I needed ceiling fans installed into two bedrooms that did not have existing fans or wiring in place. After putting out a RFP on Yelp for multiple bids I received a very fast response from Wiring Pros. They sent out David G. on my schedule and he showed up on time and with a smile on his face. He walked through the space and listened to my ideas because the rooms have lovely 80's popcorn ceilings I am too lazy to scrape off and I wanted to avoid cutting into that wherever possible because it is near impossible to repair and match. We agreed on a plan of attack and I had a written estimate in hand within 24 hours. This included all drywall repairs at the time of the work instead of requiring another subcontractor at a later date which was a key reason I chose them over other companies (I wanted it to be one-and-done.) I ordered a couple of fans (of course they weren't in stock) and Wiring Pros was patient with me as I waited for the fans to show up. Once I had the fans in-hand we scheduled a date and again their technicians showed up exactly when they said they would. They quickly got to work and followed the plan I discussed to get around the ceiling issue (only ceiling cut was a round cut to mount the fan box on the joists.) They covered everything in the rooms with plastic, and cleaned up after themselves before asking me to inspect the job. There was a minor miscommunication on the quote/work order (I wanted stacked dual switches to control fan/lights separately - I showed David G. the same setup I recently had installed in my bathrooms for the exhaust fan/light combo as a reference to make sure we were on the same page - was only listed as install switch) and when I asked about it they made a quick call to base to confirm what was required. I have experienced the hemming and hawing of its not on the work order, you need to reschedule, blah blah blah and I did sign off on that WO without questioning it before paying. After a fast confirmation and not having the right switches on hand they quickly hit the local big box hardware store and returned within 20 mins and installed what I needed with no more fuss. It was refreshing to work with a company that did what they said they would do, did it on time, did it at the cost they quoted AND cleaned up after themselves. I would (and will) recommend Wiring Pros to anyone needing any electrical work in the future.

We had an AC emergency during our roofing project. Eddie came out and did a tremendous job to get our AC working again. We already have another project set up to finalize the work during regular work hours. Thanks again.

I didn't expect to get my dryer fixed today
My Property Mgnt called and said someone would be calling shortly to fix your dryer. Within 5 mins I had a call from Gabriel and he was out to replace my dryer within an hour. Great service. He also made sure everything was working properly and the cleaned up. Thank you

Courteous, efficient, reasonable price. They repaired a switch and got a hanging light a dimmer working, and replaced a ceiling fan. I would use them again.

Where to begin?  For those Yelpers who are of a Twitter (140 Character) mindset, the summary is: Customer Service, Customer Service, Customer Service!!!!

Bolt Electric exceeded my expectations every step of the way.  I found Bolt on Angie's list, among other electricians.  Within five minutes of my submitting a request for a quote, Stephanie of Bolt Electric called and arranged for Sam, the electrician, to come out and identify and fix my issue.  The appoint occurred within three business days of my call.  If it had been an emergency issue, it's certain they would have scheduled an appointment even quicker.

Stephanie was outstanding.  Professional, friendly and very customer focused.

Sam had the problem fixed within five minutes. The issue involved landscape lighting in the front yard, a portion of which had stopped working.  The lighting wiring was underground and not immediately accessible. This could have been a difficult problem to diagnose and could have taken hours, but Sam's expertise as an electrician had the problem fixed quickly.  

From start to finish, the experience with Bolt Electric was in the top 1/10th of 1 percent of all customer service experiences I have had with any company.  

Their prices are reasonable and their team is outstanding!

We were blown away by the quality and timeliness of the work. Not only did he do an AMAZING job, he was significantly less than the other quotes we were given. If you need electrical work done, you should definitely given him a call. He is very responsive and will have you fixed up quickly. I'd give him 10 stars if I could. 10/10 would recommend.

Simple, fast and clear communication on work being done and cost.  I reached out for basic quote for an EV charge install and this company was one of the very few that actually gave me an estimate from the start and it was the exact charge after the job was done - I recommend.

Matt is a total professional. Recently bought a new Tesla, needed to install a 220 in the garage. Was able to schedule with Matt very quickly. Matt review ed all options and locations for the new outlet. Installed the outlet exactly to how we planned out. Works perfect! I would definitely recommend Empowered Electrical!

Reading some of Gary's negative reviews it seems that a lot of people have had similar experiences. Gary might be able to do some quality work, but I wouldn't know because he's just not professional at all.

We reached out to Gary after buying a new house in Arcadia a while back and he told us that whenever we were ready he could help us with installing ceiling fans, blinds, and whatever we may need (score!) but when we called him back to schedule something he was sick and told me he would call me back in a week.

A week goes by with no phone call, so I call him-- but no answer... and his vm is full. so I waited a couple more days and called him again, still no answer; so this time I followed up with a text asking if he was still interested in helping us out with our handyman needs and he replied yes and to let him know when we would like him to come help.

Perfect! I called him when I got back to Phoenix and he didn't answer (of course), so I texted asking when he was available and he asked if he could schedule me in for between 1-2pm on Thursday. Yes I replied, then I texted asking him a couple questions about estimates for hanging large blinds and included photos. He ignored my texts that night about the quote/estimate altogether, so I texted asking if he received my messages requesting an estimate to which he replied Yes, I'll look at them when I'm at your house. (Not really an answer or estimate- kind of slippery).

So today rolls around and of course I'm at home waiting on this handyman to show up (of course I organized my day around him) 14 minutes before he was due for our appointment, he cancels.

He says: Can we meet Saturday 9-930? Caught up in work.
(No apology for the inconvenience, or wasting my time, just a crap text).

Me: You know Gary, let me talk to my boyfriend about it. After reading your Yelp! reviews we expected a little more professionalism to be honest.

He says: Well I've been sick for the last month and been out of commission. I've been trying to catch up on my jobs. Sorry if you feel that way. I know I can't make everyone happy.

Me: It's not a feeling. You cancelled 15 minutes before you were scheduled to show up and have been unresponsive and not very communicative with me. Those are facts. While I understand it's impossible to make everybody happy, you could do a much better job by being a little more professional.

Then-- radio silence.

Gary, you can make customers happy; how about apologizing when you're wrong and unprofessional instead of #1: making excuses, then #2: blaming me, or acting like I'm the one with unrealistic expectations when I've accommodated the date and time YOU chose and then flaked on. Would not recommend.

Had them out a week ago as I could not figure out the darn wiring on the new ceiling fan I installed.  Ended up being the remote was bad but it had me at a loss. And while here, had them look at another small project , adding a recessed light and fan in a bathroom.  They  gave it a look and explained the quote would come from the office and it did as was explained.  Both times they were on time, explained everything  worked fast  and very friendly. No games, no hidden costs and no attempt to up-sell me on anything. I have no reservations recommending them to anyone and will simply call them first if I need help. Just like you should !

I am so happy with the work that Reedco did for me. I called yesterday at the end of the day, and Derek and Moses were here at 8:00 a.m. this morning to fix my external outlet. They identified an issue with the home builder's electrictian's  work - Austin Electric, who installed an indoor outlet outside, and also left a part inside of the panelbox that could have causted an electrical fire. Derek explained the work that he performed thoroughly. I will absolutely put Reedco in my contacts, and use them for all of my electrical needs in the future. Thank you, Mike, Derek, and Moses!!

We had a great experience working with Fan Doctor and I would absolutely use them again without hesitation. They had a great selection to choose from and patiently assisted us with our choice of fan. We had 2 ceiling fans and their associated switches installed. The installation was quick and professional and in the year since they were put in, our fans have worked flawlessly without a single squeak or wobble.

I was referred to Alex by a HVAC company. Amazing availability, the work was done faster than most would even schedule for a quote. HVAC project turned out great. I reached out for another project. Scheduled and done the same week. When I received the charger to plug it in, the charger wouldn't turn on. I reached out, he came over that afternoon and fixed the problem, which was exceptionally minor. in a world of increasing indifference to customer service and responsiveness, this was a really refreshing experience. I literally wish I had more electrical projects to do because I had such a better experience than with many service providers in other industries. Exceptional communication and responsiveness. Highly recommend. I bet he gets your project done before many would even get out to you for a quote.

We were getting shocked from electricity when using our kitchen sink, weird problem. Coltech sent someone out the same day, it was not easy to figure out what the problem was but they did so within the hour! Very reasonable rates and pleased with their service. Brian, the service technician, took time to carefully explain what the issue was and some options we had moving forward. I'd definitely use them again.

Dave does quality work. Not only will I use him again (install a mini split A/C & a Tesla charger) I will recommend him to my friends & family. I needed my 16x20 shop wired with a sub panel. He showed up when he said he would and is very fast and efficient. This is what I had him do. Install sub-panel, 14 outlets, wiring for future equipment, and lights inside and outside. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No upcharges or surprises. He was very professional and pays attention to details.
