very much appreciated the easy communication as well as giving a quote through texting instead of having to come to the apartment. the job was performed successfully and efficiently despite being for something that another plumber had already told me they couldn't do. highly recommended!

I have been using Jose for 20 years and he has always done a fantastic job.  From water heater replacement, leaking gravity heater, clogged drains and faucet replacement.  Our house is 100 yrs old and Jose is able to take care of all our issues.  He is very responsive and most importantly, trustworthy.  We had to leave town and needed work.  We gave him our code and key and came home to the work done and cleaned up.  I will never use another plumber.  Jose can do anything and do it well.

Well, it happened again--plumbing issues.  This time, a backed up tub and a toilet that overflowed, both on a Sunday morning.  I called Plumber to the Rescue and they had a two-person team arrive 20 minutes earlier than their estimated arrival time.  Eddie asked some pointed diagnostic questions that got right to the crux of the problem.  He then explained that if the problem is X, he would need to do steps 1, 2 & 3; but if the problem is Y, then he would have to do steps A, B and C.  After a few more diagnostic tests, Eddie determined what the root of the problem was (roots interfering with one of the main sewer lines), used this machine to fix it, and the plumbing issue was solved.  The team used their vacuum to clean up the pools of water and wiped down the dirt that resulted from the line-clearing process.   The process from their arrival to their departure took a quick 45 minutes!  

This is my second service call from Plumber to the Rescue and both times, the employees are friendly, respectful and demonstrated a vast knowledge of plumbing issues and solutions.  I was also impressed by the fact that Eddie took his shoes off before entering the house without being asked to-- which was a very professional and considerate move.  I also found their pricing to be very fair and reasonable, particularly for a Sunday morning call.

Max is great. I hired him to switch out my water pressure regulator. He's honest and reliable. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again!

We called because our sump pump in our basement stopped working and we had company coming over.  Michael helped us right away and had a plumber come over who did the work the same day.  Work was perfect!  Truly appreciated!

I wish I could give Charlie's Sewer & Drain 20 stars, that's how wonderful they were to deal with.  Luis was very forthcoming and walked us through each step of what he was seeing and doing.  He laid out all of our options and got us quotes quickly.   Never had a second thought about Luis and his team from the moment they scoped out our line to when they finished the work of replacing our mainline and adding a clean out.   So happy to finally have this issue (that we've dealt with for way too long) off our plate and that we found these amazing guys to take care of it.

I needed a reliable plumber who services the Culver City area to help replace a shower cartridge and faucet for a rental unit. I reached out to Saucedo Plumbing and connected with Alberto who was prompt in returning my messages and was available to take care of the problem right awa. He said via text that he would be on site at 8am and guess what....he was! I was very pleased that he was on time. He took care of the problem and provided valuable feedback. Needless to say he provided excellent, prompt service, and going forward, I will be using his company.

We called Ace after a different plumber (who gave a cheaper initial quote) did a half-ass job installing our new toto toilet and bathroom faucet. After the install, The new toilet rocked back and forth when we sat on it, breaking the caulking below, and clearly wasn't attached to the floor right. We didn't trust the original plumber to come back and fix it properly. He was either ignorant or lazy. The ACE office manager Darcy was so kind on the phone and even suggested the 1st company might be able to fix it for us free of charge, but we really wanted fresh professional eyes rather than risk damage or waste more time. The ACE business owner Chris came by that day to check it out for us and easily identified the problems. The first plumber had only used 2 of the required 6 screws mounting the toilet and just hoped we wouldn't notice (screws hidden under the skirt)!  Chris also voluntarily fixed another issue the other plumber had ignored on the installation of our new bathroom faucet, to be nice. Chris was efficient and didn't over-charge even though he easily could have.  Chris and Darcy at ACE have won us over for life, and we will tell our friends. Don't buy nice new fixtures and cheap out on the installation. You'll regret it. Sometimes, plumbing included, you really get what you pay for.

For Christmas, the company should put Shawn on one side of a scale and gold bars on the other until the scale balances. Then they should give Shawn the resulting gold.
We suddenly had no working toilets recently. Rockstar had Shawn and his helper (whose name unfortunately escapes me) there the same afternoon. Shawn showed me on camera the plant root blocking the pipe. There followed excavation and repair, and subsequent excavation and repair the next day of a broken pipe near the sidewalk. This was very hard work, which both of them did with a very positive attitude. At the end of the job, Shawn even hosed down the driveway and the sidewalk.

I called on a Sunday morning, and Miguel as able to get here at the time I wanted (late in the afternoon - they had an earlier time open as well!!)

Our bathroom sink had clogged up, so he quickly and efficiently snaked the pipes, and also gave us 30 day warranty.

He was in and out within half an hour, and was very friendly. Highly recommended.

Victor was amazing! Super efficient, smart, and was able to explain the root of the issue to us perfectly.

Extremely happy with my service. Mike showed up right on time, knew what the problem was right away and repaired my broken drain valve on my water heater. He and his co worker were in and out in about 20 minutes. Super professional and kind too. Definitely calling them again for all my plumbing needs. Thanks guys!

Wow. I couldn't thank them enough. Mandel and Kelly are dedicated to taking care of their customers and going above and beyond.

I bought the wrong kitchen faucet and Kelly returned it to Lowe's for me and didn't charge me extra. I didn't expect him to do that all because the faucet costs less than his time. I figured I would donate it. But Mandel insisted I shouldn't lose money.

Mandel arranged for another technician to do water damage repair at my house after Kelly discovered my supply lines were leaking. One of my property managers was there the day with his worker. They saw the leak and water damage under the sink and ignored it.

Being a long-distance landlord is very stressful. Mandel comforted me in telling me I could put all of my stress on him and let him take care of all of my plumbing problems.

Kelly picked up a different kitchen faucet at Home Depot the next day and installed it. My buying the wrong faucet cost him three trips to the stores and two to my house. They didn't charge me any extra.

Amazing service! We had no water at our office in downtown LA and he quickly arrived, resolved the problem, and was super friendly. Highly recommended!!

What exceptional plumbers! We were unable to have our new washing machine installed due to the previous washer leads corroding onto the nozzles, and we were eager to have our old, broken washing machine replaced with our new one ASAP. We called on a Friday afternoon and were able to have someone come out first thing Saturday morning. Our plumbers were on-time, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They were able to fix our issues right away, and they also gave us some great advice about our water heater! All in all, these guys will absolutely be our go-to plumbers going forward!

I was looking for tankless water heater installation online, after getting few estimates and making decisions who to work with I saw Z & H Ad on IG and trying getting estimate also and Im glad I did.
Spoke with Zorro  and he was able to stop by next day for consultation.
Out of all company's only Zorro mentioned that I can get gas company rebate when I switch to tankless and gave me better price then rest of the company's.
Job scheduled next day and installation took few hours to complete.
Zorro explained everything that I needed to know about tankless system and he also showed me how to replace water heater filter cartridge.

When we needed a new water heater for our home, we called several companies all with various prices. Flood Brothers happened to be the highest, but they also made us feel the most confident and after reading all the Yelp reviews we gave them a shot. We haven't looked back. They are extremely professional, thorough, and they provide options with prices so you can make an informed decision. We recently had a leak and Flood Brothers was there within two hours to fix it. Brenden kept us up to speed with when he would be arriving and took care of the issue promptly.
