Josh came to my home this morning to fix a relatively minor problem that my security system provider 1. caused, and 2. wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money to repair. He was incredibly nice and professional and not only resolved my problem but made the system safer and simpler than it was before, all while saving me a lot of money. I'll absolutely be calling Dodd for my future electric needs.

Bo is awesome! We recently purchased a preowned in Clarksville Tn. Sango exit 11 off I24. My husband is pretty good with fixing things and hanging the new light fixtures & fans, but the wiring can be tricky. We had a wiring issue and he couldn't figure it out! Bo came to the rescue! He came the day after I called him and he drove from another job he did in Joelton Tn. I swear it took him 10 minutes! Having an electrician you can trust in your home is vital! I've had Tom Watson and company cleaning my HVAC twice a year for 14 years. The same guy comes to the house every time. I finally had to replace a unit and Tom shopped through only the best makes and best warranty to go with them. He doesn't sell you anything he or his guys and gals don't use in their own homes. The install was solid and guys were great. I paid about half of what I was planning to pay, so I didn't have to borrow money to get a new A/C. Awesome biz.

Aaron Shane installed a couple of outlets in my home where i didn't have outlets. He was very professional and caring. He cleaned up after his work and did an amazing job! He is very trustworthy and shows up on time. I will definitely hire his for future electrical jobs.

4 Different HVAC Techs (One was a Senior Tech), 3 separate visits and my AC still doesn't work. I would look for another company to do any repairs for you.

Had an appt for between 8-10 and the guy showed up at 1.  Considering I took half a day off from work, which ended up becoming a full day (the guy took 2.5 hrs to check out my A/C system which is only 3 years old), I wasn't very pleased. Hiller called once to say the guy was running late, but I didn't expect him to be three hours late.

Friendly staff. They had exactly what we needed.  They have extensive selection of all kinds of lightbulbs

Work electrician EVER! Came back a week after his first work day because he did not have enough of the fixtures we ordered and paid for a month in advance. Dropped dozens of screws and garbage all over the yard and driveway and did NOT clean up after themselves. Caused a tenant to have a flat tire and refuses to even acknowledge responsibility. They had to come back another time because the lights all stayed on 24/7 instead of shutting off during the day. He ran out of the right light fixtures and claims he installed a different kind so tenants would not hit it with furniture when they moved, which NEVER happened. The fixture he used instead shines in a tenants window and lights up half their apartment all night long, it is awful. Travis REFUSES to come back and install the fixture we ordered! They were suppose to leave our old bulbs and fixtures but didn't, Travis now claims they left them by the complex dumpster, not by the office or near the store room door where they were working out of so apparently they were thrown away and he refuses to replace them or take any responsibility. Travis also refuses to come back and fix one light fixture that still stays on 24/7. He claims it is cheaper to run the LED light 24/7 then the old light we had. But we do not care, we want the lights off during the day and THAT IS WHAT WE PAID FOR! We never should have paid him before the job was complete. Now we have to take him to court.

Wow talk about gouging! Had a motor and squirrel cage installed under warranty.  They charged $476 for 40 minutes of work!  Yes this equates to well over $700 an hour! After calling in disgust he said they loosened the screws when they did the check, and had to pick up the part so there was more to it than $700 an hour labor charge.  

They also charged  a call charge to come check the problem, he did twice the work then for $89.50 than he did for the $476 work.  He finally offered me one year of maintenance to compensate for drastic overcharge, problem is they were supposed to call two weeks ago and never did.

They also never gave me a receipt and would not give me an hourly rate, do not learn the hard expensive way I did and check around, after the fact I found out it should have cost a max of $200.
