Friendly, fast, efficient and affordable. Billy was my service tech and he was SUPER personable and informative. He walked me through the options of what I could do when it came to my outlets. At first I thought I only wanted one outlet and upon his explained suggestion, I ended up getting two.  Billy was masked and stayed an easy 6ft without being asked. He was very courteous and knocked on the door whenever I was needed back in the garage. I totally recommend David's Electric for your electrical needs.

We had a major power outage in our neighborhood that took out our service panel completely and permanently. IPL shut us down until repairs were made. 21 Electric rearranged their schedule to arrive at 6AM the next morning. They assessed situation, provided quote (not that we were in a position shop around), and got busy making repairs. Took most of the day.  We very much appreciated their prompt attention as we headed into a 90 degree weekend with no power. Great job. Saving to Contacts!

We were having some issues with our breaker boxes and needed to have a professional diagnose our problem. James came out and took a look free of charge. He told us right away what the problem was and gave us a quote to fix it. Based on my research the price was fair. James was courteous and professional. We've already scheduled them to do the work.

These gentlemen were wonderful! They came out on a Thursday evening to give us a quote, and we're back Saturday afternoon to do the job of installing an additional outlet in the garage. They were very thorough on the planning, and the checked a couple times to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were very well priced, courteous, quick with their work, and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again for future electrical projects.

We had Noah come to our house to fix our light in the kitchen. We talked on the phone about it on a Monday and he was able to fit me in for Wednesday morning. Noah was prompted and was able to figure out the issue in no time. I'm thankful I read the reviews on Yelp about Branch Electric.  Great guy, awesome service at a great price. We've found our go to electrician! We will definitely use them again!

I had a Groupon for electrical services; so going in the price point was a bargain. In terms of pricing, they use a fixed rate sheet for everything thing they do. I think this decreases the chance for pricing tom foolery.

I have a home that was originally built in 1920. This can make getting repairs or remodeling dicey at best because you don't know what hidden shenanigans you can find hidden behind the plaster. I had a kitchen ceiling fan that was hanging from its wires replaced. When I ordered the service call, the owner made me aware of the potential issues that could elevate the cost. (I loved that.)

A two man team arrived promptly as promised. They were clean, professional and courteous. After explaining both the necessary procedures and giving a quote, they made the necessary repairs and installed the new unit in under 45 minutes. The price came in at the cost of the quote and they worked neatly. There were no surprises.

I had an outlet in my house that burnt out.  I called them, they let me know what to do, and they came out the next morning and fixed it quickly and affordably.  The gentleman that came was polite, informative, and explained everything clearly for me.

The electricity went out in one of our bedrooms. Troubleshooted it myself, as I've done some very minor electrical work before, whiteout success. Replaced the breaker on the electrical box without success. I called Mark, who was recommended by my favorite plumber, Charles Hegewald, who showed up when he said he would, and got right into the problem. After going through the motions, he found the problem, fixed it, charged a fair price, and was on his way. Thanks Mark!

We had a great experience with D Davis Electric. Douglas got ahold of us promptly and was available to do our work right away. He was prompt and gave us great information about our problem. His rates were reasonable. We would definitely use him again.

We had Ed out today to install a very large light fixture in our two-story great room. He arrived on time, did a good job getting the fixture up and charged the amount of the estimate. Overall we were very satisfied with the work that Ed did and will look to use him again in the future if we have any other electrical needs.

Very profession from the quote to the installation. They fully understand customer service and it is greatly appreciated.  The pricing was fair. The two gentlemen took the time to answer questions and taught me a few things too. Will use again.

Don't trust these idiots to screw a lightbulb in straight. They are the worst "So called" electricians we have ever employed. Their work was subpar that did not pass code. We had to write them a
punch list to pass inspection that they refused to perform. We had to fix their their garbage work ourselves just to pass inspection.  They inflicted unbelievable amounts of plaster damage to the walls & ceilings in their joke attempt to rewire a simple home. Over 60 holes had to be patched because of their ignorant negligence.   They claim to be a Christian business but in reality they are liars & thieves. If Jesus was here today he would lash them all from their place of arrogance with the branches of humility to their nest of disgrace where they truly belong. Don't trust these Charlatan gypsies.

GODBY HPE has always been there when we needed them- whether it's plumbing, electrical or heating/air related I know I can count on them to give me a fair price and diagnosis of the problem and that they will work to fix the problem quickly! I also appreciate their semi-annual HVAC check which assists in keeping our systems in top working order! I refer them to friends, clients, and colleagues- knowing they will be treated right!

Had some work done and no problem. Wanted additional work done and it was filled with problems.  Electrician checked out what we wanted done next and gave a ballpark estimate but said his boss would call the next day to confirm the details and give a firm estimate.
Waited a week but no call.  I called had to leave a message for him.  Waited 3-4 days but he didn't call. Called back had to leave him another message. Waited nearly another week.  No call back.  Called again.  Left another message.
Finally nearly a month later I get to talk to him.  He said the job would take 3-4 hours. He then said Mary did the scheduling. And she'd call.    Again it took another couple of weeks to finally get in touch with her.
Got it scheduled.  
The guy came. Made a mess.  Didn't clean it up.
After 8 1/2 hrs we told him the forget the last thing he was to do (install an extra outlet) as this has taken way too long and since we were paying an hourly rate too it was going to cost way more than we expected. He said he was into overtime at this point and got in trouble when he did that.
His attitude all day was surly.
He said he had to check something in the garage then something in the living room.   30 minutes passed and he hadn't come back in so we went to check on him.  He had just left!  
It was now after hours so I contacted the office the next day.  Mary was not very pleasant.  I said I need to know how much I owed.  She found out and told me to just mail a check.  I said I would after I received an itemized statement from them with the stated warranty.
It took a month for them to send it and she had the address slightly incorrect.
All in all a very disappointing and expensive experience
Do not recommend them at all.

I had a table lamp that didn't work correctly any longer. I found out about Burtner Electric and called and the lady who answered was very nice and customer service-oriented to me. (This was during Coronavirus shutdown.) They had a system whereby I could call them when I was in their parking lot. I dropped off the lamp and they had it fixed in a reasonable time and for a very reasonable cost. They were really great to work with! I would definitely do business with them again.

About a year ago my family converted from water pumped from our pond to county water. It took Mr Quick's crew 4 service calls to figure out how to do it. Finally the"boss" came out and had them tie in to the existing pipes from the pond. Since then, we have had them out several times to fix a leak under the kitchen sink. Each time it's suppose to be "fixed". Now we have a big problem. Our water pressure went dramatically down. We had the water  company come out and they told us we had a large water leak between the meter and the house. He watched us lose 45 gal. in 10 min. The water was turned off to stop the water loss. When we called Mr Quick on Tues. No one was available until Wed. between 10 & 2. So no water. On Wed. it was a no show. At 2:30 Mr Quick was called and we were told the technician was in the next town and was still coming. When he got there much later it was an "inside" man who checked if there were any inside leaks. He didn't have the equipment to check the outside, which is what they were told in the first place. Someone would be out Fri. morning, since Thurs. is Thanksgiving. So no water. My mother is elderly and my sister is disabled and cannot get out easily. This kind of service is unacceptable.
Friday came and again a technician came out but did not have the equipment to check for an outside leak. So no water. Saturday 2 technicians were sent out and this time had the equipment to check outside the house for the leak. It took about a half hour for the leak to be found and fixed. The leak was at the point where the new pipes were connected to the existing pipes. It had totally come apart. 5 days without water for Mr Quick to come out and fix their mistake.
