George and his crew did the job efficiently and professionally. They came to install three fancy toilets and removed three less fancy semi functional toilets, and they did it well. George also gave good advice on a garbage disposal and pipes under the kitchen sink, likely preventing disaster in the future. Definitely recommend this business.

These guys came out to fix my sink the same day. I had been fiddling with it and cleaned all the tubing but it needed a good snake. After snaking the drain, they replaced some outside faucets for me too that I've been meaning to get changed. Was very impressed with their work and professionalism.

I called Plumber 2 The Rescue yesterday to unclogged my bathroom sink, they showed up on time as they promised, and after they spent one hour working on the sink they advised me that they couldn't unclogged it and they need to break the wall to find and cut the pipe to run a longer cable for $850.00 but no guarantee the work was going to be successful it may require more work and as a result more money. I called another plumber for a second opinion he showed up today and in less than one hour he fixed the problem by running a 65 ft cable for $85.00 no need to break the wall. Just make me wonder why Plumber 2 The Rescue was trying to do???

Max was friendly and responsive, came out and re-piped under my sink after I messed it up, and added some higher quality parts and piping.  He clearly knew what he was doing and provided a high caliber of service.  Will definitely call him again; no complaints at all!

We called because our sump pump in our basement stopped working and we had company coming over.  Michael helped us right away and had a plumber come over who did the work the same day.  Work was perfect!  Truly appreciated!

Answered the phone when I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day.  Luis was very friendly and professional.   Showed up within the scheduled time window.  Fixed my clogged drain issue.  Informed me of costs upfront.  Kept me informed about the inspection and provided recommendations to prevent recurrence by eventually replacing a corroded section of metal drain pipe with ABS plastic.  I was very satisfied with the service provided.  Not only would I highly recommend them to others, I would absolutely call them again for any drain/sewer plumbing issues.

When our old garbage disposal unit broke down, we knew we needed to install a new one immediately.  Alberto came to our home on very short notice and installed a new unit promptly and affordably.  We appreciate the kindness, honesty, and courtesy Alberto exhibited to us, and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a fantastic plumber.

Ok, so I've been thru more bad plumbers unfortunately than I can count. I just got used to it....I thought it was the way it goes.....the plumbers I have gone thru were all totally filthy, totally unreliable, and totally shady.

Rockstar Plumbing did it again. An emergency break in my water main this morning left me with water everywhere in the front yard. Due to the DWP curb key not being able to close for over two hours, I was scrambling. Rockstar was called right away and Spencer had Ever come to start working on the solution immediately.

The job turned into a bigger deal because the city line was still dripping water through the pipe and making it miserable for Ever to try to weld the new copper in place and the broken pipe ends were not going to line up straight at all, not even close. This guy never gave up for hours coming up with a solution that worked. The company honored the original quote.

This company always delivers and has great staff all the way up to the owner Matthew.

We needed a last minute repair and Miguel was knowledgeable, kind, and on time (harder to find around than it should be). Will definitely use them in the future.

Needed to snake two drains.  Victor was very responsive, quoted a reasonable price upfront, and showed up when he said he would.

Hermes Plumbing just finished a job at our condo and we were extremely impressed with their service. We had issues with both our kitchen sink faucet & the shower handle in the guest bathroom. They arrived timely, were very polite, professional & friendly, and completed the job in far less time than we were expecting. Most importantly, they were prepared and had all the supplies needed to replace the sink faucet and the shower handle so our issues were resolved in one visit. They didn't know ahead of time if this was going to be a fix or replace issue so the fact that they were prepared for either situation was great! Now we have a functioning kitchen sink again, just in time to be able to cook for Thanksgiving & our guest shower handle works so the shower is ready to use. Thank you, Hermes Plumbing!

I will not be using Rocket plumbing again and I caution other people to just dive in with them before getting everything straight.

2 stars for being able to diagnose a problem and quick response.  I worked with a plumber named Chris.  He was courteous but I was not very appreciative of the he handled business.  Pricing changed at least 4 times in the process because he just had to keep adding things on and at the very end, he stripped the shower handle. He then mentioned that it's old and that he could go buy one and install it and charge me for it.  What about the handle he removed 2 times and it was still fine until the very last isntall?  What about how he got sick of trying to fix it and just told me it is done so he could collect a check?  Good thing I checked his work before he left. The handle was not even secured and with 1 touch it would fall off. He then looked irritated when I called him out on his mistake and fiddled a bit and said sorry he couldn't do anything.  Oh at the cartidge costs another $25....so that $25 coupon on our website? yeah it basically is false because we can arbitrarily raise the price on actual hardware after you already signed a contract with us.  Perhaps it was a coincidence, but between trying to slither away after ruining the shower handle without telling me, and then cancelling out the coupon by showing up telling me that the price changed after i spoke with you 3 times that day on the phone made me feel like I should warn people.

Again, constant price changes, fix one problem while creating another, and lying about what occurred.  And lastly, when I complained, he had the gall to say I should have quoted you $20-40 more for a cartridge replacement to begin with.

I had a toilet with a cracked tank and wanted it replaced ASAP.  I contacted them (and several other companies) Wednesday night around 8:50pm via Yelp messages.  New Generation replied very quickly and immediately with a quote for the services (toilet pick-up from Home Depot, and then installation).  I didn't confirm immediately as I was checking with other companies as well.  I responded about 15 min later, but didn't get any more replies that night, which is understandable given the hour.  In the morning, at 8am, I replied again to get the conversation going.  They took my phone number through Yelp messages and someone called me about 20 min later.  At first, the person was unsure about the store pick-up as she said they don't usually do that, but I told her that I was given a specific quote (a fee just for the pick-up) and she immediately said that they'd honor that, then.  She scheduled me for an 11am-1pm service window.

I was happy to see that Martin and Charlie arrived at my door at 11:05am!  (I wanted to get this done early as we had plans later in the afternoon and I didn't want to get caught at home.)  They made very quick work of removing our old toilet and taking it out of the house.  Then, they brought in the new toilet and proceeded to get it all set up.

They were in and out in less than 2 hours.  I had considered trying to do this myself, but I'm glad I didn't try.  Toilets are heavy and it would have taken me a lot longer to figure out how to do everything.

Thanks to Martin, Charlie, and the office staff that made everything so quick and efficient at a decent price!

Awoke this morning to the smell of gas in the garage, and a lot of water pooled in the area between the water heater and the a/c furnace. Naturally I assumed the water heater was the cause and called Z&H, who had recently installed it.

Sure enough, they came right away. A close inspection revealed no problem with the water heater. Actually, the condensation line on the furnace was clogged, which caused the water pooling. They turned the gas to the furnace off, to be on the safe side. For good measure, they also basically unclogged the a/c condensation line, so no more flooding.

Even though the problem turned out to have nothing to do with their installation, and though they came out on a Saturday, they declined to charge me for the visit. Simply put, you can't find people with this kind of work ethic anymore. If you need any plumbing service at all, these are your guys.

P.S. I called Canoga Heating and Air, who installed our a/c system, but of course they're closed on Saturday and I got no callback. Guess who I won't be using for my future a/c needs.

Tommy showed up on time and wrote booties to enter.  He fixed the leak under the kitchen sink in no time and didn't charge me for the service.  I'm constantly impressed with this company. I've relied on them for years now. They take great care of my family. 5 stars!

They dispatched the technician within an hour even though my issue wasn't urgent. Tony came and did a great job in fixing the shut off valve. The price included the parts and labor, no surprise. It was very sufficient.

These guys saved us last night. George was very helpful over the phone and Vic fixed our plumbing issue in no time. Highly recommended! Vic was confident, courteous, and empathetic to our situation. Honestly, this dude deserves some kind of raise because he is like the Pipe Whisperer.

My first experience with this company was when I contacted them about servicing of a water heater located on the roof of our building. Although they were not able to do the job, Connie took the time to not only explain some of the details & pitfalls, but also gave me two referrals to other plumbers. I was very impressed by her knowledge and attitude and bookmarked them for future reference.

Yesterday, I called American at 9am, and by 10:30am Connie showed up at our door. She was able to not only fix the issues, but explained why they occurred as well as how to prevent them in the future. I now feel better equipped as a home owner, plus I now have a toilet that flushes ;)
