I had my main floor toilet break on me towards end of week. Thinking i would have to remove the back tank to replace broken part- I didn't have the time going in to the weekend and we were to have guests over. I called Mike Friday morning and he was friendly and gracious and came over that same afternoon. He informed me that he would not need to remove the tank but could fix problem by replacing a part- saving time and money. While he was here he checked the other toilets in house and fixed those as well that needed attention.

Wonderful customer service! We had a leaking hot water tank and Bob was the only plumber in the area willing to provide same-day service. He put in extra time (showed up at the end of his work day), provided an upfront quote, worked with us to reduce cost, and quickly replaced the tank. Additionally, he was willing to look at a slow-running faucet for us after swapping hot water tanks. Bob goes above and beyond just providing plumbing services and I would highly recommend him.

This company has done several jobs for me for my HVAC and they have always been quick to respond and quick to solve any issues. I have been very pleased with their service and do not hesitate to recommend them. Mr. Gompf genuinely cares that you may be cold in winter or hot in summer. He and his team do their utmost to respond quickly and get you comfortable.

Wanted to thank you for the gorgeous fence... not to mention the new bathroom shower.. thought was going to be a bit more difficult but wouldnt have known it.  Also the other odds n ends.. we are working on another little list. Most definitely have found our go to for around the house repairs and/or remodeling.. very good price, professional and polite.

Called Dillingham's Plumbing for a problem with our bathroom sink and were thrilled they were able to come to our house within 24 hours of our phone call.  John was helpful and courteous and we couldn't ask for better service.

Dixon Plumbing is a breath of fresh air when it comes to plumbing. I had gotten a few quotes from other companies who priced the job out of this world. I contacted Dixon after finding them on Yelp. They sent someone out the same day to quote the job where able to start and finish the work one day later. They did and amazing job. The next time I need some work done they will be the only company I call.

Tony's is great. From the very first time we called (when we first bought the house) till today, they always get to us quickly and get the job done. Pricing is fair and the staff are nice.

Had a fantastic experience with Halpin's Plumbing today. We called yesterday due to an unpleasant odor from a drain in our basement. They were able to schedule with us for the very next day. Their plumber Darrell called to let me know when they were on the way and arrived right on time.

Darrell asked me what issues we were having, looked around and then said we should start with the FREE sewer scope (we had a valupak coupon) and go from there.

They worked inside and outside (in the pouring rain!!) to get as good of an assessment as our pipes would accommodate the camera to go.

Thankfully nothing urgent to fix, but Darrell gave several recommendations and options that could help fix the odor problem we are having and advised starting with the most economical. He also advised on potential causes to the water influx in our basement and some of the options for fixing that issue as well. As well as looked at a few plumbing things I may want to do in the future and let me know if they were possible and a rough guesstimated cost.

At the end...I wasn't charged a dime. They said the coupon for the free scope covered their visit!

Great service, highest integrity, Jody is a gem.  We've had Rapid Plumbing out to our home a couple of times at our current home in West Chester, OH and they have consistently provided outstanding service.  The first time we had a leak in the shower and the first plumbing company we looked at for an estimate told us they would need to open the drywall up as the problem resided in the pipes in the wall.   When we had Rapid Plumbing take a look they fixed the leak in about 30 minutes for an extremely fair price.  Most recently we had Rapid out to replace our sump pump and fix a few leaky drains.   The sump needed to be replaced immediately and Jody found a way to get out within hours of my call.  I usually don't take the time to write reviews; however, Rapid's sense of urgency, the level of service, Jody's skills and professionalism all caused me to take the time to write this review.   Needless to say we're very happy with the work done and quality of service.

This review is for HELP electrical.  Scheduled service about 3 weeks ago.  Initial appointment was 11 days out.  Got a call day before that club members have priority and now need to reschedule.  So, second appointment scheduled 9 days out.  Got a call at about 4 pm day before date of appointment that they need to reschedule again.  So, this sounds like it would go on forever.  Very Bad Service.  No stars if I could.

Couldn't have asked for any better.  Initially called and got a full message box.  Someone called back quickly. Family run business that is professional and on time.   We called around 4 pm and they said they would be able to install a new water heater the next morning.   At 9:13 am I was called to verify we were home.  By 9:38 they were in the driveway.   No we got held up on another job.  No calls saying they would be a little late etc.   Dan was professional and friendly.  Our daughter even talked to him.  It is pretty rare for her to talk to strangers.   He was respectful of my husband who was in a work meeting downstairs.  In and out quickly.  Job done as discussed.  They bill you so no awkward writing out of a check or fiddling with a credit card machine.   My husband even tried to tip them and they refused the tip.  Super happy with the service we received.  A good plumber is hard to find.    We would highly recommend this company

This company charges three times what they should for repairs. He did not arrive when he said he would be there. The work was good and clean up lacking. I would never use this company again due to price gouging. Other companies out there who perform the same task at a much cheaper price and the quality of work was okay.

While fixing our sewer line issue, an employee used a forklift at our business without permission and drove it through our front door damaging the door frame and automatic opening sensor for the door. Steve (the owner) said he would gladly pay for the damage. He never returned to the job site after that day and is not answering phone calls or emails. Would never recommend this company. Very unprofessional. Steve, if you are reading this please call me. I am not happy.

Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He feel he took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part.

She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends.

This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people.
