Used Rishon Plumbing for the first time for a home that is about to go on market in Santa Monica. George and John came out on a Saturday and handled everything I threw at them including Earthquake valve install, strapping down the water heater and helping me troubleshoot numerous other issues. They were on time and a pleasure to deal with. Also, George is really good about getting back to customers quickly.

Real Plumbers got the job done. Our sink was clogged for a few days and after trying everything we knew we reached out to them and they put our worries to ease. They provided professional, courteous and timely service.

A urinal burst at work and Eddie was able to come out within 35 min and fix it. Hooray! Great service. Will use this company again.

Max came to my place for a clean out and unfortunately the first time around, the toilet was clogged a week later.  He was very gracious to come back out again to do another clean out to resolve the issue.  God bless, this time around the clean out was successful.  I appreciate him for coming back out in a timely manner.  Thanks Max!

Great job, found origin of a leak two other plumbers couldn't find. Highly recommend.

Simple problem but I needed a plumber to fix it.  They provided a quick and very fair quote, scheduled a time for a few hours after I first reached out, and then showed up on time.

I had asked for proof that their techs were vaccinated before coming into my home.  Both techs showed me their vaccine cards, wore masks, and had no problem with either of those things.  They did the work quickly, found a secondary problem that they fixed as well -- of course they quoted me the price for the additional parts first.  

Price was exactly what we'd agreed upon, and everything was in perfect working order when they left.  I'm very happy with their work, would hire them again for sure.

Super responsive, I mean less than 30 minutes! They are able to handle routine problems or emergency repairs. Very honest and accessible

I can not believe there are still good and honest  business people around!!!  I had leak under my kitchen and I called Ace Plumbing because my friend referred them.  Chris came and part of the garbage disposal was loose.  He tightened it and gave me a tool to fix it if it every happens again.  When I asked him how much I owed he said nothing.  I could not believe it.  He was very professional, honest and I will refer this company to everyone I know.  I will also post it on Facebook so my friends can use this company if they need a plumber.

Rockstar to the Rescue! From customer service to knowledge depth of the issues with my plumbing- this has been the most pleasant plumbing experience for me.  First with the shower in my kids bathroom (going from one temp extreme to another) to our water heater going out.   They resolved both & pretty quick too! Communication was excellent and this team cares about truly helping you resolve your problems. Very patient and very thorough, and prices were reasonable. Thank you Josh for saving the day on 2 separate occasions. Definitely Rock Star service!  I'm glad I have finally found my household resident plumbing company.

Miguel was a lifesaver with my flooding sink tonight! My regular plumber was out of town, another never responded, one couldn't come til tomorrow but Miguel saved the day - responsive, efficient and we worked out a fair price. I'm so happy to find a good tradesperson to keep in my contacts.

10/5/18 Asked Victor to come out again for a slow drain and wobbly toilet today. As usual, he was quick to respond, got here when he said he would and took care of everything without a problem.
You just can't find people anymore who work so hard and do such an AMAZINGLY GOOD JOB!!! I would recommend Victor and his team a hundred times over.

We needed a whole new sewer line and were going to use our regular plumber and his team to do it but the price was so high.
We found Victor and his guys from a friend's referral and we are SO HAPPY we did!
To start with, his price was SOOOO much better.
Our plumber and his team told us it would be impossible to burst the pipes in the trenchless sewer method, and would instead have to dig out the trenches therefore adding to our price.
Victor ran the camera and said he could do it, he knew what he was doing and he did it all the time.
Once you meet Victor and start talking to him, you will feel at ease. He's so kind and really listens and comes up with workable solutions.
Our job was supposed to take 3 days and they were able to get it done in just 2. Those guys WORK HARD! They know what they're doing and they just do it. Victor and his crew are very professional and were on time  everyday and responded quickly to all my questions.
We also received a wonderful warranty! We are so pleased!!!
I wish all household problems were so easily solved.

Also, a few weeks after our repair, he came back and checked under the house for us and found a small leak that he repaired at no extra charge.

Less than 24hrs after getting in touch, Mike came this morning and fixed our shower. Amazing service, super nice guy and was very respectful of all COVID restrictions. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks guys!

We had a sewer line issue that was absolutely driving us crazy, and let's not even get to how bad it was starting to smell up our home. Mandel came to our home a few hours after my call and immediately knew the issues w we're experiencing. He was able to clear it all up, and at the same time he gave us really great and sound advice/recommendations to move forward. The pricing was very reasonable and matched the well done job. Not only was he good at his work, but he was extremely nice and professional. Lastly, be offered to go the extra mile and look under our home to help identify other issues and concerns we needed to address. I will only use Rapid Action Rooter services from here on out. Fantastic job and I highly recommend!

These guys over charged my 79 year old mom by $2800.00 for the a water heater air vent to her roof. The picture shows two vents one was 1000.00 the other 3800.00 can you tell the difference?
Don't trust them... get another quote.
Both of these vents started at the same place, they both had to be run up the side of the house to the roof.
Another plumber looked at it and said the job should be about 1500.00 not 3800.00
DO NOT USE THEM!!!
Nothing can justify the over charging!!!

Zorro is the man.  I can't recommend his operation highly enough.  Excellent quality work, done on time, at a fair price.  Friendly, efficient communication: made first contact on Super Bowl Sunday, work completed by noon Tuesday.  New water heater installed, and major underground leak repaired.  Zorro even gave me guidance on how to apply to LADWP for a bill adjustment (for the huge water bill caused by the leak).  As the owner of an old house with its many little problems, it feels good knowing that I've found a plumber whom I can count on for my future plumbing needs!

Micheal is a rockstar. We had a disastrous plumbing issue. And Michael helped us in the middle of the night. We called around, no one would help. He was patient and worked the problem with me on FaceTime. He wouldn't charge me. Together we found it.. he told me what to do. He's coming to fix it more later and I can't recommend him highly enough. 5 stars all the way.
