Called Optimum Home Solutions after seeing great reviews on Yelp, A+ with the BBB, and other online reviews.  I needed my shower ripped out and redone after the last shower was built by a NON-licenced contractor.  BIG MISTAKE!!!  Jo came out and gave me a very fair estimate.  I wanted someone who specialized in showers not just did them now and then.

Ralph was the one who did all the work, and he was totally awesome!  He is a true craftsmanship artist.  In the end,  my wife and I are 100% pleased with our shower and the great work Ralph did.

First the good: their pricing is reasonable and the owner is knowledgeable and friendly. He was commutative and came out within 24 hours of me calling for a quote. However the installation did take longer then quoted. They left construction debris (tile spacers, razor blades, thinset) in the front yard. The tile turned okay. There were a few areas that were roughly cut and spaces left ungrouted. There were also some lips in the tile. My biggest complaint is the quality of work with the trim/baseboards. I reached out to the owner to fix the issues. He told me he would send a guy out for months to fix the trim but never did. He did however refund the money for the baseboards and clean up the front yard which I did appreciate. Not sure if I just had a bad experience with these guys or what but I wouldn't use them again.

Great company Doug came out and gave me a fair estimate. Even came and did the repairs on a Saturday so I did not have to take off work. Even fix my front door that wasn't closing right for free. I would recommend to anyone that doesn't want to get ripped off.

I worked with Elvis directly, I'm very happy to have found him! I had some drain issues in the bathroom that I couldn't myself figure out. Let's just say the man works wonders. He was also able to assist me with some chipped tile issues. Elvis and Dream Builder Renovation are definitely going to be my go to guys for any job.

Based on my initial experience with their designer Tiffany, I am not impressed at all. She started off asking me a few questions about my project, what I needed done, and what my budget was going to be. I told her I needed the kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom remodeled. Mind you, there will be no major floor plan changes, plumbing changes, nor electrical changes, so permits will not be needed at all for this 2200 sqft home.

All I am doing is replacing what is there. My kitchen is about 14' x 14' with cabinets along two opposite walls, with a 7 foot peninsula coming out of one end, with upper cabinets only on one wall. The first thing she does is take my address and goes online to find pictures of my house on a real estate website to guestimate what my kitchen will cost based on photos that she looks at. She tells me $50,000. That's when I got suspicious about this place. I had three other estimates for my kitchen with measurements actually taken and they all came in around $25000. But the real kicker came when she gave me estimates for my two bathrooms based on photos again. Mind you, she has no idea of the sizes for these bathrooms, but based on the overall square footage, she knows it's not a 5000+ sqft home.

For my guest bathroom, which is about 13' x 6', all I need replaced is the vanity, mirror, lights, toilet, and the alcove tub with tiling in the tub area, a simple job and nothing major. She quotes me $40,000. I nearly passed out, and now I'm thinking something is up.

For the master bath, which is approximately 17' x 7' which includes a 6' x 5' shower (with interior tiling), two vanities, mirrors, and lights. She quotes me $60,000. Yes that's right, $60,000. That's when I knew something was up.

(A) She either has no clue as to what she is doing, (B) they are giving me these outlandish prices because they are in high demand due to these times we are in at the moment and they just want to throw the highest most ridiculous price out there hoping it will stick, and if doesn't, no sweat off their back because they will just move on to someone who will pay their outlandish prices due to the demand, or (C) she was trying to dissuade me into wanting them to do the job because my budget ($50,000) wasn't worth their time and effort. I think (C) is most likely, if not all the above.

Then come to find out there is a $5500 fee to have someone come out to take measurements in order to draw up a pretty design on a computer to get actual true estimates of what this project would cost. So you can see why I'm thinking (C). Please note, If you go to their page on Houzz you will see nothing but all 5 star reviews, not a 4 star or lower in site, and you will also see multiple completed projects with the same level of remodel I proposed, all done for under $50,000, completely proving my point. I will definitely be staying away, and finding a more honest business!

All I can say is that the business owner must have been raised by wolves. He entered my home without first asking me, while his people were here. He walked around my home without letting me know. I had a check on my table, under my things, which he took without asking first. Lastly, and very upsetting, my husband and I are older. We both had on masks. He did not and never did wear a mask, while walking around my home uninvited.
Regardless of the work, he was so unprofessional that I would not call him again; nor refer him.

Working with Bobby and his team on our guest house conversion was a pleasure. Bobby is a very talented architect/designer. His overall design from the initial rendering to the final build out was outstanding! The fact that Atelier507 provides full project integration -- from design to full contractor services and project management -- made the process efficient and convenient. Bobby listened to what we wanted, was receptive to feedback, and the project was on time and done within our agreed upon budget. His team was professional,  reliable, extremely hardworking, and kept the workspace tidy throughout the duration of the project, which we very much appreciated. We definitely would recommend Atelier507 to anyone needing a talented architect or considering a remodel/renovation project.

I really appreciated his patience, understanding, creative ideas and keeping us up to speed as the project moved forward and when we hit a snag because let's face it...no project is ever immune. However Juan and his crew pushed forward and our project house became a reality

How often can you say what an awesome experience remodeling a master bath was?
M2 just finished our master bath and it could not have gone smoother or turned out better. Mark really has his act together. He is on top of each job, communicating schedules and the work that will be done each day. His trades people are all excellent and have been with him for years in most cases. Check out his Facebook page for the beautiful examples of his work.  Mark is an excellent communicator , listens well and also has great ideas.

I highly recommend Ceaser and his team. We are currently working on a kitchen remodel and needed to resize a window so we could fit more cabinet space, and his team did an excellent job. They also replaced our ceiling fan and did some drywall repair that turned out great. Ceaser is really great about keeping in contact with you every step of the way and all the people he sends out are very friendly and do an excellent job. Turnaround is also very quick and quotes were fair. It was great to not need to find multiple experts for a complex job on my own!

Highly recommend them! Will be using Canterra for more stuff in the future!

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

I can't say enough positive things about owner, Kyle Zimmerman and his crew. They did our complete kitchen and hallway remodel in three weeks. Kyle is extremely professional, punctual, knowledgeable and eager to meet our needs. His crew were friendly, talented, dependable and always left the worksite clean and organized at the end of each work day. Our whole experience was outstanding! We highly recommend Jason Kiel for any home remodeling project and give him a 10 star rating! He just completed a large entire house remodel project for us and we are extremely happy with the results. From the beginning he was very responsive to our request for a bid and was very logical and organized in the way he presented it electronically through email to us. His pricing was fair, everything was clearly laid out in his proposal and he was very willing to make the changes we requested to keep our costs in budget. During the entire project we were very pleased with his professionalism, skill, knowledge, efficientcy and ability to keep everything on schedule. He always kept the worksite clean and well organized, was always friendly and easy to talk to and kept us informed of the status with pictures every step of the way since we were out of state at the time.  He identified and corrected several serious plumbing and electrical issues for us that were caused by other contractors used by the homes prior owners. The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

I recently had my master bath remodeled and sought several quotes from various contractors. From the beginning, Troy was exceptionally detailed and upfront with everything that had to be done and what the cost would be. I was impressed with the quality of materials used and the surprisingly low cost compared to the competition. I am soooo happy with how easy the process was and the outcome. I can't wait to have my smaller bathrooms done!

We hired Dynamite Construction to build a den addition including a Kitchen remodel. The owner and the entire Dynamite team were amazing. We got exactly what we wanted and more in the timeline promised. The den addition came out better than what we hoped for, and I also have a beautiful white kitchen that I have always dreamed of. We  have ZERO hesitation in recommeding Dynamite construction. They go above and beyond for the satisfaction of their customer.

Would give zero stars if possible because ZERO is exactly what we got from this company.  Spoke with Steve & per his request I sent him pictures and written details of about the job scope so he could prepare a relatively solid quote and let me know if the job was too big, too small, or something his company would take on.  Said he would get back to me with estimate.  Well, that never happened.  My husband gave him the benefit of the doubt because it was close to the holidays.  Nope, a month goes by and the holidays are over and still nothing.  No reply to my telephone voicemails, no reply to my text messages, no follow up contact whatsoever.  As I said to him in my text message of January 12, 2023, 'obviously our money is not green enough' for him.  And even with that, he did not have the decency to respond.  He obviously does not know the definition of Dynamic, but their business name is royal BS.
