Still a fabulous company to work with. Chris was perfect, and the new light switches work so much better than the outdated timers they were hooked up to. Chris was sweet, and he does quick, clean work. It was so nice to wake up this morning and see my outside lights still on. Week after week I had to deal with those stupid things turning themselves off at 3 a.m.; even the switches match my home décor better than those timers ever did. Thanks again Chris, and thank you Simple Electric!

Paid $155 to have 2 light bulbs replaced in my back porch. Crazy. Tech did check the switch inside. Won't be using this company again.

Bryan came  out to replace an outside light fixture and was so fast that it took him less than a hour.  He graciously gave me a price break because it was such a small job. One doesn't  see that happen often! I also used TAB electric a year ago for a larger job that included 3 technicians but the price was very reasonable for that project, too. I highly recommend this company.

I discovered major electrical issues in my attic late last year. After consulting multiple people, it was clear my older house was in need of a complete rewire. I reached out to multiple electricians for help and estimates. I eventually chose Wiring Pros LLC because they gave me a clear quote, they were timely, and I really liked Lesly (the receptionist). My rewire project was a whole week long because of the complexity. My two electricians were Brad and Steven - both extremely kind, intelligent, and communicative. They were able to knock out the project pretty quickly and were always open to answering any questions I had for them throughout the week. My rewire is done and my family feels much safer thanks to Wiring Pros. As I told Lesly on the phone, I will be referring them to any and all of my family/friends in the Valley who have electrical concerns!

We needed some wiring done for our pool.  Contacted ROGOZ had a reply within 30 minutes.  There estimate came in much lower then several of there competitors.
Talked with them over email and they sent Bryce out the next day,  came early in the morning to accomadate our schedule.  Looked at the problem told us what needed to be done and went to work.  Job was complete within an hour no mess and no problems.  

I thank you all for great customer service and getting the wiring in for the pool.  We will use this company again when we need there expertise.

I didn't end up going with Gabriel for this repair because of pricing, but he was very professional and went above and beyond in communication with me. He responded almost immediately on yelp, consistently responded to messages and communication quickly, and was able to provide me a rough quote within the day.

If you have an immediate situation or emergency that needs resolving, I would recommend contacting him as you are more likely to get your situation resolved faster than any other company.

Amazing work. In our exercise room we had an old fan/light removed and replaced with a giant round LED light fixture. Then in the second bedroom we installed a new fan/light fixture. So 2 jobs Ryan and his amazing helper did for us. Very nice people. So happy to have found his company, a keeper for life!

Provided very detailed estimates in support of our pre-purchase inspection.  Answered all of our questions and clearly explained all options.  Very responsive and thorough with competitive pricing.

Josh completed the update/installation of sockets (regular, GFCI, USB) and light switches at our property. He was quick and helped us get up to code as well. He even came back out to finish the GFCIs we needed to add on another day. His rate was the best and everything looked great. He was transparent and accommodating. Invoice and payment was a breeze as well. Highly recommend.

Asked for estimate Alex came by Saturday and said after he left he would have the estimate to
Me in 20 minutes . 2 days later no estimate and no response from Alex.

If you're getting a Tesla or other electric vehicle soon you'll probably want a home charging solution.  After getting my Tesla I contacted 3-4 contractors, some who didn't even return my call.  

Matt at Empowered Electrical (EE) Solutions did a fantastic job in 2 days after calling.

It wasn't easy. Because my electrical box was on the other side of the house from my garage he had to thread the line under my entry walkway.  At 7pm I asked him if he just wanted to return the next day.  He was determined to finish and completed it with a headlamp on!  

You don't get service like that often so I just wanted to give Matt a great shout out!

Gary was friendly, responded to my messages quickly and he offered a fair price for my doggie door install. However, that is where the good ends. Upon arrival, he set forth with the project. Though he did NOT listen when I said that some trim needed to be removed to install properly. (According yo the manufacturer install directions). He said that merely screwing it in would suffice. I explained that I could have just screwed the screws in myself if that was the case. He did not install the weatherstripping. In fact, he told me I'd have to go get some tape from the hardware store myself to adhere it.  It left a large gap, allowing a cold/hot air exchange. He then proceeded to tell me that it would cost $60 still....even though the job was not completed. $60 for 6 screws. Nothing more. What was supposed to be a time and energy saver, ended up costing me much more than the $60. I lost my patience....and my whole day.
Thank you Gary..,.for teaching me that I should just put on my big girl pants and do the job myself. I am perfectly capable, and ended up doing a better job than you. The ONLY reason I gave you any stars is because I ended up learning something from you not doing your job.

They did what they said, when they said for the price they quoted. Personable team, knowledgeable estimator and timely quote. I won't look anywhere else for electrical work.

Their estimating process and quote take a couple of days, but the wait is worth it.

We had them install a new ceiling fan in our living room with a vaulted ceiling. They got the work done quickly and with minimal drywall damage (they had to snake a new line from the ceiling to the wall switch).

Absolutely fantastic service.  Contacted after 5 and they responded immediately and came out the next day to fix a neutral wire that was not put in by a previous electrician.  Price was very reasonable and would definitely use them again.  Thank you Mike for providing such great service.

The service techs were on time, competent, and courteous. When they arrived they went right to work, got the job done, and did not leave a mess.  I very much enjoyed my experience with this company. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Our 2 year old dishwasher did all at sudden not work anymore.
A service guy from Spencer's came after one week, Only to tell us it's not the machine but an electrical problem.
I phoned Arc electric and  Alex was here in 20 minutes. He checked the circuit breakers , the machine and the plugs and solved the problem in a short time.
A very friendly young man, whom I can only recommend highly.

I agree on planning out a project.  I told you ahead of time everything that was needed to be done.  The scope of my request should have pre-determined a one or two man crew.  

You quoted me a per hour charge so I wasn't expecting any freebies by having the fan balanced.  I only wanted my project completed all at the same time.

I ended up hiring another person.  Two men came out, spent roughly the same amount of time your one person did and charged 50% LESS than what you charged me.  My projects are finally completed.

P.S.  The fan did NOT have to be balanced !

My advise to anyone reading this review is to find another company.

James and David were very pleasant to work with.  I found them here on Yelp and decided to give them a go.  I just bought a house that had a laundry list of mostly minor issues that needed to be address.  They showed up when they said they would show up, offered a fair price and, as far as I can tell did everything they said they would do.  When I had questions they were happy to answer them.  I was also appreciative that they cleaned up their mess.  Will definitely go to again in the future.

Dave does quality work. Not only will I use him again (install a mini split A/C & a Tesla charger) I will recommend him to my friends & family. I needed my 16x20 shop wired with a sub panel. He showed up when he said he would and is very fast and efficient. This is what I had him do. Install sub-panel, 14 outlets, wiring for future equipment, and lights inside and outside. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No upcharges or surprises. He was very professional and pays attention to details.
