GEM apts.  On March 27 Steven Tech came out looked over shot pictures and they said I would have a estimate in 2 days. Called Simple Electric 4 times since  2 times they closed early 1 only emergency and 1 will have estimate next day that was monday April 6th today April 10 still haven't got the estimate. Steven was very professional just  no follow through with the estimate  . Cliff S. Onsight mgr. GEM apts.

We just had three ceiling fans installed by the team at TIO Electric, the guys were very polite, tool COVID-19 related precautions, cleaned up after they were done.  The guys had all three fans installed in under 90 minutes.  I would definitely use TIO Electric again.

BTW... the ceiling fan electrical boxes and switches were pre-wired so no new wiring was required for the project.

Showed up at promised time. Made good and constructive suggestions. Made detailed quote. Completed job on time. High quality workmanship and responsive to my requests. Paid quoted price which was about $700. I would call again. Recommend.

I worked with both Daryl & Paul at Wiring Pros for a major project to trench and add a new 200a service for a pool at a small apartment complex. I met them for the initial site visit, and they were on time, polite, answered all my questions, and prompt with providing a written bid with a few options, and their bid was the most competitive.

When I authorized the work, despite some unexpected complications coming up with the permitting process, they both kept me appraised of the progress and stuck to their initial bid. And they delivered quality work on time.

This alone would be worth five stars, but I probably wouldn't have written a review but for two other points where they were great.

1) There was some modest other dead service mast removal and outlet repairs to complete; though they knew I was out of town and unlikely to do a competitive bid on this additional work, they gave a very fair and reasonable bid for these pieces so that there was no hesitation on my part in awarding that incremental work to them.

2) There was yet another piece of work in adding a new pole to adjust the position of the overhead utility line; though they gave a good bid which I approved, after I approved the bid, they started getting mixed signals from the utility on whether they could perform the work or the utility would only allow it to be done in-house.  Paul spent the next two weeks repeatedly calling and following up with the utility to resolve this confusion, rather than starting and charging me for work. We ultimately found out would not be able to be put into service, which was a lot of effort & research into something that didn't turn into a paid job. But yet Paul was incredibly helpful, communicative, and even apologetic for the hold-up (which was the utilities fault, not theirs) 'til the end.

So, if I could give it, six stars, for Paul & Daryl, I would: honest, fair, communicative, competitive, and good quality - a rare combination!

I called Rogoz Electric and my call was returned in less than 30 minutes (as promised on their voicemail).  Mike was generous enough to call back quickly to help me with an emergency that ended up being an easy self-repair (garbage disposal).  I can imagine how helpful and knowledgable he is with bigger projects.

Gabe responded to my quote request within minutes. He was able to diagnose my washer the same day, on a Sunday too!, and had us up and running / washing our clothes again in no time!

I have an Admiral washing machine (made by Whirlpool) and have owned it about eight years. It has worked hard over the years and has never failed us. The washer was stuck with the drum full of water and would not go into the rinse cycle, nor drain. Thankfully Gabe quickly diagnosed it as an electrical and motor problem and was able to fix it quickly.

Extremely professional and all work was completed beyond my expectations. He demonstrated complete honesty, showing me the broken parts, gave me the part numbers, and showed me the prices online, from third party part suppliers. Not once did he try to up-sell me or mark up the prices.

I wound up calling this company after another company dropped the ball when they came out and didn't solve my issue.  The Bolt Electric tech introduced himself and what company he was with.

I liked that this technician properly troubleshot, discussed with me what they were doing, what it would cost up front, and then solved the issue quickly and even provided me with an inspection of my circuit breaker box as my house is 24 years old.  I was having an issue with an intermittent on a circuit in the kitchen where the microwave or the refrigerator would die but then power would come back after a little bit?

I'd highly recommend this company.  It was $138 to diagnose the problem and install a new outlet.

JR from Affordable Electric Service provided excellent service from my initial phone call to the completion of my request installation of 3 dedicated 20A circuits. This is a New home purchase December 19, 2022. The master bedroom, and living room, were on one circuit breaker. When I used my floor heater would trip  the circuit breaker. JR from Affordable, Electric Service, installed (3) 20A to solve my problem. I now have peace of mind when turning on my floor heater. JR converted an already existing plate to have 20A and 15A plug.

I don't normally give reviews, but Matt and his team do fantastic work.  They are punctual, personable, treat your home as if it were their own. I will definitely be calling them anytime I need electrical work done. Thank you Matt and Humberto!  It is refreshing to work with people that care.

Gary did an awesome job installing a ducted kitchen island stove hood. Very reasonably priced and timely. I am so happy I found a good handyman. Now I can cook bacon inside the house without opening all of the windows!

If was fifty dollars more than the estimate when the bill came but they did a good job.

My home needed an updated electrical panel because the electrical panel was so old it became a fire hazard! Mike and his crew (by the way, great professional crew) installed a new and updated electrical panel.
Mike is the owner and was very professional both in work and communication. Mike went the extra mile and removed all access wires of no use and also installed grounded outlets and new switch for my flood lights!!! They left my patio clean and the electrical job was amazing.

I called the Fan Doctor for a secondary quote for the installation of 3 ceiling fans. Bryan was very informative and was able to give me a great quote. Today Brian arrived to install my fans. He was so polite and professional. He worked efficiently and was able to install all 3 fans perfectly! I will absolutely recommend them to anyone!!

I contacted Alex on a Saturday morning to get an estimate on installing a Electric Vehicle charging station in my garage. He responded immediately with an estimated price (based on the information I provided) which was quite a bit less than the other quotes I received.

He gave me a couple of scheduling options - one for later that day, and one for the next morning. So I scheduled the work.

When Alex arrived, he was friendly and promptly went to work. In less than an hour, my charging station was good to go.

I needed a big 50 amp plug for my new electric car. And oh by the way, my friendly review reading friends, get yo self one of these cars too if you want to ditch the smelly gas and wake up with a full charge every morning.

Shawn worked on our home twice.  First installed outlets in patio for string lights and front of house to install Ring device.  Most recent he installed 3 pendants over our kitchen island.  Great communication with Mark the owner.  Very trustworthy and very high work standard.  Shawn never took off his mask during his work indoors.  Excellent work, excellent standards, prompt work.

We were getting shocked from electricity when using our kitchen sink, weird problem. Coltech sent someone out the same day, it was not easy to figure out what the problem was but they did so within the hour! Very reasonable rates and pleased with their service. Brian, the service technician, took time to carefully explain what the issue was and some options we had moving forward. I'd definitely use them again.

Dave does quality work. Not only will I use him again (install a mini split A/C & a Tesla charger) I will recommend him to my friends & family. I needed my 16x20 shop wired with a sub panel. He showed up when he said he would and is very fast and efficient. This is what I had him do. Install sub-panel, 14 outlets, wiring for future equipment, and lights inside and outside. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No upcharges or surprises. He was very professional and pays attention to details.
