Showed up on short notice, the problem was sorted out quickly, couldn't ask for more efficient and fairly priced service.  BTW, a previous plumber could not fix this issue.

Always professional, knowledgeable, on time and honest.  Never tried to over charge and often told me when something wasn't necessary. It is hard to find plumbers like these guys!

Honest advice and reasonable rates.  I was willing to do more extensive work to fix my issues but A1 suggested a simpler solution.  All is working well now.

We had sudden and catastrophic main line failure. Everything stopped draining, water was flooding out of the toilet, and backing up into the shower and tub. I called a friend that is a contractor, the 3 recommendations he had were all busy, and were not able to get to me for days, or weeks. I went online and found plumbing companies near me, I called a few and went with Charlie's after talking with Lulu and seeing the rave reviews on yelp, I had them come out ASAP. Charlie and Luis were at my house in less than 2 hours, they diagnosed the problem and were right on it, getting to work the same day. They made my life livable, got the system to where I was able to take a quick shower, luckily I have a friend that sent a portable toilet unit to my home, that I only needed a few days as my complete sewer and all the 72 year old drain pipes needed replacement. To top it all off I had the worst flu I can ever recall. The price was very fair, they were extremely professional, the work was permitted, and inspected before the holes were filled in. I now have drains that work as they were meant too, traps to clean out the lines in the future, should it be required. My wife commented on the noise our tub and shower now makes, it is the sound of water properly draining. I am extremely happy with work they did, the fast repair, and the piece of mind that my drains now work as they should. They have equipment that I was very impressed with too. When our old garbage disposal unit broke down, we knew we needed to install a new one immediately.  Alberto came to our home on very short notice and installed a new unit promptly and affordably.  We appreciate the kindness, honesty, and courtesy Alberto exhibited to us, and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a fantastic plumber.

I am a general contractor and I utilize Ace on my jobs and service calls. Ace has completed three separate jobs for my firm in the last 45 days. Each customer had nothing but praise for the outstanding service. They arrived on time, identified the problem, provided an estimate, and completed the jobs in a timely manner.

Very professional and honest. I called them because I have a problem with the shower head and within 2 hours a technician showed up to my house . Very fast service and definitely i will use their service again. Highly recommended.

Had a major backup with main line and Miguel came out, quickly assessed the situation and worked for over an hour to fix it. He has a great attitude and explained everything clearly. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Called for an appointment for the next day, he called the next day asking to reschedule which i did, he then never showed up or called for that appointment.  Think he was having vehicle problems.

These guys were awesome. Had some toilet issues that were minor but I was unable to fix myself. They were clear with communication of when they could come out (roughly 2 hours) and were professional and a fair price.

Rapid Action Rooter is the best! Mandel, I presume the owner was attentive and quick with his response! I messaged him Saturday morning, he replied right away, got on the phone to further explain the issue. I wanted service done the day of, so he was able to fit me in within a few hours. He sent his team Kelly and another gentleman, they cleared the drain within 30 mins! Kelly was very professional and cleaned the tub as soon and he was done. Exactly what we needed. Fast turn around time. Great Team work with Fernando and Chuy. They diagnosed the problem almost immediately and handled the problem Lightning quick and safely. I'll definitely call them for my plumbing needs next time.

No hot water for bath or shower is so annoying... especially in the middle of the night. I'm so glad we found Z & H Plumbing. Call them first thing in the morning and got a call right back that they can come out the same day! Then they show up in less than an hour and fix the problem.

They are very professional and thorough explaining the cause of the problem and how they fix it. We're very satisfy with their service. Definitely will use them again and refer them to family and friends too.

I called this morning because we had a huge hole in the p-trap of our kitchen sink.  911 Plumbing called me back right away, and had our technician, Greg to our house by the afternoon.  Greg was very nice and helpful!  He replaced the p-trap and even went above and beyond by helping us fix a leak coming out of our garbage disposal at no additional charge.  Greg also helped show me what needs to be replaced in the future when the kitchen is remodeled.   Thanks so much, Greg!  We would definitely recommend this company!
