We had a leak under our kitchen sink and Corey came and quickly diagnosed the issue. He tried getting the part needed for repair but unfortunately it is no longer manufactured. He helped us select an alternative. They came back and replaced it right away. He was very knowledgeable and explained our options. A pleasure to work with.

Got the lead from the porch app. Really nice guy, gave estimate & an hour later changed the light bulbs that needed changing.  Really nice guy will probably use again when needed

We've always had plumbing issues at my house and run into clogged drains frequently. This time it happened on Christmas Day, just hours before friends and family were coming over. I called around many places and Ben was the first and only one to call back. Came out within 30 minutes and did a wonderful job. He went above and beyond and saved the day! Definitely my go to plumber from now on. Highly recommended!!

Had to call out a plumber for a clogged toilet.  I read some reviews about E and J Elite Plumbing.  They said Elite was reasonably priced, courteous, professional and helpful.  Well I could not agree more!   Ended up having roots in my sewage pipe.  Not only did the gentleman and I'm sorry I don't remember his name I think it was Stan?  but not only did he keep me updated every step of the way he went out of his way to go above and beyond his duty to fix my issue.  Plus for $250 I felt it was worth every penny!

I wouldn't recommend this plumber.  I had a big job.  They had to replace the water line between the meter and the house.  First of all, John sent a different plumber every day and I had to explain what they were supposed to do.  I got a permit from the city and the inspector did not pass the job three times.  The first time they put a shark bite fitting on the house and the inspector said that was an interior fitting only.  Then they fitted brass to galvanized steel and the inspector said they can't do that because it corrodes.  A real plumber should have known that.  Also, part of the job was to incorporate a faucet on the back of the house.  Three weeks later the faucet started leaking.   I called the office and made an appointment to fix it, waited all morning and no one showed up.  No phone call and no plumber.   My faucet if still leaking, they soddered the threads on to the copper pipe and it will not come off.  I started this job because the pipes were leaking and I still have a leak,  No response from the company.  Do not use this company.

Chris was responsive, honest and fair.  The fist water heater unit delivered was damaged (in the box), but it was no problem and Chris had it replaced and came back to install our water heater.  Work was completed on schedule, on budget and the site was left clean.  Thank you!

Martin from Low Cost Plumming Services came and fixed two improperly fixed waterlines that resulted in a leak in the kitchen. In addition to fixing an issue a professional plummer supposively fixed but just put a bandaid on it. Martin told me exactly what needed to be done and what he had to do. He was flexible with the time as well. Strongly reccomend him!

Tl;dr: punctual, knowledgable, professional, friendly, cost-effective!

Had a bad leak in an iron drain pipe (with concrete slab foundation) and they were able to give a rough estimate over the phone (with the possibility of increase if they couldn't easily access a structurally sound portion of pipe. I called at like 6 yesterday and they were out to fix it today which was great because I couldn't use my kitchen or bathroom sinks as they both used this drain! Angel came within the timeframe they gave and was very professional and knowledgable! He worked really hard to make sure everything was done right and did a wonderful job! Would absolutely recommend D&S to anyone and everyone!

Just had my first service (A/C) with Lees and was very impressed with Eric and Jose.  I've had several HVAC service companies over the 12 years in this house and Lee's is by far the best.  They did a thorough job with the service, explained everything clearly, and were very pleasant.  I did join the Lee's club because the benefits were so outstanding.

I'm giving this company 1 star, not because they did a bad job but because they Price gouged me. Let me explain, I called and requested a quote because I had a horrible smell coming from the bathroom, after checking all the P traps I figured the seal on the toilet was loose and sewer gases was leaking into the air, I was given a quote of $95 to replace the wax ring and reinstall the toilet - that included parts and labor. When the technician arrived (very polite man) he checked the toilet, he said everything seemed fine (there was no removal of the toilet or anything like that) Turns out there was a dead mouse in my vent, he took the Mouse out and rinsed off the vent. I asked OK how much would this be? He replied i'll have to call the company, when he came back he told me that they told him that a air conditioner company would have charge me $185 but they were only charging me $125. I was shocked because that price was more than actually removing the toilet replacing the wax ring and reinstalling it!! And had I known I would've had my son get the mouse, it was literally laying on the vent. I felt railroaded, I had no choice but to pay this amount because he had already done the job but let's be clear I would've never paid someone $120 to dispose a mouse! I feel this company possesses a lack of integrity and I will definitely never use their services again. So BEWARE!!

PS. The technician was very professional and kind throughout the process he was not the problem the company was.

Chet's plumbing is amazing !!! We are so appreciative!  Chet's solved all of the plumbing issues we were having at an older commercial building.  Marco the lead plumber was prompt, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.  He did a wonderful job of communicating our plumbing issues, and offering real solutions to our problem.   I would confidently refer Chet's to anyone, considering their resolution to our difficult situation, I believe they could fix any problem, big or small!!!  Thank you Chet's !

They installed new water heater 2017 $1,500 later and now Only 4 yrs old same problem again ( bubbling nosies when hot water is going )  my warranty was only 1 yr. And I called them they were So RUDE !!

Worst company ever!!!! owner and his sidekick came out to unclog my kitchen sink and they seriously did nothing he took one look at out access pip that is located outside the kitchen window and said nope we can take that over off it imbedded in the stucco ( had a little over spray from when the house was built) told us it would need to be accessed they the roof then the called AHS and was told that wasn't cover and for us to spray WD40 on it and if it came off to call them. They reported to AHS that they tried removing the cover but it was so dirty and the cost would be 650.00 we call anther plumber he came out charged us 100. And was done in 45 minutes he had no issue removing the cap. I got AHS to return my service fee cause I had my home camera recording while plumline plumbing was her and showed him and his side kick doing nothing. Not even calling AHS for approval just sitting stand By their car....... DONT USE THEM!!!
