Gave me a low flat rate bid based on photos, showed up the same day, repiped wonky kitchen drain lines, took Zelle payment, and lickety-split - it's done! Doesn't get any easier than that.

Plumber to the rescue saved us!  We woke up to a backed up kitchen sink on a Saturday morning.  I was in panic mode trying to book a Plumber and nobody was available because of the pouring rain and other jobs they were working.  Plumber to the Rescue was able to get someone out within an hour of me calling.  The Plumber was knowledgeable and fixed the issue in 15 minutes.  I highly recommend this company.  They cam through when nobody else could.

A1 was responsive, cordial and professional. They diagnosed my issue and corrected it smoothly for a fair price.

We've been having drainage problems for months and nothing seemed to work. So we finally called a plumber to come and fix the problem and right away after calling this number, they sent one in a couple of hours. Ramon is the plumber who came in to fix the problem and he is super nice. Not only that but he took an extra mile to get the work done! He is honest and would for sure recommend him to family and friends if they need one!

Alberto is great, professional, knows what he's doing and nice. I called him up because i thought my toilet was backed up but he knew immediately this was something deeper. Same day he scoped out the pipes with a camera and blockage detectors and saw the pipes had to be replaced because of root damage (pic shows the blockage). They worked hard to clear the water to see exactly where the the roots were blocking, which was great because they found they didn't have to break any of the concrete sidewalk. He showed me his work every step of the way. Also, he is punctual, if he says 9 he''s there and ready to work at 9.

We had a clogged toilet that was fixed quickly!! Very professional, punctual and efficient. Will definitely be calling them for service again!

We highly recommend this company and especially Joe and Rodrigo that did an amazing job!!! We had a plumbing issue outside and Rockstar sent out a tech pretty fast. The office communication was great and they provided really good customer service. They sent Joe  and Rodrigo out who were both super professional and very nice the entire time. It was a great experience to work with them both. They were very efficient and fixed our issue in no time. We really appreciate their honesty and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!!! Best plumbing company I have worked with, Miguel is a great guy he explains things he puts your mind at ease he goes above and beyond his duties he takes his time and does not take shortcuts he gives the appropriate options for a permanent solution,  Our main swewer line had backed out and we were very concerned and confused about what needs to happen he not only was much more thorough in explaining things but his pricing was extremely reasonable,  I will never ever use anybody else and will definitely recommend new pro plumping to anybody that asks have Miguel do your plumbing work and your eyes closed.  Thank you Miguel and crew for you hard work

I had a problem with clogged pipes. I called Victor and he jetted all the pipes in my house. He got rid off all the roots in the pipes. I must say victor is clean, polite on time and extremely affordable. I expected to pay a lot more for this job but I was pleasantly surprised. Totally recommend him to others. I'm glad I found him. I will definitely be using him again.

Mike was very responsive and was able to make it to us within an hour of first speaking with him, even during the holidays.  He and his team solved our problem quickly and they helped us understand how to avoid it in the future.  Mike was kind and respectful, I would recommend Hermes to everyone.

Something was stuck in our garbage disposal, Mandel came out and fixed it with in 15 min. Saved us from spending more money to buy a new garbage disposal.

I had no working toilets and two young kids needing them at 5pm when I got home - Brian had someone able to be at my house by 6:30pm.  Chris arrived, and within an hour unclogged our main line and had everything working again.  He was upfront with the cost, wore booties to keep my house clean, and did not try to upsell me on things I didn't need.  He left me with great information on how to prevent the problem from happening again, as well as his personal cell in case this fix did not work.  Brian immediately called to ensure that all was fixed as soon as Chris left.  GREAT service!  There's a reason they have 5 stars!!!

Rarely have I needed to get hold of a plumber, but recently some work was needed at a relatives home, and we looked into New Generation Plumbing for the help. Martin definitely helped the process of work become easier to understand, we took on repairs and all problems were solved. Will reach out again when it's time to purchase my own home.

I had to replace my leaking water heater and Z & H came over promptly and installed it in a couple of hours.  They also saved me the hassle of disposing the old water heater and the box it came in and cleaned up debris from the install.  I had some additional questions about the water heater afterward and they were still helpful and responsive.  I'm very happy with their service.

Phenomenal honest service. Responded immediately to a request for quotation. Heard a knocking noise in the bathroom thinking it was a leak. Thought we were going to have to repipe the house. Giovanni came out on a Sunday and evaluated and let us know that it was a simple copper expansion due to the hot water. Felt bad dragging him out, but now know I have a plumber I can trust for all future services. Will definitely have him back for our routine services. Thanks again Giovanni for your phenomenal service and honesty.

Thomas came out to the house today to fix our clogged kitchen drain. He took the time to explain the issue and to let us know about future issues that may come up with out 1960s house. Reliable and responsive. Would recommend to family and friends.

Had an emergency plumbing situation Saturday night.  Found 911 on Yelp and called. Vic came out in less than an hour and fixed the leak in our kitchen ceiling right away.  He did a great job.  I can't recommend them enough, especially if you find yourself in an after hours bind  THANKS!!!
