My dryer was constantly having issue and discovered it had to do with the wiring and outlet. Mike replaced the outlet and then came back to my place when it still was having issues. I was charged half the price of other companys' quotes and he fixed the issues within 30 minutes. Fast, friendly, and affordable; will definitely call them again in the future!

Great customer service! Just got the bid and they were much higher than my first bid so we will see if they can make some adjustments. Might have to get one more bid. I can say, the customer service from the start to the gentleman coming out for the bid has been wonderful! We shall see! I just cant justify paying $5,500 more for a job just for great customer service!

Will update review once I get a update if they will adjust the bid some.

I worked with both Daryl & Paul at Wiring Pros for a major project to trench and add a new 200a service for a pool at a small apartment complex. I met them for the initial site visit, and they were on time, polite, answered all my questions, and prompt with providing a written bid with a few options, and their bid was the most competitive.

When I authorized the work, despite some unexpected complications coming up with the permitting process, they both kept me appraised of the progress and stuck to their initial bid. And they delivered quality work on time.

This alone would be worth five stars, but I probably wouldn't have written a review but for two other points where they were great.

1) There was some modest other dead service mast removal and outlet repairs to complete; though they knew I was out of town and unlikely to do a competitive bid on this additional work, they gave a very fair and reasonable bid for these pieces so that there was no hesitation on my part in awarding that incremental work to them.

2) There was yet another piece of work in adding a new pole to adjust the position of the overhead utility line; though they gave a good bid which I approved, after I approved the bid, they started getting mixed signals from the utility on whether they could perform the work or the utility would only allow it to be done in-house.  Paul spent the next two weeks repeatedly calling and following up with the utility to resolve this confusion, rather than starting and charging me for work. We ultimately found out would not be able to be put into service, which was a lot of effort & research into something that didn't turn into a paid job. But yet Paul was incredibly helpful, communicative, and even apologetic for the hold-up (which was the utilities fault, not theirs) 'til the end.

So, if I could give it, six stars, for Paul & Daryl, I would: honest, fair, communicative, competitive, and good quality - a rare combination!

I've known Mike Rogoz for several years, and he, and his company, have never let me down!

Mike's motto is If a job is worth doing, it's worth doing right.  And that's what they do.  They get the job done right.

Everyone at Rogoz Electric is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.  Their techs are polite and on time.  

I've used them at my home, I've used them at rental properties, and I've referred them for major rewiring jobs.   They've never disappointed me with their service, and I know of no one who has a bad word to say about them.

Contractors often have a bad reputation for taking advantage of people.  That is one thing you won't have to worry about with Rogoz.  

They deliver great service, at a fair price, without trying to upsell you, or exaggerating either the problem or the costs.  

If you have lights in your house that randomly flicker,
or light switches that spark when you turn them on,
or outlets that don't work,
or breakers that constantly trip,

Give Rogoz a call for an honest assessment of what the problem is.

Otherwise, your next call might be 911.

Amazing work! I had contacted Gabe about coming to my house to see my dryer that was making a terrible screeching noise. Now just a bit of a back story a couple weeks ago we tried to have someone else come and view the issue just to tell us they could fix it and then wasting two hours working on the dryer to then telling us we should buy a new dryer from them and that our dryer wasn't that great of brand or dryer in general. Fast forward to today Gabe came to our house to view the dryer after asking him just yesterday to come. He is very great about communicating and responds promptly. He came and repaired the dryer in less than an hour. Now my father is a very hard man to please when it comes to repair work or any other work in our home. Yet, Gabe was able to accomplish the goal of having my father be very pleased with his work. Not only did he fix our dryer but he also was able to install a light fixture in my sisters room. Great quality work and I will definitely keep his number for any other issues that may arise in our household. Also, the pricing was great.

I had Firefly put in my Tesla charger in the garage and they did a great job! They were efficient and reliable. They made sure job site was cleaned up after and that everything worked perfectly!

We had an issue with an outlet in our laundry room, sometimes the dryer would work and sometimes it would not turn on. After a few weeks of this, we called Bolt to have a technician come out and look at the outlet. The day Sam came out, the dryer was of course working, and after twenty minutes he said everything looked okay and to call them back if it stopped working again.

A week later it went out again, and I called them back. They were able to squeeze a visit in same day, and when Daniel came out he was able to get to the root of the problem. Both technicians were extremely professional and explained everything to me in layman terms. They also both recommended replacing our panel, which we definitely need to do (it is from 1961), and when we do we will call Bolt. We are so pleased with our experience, and highly recommend this company!

We just had Josh come over and do several things in our new home and he did such a fantastic job and provided us an amazing price. Highly recommend!

This was the best service and most reasonable price I could find to get my Tesla charger installed. And the offer of continued service and support was top notch.

I've used Gary many times on electrical, drywall, carpentry, painting, and installations. He always does an excellent job, always shows up on time, stays until the job is finished, and has fair prices. I highly recommend him.

These guys know what they are doing, and they get it done quick for an affordable price.  My only regret is not calling them sooner. My house was without sufficient light for a long time and I thought it would be out of my budget to fix but Dodge Electric is very reasonable.

I needed an electrician in a pinch and Mike, the owner, moved his schedule around to help me out. His prices were very competitive and he helped me understand what happened and prepared me for what to do if it happens again. I'm grateful for his help and definitely recommend calling Mike if you need an electrician!

Their installers show up w signs on the truck and fan dr shirts ready to work hard. They're always available for follow up queries.  

Bottom line:  they erase the grief and trouble in a situation fast in a very friendly way. They get it done

Our 2 year old dishwasher did all at sudden not work anymore.
A service guy from Spencer's came after one week, Only to tell us it's not the machine but an electrical problem.
I phoned Arc electric and  Alex was here in 20 minutes. He checked the circuit breakers , the machine and the plugs and solved the problem in a short time.
A very friendly young man, whom I can only recommend highly.

Their customer service is worst than a cable company. I had a 4pm appointment. I get a call a 2pm from their tech telling me he was 30 mins away and he needed to come now because he wouldn't be able to make it at 4. I told him I needed to get back with him in 5 minutes to see if I could get someone there in 30 mins. It took me longer than the 5minutes, approximately 20, I called the guy back, only to be told I've missed the window and he can't come by for the appointment. THE APPOINTMENT THAT WAS SCHEDULED ORIGINALLY AT 4pm. He then acts like it's my fault I wasn't available at 2- 2:30pm. UNBELIEVABLE!  I'm so tired of businesses acting like the  customer doesn't matter and they're the only business in town.

Used them to do some minor repairs on issues that were cited by the Home Inspector. Same day service, professional job and reasonable prices. I would highly suggest calling them for any electrical work.

Dave does quality work. Not only will I use him again (install a mini split A/C & a Tesla charger) I will recommend him to my friends & family. I needed my 16x20 shop wired with a sub panel. He showed up when he said he would and is very fast and efficient. This is what I had him do. Install sub-panel, 14 outlets, wiring for future equipment, and lights inside and outside. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No upcharges or surprises. He was very professional and pays attention to details.
