I had Peter look for a leak that had damaged our hardwood floors in our hallway, and he was very knowledgeable, skilled, and thorough.  He fixed the shower leak and even fixed a propane leak that we had.

Peter is dependable and returns his calls promptly.  He confirmed each appointment the day before and showed up on time.  He doesn't charge a fee to come out to the house and gives an estimate before doing the work, which was at a very reasonable price.

I am a particular homeowner and I was extremely pleased with Peter's work ethics.  I won't be calling any other plumber in the future because Peter is the best!

Our Kitchen Sink backed up late Saturday night.  The next day (Sunday) was our anniversary & we had planned a nice dinner at home.  Called VanGo Rooter Sunday morning & they responded within their 2pm - 4pm window with Arvy.  Arvy was a delight.  Very personable, very customer focused, very efficient, and very honest and straightforward.  Despite being confronted with an unforeseen circumstance that might have caused others to leave the job, he went the extra mile to make it work.  After snaking out the clog, he also recommended Hydro-jeting due to the long term build up of greasy sludge in the pipes.  At no time did we feel like he was trying to sell us something we didn't need.  We are glad we did it (saw a fair amount of that sludge).  By the time he left, every thing was running free and clear, the price was very fair and reasonable compared to many others who don't offer the same level of service, and we had a one year warranty from a reputable company.  We are very glad to have discovered VanGo Rooter.  They are now our plumber of choice.

After posting on Yelp that I needed some installation/repairs/maintenance work done, Tim contacted me back via Yelp Messages within 2 hours to inquire a little more about my projects.  He was the first one who replied to my cry for help.  It took only a brief description of my projects for him then to come up with a price estimate for his services.  Upon my approval, he then got me scheduled and emailed me an official estimate for me to formally approve - It was all done very conveniently via messaging on Yelp, it was super easy and quick.  He laid out all the line items pretty clearly on his email.  No hidden or surprise fees.

A few days before the appointment day, he sent an email confirmation.  Tim informed me that they offered an online payment to ensure a touchless transaction with his customers, which I super appreciated.  When I told him that my place was all carpeted, he considerately offered to take his shoes as well.  Tim was also flexible when I told him that something came up for me so I had to have him deal with my roommate, super thanks for that.

Tim arrived 15 mins early than our scheduled time, which I certainly wasn't mad at at all - the earlier, the better in my opinion.  He came prepared for safety with a mask, and was efficient with his work.  He replaced my garbage disposal very swiftly - it took him about 20 mins, that was it.  Then, as he moved to the next project to reconnect my dryer vent to the wall, when he saw how it wouldn't be easy due to the stacked configuration of my washer&dryer and its location in a small closet, he didn't give up.  Instead, he tried to think of a solution and was able to work with my roommate to get the task done.  I was impressed and thank you very much.

Overall, he was a super nice guy, easy to work with, and I felt like his prices were reasonable.  His fee for installing a garbage disposal was $200 plus the cost of the new disposal ($175).  The cost to connect dryer vent was $50.  More importantly, I was really happy with his work.  I definitely would use his services again in the future, and I'm already recommending him to my family.

They recently came to my home on a same-day service call to help me with some backup issues that I was having, and I have to say, they did a fantastic job.

From the moment they arrived, Jeff and Kevin were incredibly friendly and approachable. They took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions, which immediately put me at ease. Throughout the entire process, they worked diligently to ensure that things were going well and that the job was completed to the highest standards. They were both extremely knowledgeable about plumbing and were able to quickly identify the root cause of my backup issues.

Damarcus and Alden installed a new sink and garbage disposal for us. They did such a great job - showed up on time, answered all of our questions, and wore booties over their shoes while they were here.  10/10 would recommend.

These guys were great. Super responsive and reasonably priced. They installed a toilet and fixed a leak under our shower. Will use them again.

I made a last minute request on a Sunday. He was the first to respond. After seeing his consistent 5 star rating I was confident he would do a great job. Not only did he do an excellent job, he was able to fit me in fast so that I did not have to wait. He came out and took appropriate Covid precautions and got the job done fast and efficient.  I appreciate someone who takes pride in their work and ensures good workmanship.  This young man definitely world hard and deserve all five stars and more.  Thank you for your hard work.

We don't usually leave reviews but SO appreciated the service we received from Zoom Drain! Of course our clogged drain/toilet issue arose on Thanksgiving evening and after reaching out to a few plumbers, our call was to Zoom Drain on Friday afternoon. Tanner picked up and provided the first level of excellent customer service putting our mind at ease that they don't have inflated holiday, night or weekend rates and would get us assistance as soon as that evening or the next day. They scheduled us with a generous window and had Maurice assigned to see us. As many other reviews here have noted, he's an excellent technician. Not only was his work efficient and professional, he patiently endured the dozens of questions from our five year old and entertained an audience during most of his service call. We were pleased with the two options he provided us for possible services with the prices clearly outlined. We're so glad to have found Zoom, we know a plumber would've cost us so much more just to come check things out. We would highly recommend Zoom Drains... and a huge thank you to Maurice!!

Water backed up into shower on first floor of my home Saturday after Christmas. Tracked a clog somewhere between my outside clean out and the street.  Called precision and spoke with Leo.  He came out promptly, snaked the pipe and unclogged the drain.  He was the only plumber who actually answered the phone.  I will call Precision Plumbing first from now on!

Called Ted Saturday morning and told him my hot water heater was leaking. He was here within 2 hours, gave me a reasonable quote, and within an hour my leak was fixed. Excellent service, very appreciative! Thank you!

We came back from vacation to a kitchen sink that was all plugged up. I tried calling other plumbers that were recommended, left multiple messages, and literally still haven't gotten a call back from any of them. I found Ducks Plumbing via the Nextdoor app with several good recommendations. I called and Alex answered right away and came to fix our kitchen sink in less than 24 hours! He was a life saver. Greer Family Plumbing is my go to plumber, and because we have an older home, we sometimes need them too often. I have found them to be professional, timely, friendly, and honest.  Their prices  are competitive, and have been done a good job in resolving our plumbing issues.  Terry has been our favorite, we have been satisfied with everyone that we have dealt with.

Erik was recommended to me by my contractor who helps me with my rental properties. I had a leaking water pipe under the slab foundation. Water was everywhere and the water bills were through the roof. Erik came out on short notice and took a look at it and did an initial survey and determined that he would need to break through the concrete slab in the master bathroom to find the source of the leak. Knowing the sense of urgency to get this corrected, he was out the next morning on a SATURDAY with his leak detector, jackhammer and drop cloth to get to work finding the leak. It was like a small lake outside the house. He set up a pump to evacuate the water and set to work getting through the floor and find the leak. He pinpointed the leak with amazing accuracy. He had the pipe repaired that day, and by early afternoon, there was no more leak. He was neat and tidy going in and out of the house and not making a mess at all. When the job was done, everything was as neat as could be. The sense of urgency was not lost on him, and I am eternally thankful for the work he did to get my property in good working order again. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you, Erik for saving the day!

I needed to ask a very simple question regarding a flashing light on the water heater that Bell Brothers installed in my home.  I did not want a service person to make an unnecessary trip if it was simply a matter of pushing a button to reset, which is often the case.  I was told there was nobody in the shopp that could answer the question...not even the Plumbing Manager and further they could not allow me to leave a message.  WTF
