I am helping my father manage his apartment building and always call Rishon Plumbing whenever we need a plumber ASAP. They are super easy to work with, extremely responsive, and I like that I can pay them on Venmo when they are done. They have fixed a multitude of plumbing issues and even replaced our water heater once. They are reasonably priced and honest. I highly recommend them!

Flood Brothers were great! They were super responsive over the phone and by email. They had a cancellation so were able to fit me in same day. Tracy was friendly and had the toilet unclogged within a few minutes. Highly recommend!

Two thumbs WAY up for Charlie. I called this company when my regular plumber was MIA. We had a toilet that was backed up and a couple of other drains that were slow. Charlie came out the same day, less than three hours after I called! We had never done a hydro-jetting before so I decided to have them clean the entire main sewer line all the way to the street. Charlie was able to use his special camera to see if there were any roots that might become a problem. I was a little uneasy becuase I was at work while they were doing the job, but Charlie kept in touch and sent me photos and videos of the progress on my iPhone.

All of this was great but that is not the best part. After they left and I had paid them, the next day I discovered the shower in that bathroom was backing up. It had not been like that before the work but there was no way to prove that to Charlie. After the work was done somehow it was missed and the shower was not checked. Even though it was not specified when I called and I had already paid him, the next day Charlie came back to the house to correct the problem. He didn't charge extra and didn't give me a hard time. Even though I'm sure he is incredibly busy, he made time to visit again so we would be 100% satisfied. In the past I've used contractors that once you pay them, good luck even getting them on the phone after the job, let alone have them return to fix a problem.

In a world where many service companies try to get done quickly and get out as fast as possible, Charlie's Sewer & Drain is the kind of business that values the customer relationship and looks at the big picture. Because Charlie went above and beyond I will most definitely call them again, and will consider them for larger projects in the future. Thanks Charlie!

We had an emergency request in our commercial space for sewage backup. After our call he arrived within minutes, all prepared and got it all fixed up. Amazing service, QUICK and cleaned it all up and fixed another issue they came across as well. Prices were very very reasonable, especially for an emergency call. Chris and Darcy are a great team and our go-to plumbing service provider. Darcy is always highly responsive in booking appointments. Chris is very trustworthy and does high quality work for a great price. The best ever! Great cuatomer service. David followed up with me and let me know when Joe would be here. I had a leak under my kitchen sink. It was difficult to find. Joe found a faulty bib on the hot water feed. He turned off the hot water to the sink; he told me that I would need a new faucet. Joe came back the next day and installed the new faucet. Joe is very personable, professional, efficient, knowledgeable,  and under my sink was cleaner after he finished than before he started. I will never have to look for another plumber. Rock Star truly ROCKS!

I called Victor on the Sunday after Christmas for an emergency.  He called back, made arrangements to be at the work site in an hour. He was on time, patient and fixed the problem. It's great to know that I have someone reliable to call on!

I have been battling a sewage smell in my master bathroom for the last few months, and Hermes Plumbing and Rooting came to the rescue!  At first, I thought it was a mildew issue, but after a few weeks, it became apparent (to me) it was sewer-related.  The first plumber I called snaked my shower drain and claimed that would fix it.  Within a day, the smell returned so I tried a home remedy of baking soda and vinegar.  When the smell returned again, I took apart all of the pipes in my sink and cleaned them out.  When that failed, I had no idea what to do.

Finally, I called Hermes Plumbing and Rooting, and they came out the same day.  They scheduled a hydro-jet for the very next day, and as soon as we opened up the access to the sewer pipes, the smell was HORRENDOUS!  It was obvious we were on the right track.  They showed me everything with the camera they inserted, hydro-jetted the pipes to clean out some tree roots, and THE SMELL IS GONE!  I cannot thank them enough, and I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.  They were fairly priced, quick, and honest.  You can't much better than that!

I called because I noticed my sewer clean-out cap was off and an absolute mess was surrounding it. Called Rapid Action Rooter on a late Saturday morning and Mandel (the owner) came out to check everything. I was anticipating a snake clean out after going through this a few times but the camera revealed much more damage. I had to replace a section of the pipe near the sidewalk. You can basically say there was a tree inside the pipe cracking it from the inside. I was on my way to major damage. Previous companies provided patchwork remedies while Mandel and his crew took care of my issue within a few hours. It was major work and they took care of everything after explaining what needed to be done and walking me through each step. Super dependable, super professional. Rapid Action Rooter is now my new go to for all my plumbing needs!!!!!

I had a shower faucet that had been leaking for several days. After an unsuccessful attempt to schedule a handyman, I called Rocket Plumbing.

Matt fixed my shower faucet and stopped the leak. He explained what was wrong with the faucet and how it needed to be fixed. He even went the extra mile by tightening my kitchen sink faucet and toilet handle.

Our water heater was not working properly and the staff at New Generation Plumbing was great in providing me with good service at a competitive price! For reference, we paid $175 to change the water heater valve. Definitely recommend!

Zoro and his assistant were a great experience for myself and my wife.  They came in and gave us a reasonable estimate for all of the work we needed done.  We had to install 3 faucets (2 Bathroom, 1 Kitchen), new fixtures in the shower and we needed some new piping for the drainage pipe in our Water Heater.  

When they arrived for the first estimate, they took great care in checking everything out and even pointed out some extra items they could do that would keep our condo up to code (like adding a sediment trap to our water heater's gas line).  

They made a convenient appointment with us for the next week to complete the repairs and were very prompt in arriving for their scheduled time.  They were knowledgeable in all of the repairs and installs they needed to do and were a tremendous help.  We will be looking to Z & H Plumbing if we need any other plumbing work done on our home.

I had a blockage at my house the my toilet was backing up into my tub.  I wanted someone out as soon as possible. A friend of mine recommended Flood Brothers they were on time they solved my problem and even cleaned the sewage in my tub. I was really happy with Giovanni and his crew. I would recommend them to all my friends and family and be using them in the future for all my plumbing.

They were prompt and courteous. They could not help me with my heating system issue but there was no charge and the tech did help point me in the right direction. Will definitely use them in the future.

My boyfriend is a unique kind of animal and likes to trim his pubes over the sink. Greg came to the rescue and snaked it like a pro. Didn't leave a mess and was in and out of there very quickly. We just moved into a condo in Heather Village, Culver City, that had multiple plumbing problems in the kitchen and two bathrooms. Connie performed the work better than I have ever seen. I know she takes great pride in her work as well she should. She did have a huge smile on her face after she finished. I don't have a photo but the problem she found under the master bedroom sink was a huge mess of tape, prior poor plumbing work, and corroded pipes. Her finished product is masterful. Anyway, we not only like her work but thoroughly enjoyed meeting her. She is in our permanent contact list and I don't mind telling everyone about her service and competency.
