The motor of my waste disposal fried last week. I read some reviews about this place and figured I'd give these guys a call, expecting to set up an appointment the following week. Jake Cauzillo was able to come by several hours later the same day and install a new one he had that was identical to mine. They normally stock common items to save people the trip to a hardware store. Great job and a great price. Highly recommended small business!!

Moved to the area and had some issues first day in new house. Called McGraw Plumbing and he seemed legitimately concerned and said he could be there that same day. I was floored. Not only did he some and fix the cracked pipe that I had but he hooked up my washer and dryer that I wasn't able to do. Fast, friendly and very reasonable.

Keith and Jimmy executed an excellent replacement of 20' of our existing crock pipe sewer in Royal Oak with 6 PVC including an exterior clean out. The job began a day early and was completed in about 24 hours even with extra unexpected digging. (In Royal Oak you have to wait for city inspector to approve before hole can be closed) Lots of skill and experience (and patience) with this team. We were very impressed and satisfied. They put a camera in the line several times at our request to ensure that everything was clear and undamaged. Would highly this recommend this company for sewer issues in Royal Oak.

Great service. Atheer Siba (aka Art) was my plumber and he was extremely friendly, polite, efficient and affordable ($85). He even taught me some DIY solutions if the problem happened again, openly recognizing that he was potentially costing himself business! Oh and he said after 9pm I could call him as a consultant if I had an issue but didn't want to spend the money on a plumber. What a guy!

Royal Flush has done a few jobs for us over the last few years (faucet installs, backed up drains, hot water tank). They have always been prompt to respond to calls and answer all my questions. Work is done professionally and timely. They will always be my first call if I need any plumbing work.

I was referred to this company from another I do business with. Just used them in my commercial building to fix my exhaust / fire hood over cooking equipment. They came out quick, proposal was quick, fair and honest. They came the following week, work was done exactly when they said it would be done and how it would be done. My technician Mark, was awesome. Punctual, in fact early both times he came out. This in and of itself is hard to find with any contractor. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and i will use them again!

I had a leak from my furnace a while back that was dripping onto the wood floors for a while before I realized it was from the heater or from the humidifier unit.
The tech was quiet, efficient and easily found the leak. He sealed it up quickly and it's been a while and no more leaks since.
They will even pay $50 for the old furnace, whenever I get a new one.
They are local, Southfield local.

If you are a woman don't bother calling this company, you will get NO RESPECT!!!!!
They will make an appointment, keep you waiting, not show up & not even have the courtesy to call. Then they give ATTITUDE and maybe can send someone out the next day.

I highly recommend this company. It was amazing to find reliable, exceptional professional, and quality work as demonstrated in the job John's Plumbing skillfully resolved for me. I was totally frustrated because I needed a plumber immediately. Most plumbing companies were unavailable or never responded to return my call.
I will definitely use this company, again, top notch service, the best in the business.

My basement has been flooding repeatedly for the last 6 days. The builder of the house has come out several times and we both couldn't get it under control. Finally the builder had Tony Stadler (owner) come out earlier today and he brought along an employee. They both thoroughly reviewed the basement, sump well & sump pump and they walked the yard to look for any issues. Tony recommended Ron Roncelli (Roncelli & Son's Plumbing) and went so far as to call Ron himself. Tony was honest in telling the builder and I that the issue looked like red algae but that he would defer to Roncelli. Tony proved to be right! I can't thank Tony enough for coming to my home without charging me for his time & for the recommendation. It worked out well because Ron jetted the lines & the algae was flushed out which had caused considerable blockage. Tony & his team are mostly brand new construction but he went out of his way to help & that's something I believe is outstanding. Thanks again to the Stadler team!

I called several plumbing vendors to clear a clogged kitchen drain.
Most were unable to make a house call the same day.
I then called Universal who responded within hours.
Bryce (my Universal rep) was courteous, professional, and fast.
I would recommend them and I plan to use them again.

Miguel and his team are responsive, professional, fast, clean, and respectful. I can't say enough about them. Not only have they made improvements to our old plumbing, but in emergency situations they have been out within the hour and taken care of business.

Commercial grade disposal stopped working and I called Birmingham plumbing. They came recommended. What a joke!
Basically, a 30 minute diagnostic check cost $205 and the thing still isn't working. He quoted me $450-500 if he had to work on it. The service guy didn't even remove the unit to check it....in fact, he never took a tool out. Sat and watched it from above. Blamed the issue on something so ridiculous, it made no sense. That's what $205 got me. What would $450 get me?
Oh boy!
He did quote me $5,000 on a new unit. Really? No closer to resolving the issue, wasted my time, money and he had no intentions of doing anything further than come up with an excuse so he could leave.
I guess Birmingham Plumbing charges Birmingham prices. Hey guys, what about customer service and doing what your supposed to do....WORK!

The short story is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The long story is as follows.
In mid-March, I noticed a leak in one of my bathrooms as well as an issue with the hot water in a different bathroom. After trying a few things myself, I was pressed for time and contacted Anytime Plumbing to come to my house in Southfield. My technician was John G and he seemed to be a pretty nice guy, although I questioned his assessments.
He started with the hot water issue in the back bathroom. The shower would get warm-ish at best. There would be one burst of hot water and then showering would be absolutely miserable.
John decided that a part had gone bad inside the on-off/warm-cold handle in my shower. He didn't have the part, so he went somewhere to get it, came back, and installed it. No hot water. His assessment was that I needed a new hot water heater because my current hot water heater runs out of water fast. That's a quote from my receipt. I had an instant hot water heater. There was no reservoir full of water to run out. Still, I agreed that the water heater was failing. My belief all along was that the water heater needed replacing, but John wanted to try this other part. He tried and it didn't work. That happens sometimes, so we went to the next issue.
Moving on to the leaking bathroom. John came in and decided he knew the leak was coming from a knob on my old jacuzzi tub that controlled the jets. Now, this knob was located in an area that was hit by water when both the bath spout and the shower head were on. However, the leak happened only when the shower head was on. I addressed this concern with John--why would this be the leaking area when two sources of water hit it and only one led to leaking? His idea was that the water pressure was harder from the shower head than from the spout. I disagreed, but I let him do his thing because he's the plumber and I'm not. Anyway, based on the location of the knob, he had to cut a hole in the bedroom wall on the other side of the tub for access. Not a big deal to me. He needed to be able to visualize the plumbing. So he started chiseling at my wall and then decided he didn't like that location. Then he measured the area he wanted to cut and marked it all out with a pencil (I will clean this off the wall when I'm done, he said). He cut a 7x7 hole in my wall and believed he identified the leak. He put some lock-tight around the knob, slapped an access panel in the hole, and called the job complete. We couldn't confirm the leak was resolved for 24 hours because it needed time to set.
Guess what the charge was--$425. Yup, I paid $425 to have a new access panel cut into my wall, a $95 part replaced that didn't need replacing, and some lock-tight squeezed around a knob. Not to mention the access panel wall also had a nice quarter-sized hole randomly in the middle where he initially started chiseling as well as pencil marks everywhere like a toddler had been playing. John G never did clean it off as he said he would and now I have drywall work to do. I also paid for the part for the shower that I didn't need and the time it took him to go get the part [that I didn't need]. Had I known I'd be paying for the part even if it didn't work OR the time it took him to drive and get it, I never would have let him do it. When I inspected the shower as he left, the part was actually installed incorrectly--so you couldn't even adjust the heat to the hotter setting! It was on the coldest setting when he tested to see if the new part brought hotter water! Worse yet, the leak continued 24 hours later when I tested it. John G did say I could call and have him come back if it continued to leak, but there was no way I was letting him back into my house. So, for $425 to address a leak and cold water, I was left with a leak and cold water.
On a positive note, John G did quote me $1,100 for a new hot water heater installation. That's a fair price. Still, $425 is nearly half that and this company was not getting any further business from me. They shouldn't get yours either.

Worst service ever! Over priced! Racist!
I had them come out to check an issue. They practically force me into service, charged $320 just for trying to fix the problem. (NO THEY DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM) Once, Blake, the plumber seen I didn't have cash to pay him (the money was on my card) he started tripping and saying You black mfs trying to play me like I wasn't getting my card to pay him! It was very uncalled for! I felt very disrespected! I have a recording of his disrespect and everything. Very racist company!

Absolutely horrible customer service. We've been paying for home warranties on top of the tank rental for years. Our sump pump breaks, we call them because we are covered...this was on Monday...they say they can come on Thursday. We tell them it's emergency, we will get a flood in the home. They reply Well don't you have flood insurance. They've basically left us abandoned till Thursday and here we are constantly checking the water level of the pump in the house. They have been taking our monthly warranty protection money month after month and year after year. We've never had to call them till now and they literally left us hanging. Of course we will be cancelling the warranties with them...we've given them enough payments to have kept them greedily happy.
