Needed to have a few odd items taken care of ranging from the simple (switching out a GFCI outlet in our kitchen) to the more complex (figure out why our pool equipment as well outdoor ramada fans, lights and outlets suddenly were not working.) First I called and made an appointment and was initially impressed with what seem to be both a courteous and well organized front office. In addition prior to the stated arrival time, the office contacted me to let me know that the electrician was on his way and they had even sent me an email with his picture so I could be sure to identify him when he showed up at my door.  

AND When Jim showed up at the appointed time he tackled everything like a boss! Turned out the pool equipment and Ramada were more complex than I had initially thought and hoped. Jim Laid out exactly what needed to be done, how he would suggest best to do it, as well as what the cost would be for all of the repairs. Not only that --he ended up taking on the big job of rewiring the faulty pool equipment and remodel mainlines to the junction box as well as cleaning up and properly marking the box circuits that same day. All as part of his repairs which for most was above and beyond - but apparently for Jim was just the right way to do a job! Keeping simple electric in my permanent repair vendor address book- as they are keepers.

Sun City house needed to replace kitchen light, install a box for it and wire in a new outlet in the pantry for a small freezer. We got a quick response to our voice mail and set up an appt. Scott called prior to arrival time and was very professional. We will definitely use TIO in the future. The job turned harder than expected because of a 1972 house. Price was very reasonable and he answered any question we had. Thx.

We called TAB to have him install a few things in our house. He had to come back and correct a few things but that's how it goes sometimes. He quoted us to install an outdoor ceiling fan. He also installed an outlet in our garage a few weeks back, that was supposed to be a GFI,  and realized it wasn't later after we had paid. Also, when he went into our attic, to install the outlet, he made a complete mess. I've tried to clean but can't without having to repaint the ceiling. It's was just painted when we moved into our home 2 months ago! We have called him and he doesn't call back. Bad business. Wouldn't do business with him again or refer him!

Quick service!  I needed a NEMA outlet installed in my garage and received a recommendation from someone that just had the same job done by Wiring Pros.  I sent them a couple pictures and they gave me an estimate...two days later, they were here (and on time) and the job was finished in an hour.

Contacted this company thru its website and spelled out in detail the kind of work I was looking for. A day later, I received an email confirming my message was received and someone would follow up immediately. I'm not sure what Immediately means. It has been over six days and not heard a peep from someone. Disappointed in its follow up.

Gabe was awesome.   He was prompt, knowledgeable, kind, understanding and honest.   He made it clear what was wrong and gave me choices how to handle the situation I was having with the garbage disposal and drain problems as well as the smell coming from the dishwasher.

Not only would I find him trust worthy I would completely say if you need what I found immediately an honest and genuine person, give him a call.

I contacted Felicia and booked an appointment through her.  Matt who was my technician was polite and persistent.  He found the root cause of my laundry room light and vents not working and obviously repaired it.  During the entire troubleshooting process he was very polite and answered my questions.  Thanks for fixing the light and vent electrical problems in my laundry room Bolt Electric!

Gary the Handyman Guy is great!  We had a water slab leak and the plumbers had to cut through the wall.  Gary gave me a great quote for drywall and texture and he got started the next day. It's a process, so he came twice a day and was done in 2 days.  He did a good job!  We have some future projects that we will use him for.

I called Dodge Electric for an estimate on situation that I thought existed in my house. A gentleman named Preston.
I consider this experience good.

Eventually I hired another electrician that was in line with my budget.

Went above and beyond and was meticulous with the work. As a new homebuyer, Mike was considerate to the circumstances and tried to help rather than making the situation worse.

We have power again - and know what needs fixing.

Bryan is a gem.  I'm in NYC and found FanDoctor online while trying to figure out why my new Hunter original fan was leaking oil.  I called and explained that I was thousands of miles away but needed advice. Rather than giving me the ridiculous explanations that locals here in NY have offered up, or simply saying I'm sorry, find someone closer to home, he spent time explaining the anatomy of the fan, telling me where to go for the necessary parts, sending me the official Hunter diagrams. This is the kind of service and excellence and kindness you find once in a lifetime.  You in Phoenix are so lucky to have him.

I agree on planning out a project.  I told you ahead of time everything that was needed to be done.  The scope of my request should have pre-determined a one or two man crew.  

You quoted me a per hour charge so I wasn't expecting any freebies by having the fan balanced.  I only wanted my project completed all at the same time.

I ended up hiring another person.  Two men came out, spent roughly the same amount of time your one person did and charged 50% LESS than what you charged me.  My projects are finally completed.

P.S.  The fan did NOT have to be balanced !

My advise to anyone reading this review is to find another company.

Coltech Services just redid my box on older home we purchased and brought it up to code. Price was very competitive (had 4 other bids), job professionally done, ask for James to handle your jon, very good.

Dave does quality work. Not only will I use him again (install a mini split A/C & a Tesla charger) I will recommend him to my friends & family. I needed my 16x20 shop wired with a sub panel. He showed up when he said he would and is very fast and efficient. This is what I had him do. Install sub-panel, 14 outlets, wiring for future equipment, and lights inside and outside. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No upcharges or surprises. He was very professional and pays attention to details.
