Hired them to go under the house to cap off the gas floor heater.  Afterward, I asked them to check on a leaky water heater and they  quickly and efficiently replaced some galvanized piping with copper lines. So fast!  They knew just want to do, had the parts on hand, and conveyed the issue to me clearly and simply - honesty is so appreciated.  Will hire again.

Thursday the kitchen sink flooded.  I called the Plumbing Doctor a little too early friday morning.. at 7:30 and they were able to squeeze me in.  Warren and his guy showed up at 9:30 and the work was complete by 10:30.  They were very professional and I couldn't find anything wrong to fault them on.   They showed up and got to work right away like a doctor in the emergency room!  

While they were working,  I asked Warren if he knew people were talking about him on Yelp.    I asked why there were no pictures of him so he says for the last seven years he's never able to take a good picture.    Since he seemed like such a nice guy, I told him I'll help take pictures to post on yelp to help them.  Although when I was talking to the other guy, he told me that they've been getting pretty busy lately.

Good people, good prices, and they didn't make a big mess like other plumber's I've had.  They'd even cleaned up after themselves.  As good as it gets.

Also, they take credits cards.  Big plus!

Max helped me with a broken sewer line. First, using specialized blades to get the roots out then using a camera to figure out why the problem returned a few weeks later. He's honest, shows up on time, and priced well.

I recently called the company for an estimate on a garbage disposal in my home which was not working. I received a prompt response via Yelp from the  company. I then placed a call into the company soon after and they were able to schedule an appointment within a few days of the call.

Tommy was assigned to my job and had called me ahead of the appointment to let me know of his eta. Upon arrival, Tommy was very professional and came masked and wore booties on his shoes. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about products and was able to understand and fix the issue within a short time. He answered any questions I may have had about the issue, products and any other potential upgrades I could make.

I would definitely use the company for future plumbing work at my home and would highly recommend them and Tommy to my friends and family.

I got several quotes to unclog a partially clogged drain.  Charlie was the least expensive.  He was prompt in responding to messages and cleared the clog in just a few minutes.  Saved money and time.  Let me know my pipes are corroding and may need attention soon.  Super happy with this service.

Had an emergency request to unclog a drain pipe, 1pm on new year's eve.
Albert saw my missed call and called back in about 10 minutes.
They promised to arrive within 2 hours and they arrived on time.
Albert & Pepe unclogged the drain in about 10 minutes after arriving.
They were very clean: wore shoe covers & wiped the sink after.
Price was $120.

Awesome service. Super fast response, patient to explain all my concerns. my kitchen faucet wore out so I have to get new faucet installed ASAP, otherwise the old one was leaking.  With Ace plumbing, they send Chris Friday night, which I really appreciated the service speed. Highly recommend! Will for sure to use them in the future and recommend to my neighbors.

Guys are cool and responsive. The owner Matt, offered to take me through something over the phone which I certainly appreciated. We weren't able to completely fix the problem so he and his partner David sent over Jack who saved the day. These dudes are legit. Ask lots of questions, always boil down the fix to the most minimal impact and cost. But Rockstar gives it to you straight.

Miguel is great and is my new go to plumber. Helped us in a pinch and came out right away. He is extremely responsive and reliable and does very good work!

Once again Vicktor showed up a couple of weeks ago to take care of one of our rentals and cleared a grip of roots out of the main line. We will keep him close in our contacts, this is one you don't want to loose. Great guy!

Excellent all around - the service and the end result were too notch.

We were sent a Hermes technician from our insurance company to fix the toilet in the primary bathroom. It was leaking and not only needed to be reset but have the wax ring replaced. The technician was friendly and fast - super professional and fixed the job right then and there. We were so grateful considering this was a follow up job / second opinion from another company.

Will definitely use Hermes in the future!

Rapid Action I spoke with Mandle and very professional and polite and very fair with his service charge. I had and issue with a waterless tank that no would work on but Mandle sent his technician Patrick who came to my rental and took a look at the waterless tank took care of the issue and explained what the issues. If I can give them a 10 STARS I would. No need to look elsewhere call RAPID ACTION!! Thank you guy

We've been having occasional overflows of our toilet and the good old plunger trick stopped working so we gave into calling a plumber. I was surprised that they were able to make it to my house within a couple hours but VERY happy about it as well lol.  Our toilet is finally fixed and we were assured that we wouldn't experience any more overflows. The gentleman that came to our home also gave us some tips to ensure that even if a toilet were to get clogged, I wouldn't have to worry about ruining my carpets. As a home owner  I really appreciated that. Thanks!

Our water heater was not working properly and the staff at New Generation Plumbing was great in providing me with good service at a competitive price! For reference, we paid $175 to change the water heater valve. Definitely recommend!

They are wonderful!  Found them on yelp after scouring through reviews and was so happy I chose them.  We had an emergency on a Sunday and called expecting to have to wait until Monday but they squeezed us in and someone was there later that night to fix our shower.  The service charge was stated beforehand and they were specific about the additional costs and what they entailed and it was incredibly reasonable.  Highly recommend!

Connie and her team are incredible. I've run a small HOA for years and Connie and Lalo have been so unbelievably helpful in working through plumbing and sewer issues that our 60 year old building had. I've also used the company for inspections on home purchases, and to do work on moving in & regular home repairs.
