Fantastic. Our water heater stopped working recently and Rishon Plumbing came out within hours of calling them. It turned out to be a relatively minor issue which they promptly fixed. Very professional service all around. Highly recommended!

Once again Jose and his team to the rescue! Can't believe we needed them twice in just the first few months living in our new place, but they were just as fantastic with our shower issue as they were our toilet problem! Definitely our go-to helpers!

Another company didn't set our toilet correctly and it had a leak. George from Plumbers to the Rescue did a great job and fixed things fast!

Max was on it the second I called. He was at my residence in fifteen minutes and took care of everything. I recommend his service and thank him for all his efforts tremendously. He for sure is my go to guy moving forward.

Second time I used them
The first time I was very pleased. This time I think I was full of up charges. Cost a lot more than I expected for the same work that had been done by others in the past. And they try to upsell me a lot of services.

We have a sink that has been clogged for the last few months. We called Charlie's Sewer & Drain and got an appointment quite quickly. Ramon came and very quickly solved the problem. We will definitely be calling Charlie's Sewer and Drain if we have another plumbing issue. Highly recommend!

I called Alberto about some plumbing issues.  He came promptly, arrived on time, and gave me a reasonable estimate.  The next day he fixed the problem, again arriving on time, and did a great job.  I had a small issue with a fitting that needed to be turned 90 degrees and he came by and fixed it the next day.  I gotta give him two thumbs up.  He came out, fixed the issue and was a great communicator.  Did exactly what he promised.  Would highly recommend and will use again if I have a plumbing issue

I want to start with that we have been through our fair amount of plumbers a d I'm so happy we found ace plumbing. Darcy that makes the appointments is amazing, the guys that came out was super knowledgeable and accommodating and did a perfect job!! Thank you again ace plumbing!! I own TreeCareLA. We had a situation where some work on tree roots required an emergency plumbing repair. We called a other plumber who came out, tried for 2 hours and couldn't fix it!

We called New Pro at about 9pm on a Friday night. He got on site in about 45 minutes. There was some sticker shock at the price and I was already pissed that the other company wasted so much of my time.

I watched every move Miguel made and I could tell he was the real deal. He was basically working in mud, but kept the pipes and tools squeaky clean while he did the repair in pitch dark.

After seeing how involved the repair was and having a previous plumber to compare him to, I was totally happy with the price and the quality of the work. He got it right the first time.

I wish I would've called miguel first.

Gurgle, gurgle, is a noise you never want to hear coming from your toilet. So when we did, we called Victor. Turns out our original 1934 clay pipe sewer line was in bad shape. It's been an issue we've had for many years with cracks and tree roots impeding the flow. Victor came the following day and used a camera to confirm the condition of the pipe.

He recommended a trenchless replacement. His price was very fair and in-line with another estimate I got. It's a very costly repair, which is why we put it off for many years. He cleaned the old line so we'd be OK over the weekend until starting the repair on Monday. He asked for a $500 non-refundable deposit.

Victor and his crew showed up right on time on Monday (it's impressive when the boss shows up, too). And they were great. They were very mindful we were all at home working and at school -- and did a great job minimizing the amount of time we couldn't use the bathroom. It's a clean job. The workers were nice and took time to answer questions.

While finalizing the job, the workers noticed additional cracks in adjacent pipes that also needed fixing, too. Victor gave me a heads up this was a possibility -- and they'd only know for sure once they exposed the pipe. It, too, is a very expensive repair. But Victor didn't pressure me - and helped reduce the cost as much as he could (which helps).

Victor was a great partner during a stressful situation. A problem with a main sewer line is a sudden emergency, important (no toilet!) and a very costly repair - so you really need someone you can trust. I mean really trust. Also, everything is underground - so you can't see anything. There's no time to waste when you need to go.

Again, trust is everything - and Victor won mine! He said the labor and materials are guaranteed - adding to the trust factor. In fact, I've already referred him.

Rapid Action was fast, professional, and did a great job on short notice. I called Rapid Action first thing in the morning after sinks began overflowing due to a clog- they sent a technician out within an hour who diagnosed and fixed the problem, as well as giving me some long term advice. Highly recommended.

I had no working toilets and two young kids needing them at 5pm when I got home - Brian had someone able to be at my house by 6:30pm.  Chris arrived, and within an hour unclogged our main line and had everything working again.  He was upfront with the cost, wore booties to keep my house clean, and did not try to upsell me on things I didn't need.  He left me with great information on how to prevent the problem from happening again, as well as his personal cell in case this fix did not work.  Brian immediately called to ensure that all was fixed as soon as Chris left.  GREAT service!  There's a reason they have 5 stars!!!

Long version:

Unfortunately during the heavy rainfall and windy season last month the post of my grill eroded and snapped in half.  I called New Generation Plumbing and they were able to set up a time right away.

I needed their help to replace the existing union and to install a new shut off valve where it would reattach to a new grill.  There was no excavation required for this entire job.  As they were setting up to do this they found that the connection to the extension at the gas meter was also at the point of needing a replacement as it was completely stuck and could not be shut off without breaking the valve, so they had to replace that portion as well.  Initially I was quoted $450 but with the extra work it went up to $875.  I was able to get it to $850 and since I felt it was an emergent situation for a potential gas leak issue I had them go ahead with the work.

The 2 plumbers that came out did a great job and were really cool about explaining everything to me.   Will I use them again?  Probably, with the caveat of doing a little more due diligence to figure out what fair market value is.

I called Z&H for a gas water heater flush. Arsen also suggested replacing the copper supply lines with flex hose, which he was able to do at the same time. The price for the flush and the hoses was reasonable. The job was also done quickly.

This company gave the most five star service ever we were in a bit of a bind with heavy rains and they came out right away within about an hour. They altered  an appointment that they were on their way to to accommodate us in the emergency we were having, I would recommend this company to anyone. The personal self service the owners  displayed by coming out to check out the work and then sending his plumber so everyone was on the  same page knowing what needed to be done was really reassuring.  Cannot thank you enough for your teams hard work IN THE COLD/DOWNPOUR as well as the recommendations for a plan of action later on with regards to the plumbing.

9PM on Sunday and our shower drain is overflowing.  Called 911 Plumbing and Greg was over at our house within the hour to help us.  After snaking the clean-out drain our problem was solved and he had good recommendations for how to proceed/prevent.  Very courteous and professional service, would call again!

Connie and Lalo were amazing. They were quick, efficient, honest, professional and so super nice. They charged a fair price and I couldn't be more pleased. I had a toilet that kept running and also didn't flush right and they fixed it super fast. Connie also took the time to explain what they did in a way that I could understand it--something no other plumber has done before. Also, my two children were napping and Connie and Lalo were so respectful and quiet I could not even hear them working. I am beyond happy to have found them and will recommend them to all of my friends and family.
