George and Jean are great. They're fair, responsive, thorough and don't recommend work that isn't needed. I've used them on 4 separate projects now and I've been pleased with all of their work. I'll be calling them for future plumbing needs and would recommend other so the same.

Jose beat the the best price by $900. He did an outstanding job. If you are looking for a quality plumber this is the guy.

I attempted a DIY repair on my Bradford White water heater but once I realized it was a larger issue, I called in a professional. Another company gave me a 4 hour window, still showed up late, and couldn't fix the problem because they didn't have the parts. Called Plumber to the Rescue instead. Alex promptly returned my call and said he could send someone out the very next day. He gave me a 1 hour and 15 minute window that the plumber would show up and he actually showed up in that timeframe. Not only that, but Eddie had the parts in-hand and was in and out in less than an hour. Eddie is a professional, honest guy who is good at his job.

If you're looking for a plumber, save yourself a headache and call these guys.

Our toilet was clogged and we went through 2 plumbers using our home warranty insurance. Both could not get the blockage cleared snaking it. They claimed it was past 100 feet so the insurance would not cover it. We bit the bullet and called Charlie from the awesome Yelp reviews. He came on time first thing in the morning unlike the others who came at the end of their 3 hour windows. Using his camera, it showed the blockage was around 40 feet and he was able to clear it!! Thank you Charlie!! We won't bother  calling anyone else in the future!! :-)

Honestly, if you live in or anywhere near the west side in L.A. and you need a plumber, call Saucedo. Alberto is great guy and a hands-on owner who really knows his stuff.  The price he quoted was more than fair (far less than I was quoted by one big plumbing company...you know the one), and the actual price ended up being on the low end. Also -- and this shouldn't be a big deal but of course it is -- they actually showed up exactly when they said they would! I know, crazy! Also unlike the bigger companies, they  didn't try to upsell me whatsoever. Great company, great owner, great experience overall.

Chris recently did a repair in my building involving shutting off the water for the building. I requested that he come up afterwards to check the water pressure in my kitchen faucet which had been dwindling. He showed up after he was finished and tested all my faucets.  He affirmed that my kitchen faucet was old and did not have proper filtration. It had never worked very well. I waited until after the holidays to contact his office. Darcy was extremely polite and knowledgeable and scheduled an appointment for the next day to replace my faucet. Chris called me the next morning to inform me that he would be a bit late as he had to purchase a new faucet. He arrived within the new timeframe with a beautiful state of the art faucet. He is very nice and thorough and made sure that I was satisfied with my new faucet. This is a very honest company and not overpriced. Highly recommend.

This plumber deserves all the 5 star ratings he has. They are amazing! Starting with the guy who answered the phone yesterday. I explained what happened.....my daughter made a mess out of hot wax and I was sure she ruined our garbage disposal because it started spraying water. He listed to what I had to say then said give me a minute to make notes. He schedule a plumber doing a time that was convenient for me. Dijon (I hope I spelled it correctly) arrived on time with a pleasant attitude. I explained what was going on he checked everything, took the pipe apart and inspected the garbage disposal and did not find any issues. Apparently the issue resolved itself. He said call if I have any more trouble give them a call. So I thanked him and told him to let me go get my checkbook and he asked why. I replied don't I owe you a service call fee. He said no. I was shocked. He made my day! I will use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I own TreeCareLA. We had a situation where some work on tree roots required an emergency plumbing repair. We called a other plumber who came out, tried for 2 hours and couldn't fix it!

We called New Pro at about 9pm on a Friday night. He got on site in about 45 minutes. There was some sticker shock at the price and I was already pissed that the other company wasted so much of my time.

I watched every move Miguel made and I could tell he was the real deal. He was basically working in mud, but kept the pipes and tools squeaky clean while he did the repair in pitch dark.

After seeing how involved the repair was and having a previous plumber to compare him to, I was totally happy with the price and the quality of the work. He got it right the first time.

My kitchen sink was backing up and water was backing up into the laundry room. I tried to fix the problem on my own but got no where. Victor showed up exactly when he said he would and fixed the problem in 30 minutes! He gave me a fair reasonable price and was extremely professional!

We had a leak and they came out the same day and repaired it. Fast service and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them.

Mandel and his crew did a fantastic job.  He came out the same day, provided me with a fair quote and completed the job within 24 hours.  I appreciated his patience in educating me about the issues with my plumbing. He has all of the latest equipment, which allows him to work quickly and efficiently.  He also provided more than just one recommendation re: how to approach and resolve the problem. I was very stressed out when he arrived but his expertise and professional demeanor quickly calmed me down - I knew that I was in good hands. I definitely recommend this business and would use them again.

Jose from Rocket Plumbing is amazing! After discovering a leak under our new house late in the afternoon before moving day, we needed help ASAP.  Rocket Plumbing was able to fit us in first thing the following morning.  Jose showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, worked on a repair and got us back up and running.  We will always use Rocket Plumbing in the future.

I called New Generation Plumbing because my sinks and toilet weren't draining properly.  They responded promptly and sent over Jose & Martin.  They took a look and told me the toilets were doing their job, it's just that they were old (from 2005) and I could buy new ones if I wanted the toilets to do a better job, but that they were functioning fine.  They also took hair out of the sink drain, which improved the water flow.  

Jose & Martin were professional, on time, very polite and wore their masks.  I'd definitely recommend New Generation Plumbing and will use them once I decide to upgrade my toilets.

i just had my shut off valve replaced in order to put my new stove in  and they did an excellent job! .They were very friendly ,great priced ,and also on time even helped me set up the stove so i can cook for my family. .Not only that they explained everything to me even what the pieces were that were left.I will definently use them for future business and so should you excellent compay.!

We recently had a leak in our bathroom and of course it had to occur on a Friday after hours. Our property management company called Flood Brothers Plumbing and they came out, shut off the water, and diagnosed a cracked pipe for a charge of $150. Next morning on Saturday, I contacted them for a quote to replace the cracked pipe. They wanted to charge me a whopping $2200, which turned out to be SIX TIMES more than the next company I contacted!!!

In the end, I am so grateful to have avoided this predatory company.  Do your homework and call around. There are still plumbing companies out there that are honest and ethical and charge accordingly, even in emergency situations. Sadly, this company isn't one of them. I will be requesting my management company to never contact them for any future plumbing issues.

Thomas came to the rescue on a Sunday when our garbage disposal / kitchen sink clogged up in our old townhome. Not only was he punctual and professional- he quickly fixed the problem and took extra measure to ensure our pipes were clear! Thank you so much Sal's & Thomas!!!

We needed a plumber last minute to come reconnect our new kitchen sink and drinking faucet pipes due to some renovation delays. Lalo came to our rescue and took care of the problem in a very timely manner. He wore booties to keep our floors protected and a mask (due to Covid) the entire time. Their estimate also turned out to be the most reasonably priced compared to a few other plumbers we talked to. Highly recommend this company!
