This team was top notch and highly professional from my first interaction with Conner in the office to working with Jim on our electrical challenges. We were in a panic only 5 days out from Christmas when our outdoor lights weren't working and our indoor lights were surging on and off.

I decided to try Simple Electric based on their stellar reviews. Being so close to the holidays, they were all booked up. Conner was so nice and promised that I would be put on their cancellation list. Within 3 hours he called me back as they had a cancellation that afternoon. Jim came over and was extremely thoughtful and calm as he did some troubleshooting and figured out what our problems were.

He was extremely knowledgeable, clean and put everything  back where it was when he started. I am sold on this company and will be calling them for all of electrical needs. So nice to have competent, trustworthy electricians like Simple Electric. Many thanks to Jim and Conner for their outstanding work and customer service.

I had an electrical issue with my pool light as it no longer would turn on, so I went on Yelp to find a good Electrician.  I'm glad I cam across TIO.

What can I say about these guys?  One, the technician, Tyson, showed up about 20 minutes EARLY (who does that?).  Very nice!  Second, he figured out a way to fix my issue with minimal cost to me and kept the repair under one hour, so I would not have to pay for the second hour (they bill hourly).  Third, they had a Yelp coupon which saved me even more money.  Fourth, Tyson explained how if I needed an additional repair, he would do what he could to keep the cost down and gave a very reasonable estimate for the work.  I have had other electricians look at this issue and quote me the maximium amount possible to pad their pocketbook.

In conclusion, TIO was prompt, easy to schedule appt with, very reasonable pricing, and tries to save me money on my electrical repair needs whenever possible.  If you need an electrician, look no further than TIO.

If I could give them more stars I would. They removed an old mid 70 100 amp service panel and installed a new 200 amp service panel. This job was really stressing me out. David handled this from start to finish flawlessly. From demo to inspection he was on it. He pulled permits, scheduled inspection and scheduled coordination with SRP. The finish product looks awesome. Very professional in my opinion. I received multiple quotes. The price was fair and competitive. Some companies wanted to charge me $100.00 just for a quote, CRAZY. Not David  though. From quote to completion was about a month. Wiring pros installed a panel and gave me and my family peace of mind. Thx to David and the entire Wire Pros team. Job well done.

I needed a ceiling fan installed where there was no power. They installed the switches and the fan and did a great job. They also installed a light in my attic, which also turned out great. They were very respectful of my house and laid down plastic everywhere to protect my furniture. I would definitely use them again.

Gabe is an absolute lifesaver. He is so efficient, communicates and makes sure your happy with the work before you pay. My washer went out on a Sunday with our family taking a vacation of Thursday. Needless to say we had a lot of laundry to do. Gabe came out Sunday to asses the issue. We had the parts ordered before he left. I contacted him today (Tuesday) when the parts arrive. He came right over. While he was here I was able to ask a few questions about my dryer. Turns out it needed to be serviced.  The units are 4.5 yrs old and I've never had the dryer serviced. We could have had a fire with all of the lint that was near the gas heating coil. He also vacuumed out the lint trap. I can't say enough positive things about my experience. Would highly recommend to friends and family!

I requested a quote for some electrical work I wanted done. Great communication on Yelp and by telephone. I was very happy with all of my contact with everyone with Bolt Electric, especially Matt who came out and provided me my quote. Very friendly and informative. I almost went with Bolt Electric for my project but I received a slightly cheaper quote. But I would still use Bolt Electeic for any future electrical needs.

We just had Josh come over and do several things in our new home and he did such a fantastic job and provided us an amazing price. Highly recommend!

Matt is wonderful.  He is prompt, efficient and affordable.  I am a real estate agent and he is now my electrician for both my real estate needs as well as personal.

Gary was great. He installed a new prehung door for me, including casing and trim. He was very reasonably priced and did it really quickly. I was surprised how quickly he got it done. I would definitely recommend his work and I'll keep his number handy for anything else that comes up!

I've gone back and forth on writing this review. I have been having some electrical problems. Breakers flipping, pool pump turning off, just seems electric overloaded so I called. The man I talked to on the phone was super nice and said someone could come check it out.
They showed up on time but the man that showed up was just rude. He came in with a clip board and seemed upset to have to go get his tool belt out of his truck. He wasn't sure what he was here to look at so I explained what I told the man on the phone. He looked at my electric box and said all good. He went and looked at my pool pump and said it was wired wrong that both pumps shouldn't be on a timer. I said they are not and he said yes they are so I went out and showed him the second timer was for the salt cell. We flipped it on and the second pump didn't turn on. He said it's fine. We looked at the kitchen where sometimes two appliances turned on will flip the breaker. He put a tool in the outlet and said these are on one breaker and these are on another. Just don't use the same breaker when using the appliances he said. Umm okay let me stick something into the outlets because I'm sure I won't remember which are on the same breakers. Said it's fine and he left.
I just felt like he was talking down to me the entire time. He didn't seem like he wanted to be here looking at things. I have the same issues now as I did before he came out. Maybe everything is fine and maybe it's not. I would think things shouldn't just turn off but what do I know.

**Following up after the owners remarks-
To the owner- yes I could have followed up directly with you. I'm sorry you have had many complaints about the service tech that came to my house. I'm sorry you still send him out to peoples houses to experience the same lack of service, even after multiple complaints. He was rude, talked down to me and treated me like a woman that didn't know anything. I am a woman that knows a lot but I know nothing about electric power which is why he was here.

I was not billed anything. The tech did nothing though. But.. I would have paid and when I offered to pay he said no charge. My response to him was are you sure and he said yes. I assumed it was because he didn't do anything. Never did I say I was over charged or complain about the cost.

My review was not about the cost at all it was about the professionalism of your employee. I wanted other moms to know what I experienced.

Reedco did everything right. From appointment scheduling, to follow up after the job was completed. Our electrician was Wayman, and he was amazing. He even let my 8 year old watch his work.
I can say with confidence that Reedco is the very best electrician company in Arizona.

I've had a fantastic first experience with Fan Doctor! The pull chain for the ceiling fan in my living room came out completely. I did a little googl'ing to try to fix it myself but decided to report it to my landlord. He attempted to repair it twice and was unsuccessful. I google'd fan repairs and was impressed with Fan Doctor's website and many positive reviews, so I called them. I spoke to Travis and explained my circumstances, and he assured me they would be able to repair my fan. Travis was knowledgeable and helpful. Since I live in Tempe and they're in North Phoenix, he said I could save a service call if I could just bring the switch into their shop. Otherwise, there would be a service call (which included up to 2 hours of labor) and a small cost for the new switch. The only downside is they don't do service calls on Saturday. However, they offer 4 time slots each weekday that the house call can be scheduled for. At the time, Travis said they were scheduling about 3 weeks out for a call to Tempe. On the day of my appointment, Kevin arrived as expected within the 8:00am to 9:30am window that I had selected. He assessed my fan, went out to his van and brought in the tools and parts needed. Because of the prior repair by my landlord, the original switch was no longer present, (which added a bit of a challenge for Kevin to determine the correct switch and wiring.) Nonetheless, he kept at it and did troubleshooting until my fan was working again, good as new! I was so pleased at Kevin's professionalism and good attitude as he worked on my fan and interacted with me. I highly recommend this company!

I needed outlets checked in my kitchen and the garbage disposal outlet, also a light that had not been working by the front door.  Alex was courteous and professional, he arrived on time and did an excellent job.

This company was recommended to be by a neighbor over 12 years ago. I have used them for a variety of electrical projects over the years and have always been extremely pleased! They are an honest, friendly, competent, fairly-priced company...what more can I say?  Look no further!!

We were very happy with the service we received.  They arrived when they said they would, and completed the job for what we thought was a very fair price.  We highly recommend Zimmerman Electric.

Stay Away. Incompetence is the word that describes this company.  I had them do some simple electrical wiring.  Did not work.  They refused to fix the problem.  Finally, I had to hire another company to get it done correctly.

Dave does quality work. Not only will I use him again (install a mini split A/C & a Tesla charger) I will recommend him to my friends & family. I needed my 16x20 shop wired with a sub panel. He showed up when he said he would and is very fast and efficient. This is what I had him do. Install sub-panel, 14 outlets, wiring for future equipment, and lights inside and outside. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No upcharges or surprises. He was very professional and pays attention to details.
