George was very professional and good at what he does.  He came over, explained the issue for me and fixed my bathroom problem.  I would recommend his service to future costumers.

This is the third time we've used them.  The first time was a good experience too but this time they knocked it out of the park.  I called hoping to schedule someone in the next week or so for a small non-emergency issue.  Two hours later I had a plumber and his helper at my front door,  a clear description of what I was getting for my money, two fixed problems one of which involved going and getting parts-  and someone who respected my home and actually thanked me for my business.   We will call them again when something similar comes up.

Max came out when we called him on a Friday night for a backup of our toilet that was draining into the garage.   He managed to snake the shower and get everything fixed and also snaked our disposal too.  Thanks max!

Great company. We had a clog in our shower drain and they came early in the morning and unclogged quick and were on time and professional. Will definitely use them again when we have a plumbing problem.

I needed an outdoor drain repaired.  Charlie's sewer and drain made it super simple.  They left the area looking better than how they found it (re-orienting some paving stones and laying some landscaping stone).  They went above and beyond, all for the price that was quoted.

Had a big job, a real nightmare thankfully a good friend who spoke highly of them referred me. I usually don't go with referrals but they did a great job and I'm not just satisfied but thankful that everything went went. I am very picky and I gotta admit I am impressed.

My young daughter goes #2 bigger than anything I have ever seen. She frequently clogs our toilets but it's nothing I couldn't handle. Well one day there was a clog beyond my abilities. I called Rockstar plumbing and they scheduled an appointment time that worked for me. Chris, the plumber came right on time and was super professional. He outlined the process and gave me a quote that was affordable. He snaked my line, was fast and efficient. I will definitely be using Rockstar plumbing again! Rockstar, you rock!!!

Showed up on time he was friendly, helpful and didn't over sell. I will definitely call them back if I need any plumbing work done in the future.

This review based off my own personal experience with representatives of Hermes Plumbing. They were sent to my place by Fidelity National Home Insurance Co. to stop the running water in the toilet.

I found them incompetent (didn't know how to open my washlet, even with the Manual, I have provided), hence, couldn't diagnose the problem. On top of it all, they broke the filter, which they attempted to pull out to wipe it off.

The service was performed on 07/12/22, invoice #1642.

If I could have given them no stars at all, I would have done it. Consider yourselves warned!

Quick to respond! Excellent service! Mandel was very quick to respond and always helpful. Kevin came out and did a great job replacing our faucet. We will use them again.

I pray that we never have another plumbing problem, but if we do, I'm calling Rocket Plumbing. Chris came out quickly on an emergency sewage backup in the guest bathroom in April. He did a thorough and efficient job, explained what the issues were, and advised that our landlords should get the carpet steam cleaned.

7 months later, we had another backup from the washing machine drain. The landlord called, and Brian must have been concerned given how upset the landlord was, and pulled Chris off another job to come out and fix the situation immediately.

Chris cleared the blockage, used booties to avoid getting the carpet dirty, and was sympathetic to the fact that our landlord first tries to blame us (the tenants) for when stuff breaks at their unit, even though the place is over 12 years old and hasn't had plumbing maintenance done once. (We have the place cleaned weekly and also are careful to collect hair, Kleenex and compost material to throw out in the garbage instead of down sinks or toilets... I mean, we've lived in houses built in the 1920s in the Northeast, where pipes are riddled with tree roots, so we KNOW not to throw things down drains/toilets!)

I give Chris a ton of credit because I think he may have an injury or physical handicap, but he was easily able to maneuver the washer/dryer units and get his heavy snake equipment up and down the stairs. (I have very little upper body strength, so am pretty much worthless when it comes to lifting heavy equipment.)

This is a 5-star operation.

I will be recommending them to anyone who has a plumbing problem. As a former homeowner, I've worked with plenty of contractors before, but these guys tell it like it is, give you a fair quote, show up on time, and get the work done. And they didn't even ask for a positive review, which I thought was classy as well. Thank you, Chris and Brian!!

Martine and his assistant arrived at 9:08am, right at the start of the 9-11am window. Yes! They quickly assessed and fixed what was wrong with our Noritz tankless water heater, even though the app for it wasn't working. Boom! We will definitely be calling New Generation Plumbing again if we have any other plumbing issues.

After getting few estimates for water heater replacement  from other plumbing companies, i decided to trust Zorro  and have Z & H Plumbing install 50 gallon power vent water heater in my rental condo.After scheduling the work for next day,Jerry and John showed up on time and dod great work.
Place was clean like never before.

My mother's plumbing got taken care of,  we waited 2 days for another co. to show up they never did , i called Giovanni he was their the next day on time, and did a great job, and the price was right. 2 days before Christmas and my garbage disposal backed up kitchen sink!    I texted and got a response within the hour that they would help me out the next day.    Connie and her team are most efficient, professional and friendly.   The office let me know she was running a little late and that was so helpful.   When Connie and Lalo got there they got right to work and were organized, super clean and explained everything really well.   I also had questions about my bathroom faucet leak, and hot water in the shower and let me just say that Connie took extra time to help me out with all of it.   She tried to find a part for me online but the piece was disconnected,  she then showed me other options for faucets...we went down to the water heaters and she checked it all out and gave suggestions on what to do.    Connie was amazing!    I appreciated the time,  the explanations and her demeanor which was professional and instilled confidence.    They left everything super clean and I am back in business!   I will definitely continue to work with Connie and give her my highest recommendation!!
