I own a retail store in Scottsdale and mid-way through a busy Monday we lost 30% of the lighting in our store. After a frantic search on YELP for Scottsdale electricians I called about 7 electricians in 5 minutes - several of them I got voicemails or quoted slow response times of several days. Jennifer at Simple Electric said they could be there in 15 minutes - and sure enough Todd arrived, was very friendly, had the problem diagnosed and repaired within 45 minutes, and just for good measure repaired a light fitting we were struggling with. I'm sure under the circumstances many electricians would have tried to charge us an extortionate rate due to their response time but that didn't happen - we were charged a very fair price too, which to me shows they are good honest people. Absolutely delighted with their service, I will use them for all future issues, both in my business and at home.

They were great.  They reviewed my work, did a thorough estimate of the work, and sent me a estimate before they left.  Estimate was easy to read and included everything I requested.

Tom came out to my house to fix our kitchen outlets that stopped working. He was great and I couldn't be happier with his work and service. He was on time, very communicative and thorough. I'll be using TAB for all my electrical needs from now on!

I am not the type of person to write a review. I am old school; very particular, expect promptness, accountability, and expertise in the field of business I am paying for. I don't tolerate excuses, impatience, or wasted time. Wiring Pros won over this old codger which is a feat many who know me believe was nearly impossible.

I contacted David at Wiring Pros and explained I had just arrived at my newly purchased home in Goodyear Az. and I was leaving tomorrow morning to go back home (out of state) and wouldn't be back for a few weeks for the new move. He came out that day and spent a few hours with me to discuss everything I wanted to get done.

David came to my house 1 day prior to my move (with my permission) to assess the work and get the installers on board to all I wanted and how I wanted it. The next day, the installers were there bright and early to tackle a job which would take 4-5 full days.

The installers I had were 2 young men who were courteous, positive attitudes and really knew their jobs. I had made changes, additions, and even request that I didn't think could be possible due to the difficulty of the task. But there wasn't anything they couldn't do. I would ask Brad how difficult a change would be, and he'd always reply, anything can be done and bring the task to fruition.

5 STARS FOR WIRING PROS. I would recommend Wiring Pros for any and all electrical projects, problems, additions or whatever your electrical needs are, no matter how small or large.

What a breath of fresh air to deal with an operation which makes it easy to get things done! Professional throughout the entire project. I was replacing a pool heater that had intermittent compressor issues that became a permanent issue. I needed an electrician to look over the requirements for the larger pool heater I would be installing. I also needed the electrician to troubleshoot an issue where a breaker was tripping. They arrived on time, got to work right away, cleaned up when were finished and explained everything when I had questions. Gabe came out in the evening to look at our washer. It was making a weird noise. I initially thought it was a belt, but because of the age of the washer, it didn't have a belt. It was the transmission. This man ROCKS. He's easy to chat with, SUPER NICE, and very knowledgeable about appliances. I believe Ryan is the one that arrived to give me the quote he was on time and was able to provide me information really quickly. This is a New home purchase December 19, 2022. The master bedroom, and living room, were on one circuit breaker. When I used my floor heater would trip  the circuit breaker. Alex was quick to respond to my quote request. I asked him to install a NEMA 6-50 for a new Tesla and he wisely advised I have a 14-50 installed for added safety. He gave me a fixed price for a level 2 outlet for my 2022 Tesla model 3. He was willing to assess my utility box by photo and answered a ton of questions for me. I Submitted the request for a quote on Sunday and the outlet was installed the very next morning 7am sharp.

My 5 year old came out to say hello and see what he was doing and he took the time to say hello.

These guys are amazing. I've had them out twice now.

So first, James is very friendly. He's been early to every appointment we've sent. Quotes are always accurate. I know what to expect because he's consistent and reliable. Also an animal lover. The first time they came out was two years ago, and the second time was just today. The quality of service has not changed nor their business practice.

Second, James and David have something that makes them special and unique. They have a way maintaining professionalism but when they're in your home, but they feel like friends. This is rare to find in a contractor. You instantly trust them.

Third, if you don't use them, you're making a mistake. Great pricing, great people, reliable and trustworthy! What else could you ask for?

Dave does quality work. Not only will I use him again (install a mini split A/C & a Tesla charger) I will recommend him to my friends & family. I needed my 16x20 shop wired with a sub panel. He showed up when he said he would and is very fast and efficient. This is what I had him do. Install sub-panel, 14 outlets, wiring for future equipment, and lights inside and outside. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No upcharges or surprises. He was very professional and pays attention to details.
