Mike and Charlie's Plumbing is truly a great company with genuine people. I feel like they're some of the few  remaining companies that are honest, straight forward, and aren't in to sell unneeded services. You have an issue, they'll fix it. Looking for somebody to come up sell you on weird maintenance plans or services that you never knew you needed. Look else where. Dealing with Mike is like having my uncle come over and help me out. Except instead of beer, they take money.

My 75 year old neighbor's water heater busted today. She called me to come over to turn off the water and the gas. She said she'd called a plumber but hadn't heard back yet.

I ran home to grab my shop vac and when I returned, I pulled up Yelp to find the number for Guelda Plumbing. I handed her my phone and said to give them a call. She went upstairs to call while I vacuumed. About 30 minutes later, I had the water up and 2 garbage bags of trash. I walked outside to empty my vac and guess who pulled onto the street and began backing up into her driveway? That's right, Guelda Plumbing.

They sent 2 guys to the house in 30 minutes. Imagine my neighbor's surprise and delight to not only get a response, but to see them so quickly. They went right to work, taking care of my neighbor's needs and concerns.

I've always had incredible service from the Guelda's but today's expedience exceeded my expectations. She was concerned that she'd spend Thanksgiving weekend with no water heater, but nope -- the Guelda's are on it.

Top notch. Friendly. Responsive. Affordable. Honest. I can't recommend Guelda Plumbing any higher. 10 stars, if I could!!

Positives--they were available and identified the issue where another plumbing service could not. The cost was about what we expected. The owner came out to meet the MSD inspector (MSD provides a four hour window they will show up with no advance message of being on the way). Longs provided a temporary solution so we could stay in our home over the weekend. They completed the work.
Needs improvement on--communication with the customer (fine in person but not in phone contacts or notifying customer if work time has changed), providing complete invoice, organization of the team (some members showed up hours before others; had to wait for right parts, etc . . .).
Service-oriented companies excel when customers would use them repeatedly. I am not sure I would call Longs again but I do appreciate that they could identify our problem.

Quick, reliable, courteous, friendly customer service. Definitely will call again and highly recommend.

Showed up on time, did a good job, was efficient and reasonable on price. I would hire again. They have worked at our house 4 or 5 times and did a good job both inside and outside with roots in our pipes.

Outrageous charges, for a very small issue...will not make use of them again..only wanted cash for payment, with a bill of $800. After we already paid them $400 for a job that a few months ago we paid $200 for, from a different vendor.

Reached out to Mr. Brown about doing a plumbing job at my house and received the response that he didn't unclog drains. That was the reply I received when I told him what was going on. We ended up going with someone else and having to have a pipe replaced in our front yard. If he would've bothered to ask anymore questions he might have decided the job was worth it but if this is the kind of response I got to an issue I probably lucked out by going with someone else anyway.

am writing this review on behalf of a POC friend in hopes youll listen to a white person. The men who entered my friends house (they are black) were calling his family n****** (yes, with the hard R) and BLM c*cksuckers (my friend is gay). To have people that represent your company say such vile things about people in their own home is disgusting. My friends and I will absolutely never give a dime of my money to this company and I hope you take responsibility for your employees. This company is absolutely disgusting.
