The electrician showed up at the beginning of the time window that I was given.  He wore a mask the entire time that he was at our house and installed a new electrical outlet on our patio.  He cleaned up afterwords and was on his way after about an hour.  This was a very professional and efficient service.

I needed ceiling fans installed into two bedrooms that did not have existing fans or wiring in place. After putting out a RFP on Yelp for multiple bids I received a very fast response from Wiring Pros. They sent out David G. on my schedule and he showed up on time and with a smile on his face. He walked through the space and listened to my ideas because the rooms have lovely 80's popcorn ceilings I am too lazy to scrape off and I wanted to avoid cutting into that wherever possible because it is near impossible to repair and match. We agreed on a plan of attack and I had a written estimate in hand within 24 hours. This included all drywall repairs at the time of the work instead of requiring another subcontractor at a later date which was a key reason I chose them over other companies (I wanted it to be one-and-done.) I ordered a couple of fans (of course they weren't in stock) and Wiring Pros was patient with me as I waited for the fans to show up. Once I had the fans in-hand we scheduled a date and again their technicians showed up exactly when they said they would. They quickly got to work and followed the plan I discussed to get around the ceiling issue (only ceiling cut was a round cut to mount the fan box on the joists.) They covered everything in the rooms with plastic, and cleaned up after themselves before asking me to inspect the job. There was a minor miscommunication on the quote/work order (I wanted stacked dual switches to control fan/lights separately - I showed David G. the same setup I recently had installed in my bathrooms for the exhaust fan/light combo as a reference to make sure we were on the same page - was only listed as install switch) and when I asked about it they made a quick call to base to confirm what was required. I have experienced the hemming and hawing of its not on the work order, you need to reschedule, blah blah blah and I did sign off on that WO without questioning it before paying. After a fast confirmation and not having the right switches on hand they quickly hit the local big box hardware store and returned within 20 mins and installed what I needed with no more fuss. It was refreshing to work with a company that did what they said they would do, did it on time, did it at the cost they quoted AND cleaned up after themselves. I would (and will) recommend Wiring Pros to anyone needing any electrical work in the future.

Excellent company to work with. We hired Rogoz to install new recessed lighting in a couple of rooms and upgrade the existing lights in a couple other rooms. Our technician, Rob, did a fantastic job. He gave us the original estimate, which was very reasonable and compared favorably with the other 3 estimates we got from other companies. Rob then came back and installed all the lighting. He even installed a new dimmer wall switch at no charge when he noticed the existing switch had a small crack. We have a few other electrical upgrades we would like to do and will definitely bring in Rogoz to complete the work. I highly recommend this company for their honesty, reliability and technical skills.

I had excellent service and would use them again. Good correspondence with setting up the purchase of a toilet from Lowe's. He picked it up and installed it really well making sure the toilet was well balanced and sealed. I had called firefly electric last week on Thursday and they had someone out out by the following Monday which is today. I had the pleasure of having Trevor H. come out and install a Tesla charger in my garage. Trevor was beyond helpful and even more knowledgeable! He explained every step of the way as I was outside with him almost the entire duration of the install- I even had a bunch of unrelated electrical questions that he was able to shed some light on for me. Super clean job and anyone calling firefly electric needs to ask for this man!!!

I'm a contractor so I don't want to throw other contractors under the bus but this company has some very adventurous pricing. More power to them, I guess?  Just get more than one estimate. Good advice no matter what service you're looking for.

This is a New home purchase December 19, 2022. The master bedroom, and living room, were on one circuit breaker. When I used my floor heater would trip  the circuit breaker. JR from Affordable, Electric Service, installed (3) 20A to solve my problem. I now have peace of mind when turning on my floor heater. JR converted an already existing plate to have 20A and 15A plug.

Gary was great. He installed a new prehung door for me, including casing and trim. He was very reasonably priced and did it really quickly. I was surprised how quickly he got it done. I would definitely recommend his work and I'll keep his number handy for anything else that comes up!

They did 3 projects for me. Two of the projects were completed while I was out of town (which is always risky) and the jobs were done as exactly as expected. I was home for the 3rd project and was very impressed with the service and the employees. They even helped out with an extra project that came up while they were at my house and didn't even charge me for it (even though I would have been happy to pay for it). It's amazing how few companies want your business- I contacted at least 3 other companies to get estimates and Dodge was the only company to call me back and come out and do the estimate. They were professional from start to finish. I would not hesitate to call them for future electrical projects.

Had an electrical issue in our kitchen which we tried unsuccessfully to trouble shoot. Reedco quickly sent Wayman and Casey who were both very competent and professional. They fixed my issue quickly, and because there is a two hour minimum charge, they asked if there was anything else I needed to have done while they were there. They explained to me what was wrong and what they did to fix the issue. I would use again.

I dealt with The Fan Doctor back when they were Brasswinds. All my contacts with them have been positive including buying fan parts, having a fan repaired or purchasing a brand new unit.

We hired Arc Electrical, Alex, to do recess lighting in our kitchen and hang and wire security cameras outside our house. He also put some electrical receptacles outside for Christmas lights. I was more than satisfied with the work he did and how he went the extra mile to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. He was prompt to reply to my inquiries and worked around my schedule. Definitely would hire Alex again as I was very pleased with the outcome of his work and his customer service.

Wow, I have to say Jay and Kyle really know what they are doing.  On time, fixed my problem so fast and efficient.  Great pricing and they are now my electricians.  Thank you so much.

My front landscape lighting went out just a few days before Christmas, leaving a pretty bleak scene.  I called and spoke with Mark first thing this morning, and he was out here by early afternoon, solving the problem in about 30 minutes for a very reasonable price.  It doesn't get much better than this!

Dave does quality work. Not only will I use him again (install a mini split A/C & a Tesla charger) I will recommend him to my friends & family. I needed my 16x20 shop wired with a sub panel. He showed up when he said he would and is very fast and efficient. This is what I had him do. Install sub-panel, 14 outlets, wiring for future equipment, and lights inside and outside. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No upcharges or surprises. He was very professional and pays attention to details.
