These guys do great work. They just installed a tankless unit at my house. It was not an easy installation and they did everything to code. They were courteous, knowledgeable, on-time, and extremely reliable. Highly recommend.

We had a issue with our shower where the divider was not working and also the shower temperature was hard to control. They were very responsive and came right away to give us a free quote and then came back to fix the issue promptly. I was satisfied with the experience that I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a leaking pipe that needed immediate attention.  Called and scheduled an appt.  James showed up and as the real deal of a Plumbing Doctor, he evaluated the situation, gave us the cost to fix - that was more than reasonable for the work, and got to work.  He was efficient, very detailed and worked hard all while being friendly and answered any questions we had.  We had used someone else before, who had overcharged us by quite a bit -- didn't realize it then when it was an emergency.  We would only call Plumber to the Rescue from now on.  You would call them too if you are looking for honest and high integrity plumber, who delivers on their estimate and get the job done!

Max came to my place for a clean out and unfortunately the first time around, the toilet was clogged a week later.  He was very gracious to come back out again to do another clean out to resolve the issue.  God bless, this time around the clean out was successful.  I appreciate him for coming back out in a timely manner.  Thanks Max!

I am editing my review because this company has EXCELLENT customer service. After posting my review below, the owner reached out to my husband and me in order to find out what happened and fix the situation. Not many companies do this so I appreciate this type of service.

Unfortunately I didn't have the same experience as most of the other reviewers. We had a clogged bathroom drain and paid $150 to have it snaked over the weekend. Well, it didn't work! We were advised to contact our Property Manager/HOA because the plumber thought the clog was lower down. He thought that we may have to cut into the wall and cut out sections of the pipe to clear the clog. WTF? We ended up using another plumber that a friend referred, and he cleared the clog within minutes! It was only 4 feet down. Flood Brothers used a drill snake while the other plumber used a completely different device. I don't know what happened but it is upsetting that I just wasted $150.

I needed an expert evaluation of a sewer line problem and Charlie promptly fit me into his schedule.  He sent a camera into the line and gave me a good sense for what my options were, all without cost.   Will definitely use Charlie in the future on any sewer line issue!

Had a big job, a real nightmare thankfully a good friend who spoke highly of them referred me. I usually don't go with referrals but they did a great job and I'm not just satisfied but thankful that everything went went. I am very picky and I gotta admit I am impressed.

Warren was really helpful and kind! Showed up the evening after I contacted ACE plumbing. They are fast to response and good people.

I called these plumbers because my roof deck was flooded and leaks were coming into my house. I needed the drain unblocked and to understand where the water was getting into the house.

It was peak Covid in 2020 so a tiny bit of extra to come out made sense but they charged us $1250 to basically unclog a drain.

They could NOT identify the source of the leak, even though that is why I specifically asked them to come out.

Looking for an honest, skilled and knowledgeable plumber? Victor is your guy. We were told by another company that we needed $14K worth of sewer pipe replacement and decided we'd better get a second opinion: boy, are we glad we did. Victor and his assistant put a camera down through two clean-outs to show us that our pipes are intact, and the recommended repairs are unnecessary -- and there was no charge for his assessment. While he was here, we asked him to take care of another unrelated plumbing issue that a couple of other guys were unable to fix: correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it -- and wasn't going to charge us for it until I insisted. I spent some time chatting with him and he's a really good guy. Used to work for the big plumbing companies, but was put off by the unethical behavior he witnessed that's a problem with the commission-based pay structure they employed. So, 10 years ago, he went off on his own. He and his assistant have clearly worked together for a long time -- a smooth and efficient team, and like I said in the beginning, trustworthy.  Can't recommend this company highly enough. They've earned all my plumbing business moving forward.

I just had my water heater replaced by Z&H after discovering it was leaking all over my garage overnight the day before. Zorro was very prompt in his communication both on the phone and through text messages. They weren't able to come out that day but Zorro helped guide me through how I could cap the intake line so that I could still use the water in my house (the original installer did not include a valve at the intake, obviously!) I really appreciated that Zorro was upfront about his pricing and did not try to upsell me to tankless as most plumbers I have talked to have tried to do.

Zorro gave me an 8:30am to 9:00am estimate and like clockwork Arsen, the installer texted me at 8:27am to let me know he was on the way. He arrived before 9:00am, which is much appreciated since I live in the foothills which automatically adds a 10-15 mins to everyones travel time. I have learned that it is very rare for contractors and service people in the local area to stick with their estimates so Z&H not only giving me a 30 min window but also sticking to it is really a diamond in the rough!

Installation was professionally done and quick too. They were done and packing up by 9:45am and Arsen walked me through the different things that he had done. He added a shutoff valve for the intake and simplified the plumbing that was done previously which was problematic. He also noticed that there was a natural gas outlet valve that I wasn't using and made sure I was aware that it was a safety hazard in case someone left it open. He removed the valve and capped it off for me when I told me I didn't intend to use it.

All in all I had a much better experience with this water heater replacement than I had originally expected since I had a lot of anxiety trying to find a plumber. I am so glad I got a referral from my friend for Zorro and his team and I will highly recommend them myself in the future!

A+++++ Brendan and Guilio are definitely a swift, punctual, efficient and trustworthy plumbing service team. So professional and fast! They showed up actually 10 BEFORE appoint and were so nice even though they had to wait for me. So trustworthy too.. I wanted them to fix a shower drain but they gave me a quick fix I could do on my own for FREE yay!! They also fixed my kitchen disposal and sink clog in 5 minutes flat. Seriously so refreshing to get such timely, productive and honest plumbing help. So grateful thank you!!

Connie is an angel sent from above to fix my family's shi*ty plumbing disaster. We didn't know our house was sitting on a field of sewage quick sand and she came in with her team to take care of it in just two days. Not only was she super-patient in explaining the situation to us, she also came back the following week to fix our washing machine. She's very personable and informative and, for once, I didn't feel like a home repair person was taking advantage of us. I cannot recommend her service enough!
