I am a Realtor® and had a plumbing leak show up from two old washer water lines in one of my listings. I had called a handyman that agreed to meet me first thing Mon. morning. Two and a half hours later I left a message​ for him not to bother showing up.

I called Petit Plumbing. Todd was in the area and said he could be there by 11:30. He said he could work this job in before his next appointment.

Todd showed up on time, gave me an estimate and got started. From the beginning, ​it was obvious Todd was a professional who was going to take the time to do the job right. Not only did he do the job right but was very respectful of the home and cleaned everything up at the end. The original estimate was for 2 hours and he ran a bit over that but said I quoted you a price for 2 hours and that's what I'm charging. Gotta love a tradesman that sticks to his estimate.

Todd and Petit Plumbing have definitely​ earned a spot on my preferred go to vendors'​ list.

Saved us over $4000 from other quotes and the work has lasted and he guarantees it too!  He has actually checked back in with us to be sure everything is working right!  Where else can you get that kind of customer service these days??  Extremely knowledgeable! We had a tall toilet installed because of my husband's disability.  Previously he had been using a bedside commode with the bucket removed and placed over our low toilet.  The job was done in no time,  It looks great and he is able to use the new toilet with ease.   Stephanie in the office was very nice and Mark, the plumber she sent out, was great.  We would recommend this business to anyone.

They charged $700 to install a showerhead for a client. When I called them on it, they got very ugly and rude. Off my vendor list. I am a private property manager.

We were out of town when our hot water heater, which also produces the heating, went on the fritz at our rental property. Our Home Warranty Company wasn't able to get a plumber dispatched in a timely manner, and with a tenant without hot water AND heat, we just couldn't wait. We called Lanthorn and they were out the very same day, identified the issues, were able to find the rare parts and complete the installation the very next day.

Their communication throughout the process was timely, top-notch service, even texting to let us know when they were on the way. Their rates were more than reasonable, and their staff, from the Office Manager to the Technician on-site, were super professional.

All around great experience; will definitely use again and refer with confidence!

I was contacted by this company through a service to get a quote to replace a thermocoupler on my water heater. He quoted me $150.00 (part $25 labor $125). I then found a coupon on their website for $50.00 off a service call (no restrictions or conditions ) but he refused to honor it. This represents false advertising so I'd be wary of hiring this company as they will likely not honor their quotes if they won't honor their own coupons .

Purchased Kohler generator in 2017. Generator has 5 year warranty. Generator has failed to run on numerous occasions. Tech has come out on 3 occasions and unable to fix the issues. I called supervisor to find out the next course of action. I was told to call another company Smith and Keene has done all that they can do. I now have a generator that I paid $9,499 for it it won't run. Why hasn't Smith and Keene called Kohler for replacement covered under warranty if it can't be repaired?

We called A1 American to repair our AC system we were previous customers. The tech who came to our home stated that the power pack needed replaced and that the board blew when he was in the attic with the unit. He stated that our AC was too old to repair and charged us 596.13 and quoted me almost $11,000.00 to replace my unit. He left my house with my wiring exposed, my thermostat off the wall wires hanging and my house 92 degrees not repaired! I called another company and this man a truly qualified HVAC Master Tech stated that my unit does not have a power pack and the board had not been replaced he showed my my original parts and found the problem to be on the outside unit he had it fixed in 1 hour and charged me half of what A1 American charged me. THIS COMPANY IS A SALES COMPANY NOT A REPAIR COMPANY! I AM CONTACTING BBB & DPOR they have a laundry list of justified settled complaints and injustices! THEY ARE CROOKS! Side note we are Retired Military and their Rewards for Military Families is Robbery!!!
