Reme Halo installation.
Update: Within days of my review (below), Nate, the manager over HVAC at Sinclair, contacted me. He subsequently met me at my home to review how CFM is calculated, based on square footage of home and the tonnage of the HVAC system. He assured me that the technician made the proper shroud apeture calibrations. Then he went above and beyond to double-check that the unit is wired to always be on which required him to go up into the freezing cold attic. He made sure I was completely satisfied and had all my questions answered, even inviting me to call if additional arise. Nate leads by example with excellent customer service, and it shows in his crew.
(Original post:) Glad to finally get the Rem Halo UV system installed. The technician found a kinked air duct going to the kitchen and took the time to fix it for us. Great service! I use Sinclair a lot and definitely recommend them. The technician did not measure the CFM airflow feeding the supply side of my HVAC, which is necessary to properly adjust the Reme shroud aperture opening as indicated in the owners manual. He just left the shroud apeture fully open, which could shorten its life and generate an ozone odor. I didn't like that part. It's just lazy. Perhaps Sinclare will send over someone to measure CFM and make the proper adjustments. They are a good, reliable company.

We called this company on the recommendation of a colleague, to fix a leaky drain and install a faucet. Six weeks and two visits later, we still had a leaky drain and the ceiling in the room beneath where the faucet was installed had fallen through after a major leak due to improper installation of the faucet. To give the company credit, they did replace our ceiling and repaint the wall (after a few more weeks). The carpet and the mold are on us, though, as is the (still leaky) drain.
We will not be calling them again.
PS. Just received the bill. $970 to replace 3 faucets seems a little steep.

The person who came out was rude and lied on the insurance report. He was unable to determine why water was leaking from the bath tub into our ceiling on the first trip- he said there was no leak. When water started dripping through the ceiling again, he came back out, but made it sound like all bathtubs had this issue and there was nothing to fix, when in reality, if that was the case, every single bathtub in America would leak every time someone filled it up to the vent level. If I could give them a minus number it would be -5.

If I could do a no star rating I would. We called because our air conditioner was not cooling. The company sent a technician and we thought it was fixed. Three days later we started having the exact same problem and the technician returned. Now we are one week out, and it's doing the same thing. After 2 visits this issue should have already been taken care of. Today when we called for the third time, Mr. Drum said it would be a week before they could send a service technician( it's 97 degrees) ... or you can call someone else. Apparently this issue was too difficult for them to figure out and they didn't value our business.

This company does not even deserve a 1 star! We hired GPS Plumbing for a renovation in which we paid $4000 upfront for materials etc. Gabriel the owner promised to be there and complete the work. He dug the trench and marked the areas but didn't lay the plumbing. He took on bigger jobs leaving us and told us he would refund our money and now we can't reach him by calling him and had to hire an attorney.

Worst experience with a plumbing company. had a stopped up mainline and called, set an appointment and showed up 45 minutes late. Ran the machine down the vent on the roof then packed up[ took my money and gave a receipt and left. Did not check to see if the problem was solved or not, and wrote no warranty on the paperwork. No communication, and failed to make sure the work was done properly. THIS COMPANY HAS DONE NOTHING TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. I paid for a service I did not receive and they could care less
