I actually have done some homework b4 ending up with Rishon Plumbing replacing our water heater tank and pump. I've read all reviews and chose 3 best rated plumbers in Yelp to actually come and give me estimates. Both 2 others didn't want to give me any quotes//estimate over the phone but George at Rishon gave me a quote and discount right away (both 2 others ended up coming and giving me quotes that are almost 1.5x higher than what George quotes over the phone, using the same materials).
George and John came on time, both very professional and in less than two hours, was able to replace the water heater, all plumbing attached to it to-code and a new pump. Explained everything to us before and after their work is done. Overall very satisfied and highly recommended. No sales talk, just honest plumbers u can verify when u call others plumbers to do exactly the same job!!!! Thank u guys!!!

I had an area behind my bathroom vanity treated, because there once was a leak. I thought it best to hire a plumber to ensure there were no leaks before reattaching the vanity. I hired these guys, big mistake!

I counted on their service to diagnose plumbing issues and let me know what needed work needed to be done. I'm very disappointed. The technician used some rubber in the P-Trap to reattach it to the sink. Once the water turned back on I noticed it was draining slowly. The technician said it was due to the position of the P-trap but it had never drained slowly before. Within three days the sink was completely backed up and unusable.

The technician seemed unprofessional from the start. I do not recommend them at all, he made nearly $200 in under and hour and then told me the back up was my problem because all he did was reinstall the vanity. These people are crooks don't use them and always verify the technician is licensed first.

I needed a to hire a plumber to fix a tenant's sink and disposer on a Sunday.  Not an ideal situation from the landlords perspective.  My normal plumbing solution is family owned/operated and do not work on Sundays.  So I yelped out to find Plumber 2 The Rescue.  Warren was prompt, swift and comes prepared with quality parts on his truck--which was appropriate for this higher end Culver City rental property.

Since the disposer went kaputts, we had Warren install a new one, unfortunately the drain pipe started to leak after he was gone.  With all fairness to Warren, I did not blame him, the pipes down there were pretty old and hard to look at.  When I phoned him late Sunday night to let him know, he was very kind, made no attempt to deflect responsibility and  said We need to make it right.  Warren was happy to fix the leak even if it meant coming back for an evening call, which he did.

I value people who stand behind their work and am glad to have a 24-hour plumber that I will hopefully not need to call.

Had an issue on a Sunday afternoon with my bathtub, water starting to flow in from the drain (yikes!). Put out a request for quotes here on Yelp, got a response from Saucedo Plumbing within 15 minutes.

They gave me a quote, but told me it'd be 3x cheaper to wait one day until Monday. So I scheduled them for 7 am Monday, they showed up right on time, fixed the problem in 15 minutes, I wrote up a check and boom, all done! Fast service, really nice guys.

Chris showed up on time after he call me 30min courtesy call. He made sure my plumbing issue was resolved very carefully, testing all the faucets in my house before he left. I will definitely call back Ace plumbing next time I have an plumbing issue.

I had a few non-emergency things I needed some quotes for (shower not getting hot enough, a toilet issue, and dishwasher not draining). Rockstar plumbing got Andrew to my house the next day, where he gave me quotes for everything and advice on what he would recommend (which was not always the expensive thing!). I ended up just scheduling the shower service, and it was quick, beautifully done (replaced a cartridge and spout/handle). I was treated respectfully and fairly, and the price was great for the work I had done. (I bought the hardware and just paid for the labor). I would call them again for any plumbing need, big or small - even if they aren't the cheapest, they are certainly fair and I am happy to pay a little more to be treated with respect (which is not the case with every plumbing company I have tried)!

I hired Miguel to fix the mess that another plumber made when trying to install and connect a gas line for a fire pit. He was quick to respond and was very professional throughout the project. He showed up on time and took the time after he project to explain what he did. I will definitely use him again. He really cares about his work and does a wonderful job. Thank you Miguel!

I had a minor issues on Friday and Victor gave me some advice over the phone.   Saturday we had a clog and they came Monday and fixed it and 3 other issues the other plumbers in the area did not have time for.   Oscar was great, professional, speedy and pleasant.  What more can you ask for.

We called to get someone out for a clogged kitchen sink and garbage disposal, and Mandel was able to come out that same night. He fixed our issue quickly and even showed us how to fix the disposal ourselves if it happens again. He's obviously very knowledgable about his craft, and I appreciate that he's willing to share that knowledge!

Great, fast service! Needed someone last minute and they came within an hour. The guy who came (I think it was Sam) was so so honest and kind. I had painters and cleaners all over and he was able to get everything done and even gave me a discount cause it was such a quick fix!

A guy named Justin helped me a lot and said some carbon monoxide was dripping three I'll have to get it fixed but the price was very high I'll get ahold of Justin tomorrow. Super nice, very professional, only my brother doesn't want to fix it he's not in the condo though but I live here I'll get ahold of another heating and air vomiting man and hear what he has to say

Decided to make the switch to a tankless water heater. Zoro walked me through the various options via phone and text. He was very responsive and answered all my questions. Day of he showed up on time with his crew. We walked through a few options of where to put the unit and he and his guys got to work. Job was done in about 4 hours. Because I have an old house, we some additional service the next day to adjust some of the faucets, which his crew did. Wife is stoked because we have an extra closet where the old water heater lived. I'm stoked because I'm saving $$ on my gas bill. We're all stoked because we don't have to fight over hot water for showers.

Average. To their credit, they were the only plumber after 5 calls who answered on a Saturday night. They cleared a root intrusion, replaced several feet of sewer pipe and installed a clean out. Problem was they didn't properly back-fill support the new pipe and it had a 1-2 shift to the existing pipe. I asked one of the brothers to come back and fix it properly, citing that I had a camera inspection done from another company showing the poor workmanship. He got insulin and insisted the video footage didn't matter. Not only did he have to do HIS camera inspection, but it was imperative that I interrupt my busy day and come on site to see the result.  Fine. The day scheduled they went several hours early and then called saying ok, yeah we'll fix it.

They eventually did the job properly, but not without some unprofessional behavior from one of the owners.

Update: Owner called me and apologized for his behavior. His PR guy called me again a week later. Ok, he did the right thing. Job was eventually done right. He took steps to make the communication experience better.

Our toilet was backed up (so pleasant) and I called Sal's right away. They came in no time and did a quick and thorough job clearing the clog. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Great service! They came the same day l called.  Abel and Greg were very honest about what was needed.  I would call them again.

We just moved into a condo in Heather Village, Culver City, that had multiple plumbing problems in the kitchen and two bathrooms. Connie performed the work better than I have ever seen. I know she takes great pride in her work as well she should. She did have a huge smile on her face after she finished. I don't have a photo but the problem she found under the master bedroom sink was a huge mess of tape, prior poor plumbing work, and corroded pipes. Her finished product is masterful. Anyway, we not only like her work but thoroughly enjoyed meeting her. She is in our permanent contact list and I don't mind telling everyone about her service and competency. Call her for great service and a fair price.
