George and his crew replaced my water heater. They were incredibly professional and had excellent communication throughout, letting me know how much it would cost, how long it would take to install, etc. They arrived promptly, did a clean and professional job, wore masks throughout, etc. Replacing a heater is not cheap, and I probably could have found someone cheaper, but I absolutely belief you get what you pay for, and I was very happy with the service. Would definitely use again (though hopefully I won't have to for a while, lol).

We had a flood in our master bathroom due to a broken pipe hidden in the wall behind a built-in Jacuzzi tub during the holidays. Real Plumbers showed up when they said they would and were able to fix the problem pipes (capped with new valves) that had broken quickly and cleanly. Will definitely use them again if in need of plumbing services.

My kitchen sink was backed up.  My brother told me to search yelp.com That is where I found My Plumbing Doctor.  They were excellent!!! They were out to my house in an hour.  They were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.  They also had 5 of my little nieces and nephews tagging along. They were very kind and patient.  They were in and out of my house in less than 20 minutes.  They were the best experience I have had.  My house is old and the drain clogs up alot.  They charged me 66.00.  The other plumbers have charged me no less than 269.00.  What a relief.

Max cleared up my clog real fast. He was reasonably priced and very friendly. One thing I wish he did was call to notify me that he was running late, as I had to take of some time from work. I would definitely call him again if I get another clog

I dropped my diamond earring down the bathroom sink, first I called another plumber, they never called back.  So I called Ace and Darcy called me back within 10 min to line up an appt.  they were running behind but alerted me and arrived as promised.  Earring was recovered and Chris and Randy fixed the slow drain.  I will definitely keep them as my go to guys!

These guys are just fantastic.  Josh came over today and as always, fixed our problem immediately.  They are always kind and courteous and they get the job done!

Miguel swapped out our old water heater with a brand new tankless water heater. His prices are reasonable and he does great work. Will use him again in the future and would definitely recommend him.

My wife found him on Yelp.  He came out, did a camera inspection, and had to clean up unfinished, botched work.  

We have a lot of ficus trees and they haf penetrated into the sewer pipes but the work needed to extend into the city alley.  He went and pulled permits and completed the job.  In addition he was kind enough to adjust the water pressure in our showers from the main line despite it not being in the contract.  

I spent over $8000 but he was indeed the fairest.  He was confident that his bid would be the least too.  He gave me a guarantee too.  

Wish I found him earlier.

Mike and his brother were both very professional, pleasant to work with, and very nice people. They are the type of people you'd want to give business to.

Mike was able to squeeze me in for a same-day appointment. Not only were they thorough in their inspection, they fixed the clogged laundry pipes quickly, double tested it after and wiped the area down, they even helped me push the laundry and dryer back in place. Prior to leaving they provided me some great tips and advice, and they offered me a discount for the next appointment.

The work was done competently and efficiently but most importantly, they showed up when they said they would come and the estimate was fair and accurate.  Hard to find a contractor/vendor in LA that is reliable so kudos to Rocket for standing out.

What exceptional plumbers! We were unable to have our new washing machine installed due to the previous washer leads corroding onto the nozzles, and we were eager to have our old, broken washing machine replaced with our new one ASAP. We called on a Friday afternoon and were able to have someone come out first thing Saturday morning. Our plumbers were on-time, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They were able to fix our issues right away, and they also gave us some great advice about our water heater! All in all, these guys will absolutely be our go-to plumbers going forward!

These guys are top notch. About a year ago I had a massive sprinkler system leak while my father-in-law was staying at my house. I told him to look in Yelp and find a plumber with good reviews, and he found Flood Brothers. Father-in-law shutoff the water to my house, and Flood Brothers came over the next day I think. They took care of the immediate problem. They showed me what was wrong with the prior installation, and we decided to put in something that will last many many years.  Fast forward to last week when I had water dripping through my ceiling while the bathtub above was on.  So we stopped using that tub, and I called Flood Brothers and we scheduled a time.  Brendan was very nice over the phone very responsive via text, and they showed up right in their window.  He showed up today with Julio and both were extremely nice. They put on shoe protectors and we went through the process of re-creating the leak by running the bathtub. No leak or dripping. They absolutely could have ripped open the ceiling and gotten me into a ton of work, but they did not suspect the bathtub piping.  Since we could not re-create the leak, they showed me all this water damage on the side of my bathtub because I have a faucet (fancy design, long story) that does tend to splash outside the tub.  In order to be double sure that we were isolating the problem, we agreed that I would keep the whole side of the tub dry and avoid out-splashing. Meanwhile, while using the tub normally, I would keep watch on whether the leak started again.  They did not charge me for the visit.  Again, extremely honest folks who didn't dive into a non-problem and weren't out for my money.

I have used them 2 times and they were very responsive, easy to answer the phone and they were able to come on the same day.

Called to make an appointment for a toilet issue.  The operator said she would ask the technicians and call me back.  I never received a call back.

***I am changing my review from a 1 star to a 5 star since I received a call the next day.  Greg offered to rectify the issue of not calling me back and apologized for wasting my time.  

Two guys came out the next morning as promised.  My original wobbly toilet issue has been fixed and everything is working now.  Great job on correcting a simple issue.

I hope Connie isn't mad for our review being so late!  Connie and Lalo deserve all the kudos they're getting; they are the real deal.  A few months ago, my wife, Kristen, and I bought our 1930s home in Inglewood knowing full well the original cast iron pipes needed to be replaced.  We had one company come out who gave a quote, but mysteriously some of the things the service guy said would be covered wasn't in the agreement, hmmm...We pulled the ripcord on them and reached out to Connie; her reviews were great and we respect a female-owned company in what seems to be predominantly a male industry.  Well, Kristen and I could not have been more happy with our decision.  What stood out right away was COMMUNICATION.  After Lalo inspected the pipes, Connie literally sat us down and did a drawing of our pipe system and explained where the weak spots were and what she was going to do and how much it cost.  Blown. Away.  No technical jargon, just a complete plan of what needed to be done.  And a great price as well!  Connie is a no bull person, her and Lalo get the job done, and they're nice people, too!
