Jimmy is great! Fixes what needs to be fixed for a reasonable price. I find to be honest and upfront. I would recommend him highly

I couldn't be more pleased with the quick response and speedy service we received from Lucey Plumbing.
Last month, I got a whiff of gas in my home and quickly contacted Va Natural Gas. Sure enough, we had a leak on our side of our meter and our gas had to be shut off. We rely on gas for hot water and heat and, with temps below freezing in the evenings, we couldn't go many days without. (Well, we could, but our infant daughter not so much!)
My dad recommended John Lucey so we called him around 6pm. Even after hours, he responded and informed us they could be there first thing the next morning. His son was out early to begin the work. Turns out we had not 1, but 9 small leaks under our home in old gas lines. They worked tirelessly to get everything handled before the city was to return the following morning to inspect repairs. They also came back the following morning to make sure they were here and everything went well with the inspection.
We expected the job to cost us twice what it actually did, so I would say his prices are fair (not that I have much to compare to!). But we were so blown away by how fast they could help us and how quickly and professionally they did so. I would be happy to recommend Lucey Plumbing to anyone.

I was astounded that more people haven't raved about Myers Plumbing. I have had the extreme pleasure of using them for over 10 years and their service has been over the top. Timely, efficient, fairly priced and excellent work. I wouldn't use anybody else!

Jason's an awesome guy and offers a fair price. Had him come and diagnose a leak in my house. Come to find out it was an HVAC issues. But he explained everything to me clearly so I was able to understand what was going on and also recommended an HVAC guy who came and resolved the issues. Jason was responsive and communicated with my the time he was available. Will definitely be contacting him again it I have any other issues.

Called about a toilet that wasn't filling up - the part that filled the bowl wasn't working at all. I was able to schedule a house call within about 24 hours of my phone call. Ghent Plumbing showed up on time, had the right parts to fix the problem, and clearly explained to me what the issue was. Service was fast - it seemed to be an easy job, but the plumber was in and out of the house within 30 minutes. Charged a flat fee of $110 for service, plus the cost of parts (i.e., a new fill valve). I was able to pay with credit card via Square. Very convenient company to work with all around. Any mess leftover was cleaned up pretty well and when I had one last question about water color, the plumber kindly explained how the water color would return to normal shortly. I'll be going with Ghent Plumbing when my next problem arises.

I called Sean just to get some advice with a project i was doing, rather than calling for a job and he went out of his way to give me the information I needed and even sent me links to find where to purchase things I needed. A couple of plumbers i called just shoved me off but he was very kind, thoughtful and helpful, considering he wasn't making a dime off me. So guess who I will call next time I need a plumber...anyone who will go out of their way to help someone expecting nothing in return deserves my business. Thank you Sean!

Excellent above and beyond service, contacting me to be sure that everything they selected and ordered was exactly what I wanted! They were good at keeping me informed of when they would be coming out and even on their way out. When problems occurred during the plumbing installation process , they fixed it right then and there for the discounted price that I got with the plan. They were there till 9 o'clock at night the same reasonable price They had quoted. They were very careful with their work and to keep the place clean. I've never had a better plumbing Experience, only ones that equaled it and only two plumbers where I used to live who would qualify in the same league. Be sure to call them first at Mr Rooter and be sure to use them! They are fair, their price is reasonable and the work is exceptional

They extended my gas line into the kitchen for a new stove hookup with connection to a future water heater. They were fast and efficient and helped get the new stove installed and checked out. Highly recommend!

Would give them zero stars if possible.
Hired them twice before and they were cheap but every time they left, my sinks would start leaking again after a few days. Last time we hired them (because they were affordable and did a good job on our neighbor's house...so we kept holding out hope...) we called them to find and fix a bathroom leak.
First day they showed up at 8pm and said it was too late in the day to fix the leak. **the leak leaking and making a big puddle in our bathroom floor** They left and LEFT the water leaking.
Second day they didn't show up. We called them and they told us they weren't supposed to come back till the following day. News to us! So leak continued leaking for THREE days while we waited.
They showed up third day and decided nothing in our bathroom was leaking despite big puddle in the center of the floor. We urged them to figure it out so they decided maybe the leak was coming from our refrigerator... some how flowing under the wall and ending up in the bathroom. Made no sense to us. But they pulled our refrigerator away from the wall, realized the water was not coming from there, left fridge pulled away from wall and went back to the bathroom. Figured the leak might be coming from the sink but by then it was so late in the afternoon they couldn't stay to fix it.
They left, we went to push the fridge back into place and found they'd RIPPED OUR BRAND NEW FLOOR.
We called, left message that they'd damaged our floor. No return call. Next day they showed back up. We pointed out the damage to the floor. They denied doing it. Blamed us. They called their boss who told them not to fix or touch anything, to leave immediately. He said he'd be there later in the day to look at damage to floor. They left, water was STILL LEAKING IN OUR FLOOR.
Boss never showed up or called to look at damage. We called A-1 American the next day. They showed up within hours and fixed problem. No leaks in our house now at all.
Been a month and we've never heard from Cassidy's. They don't answer the phone now when we call. Floor is still ripped.
Cassidy's sucks. They do NOT care if they damage your home and they obviously don't care about what kind of work they do once hired. DO NOT HIRE CASSIDY'S!!!!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews prior to doing business with this company. I called about a small leak in my rental unit. They told me on the phone it was $65 to diagnose the problem with that going towards the work should they have to fix anything. I gave them my credit card number over the phone with the understanding $65 would be charged and if it was anymore they would let me know. I was told by another contractor there (first Atlantic restoration) it was a duct problem not a plumbing problem and they could tell by looking at it before the plumber even got there. 3 days later Petit Plumbing charged my card $175 for what they called tests they had to run. They did not tell me they were going to charge me anything more than the $65. They took advantage of the situation and my card number and I will never use them again and tell my story to anyone that will listen to prevent anyone else from having to go through this.
