Dang! I've found the Elvis of bathtubs! It's a ruby cast iron claw foot and I want to drown myself in it... or at least take a phenomenal bath in it.
I had been searching for kitchen & bath showrooms (see previous review for another similar, not-so-similar kitchen & bath place, BC's) and I had lost all hope for the days of my youth when my parents would drag us to these places and we'd go running around jumping in bathtubs. Seems like I was going to have to just pick one out from a catalogue without seeing anything in real life.
Sidenote: I don't jest when I say that a bathroom is possibly the most important room in the house. I've been obsessed since I could walk. I currently have a bathroom straight out of my nightmares (seriously, these night terrors have to stop). And now I'm in the process of putting together my first one and it's a *daunting* process. The Plumbing Warehouse makes this daunting process just a bit easier.
They have red faucets! They have an array of tubs! They can help you put together the bathroom of your dreams!
The showroom is in a bit of an upheaval and the sales lady, Emily apologized for this (though seriously, it wasn't that bad). She then proceeded to help us in a way that I most appreciate in a sales person. That is, she asked questions, was helpful, and was not overbearing. And she seemed to know just what I wanted (um, am I that obvious?)
Keep in mind that if you want custom stuff, you can get it (tons of catalogues) but they do have some basics with a day or two turnaround. Naturally, whatever I'm interested in will take two weeks, but hey, when you have a historical house with all the permit nonsense you have to deal with, I think I'm looking at not getting this bathroom started for about two months.
But that's besides the point. I'll be using this place for my tub (seriously, they have it all: acrylic, cast iron, copper and hundreds of choices they'll show you in a catalogue, including my Elvis tub) and sink (here's looking at you, violet resin vessel!)

I had a slow draining tub. Lines needed to be cleaned. I called and they sent someone out. He was very thorough and got the job done quickly. He went over a few other things that we may also have done. Reasonably priced and honest. Two great qualities. Definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with a new company. I found Copperhead Plumbing online and I have a block in my sewer line. Justin the owner came out and on a Sunday morning, fixed my issue and told me how I can prevent future problems. He was on time and on price. He has a lot of experience but he just started out on his own recently. I will use him again.

Quick response, very friendly, reasonable price, and overall great plumbing service. I would call him again.

I've used this company for construction projects since 2013. They are reliable and professional. pricing is reasonable. I truly feel like they have my best interest in mind. They are also very good about helping me make the best decisions when issues come up. I don't even bother getting quotes from other plumbers at this point.

They came out to give me an estimate and were able to start and complete the work within a couple of hours. The employee was very professional and friendly. He showed me what was going on with the pipes behind my slow draining sink, and was able to get through a VERY tough clog (the residue was as hard as a rock) without opening up more of the wall.
I've dealt with a few unprofessional plumbers in this town since I purchased my house, and Rooter Man was a refreshing change for the better. I will definitely use them when it's time for more plumbing work during my renovation.

Sean and Magic Rooter saved the day for us! I contacted these guys after I had previously tried another company and had a TERRIBLE experience. Sean informed me that they could come out on the same day that I spoke with him. He came out and he quickly had everything back up and running by using the HydroJet. Everything was explained and quality work was performed. The price was more than fair for the Metairie/NOLA area... I would suggest Magic Rooter to anyone and we will definitely use them again for any of our plumbing needs. These guys are the LOCAL guys that you can trust!

I love Tunnel Vision! I am a realtor and I have had them do many video plumbing inspections for my clients. They are very thorough and professional. Frank always takes time to explain things. They always try to fit me in even with a short notice. When it came time for my husband and I to buy a house I knew I wanted Tunnel Vision to do my plumbing inspection.

DON'T DO IT!! It took them 2 months and our house is still not finished because they hire incompetent unlicensed people that they find outside of Lowe's!! We hired this company to fix a leak in our bathroom. We were told that he and the plumber were licensed. The business is registered NOT licensed meaning he hasn't taken the test to be licensed. The plumber is NOT licensed either. We were also told before they began destroying our house that he hired people he could trust and that had passed background checks. WE FOUND OUT RECENTLY THAT WAS ALL LIES! They ended up having to replace the main pipes all the way out to the street, renovate our entire bathroom, and replace the floors throughout our entire house minus 3 rooms. Just to dig the whole and replace the pipes took 3 WEEKS!!! This is when everything went bad! Throughout the entire 3 weeks process Callie (the UNLICENSED plumber) and Anthony (the contractor) gave several excuses mostly personal reasons as to why they could not finish within a timely manner. Within this process 20 people have come in and out of my house. 1 crew quit and another threatened to quit due to non payment. The vinyl floors were not done correctly. The tile was not don't correctly. We trip while walking because the tile is not level and the grout is not even throughout the tile. The bathroom fixtures were not put on correctly. He was also contracted to fix our front yard after digging. That was not done at all. He still has trash sitting in my back yard. Today I had to call out a plumber to fix the plumbing and shower fixtures SPENDING MORE MONEY!! The guy Anthony hired put a LOT of caulk in the fixture and thought that would work.

Two weeks ago I had Lenny with All American Plumbing come out to do a bid on a large job in our warehouse. I explained to him how I've had multiple companies being so non-responsive and it's been difficult to get companies to get back with me. I thought he was going to be different, however, we had to literally call today for the 3rd or 4th time asking if we can please get a quote. His response was very unacceptable saying well you got a couple other bids and if it's all about price then... I then stated, it's not only about pricing, but I would be an idiot if I didn't at least get a couple bids for such a large job. I said his actions of being non responsive, not getting us a quote in a timely manor, and his excuse was... man, I've just been very busy Yeah, me too. I run 4 companies and I never just blow people off like that. Sick of other business owners excuses. Just do the right thing. If you can't help or too busy, that's fine, just tell me and I'm 100% certain I'll understand.
