Best in Jacksonville FL

I had several small jobs. They are busy so I schedule time about a month out. The service techs arrived on time, performed the work in a timely manner and throughly cleaned up an debris left behind.

I would recommend this company and I will use them again.

Dan showed up on time and did an excellent job!  Very professional!  He put two plug ins on our outside deck.  Great job and extremely reasonable!  Thanks Dan!

Have used Preston Electric for a few years now.  I won't use anyone else.  They are reliable and great about communicating.  They have the best expertise and are extremely professional.  It's nice to find an electrician that consistently overachieves.

Never call back when they say they are going to. Decent rate of $125 an hour plus parts, but you can't get them to get you on their schedule so not sure it's even worth it. Very disappointing since their secretary nancy is so nice. Just can't seem to deliver.

Service was quick and fixed the problem. It was a minor repair (gfi replacement). Took about 10 minutes and cost over $200. Kind of high for a gfi. Probably try someone else next time.

5 Stars for the Electrician coming out *right* on schedule and fixing our electrical problem within 15 minutes! We couldn't figure out why the Conservatory's light no longer WORKED when the light was switched on. He fixed it in a jiffy and even gave us some ideas on improving our doorbell!

2 Stars for the debacle trying to GET the appointment! I called our home insurance, American Home Shield, who said they'd have Quality Electric contact us. Never happened. After 3 days I called Quality Electrical myself. I asked for an appointment and she said someone would call me back. Never happened. On my second call to Quality Electric I received a DAY but no specific time. I was told I'd get a phone call *back* with the appointment call once they spoke with the technicians. Never happened.

On my THIRD call to Quality Electric to get a my *appointment TIME* I was finally given a time! However, I got a phone call BACK from them that day saying they gave me an incorrect time because they, Thought the appointment was for today, not the upcoming Thursday.

So, after 4 phone calls to Quality Electric I finalized my appointment TIME and the technician was prompt and efficient. But Lord almighty!!!! How hard is it to look in an appointment book?!?

I was referred by this company by a friend that told me they were the best with great service and very fair pricing. Needed a new unit for our house and had to make sure that we were within our budget while not sacrificing on name brands or service. All Care was able to meet all of our needs! The process start to finish was quick and painless. The electricians as well as the AC installers are friendly and professional. I highly recommend to any of my friends or family. Had the misfortune of having them subcontracted for our electrical work by Jax Pro Construction. No project management by either of them, showed up for a few hours here and there with a different crew each time and took weeks to complete. At the end of the project they presented me with a massive bill - more than 4x what our electrical contingency was with no coherent explanation. Mr. Breeden then showed up at my house uninvited and immediately started threatening a lien filing. My sense is that this is the standard routine for this company given all of the amateur legal letters and certified mail that I received.

Endured a hassle with an illegal lien filing and am now free of the issue but want to strongly warn others - avoid Mr. Breeden and his partner Yossi Kaslasi at Jax Pro Construction. There are good, honest and ethical contractors out there.  Check BBB, Yelp and others - both for your general contractor and their key subcontractors.

This company did all the work on our new home. The worst I have ever seen. Can't read plans. Did whatever they wanted to do and all bad. DO YOUSELF A FAVOR. pick another company we regret our builder using them. Took Care of it today. Crappy company and Builder.
