George was amazing: he arrived on time and set expectations for the scope of work and was able to return that SAME day after finishing his other jobs to complete our job. This was necessitated by the fact of needing more equipment to clear the blockage created by a tile guy who flushed grout water down our hall bath for feeling disrespected when we had asked for a do-over for chipped tiles. George explained everything that he was finding in everyday terms for easy understanding. Luckily, George did not have to break into the wall to replace the pipe but instead found the rag used to block the drain. Very grateful for how thorough George was in triple checking after removing the block that there were no unforeseen extraneous causes. The backup had caused flooding into the garage and downstairs bath and George ascertained that was no longer going to occur. Professional and efficient; proficient and knowledgeable. A few days ago a neighbor posted about this plumber on the next-door neighborhood app. today my kitchen sink backed up as it does about once a year so I gave this guy a call, he showed up on time/same day and did a great job. My sink and pipes were being finicky and he stayed and worked it out and didn't charge me more. Great price & service all around. I will definitely be calling him again.

I was recommended by a good friend about Charlie's Rooter Service, our shower has had draining problems for years. We would used a snake tool unclogg it,  but it would only last a few weeks until it went back to being clogged.

Alberto is Awesome!!  Going into the basement workshop to put some tools away late Friday afternoon, I noticed water spraying out of one of our copper water pipes that feeds the house.  It was at a joint that made a 90 degree bend to go up inside a wall and was notched into a 2x12 beam that was almost impossible to reach.  I called Alberto and he arrived within 20 minutes.  Much to my relief he was able to get a torch in and undo the leaking pipe at the buried joint and replace it.  He was in and out in less than an hour and his fee was quite fair.  This is our 2nd experience and the first was just as awesome.  He will be my first call for all plumbing needs - (assuming the rates remain reasonable).

This is the first time I have ever called a plumber for any plumbing issues and they were very nice to me from the start.  All my questions were answered and I am completely satisfied with their work and their service.  They sent out James and he was very nice and informative and I could tell they were a very honest and had great company ethics.  I would definitely use rockstar plumbing again in the future.

Excellent!  I called for a possible repair.  The sink in the kitchen was possibly leaking.  After a check on it, the issue was quickly resolved.   Since he was there, I asked him to check my old fussy toilet... Thankfully he did.  The old water guzzler had a significant crack on the bottom of the tank.  He was able to grab me a new water saving toilet and install it.  Great service- very professional.

I had somehow managed to get a piece of glass stuck in my garbage disposal that made the whole system get stuck. Within 15 minutes Victor offered to FaceTime me and walk me through getting it unstuck. And it worked! I'm so so grateful!

Hayk responded promptly and came out the next day to fix our leaking tub spout. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly with parts he had in the truck. He was courteous and clear about the problem and solution. I'll definitely call him in the future.

Had a broken pipe in bathroom sink. I called on Monday and Sam came out on Wednesday.  Diagnosed problem quickly and said there were two possible fixes, a less expensive and a more expensive one. I had another company out on Monday, and they only mentioned the more expensive fix, which was 276% the price of Sam's low quote and 193% the price of his high quote. Sam completed the job quickly and effectively and I am happy. I recommend!

I needed a leaking shower faucet fixed and I called all 5 places next to my house. It seems like nobody wants business because nobody picked up or responded to my texts/voicemails even after two days! The next day I expanded my search and New Generation Plumbing picked up right away and they had a tech, Martin, out to my house 3 hours later the SAME DAY. That's service! Martin greased up the cartridge and retightened everything (as the cartridge was only a year old). It fixed the problem!

Martin was very respectful, wore his booties and cleaned up going the extra mile to provide good service. I'd highly recommend you guys call them for your needs - it's great to have somebody to recommend in the NELA area.

I needed to replace my old water heater with a new tankless system. The Z&H Plumbing team was fast, efficient, reliable and very clean. If they needed to enter the house they would always put booties on and even laid down some tarp as to not dirty the home. They worked with my schedule and were a reasonable price. I've had nothing but great experiences with these guys. This is my first time going to them, and if possible, I will try to use them for all of our future plumbing issues. We had a pipe in our kitchen start leaking on (of course) a Friday night. By Saturday morning the leak was much worse and actively gurgling into our wall. Obviously, it was an emergency. We had to shut the water off. I called several plumbing companies and these were the only guys who were able to come out and assess it right away. Brendan was the one who answered the call, and he was quick, incredibly professional, gave us some discounts on the call and assessment and then drew up three detailed quotes for different degrees of repair along with photos of the damage. We rent so we had to clear it with the landlord before proceeding. But once we had the green light a few days later, Brendan and his team showed up immediately. The two guys who actually did the repair, Guilio and Efrain, were just as great - quick, clean, precise and they explained everything they were finding and doing as they moved through the job. They finished in the time they said they would, the house was clean and they showed us the after images of the repair work. Also, I got three other quotes for comparison and their rates were on par with every other quote I got, but the experience, responsiveness and professionalism was just unbeatable. I highly recommend these guys for any plumbing issue.

Made an appointment easily over the phone to inspect a leak under the kitchen sink. Appreciated the free leak inspection as other companies sometimes charge just to come out. The plumber actually showed up earlier than the expected time window and was very courteous. He found the leak very quickly and it turned out the leak just needing a tightening of the water spray. Thankfully he said no charge as the fix took like one second. Appreciated the quick service and his time. Will definitely use them next time and recommend them.

None of the other busy people I called were nice enough to make a recommendation. So while I cannot rate American Drainworks for fixing my plumbing, I can certainly write about the pleasant experience of interacting with Connie and her staff, and the wonderful way in which they do business.
