and he is installing the new 110 outlets and I have him putting in a switch and an outlet on my barn.

Let me comment on trust. We have had two neighbors broken into and the bad guys were contractors they had used to do repairs. Going cheap in not always a good idea and you need to know who you are letting into your home. You can leave your home and know that you can trust Daryl and that may be his greatest asset. He is a really good electrician but there are lots of those. With Daryl you get  quality electrical work and a guy you can trust. That is a big deal.

I don't understand why people sing this company's praises. My garbage disposal switch stopped working (the disposal itself works perfectly), so I called to get some idea of how much it would be to replace the switch. She wouldn't give me even a rough estimate over the phone, and said the diagnostic would be the hourly rate of $125, with a mandatory $50 attached to the first hour, so it would be $175 just to come out and diagnose the problem! That's highway robbery. Other people's reviews talk about their reasonable prices. $175 simply to diagnose a problem is not reasonable.

On Sunday I scheduled a booking for an electrician to go to my tenants. The booking was for Monday morning and showed as available to book. 8 am -10 am timeframe.

Monday morning comes and before 8 am I get a text to call and verify some info. They verify all my info and then tell me that the availability I booked is not available. Then proceeded to offer me other days.

If the availability for the booking option is not accurate, it probably should not be offered. I thought I had an appointment scheduled and if I knew that it was not available then I would have kept looking on Sunday. Instead, after I found out there was no availability, I had to call 5 or 6 other places to try to get someone out.

JR from Affordable Electric Service provided excellent service from my initial phone call to the completion of my request installation of 3 dedicated 20A circuits. This is a New home purchase December 19, 2022. The master bedroom, and living room, were on one circuit breaker. When I used my floor heater would trip  the circuit breaker. JR from Affordable, Electric Service, installed (3) 20A to solve my problem. I now have peace of mind when turning on my floor heater. JR converted an already existing plate to have 20A and 15A plug.

Alex came by last Sunday to install a Tesla Wall Charger. Questions and Quotes were answered quickly , Alex showed up the next day to Install, and the Install took not more than 20 minutes. He's very informative and a good conversation maker. Definitely will recommend him to everyone and will definitely use  Arc again for other installs.

If you're getting a Tesla or other electric vehicle soon you'll probably want a home charging solution.  After getting my Tesla I contacted 3-4 contractors, some who didn't even return my call.  

Matt at Empowered Electrical (EE) Solutions did a fantastic job in 2 days after calling.

It wasn't easy. Because my electrical box was on the other side of the house from my garage he had to thread the line under my entry walkway.  At 7pm I asked him if he just wanted to return the next day.  He was determined to finish and completed it with a headlamp on!  

You don't get service like that often so I just wanted to give Matt a great shout out!

Gary was on-time and did all the things we talked about efficiently and well. I am very happy to have found a handyman who is responsible and skilled. When he left everything was fixed and clean.

TLDR: Price was the best, quality was great, professional interactions, timely communication, and fairly timely service (granted this wasn't an urgent project).

Everything from initial contact was professional. I made the request for service over New Years weekend. I heard back from Jordan, in charges of estimates, within 2 days (January 2nd). They came out 3 days later, took about 5-10 minutes to gauge the job.

They don't give estimates onsite, but email them out. This part was actually a bit delayed, but I wasn't in a rush (they came out January 5th, but estimate only came on January 10th).

They gave a very genuine attempt to accommodate my schedule for service, but admitted it would be difficult to schedule something for the afternoon. I told them I could free up time in the morning, and they scheduled it for 3 days later (January 16th, morning).

The electricians showed up pretty early (around 7:30AM) which was great and got started right away. It seemed like they paired a very experienced gentleman with someone newer, which I think is a wonderful way to ensure customer satisfaction and teach at the same time.

It took them about 2 hours to finish the job, and they were thorough in finishing it properly and cleaning up after. No drywall needed to be damaged for it (running a new line to the breaker), and they answered all of our questions. The gentlemen were nothing but professional and courteous.

About 2 days after the job was completed, I was emailed the invoice with an option to pay online via PayPal, and I was mailed a copy a couple days later. Invoice was priced exactly at the estimate, which was the cheapest of the estimates I solicited.

These guys are great! Responsive, quality install and fair priced. I highly recommend them for any electrical work.

Outfitted a new house with 6 fans.  Got great help on selection and add-ons.  We used our own installer.  We had one Emerson fan start to make a clicking sound.  I sent a video to get advice on what to do.  I received an immediate response.  Unfortunately, none of the suggestions remedied the clicking.  I went back to the store and I paid to have a service call since Fan Doctor did not do the installation.  It was found the fan had a manufacturing defect and Fan Doctor did the rest to get a replacement ordered and installed.

Contacted Arc early on a Sunday morning.  Alex responded in moments, which i did not expect.  I needed someone to come troubleshoot a power failure in a portion of my house.  I expected him to schedule me for the week, but  Alex gave me a time that Sunday, and was actually able to get here sooner.  

Very professional, very respectful, and did a fantastic job.  Walked me through every aspect of what he was doing.  Finished quickly.

Support this veteran owned company.  They are awesome.

Needed an electrician and my neighbor recommended Econolight.  My neighbor has very high standards so I had confidence in the recommendation.  She did not let me down.  Econolight showed when they said they would.  Gave me an estimate and then did the work.  They were very professional and honest and did the work for the price quoted.  Next time I needed an electrician, I called Econonlight.  Same experience.  They were very courteous, prompt, and performed the work for the price quoted.  These guys are awesome!  I would highly recommend them.

I am grateful Zimmerman Electric was recommended to me! Mark was very responsive to messages. Got me set up with an appointment and cost was exactly what was quoted! Crew showed up on time and made great conversation. Most of all, the installation went extremely easy and pretty quick too! Will definitely use again.

James and Dave came out to install cable on the other side of my living room, which we could not get the cable companies to do for us because they had to crawl in the attic.  

They also installed a new light fixture and adjusted two others that were installed incorrectly during the house remodel.  They even repaired some exposed wires they found in the attic to make sure we were up to code and safe.

They were very quick with giving us an estimate and scheduling a date to come out and to do the work.  They were even very nice and put the remainder of our tv stand together and mounted the tv for us.  

Very professional, polite, and inexpensive for the work they did for us.

Dave does quality work. Not only will I use him again (install a mini split A/C & a Tesla charger) I will recommend him to my friends & family. I needed my 16x20 shop wired with a sub panel. He showed up when he said he would and is very fast and efficient. This is what I had him do. Install sub-panel, 14 outlets, wiring for future equipment, and lights inside and outside. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No upcharges or surprises. He was very professional and pays attention to details.
