It is with great pleasure that I write this review. I am not related nor have any personal relationships with anyone at Rishon Plumbing. Let's make this simple, highly responsive, fantastic customer service and best value compared to other plumbers I received quotes from. I will be using them for any upcoming plumbing plans. Jose was the perfect plumbing technician and is a likable guy to have visit. He efficiently replaced my broken garbage disposal with real honesty & focused intelligence. And at a reasonable cost. I'm impressed with the service and the man. Integrity in a person means that he is whole, complete, his character is unbroken. The generous integrity Jose has as a person is a natural guarantee that his work is equally excellent. He will be my first choice for any future plumbing needs.

There is no better plumber around. I have used them for big jobs and small. Always on time, fairly priced and someone you can count on.   Best of all I had a pipe spring a leak late Saturday night I called them 1st thing Sunday am and a half hour later they were under my house fixing the problem. Josh and Warren are the best!  You cannot go wrong by using them.

Max came out when we called him on a Friday night for a backup of our toilet that was draining into the garage.   He managed to snake the shower and get everything fixed and also snaked our disposal too.  Thanks max!

I have been going through a bathroom remodel nightmare (understatement ) I called Flood brothers off of yelp because I've been having a series of issues.  Not limited to wrong piping, wrong tub installation and having to rip out the tile and tub twice to fix mistakes.  NONE of these mistakes were their fault but they have been generous with their time and patience!

They were on time, professional and so easy to work with. I am so grateful I found them - they are all good people. I can't thank them enough

We've been having drainage problems for months and nothing seemed to work. So we finally called a plumber to come and fix the problem and right away after calling this number, they sent one in a couple of hours. Ramon is the plumber who came in to fix the problem and he is super nice. Not only that but he took an extra mile to get the work done! He is honest and would for sure recommend him to family and friends if they need one!

Needed quick service and Alberto delivered! I have never used a plumbing service but needed help immediately, I called several plumbing companies but none of them were able to come out same day. I thought because it was the end of the day, Saucedos would not be able to come out the same day either, I was wrong. Alberto answered, and said he could be at my place in 30 minutes. He came in 20 and quickly fixed my toilet problem. Definitely will consider using this service again in the future!

Office gal a problem in communication with the plumber. Started off as a positive experience; however, deteriorated in trust and reliance.

Highly recommended. Miguel was very responsive and agreed to come within two hours in the evening to help us address the issue with our garden spigot. Once he arrived, he was friendly, professional and fixed the problem quickly. He also offered a few recommendations for other areas that should be addressed in the future. Much appreciated!

Victor saved us today! We live in a 105-year-old house with a giant Ficus tree in the backyard, and Victor was able to quickly come and remedy the root situation inside of our pipes. Very knowledgeable and friendly, a huge help during the most unpleasant of crises (our toilets were draining into our shower and tub...). Thank you, Victor!!!

Sorry I find it suspicious for a company to have all 5 star reviews.   I'm comparing prices and if there were unnecessary items or the prices of Codes don't match with what I ask my city or a mod that is exuberantly higher added to my quote, Ill post here. If the other plumbers in my city quote the sane MODS and CODES, Ill come back and change my review to 5 stars.

Our toilet was completely backing up and leaking out of the bottom. I tried to fix it myself with a 6ft auger, but nothing seemed to work. I called Rapid Action Rooter and they tried fixing it the usual way, but snaking the line didn't work. They removed the toilet and discovered the whole area under the bathroom was flooded with sewage. Tony took a look under the house and found the pipes had been completely corroded and cracked with two large breaks in the line. Mandel advised we replace the pipes and prepared a quote immediately. He also called in a plumbing colleague to inspect moisture damage in the bathroom. That night we had dryers in the bathroom drying the walls and floor and Mandel and his team came back the next day and spent all day in the very tight crawlspace under the house digging out and replacing the pipes, which were in a terrible state (see pics). Mandel explained everything he and his team were doing every step along the way. They all have an amazing attitude and I thoroughly recommend their service!

I wish I could give more stars. They are so honest. Incredibly fair. And do great work on top of all that. Sam is the absolute best. I recommend them to everyone!

The dispatcher / operator is incredibly helpful. The plumbers are professional and reliable. They also communicate well.

I noticed a leak in my water heater over the weekend and thought to myself, oh no! Who do I call and what do I do? I started looking up businesses on Yelp the next business day and was lucky to come across this business.  I called them and got a response immediately (unlike many other places I called).  I took pictures of the unit and leak and they were able to diagnose the issue immediately and send someone out the same day for a replacement.  The price may not be the cheapest on the block but with a hundred or two you would save with someone else, you're saving yourself time with same day service and the hassle.  My motto is you get what you pay for. Support the family owned business.  I'll be calling them again for my future plumbing jobs.

Fast response, professional, and great work. I called mid morning for help with a dishwasher backing up into our sink. James from Flood Brothers came out by late afternoon, fixed it up quickly and everything was working fine. Would definitely call again.

They were prompt and courteous. They could not help me with my heating system issue but there was no charge and the tech did help point me in the right direction. Will definitely use them in the future.

I was referred to 911 plumbing through my home warranty insurance.  Greg and Vic did a great job helping to unclog our pipes.  They were professional, courteous, and answered all my questions.  Hopfully we have no clogged pipes in the near future!

We were in dire straits, roots in our pipes, a full house back-up and breakdown of all basic plumbing needs during the time of Covid is no small amount of stress.  Not to mention that our home owners warranty, naturally, has an exclusion to doing anything related to roots.  So here we were:  stuck, a son just home from dental surgery and no way to run water in our house because we had no way to drain water.  We are a one bathroom house and we had already waited over 24 hours for our warranty people to show up only to be told they couldn't do anything for us.  The need was real that we have capacity to have a functioning home.   We had been told by several plumbers that they were incredibly busy at this time of quarantine and we were looking at getting even just estimates in several days with the potential of not starting on a job for several more days.  Reminder:  one-bathroom house!  Stress!  After talking with a lot of recommendations from friends, Connie at American Drain Works and Plumbing took the most active interest in helping us solve our problem and immediately got to work on assessing our needs.  They were at our house the next morning at 8am.  Her team and this dynamo of a lady boss herself were under our house, giving us options, working with us on all levels to do what needed to be done.  Her trusty artist with drains, Lalo and his team, worked all day and half of the next.  We learned so much not only about the job, our contract, a true plumbing work ethic but also the follow-through from a dedicated team who cared about the quality of their work, and the quality of their relationships with their clients.  We got excellent service, customer care, & attention to detail, working with us while we got the financials in order,  from this outstanding Westside Woman owned/Lady Boss Team.  I cannot say it loudly enough.  Connie, Lalo, Joan and your whole team, we are sold on you and how you love helping people and problem-solving and solution-building to make the world a little bit nicer.  These are challenging times and this was a challenging week for us.  We recommend American Drain Works and Plumbing for any and all plumbing needs.  They are based in Culver City and I highly, highly recommend them to my peeps in their service area!  It was a stroke of luck that I got them on the phone and I'm so grateful to them.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!
