This company is amazing! I was remodeling my house in Scottsdale and my friend recommended Simple Electric. I'm from California and didn't know the first thing about who to hire. The guys were very professional and showed up on time. I felt comfortable having them at my house alone. We raised a ceiling in our kitchen and they put in 9 recessed lights on a dimmer switch, added lights to wet bar & powder bathroom. They completely added electrical for a new fan in our living room. All and all it was very affordable and there were not any extra cost surprises! Thanks guys!!!!

Over the weekend, I sent out a request for a quote on a very simple job - installing an outlet. Every company had some person respond within a couple days (which is totally fine - I don't expect companies to work weekends), either providing a quote or asking for some additional information.

Turn It On Electric sent me an auto-response indicating they were closed, offering numbers for emergencies, etc... So far so good.

Then Monday came and went, no response.

Then Tuesday came and finally I got one of those template responses from a generic Customer C. account, which basically pushed me to give them all of my information including best times and days for an appointment, and absolutely no info that had anything to do with pricing of installing an outlet. If we're already communicating via Yelp messaging, you don't need 3 more ways to contact me in order to send me a quote. Nobody else did.

I responded saying I was just gathering quotes at the time.... and no response from them until the next day when I get another non-human template response having the gall to start with:

Hello! We have reached out several times in response to your electrical needs.

Um, no. You have not reached out several times and you never bothered to respond to me like a human being, and it is clear that still nobody human has actually bothered to read the messages because you still haven't actually given me a quote, and given that I'm only going to end up choosing one company, I don't want my personal contact information in the databases of companies that I haven't chosen.

Now, I was just going to let this go, but then this morning they send yet another automated response, so now they're actually wasting my time, because it doesn't matter anymore. First impressions count and they showed  me exactly how I would be treated if I would become a customer.

Human responses either to this review or on the Yelp messaging are only going to show what they'll do when someone finally complains.

Excellent service!  Submitted a for a quote to Yelp on Sunday and Tom and Crew were out the next morning to do the job!  They were very honest and did a great job on our light switch addition we wanted for our bar area!  Would highly recommend to anyone looking for electrical work to be done!

We are using them again. The first time Daryl was referred to us by Renco roofing (Now those guys are good) and he did perfect work. We needed a 220 line run from the utility room to the kitchen. He had to cut lots of dry wall holes and run new wire. He cleaned up and it all worked perfectly. In addition he is courteous and you can trust him.

Today we need the 220 outlet changed to a 110 because  the Advantium oven is shot and can't be repaired. We are changing to a microwave and it does not need 220.

The home warrantee people suggested an electrician who did not show up, forgot the appointment and then forgot who I we were when we called to ask why he had not shown up for two weeks. We called Daryl!

Daryl was here the next day (today) and he is installing the new 110 outlets and I have him putting in a switch and an outlet on my barn.

Let me comment on trust. We have had two neighbors broken into and the bad guys were contractors they had used to do repairs. Going cheap in not always a good idea and you need to know who you are letting into your home. You can leave your home and know that you can trust Daryl and that may be his greatest asset. He is a really good electrician but there are lots of those. With Daryl you get  quality electrical work and a guy you can trust. That is a big deal.

Rogoz to the rescue! SO.... on a COVID-19 weekend, I decided to upgrade to some dimmer switches. Once I tore the outlet box apart, I realized I had no idea what I was doing. Rogoz had competitive pricing and timely availability. Their staff were communicative and easy to work with. They quickly and neatlty completed the project. I really appreciate the time they took to educate me and answer my many  questions. Happy to now have a local, professional electrician I can count on.

Gabe was great - I had an emergency (turns out it wasn't really an emergency, but he could hear that I was nervous) and he showed up within an hour to come help. He fixed the problem quickly and thoroughly explained everything. He also re-labeled by circuit board as it was very poorly labeled. He is very professional and efficient and I would definitely work with him again! Highly recommend.

These guys are amazing. From the Ladies who answer the phone to the initial estimate to the work being completed all were amazing and wonderful to work with. The job was completed exactly as described by the original estimate and they were totally accommodating to a last minute addition of additional work. I would definitely hire again and highly recommend them.

Wow! I am a house flipper on Electrician #3 with one particularly troublesome property. I wish I had found Bolt Electric at the beginning instead of the end of the process. Every part of Bolt Electric's service was infinitely better than the other Electricians I've worked with. Daniel and his team member arrived ahead of schedule, had diagnosed and fixed my original problem in less than half an hour, and even had time to attend to a handful of other issues, all in about an hour. They were friendly, helpful, courteous, skilled, and even coached us through what the problems were and how to avoid them in the future. I'm so impressed with them. JR from Affordable Electric Service provided excellent service from my initial phone call to the completion of my request installation of 3 dedicated 20A circuits. This is a New home purchase December 19, 2022. The master bedroom, and living room, were on one circuit breaker. When I used my floor heater would trip  the circuit breaker. JR from Affordable, Electric Service, installed (3) 20A to solve my problem. I now have peace of mind when turning on my floor heater. JR converted an already existing plate to have 20A and 15A plug.

Asked for estimate Alex came by Saturday and said after he left he would have the estimate to
Me in 20 minutes . 2 days later no estimate and no response from Alex.

They have done many jobs for us. A great company and very responsive!

They are not only great with the car chargers. But they handle all our remodels as well!

We hired Gary to enlarge a bathroom by moving a wall and then adding sliding barn doors, shelves, a closet and storage. He gave the lowest bid of the 4 companies we considered. He was fine with adding small jobs here and there, adding handles and locks, hanging a few items, putting together shelves and prepping a door that came with no holes so it was not ready to install which added some work he wasn't expecting. He charged less when we decided against certain doors. Everything looked professional and neatly installed. When the sliders wouldn't go smoothly, he was able to fix them. He took away not only large pieces (doors, wrap, wood...) that were part of his job but other large items that weren't part of his remodel. With other companies we have worked with, collecting money was the most important thing. Gary didn't make it the highest priority, in fact we were ready to write out the check before he had to ask. We are very pleased with our roomy bathroom now and will give good references for Gary and use him again whether we need a big or small job.

Needed a quick fix for a home sale, Dodge was able to fix the issue quickly, with excellent customer service!

I continue to use REEDCO for my electrical needs.  Mike and his team are great!  Just had Alan remove and install new ceiling fans and all turned out perfect.  Because of their reputation, REEDCO is in high demand so scheduling is sometimes a challenge, but Mike goes out of his way to accommodate.
Pricing is very competitive.  Highly recommend.

I had ceiling fans that had stopped being able to be controlled by their remotes. Very frustrating. Brian came out and had fixed them all and was out the door in less than an hour. Worth every penny. I would definitely recommend!

Mark is very professional and knows his craft well. It's not just knowing his work well, it's also emotional intelligence. He is considerate and does what he says he is going to do. I had an electrical emergency at my condo in Goodyear that I had to get help with from a city program. At first they had a contractor already picked out but they were a nightmare. Didn't show up and we're dragging their feet.

After I wanted to pull my hair out with another service I recommended to my contact that we use Zimmerman Electric instead based on the reviews here on Yelp. So glad I did.

These guys really are a 5 star service.

Used them to do some minor repairs on issues that were cited by the Home Inspector. Same day service, professional job and reasonable prices. I would highly suggest calling them for any electrical work.

Dave does quality work. Not only will I use him again (install a mini split A/C & a Tesla charger) I will recommend him to my friends & family. I needed my 16x20 shop wired with a sub panel. He showed up when he said he would and is very fast and efficient. This is what I had him do. Install sub-panel, 14 outlets, wiring for future equipment, and lights inside and outside. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No upcharges or surprises. He was very professional and pays attention to details.
