They took took care of a very difficult problem with the shower. They persisted, solved the problem effectively and efficiently and did not turn it into a bigger project than it was. I really appreciate what they did for us. And this is after years of calamitous misadventures with other repair personnel. Thank you so much.

After having a plumber with years of experience come out to unclog our apartment shower failed us miserably, we reached out to plumber 2 the rescue. The guy we originally called snaked our drain for 5 minutes and said we needed to replace the pipes and left. He still charged us and our drain was still clogged. Plumber 2 the rescue was able to get us a same day appointment and George came out and unclogged it in 5 minutes!!!! And charged less than what we had to pay the other guy to not even get the job done. Super nice guy and educated us on our super old pipes! Thanks George!

We had to replace a shower valve. It required cutting into an interior wall to access the plumbing. Alberto and I communicated about the job, he gave me an estimate, and we set up a time. He and his partner arrived right when they said they would, and managed the replacement very quickly and efficiently. They did great work, and he's a super nice guy. Would hire again!

Our main water line burst on Friday night. We got a lot bids on Saturday. Ace Plumbing gave us the best deal and did great work. The repair began Sunday at 8 am and was complete by 1:30. We could not be happier.

Not to be cliche, but if I could give Mandel and Clay 10 out of 5 stars, I would. My husband and I made the mistake of attempting to change our bathtub faucet handle ourselves, using a hacksaw and all other types of great tools that a novice should probably never bring near any type of plumbing (thanks, YouTube). Of course water started spraying everywhere, I couldn't figure out how to shut off the water, I panicked and called Mandel.

He answered right away, showed up on my doorstep in less than 30 minutes, and set me up with my new faucet and handle. All on a Sunday evening.

Rocket Plumbing and their employee Sam dealt with a bathroom leak I had in a corteous and professional way. It was easy to make an appointment at a reasonable time when I was free, and the work was done quickly, in about an hour and a half. The leak has stopped, which is exactly what I would hope for! The sewer under our driveway to the city hookup was damaged and root infested. New Generation came out to water jet the roots, but video showed that some of the sewer had collapsed. We decided to replace the old sewer with a new one using the trenchless method. Tony and his team were super professional. A job that was supposed to take three days only took two and the finished results were excellent and the price was reasonable. The concrete patch they did on my driveway did a perfect match for texture and the seam is almost invisible.  You expect a plumber to know plumbing, but the concrete work was a major added bonus.

Called Z&H Plumbing to get a P trap installed and repair a leaking dishwasher pipe that was caused by faulty piping by my previous contractor. They were able to install a P trap within a very narrow space without having to remove dry wall and diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher pipe (the previous people used the wrong hose). They were able to do both repairs within an hour and a half. My experience with Z&H was outstanding. I would recommended them to others and will be using their services in future plumbing needs.

Anthony and the 2 other employees from Flood Brother's answered my call right away.  They arrived and were polite and very professional.  I was in some trouble as sewer water was coming up my bathtub drain.  

    I'm so grateful for all the work they did.  They explained the problem and gave me status every so often as I sat and did homework with my daughter.
They wore masks and always respected social distance when updating me on the progress.  

  Anthony asked me if I had a clean out..  I didn't even know what that was.  I'm so grateful to have found a company that didn't take advantage of me.  They even installed a clean out to make any future job a piece of cake!

Thank you Thomas and Jose for taking care of my plumbing.  They replaced really old pipes that were disintegrating and put new pipes. It was a major job and they did great.

Abel, Ash, and Greg did an amazing job fixing the broken diverter on my shower fixture. They came out and diagnosed the problem, then returned to install the necessary defective part. They were fast, affordable, and they worked cleanly. I will definitely call them again.

I've used American Drain Works for small jobs around my condo.  Recently I called them to get an estimate on my house for a fairly big job (updating drain/water lines);  because this house was further away, Connie recommended another company that they have worked with before.  First, I really liked the company that they referred me to, and felt that I could trust them (which you don't always get in this line of work!).  Second, I called Connie back to get her opinion on some of the things they proposed and she took the time to explain everything in a way that I understood it.  And she was very quick to respond to a couple of emails I sent her.  Wonderful customer service and someone that I could trust.
