Reme Halo installation.
Update: Within days of my review (below), Nate, the manager over HVAC at Sinclair, contacted me. He subsequently met me at my home to review how CFM is calculated, based on square footage of home and the tonnage of the HVAC system. He assured me that the technician made the proper shroud apeture calibrations. Then he went above and beyond to double-check that the unit is wired to always be on which required him to go up into the freezing cold attic. He made sure I was completely satisfied and had all my questions answered, even inviting me to call if additional arise. Nate leads by example with excellent customer service, and it shows in his crew.
(Original post:) Glad to finally get the Rem Halo UV system installed. The technician found a kinked air duct going to the kitchen and took the time to fix it for us. Great service! I use Sinclair a lot and definitely recommend them. The technician did not measure the CFM airflow feeding the supply side of my HVAC, which is necessary to properly adjust the Reme shroud aperture opening as indicated in the owners manual. He just left the shroud apeture fully open, which could shorten its life and generate an ozone odor. I didn't like that part. It's just lazy. Perhaps Sinclare will send over someone to measure CFM and make the proper adjustments. They are a good, reliable company.

Be sure to ask for a FREE estimate if you want a price! As a matter of fact, have the technician confirm this is a FREE visit! Otherwise you're looking at a $90 bill for them to tell you what you already know. Not real happy about this. Additionally, the estimate that cost me $90 was $300 higher than another company in town. KEEP SHOPPING AROUND!

We had only owned the home a couple of months before discovering a collapsed line that needed to be replaced. A-1 was sent out and recommended by our home warranty. They fixed the line, but they caused another problem we must deal with: removing caliche dug up from A-1's trench, add new topsoil, and level/grade the yard.
A-1 dug a 90 foot trench across the yard to fix the line. The depth of the line forced them to dig deep. In the process, they dug up the caliche beneath the topsoil. They didn't bother even attempting to fill the trench in a way that would benefit us afterward. They simply used their tractor to level the trench. Half the yard, even parts not involved with the line, were completely covered in rocky gravel.
When I complained, the master plumber merely stated, the plumbing will last 70 years and it'll level off. Right now, I'm using a shovel and a sifter to remove all large rock chunks with a wheelbarrow. Afterward, we are paying someone to bring in topsoil and to level/grade.
I wouldn't recommend this company.

If I could do a no star rating I would. We called because our air conditioner was not cooling. The company sent a technician and we thought it was fixed. Three days later we started having the exact same problem and the technician returned. Now we are one week out, and it's doing the same thing. After 2 visits this issue should have already been taken care of. Today when we called for the third time, Mr. Drum said it would be a week before they could send a service technician( it's 97 degrees) ... or you can call someone else. Apparently this issue was too difficult for them to figure out and they didn't value our business.

This company does not even deserve a 1 star! We hired GPS Plumbing for a renovation in which we paid $4000 upfront for materials etc. Gabriel the owner promised to be there and complete the work. He dug the trench and marked the areas but didn't lay the plumbing. He took on bigger jobs leaving us and told us he would refund our money and now we can't reach him by calling him and had to hire an attorney.

Over the past 10 years I have used RotoRooter to clear 3 drains. In each instance, they came quickly, did the work for the price specified and the drain was cleared.
