I attempted a DIY repair on my Bradford White water heater but once I realized it was a larger issue, I called in a professional. Another company gave me a 4 hour window, still showed up late, and couldn't fix the problem because they didn't have the parts. Called Plumber to the Rescue instead. Alex promptly returned my call and said he could send someone out the very next day. He gave me a 1 hour and 15 minute window that the plumber would show up and he actually showed up in that timeframe. Not only that, but Eddie had the parts in-hand and was in and out in less than an hour. Eddie is a professional, honest guy who is good at his job.

Our kitchen sink stopped draining over the Thanksgiving weekend.  When I put out a call for estimates, Max responded quickly with a reasonable flat rate estimate, then showed up on time and did an excellent, thorough job of fixing the problem.  He dealt with various inconveniences and glitches (e.g. our hose anti-siphon device soaked him) with good humor, and he helped me out with another small task (extracting a broken fitting from our shower head) while he was here.  100% positive experience, highly recommended.

Flood Brothers is great! Kyle Butler came out and fixed our upstairs toilet. Not only did he fix the problem, but was so friendly to the whole family. Now our son can use the bathroom for his potty training. I would recommend Flood Brothers to anyone.

Luis of Charlie's Rooter Service was stupendous! Luis explained to me the steps he was taking to clean out our dirty pipes and he gave me household remedies to have clean pipes. I used the $20 coupon that cost $10 and the $20 was taken off the total cost.

Called Saucedo Plumbing And Rooter LLC due to a note that was left at my doorstep from Golden State Water Company earlier in the day. It said that I needed to check my property/appliances for any water leaks. Apparently they noticed a abnormal reading from my water usage. I called Saucedo Plumbing and Alberto (owner)  spoke to about this note that was left. He came to my house in just a few hours and was able to crawl underneath the house and find exactly what it was. He came back out to explain to me what he found and what it would cost. He was very thorough and answered all my questions and put me at ease. He makes you feel comfortable about the repair and does a quick job. Would recommend to everyone!!!!!

We called Victor on New Year's Eve day with a clog in our kitchen sink. Victor was crazy busy but assured me he would get there by the afternoon.  When he arrived, he inspected the clean-out and quickly diagnosed where the problem was and how to access it.  He neatly removed the trap under the kitchen sink to access the location of the blockage in the pipes in the wall and was able to clear it very quickly. He worked very neatly and made very little mess and cleaned up everything.  He was very neat, clean and professional.  We will definitely call on him again with future issues! Thanks Victor.

Hermes Plumbing came to save the day again.  I used my Fidelity Home Warranty and always ask for them. They never make me feel bad I went through the warranty service. Mike took my call so early, before 8 am, and came out within just a few hours to unclog my master bathroom toilet plus sink. They've done our first floor bathroom, including improving the set up for a better flush, kitchen sink, and garbage disposal. They are so nice, respectful, experienced, and efficient. They are truly my heroes. Thank you!!!

I had a problem with my tankless hot water heater. Water was getting hot but then turning cold right away. I called new generation and they sent somebody out very promptly. Martin and John showed up and right away. They pointed out that there was a large sediment buildup in the fixtures themselves. They opened up and cleaned those out in a couple minutes, and then advised that the next step would be more drastic and involved flushing the tankless system, which has on occasion caused other issues. They advised I see if cleaning out the sediment fixes the problem before moving forward. They didn't charge me for the service call. It may not work in the end and I may need to go ahead and get the system, flushed or replaced, but I appreciate their thoughtfulness and light touch.

They repaired our water heater. It was the fastest repair I've ever seen! The appointment was scheduled for next day, they showed up on time and did the repair quickly and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

One of our rentals had a plugged upstairs drain. Our usual plumber was unavailable. Called plumber #2. They came out in the morning and could not clear the drain. They came out again in the afternoon and could not
clear the drain. I called 911 Plumbing Services and they worked with my tenant to set up an appropriate time to visit and was able to do what
two other plumbers were unable to do, clear out the drain. Enough said.

We had an excellent experience with Connie and American Drain Works.  Importantly, the bid was so much more reasonable than other plumbers we tried.  Beyond that, Connie was excellent to work with -- she explained the situation thoroughly in terms I could understand and showed me everything I needed to see about our pipes with the use of the snake cam.  Scrupulous and assiduous.  Her workers were excellent -- polite, considerate, etc.  I could not have had a better experience and I will be calling them again next time I have a problem at any of the properties that I manage.
