Just called and left vm. Stay tuned. :) They were great!! Returned my call and was able to get someone out to my house within the day! Kind of important since 1/2 my condo was without electricity--no tv, no dvd, no modem...no lights. Now, I know what the cave men felt like. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it pronto. $200 for service call, but WORTH EVERY penny! Keep up the great work guys. THANKS!

I discovered TIO electric company through Yelp and I'm happy I did. I had technician Conrad show up on time, very professional and helped with what I needed fix but also a few other things throughout the house. He did inform me with things that I could later on down the road get done but I went ahead and had him do them that day. TIO electric is reasonably priced and they booked my appointment fairly fast which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend them!!

DO NOT!!! I repeat DO NOT go with this company. Two employees ,Eric andRyan, came by to install a 220 in my garage this morning but instead my home ended up flooding. Obviously this is an amateur move by a company that is supposed to be licensed bonded and insured most people would turn off power and water just as a safety precaution as this is something that usually happens when working in the Attic. I have included some evidence,  will update with more later as this case is still under investigation. I am not happy how the owner is handling this he is being very defensive and is not taking responsibility for his employees in the state instead of trying to blame me and saying that he shouldn't have taken this job. How am I to blame??? You said that you can do the job I was in the other room working next thing I know my house is being flooded. I will definitely update this review after things are settled. ----NEGATIVE stars----
Also if you have a problem or a complaint with them please file through ROC this also applies for any contractors that are licensed, you can file with ROC  and they'll investigate and have the issue on their record.

This is updated to the owner's response please don't act like you had compassion because I do remember you immediately saying that you called your lawyer then HANGING UP ON ME when I called you the second time to update you on this situation. Sometimes it's BEST to  just take the review as is and stop trying to damage control. I will be uploading more pictures and evidence soon. Please ensure I have evidence of everything and I'm sure your employees know that I have cameras all around my house which does record audio and video. So if you plan on making excuses for the behavior I will be glad to upload videos  so potential customers do not fall into the same predicament I'm in.

Took 5 days to get an estimate.We own and manage multiple properties and the lady on the phone had nothing but excuses. When the bud finally showed up it was 30% higher than the company that did the job.

Amazing Company!  Rob and another gentleman showed up and totally respected the customer and premise.  Explained everything, wore masks and solved our electrical problem (ceiling fan repair) in short order and performed a free check of our electric panel found no problems!  Far from a rip off company and will use them again and recommend them highly!

I woke up at 1:45 am to see that my water softener was pouring gallons of water in my garage.  I quickly called and Gabriel showed up around 2:10 and had my problem fixed in no time. He was a God send and helped me with moving the old system outside and giving me some suggestions on alternatives to water softeners.

Best electricians around! Come in a timely manner and very reasonably priced. These guys are pros. Chad has been to my house twice and is super professional. Will be using them from now on!

I just bought an electrical vehicle and reached out via Yelp to several individuals. Arc electrical was very quick to respond. The gentleman that contacted me was named Alex he was one of the owners of the company. He came by the next day checked out what I needed to hook up my new 240 connection and said that he could do it for me quickly because he knew I was taking delivery of a new car.

I have always been quite nervous when it comes to dealing with contractors because there are many flyby night guys and I have seen many of them at my property whether it's pool roofing etc. Alex was incredibly friendly his pricing was extremely fair and his service was phenomenal. He told me he would have the job done within a couple days and delivered on his promise. Initially he said that the job would take about four hours but it actually took about six because the ground at my property was quite hard and he had to do a lot of extra digging. He still held to his price which I was really happy about.  This fellow buit up quite a sweat and did a phenomenal job installing 100 feet of wire in pipe underneath my walkway and through my flowerbeds. Immaculate job.
If you're looking for a really nice young fellow who does incredible work at a very fair price definitely reach out to Alex. In today's world there aren't guys that do a great job at a fair price this guy is awesome and I hardly recommend him.  He is a licensed electrician, A veteran And was true to his word not to mention he does seriously quality work.  Great experience and highly recommend

Why haven't I written a review for Matt yet? No clue, but I'm one of his biggest fans!

Matt is honest, punctual and has reasonable prices. I can't imagine asking anyone else to do electrical work for me.

The first time he was out the outlet for our water softener needed a new GFCI. His suggestion was that I do it myself and save some $$. And yes, I could have done it, but I was on my way out the door to catch a flight. How honest is that?

Since then, Matt has hung two TV's, relocated outlets so I wouldn't have to look at unsightly wires, added outlets, installed lighting fixtures from scratch and ran wired cable to the back of our TV for the best streaming.
See, Matt does it all!

I will say this, he's in demand because of his great work, so please give him advance notice. I'm never in a hurry and plan out my work so it always works out. But know that he'll likely find a way to take care of an emergency.

Gary worked on a laundry room expansion project for me. He handled everything from plumbing, electrical, framing, drywall and painting. Awesome guy to work with. Started and finished when he said he would, and within a reasonable price. He is my go to guy now and he will be doing two baths remodels.

Wonderful experience from start to finish!  I wish I would have called these guys years ago for recessed lighting. Our house was never well-lit, but we bought a few lamps and lived with it.  Enter Preston. Very friendly & knowledgeable, he took the time to listen to my ideas for the project and made many helpful suggestions.  A few days later I received a detailed estimate by email--no pressure & I had time to look it all over!  The pricing was broken down by area.  I ended up putting recessed lighting in four rooms but vetoed the pendant lighting in the kitchen.  I'm delighted with the outcome!  It absolutely improved the functionality of our home.  Our project was pretty large so it happened in two day.  Two different teams of two worked on our project and both teams were professional & tidy.  Three cheers for Dodge Electric!

I had a dryer cord that needed to be changed out from a three prong to four prong. I had the cord, but was hesitant to change it myself (or rather my husband was hesitant for me to change it. Ha). I contacted REEDCO and Mike was so kind as to fit me in that same day.  I'm guessing electricians don't make their bread and butter by changing out dryer cords, but Mike was gracious enough to take the time out of his day to assist. He was very professional and friendly, and I will absolutely be reaching out to him again should we have need of an electrician in the future.

Wasn't able to fix the problem.  Very novice when it comes to actual electrical issues.  More for just installing fans.  Charged me $119 to put in one light timer.   A bit disappointing but my fault for not hiring an actual electrician.

I've been unlucky over the years working with several electricians but Alex was a breath of fresh air!  I was surprised and delighted to work with a company that actually cares about the homeowner and tries to find the most economical way of fixing my needs.  He showed up exactly when he said he would and even answered texts sent late at night immediately.  I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Alex and will not hesitate to pass his information along to friends and family.

This company was recommended to be by a neighbor over 12 years ago. I have used them for a variety of electrical projects over the years and have always been extremely pleased! They are an honest, friendly, competent, fairly-priced company...what more can I say?  Look no further!!

Mark @ Zimmerman Electric came to our home March 9, 2016.  There is a problem with one of our ceiling fans with a light.  He was very professional and friendly and obviously knew his electrical work.  He was very thorough and explained to us what was wrong with the light on the fan that was causing the problem.  He was able to fix it at a low cost and saved us the cost of a new fan & light.  I would definitely use his services again and recommend him highly to anyone in need of electrical work.

This was my second time this summer using Coltech Eletrical Services.  Both experiences were pleasant, prices were reasonable, and they take a consultative approach, which I love.

Dave does quality work. Not only will I use him again (install a mini split A/C & a Tesla charger) I will recommend him to my friends & family. I needed my 16x20 shop wired with a sub panel. He showed up when he said he would and is very fast and efficient. This is what I had him do. Install sub-panel, 14 outlets, wiring for future equipment, and lights inside and outside. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No upcharges or surprises. He was very professional and pays attention to details.
