My new GO-TO plumbers! These guys are the BEST! Very polite, prompt, and knowledgeable. Turns out, I needed a new water heater and I needed it elevated on a concrete slab..DONE & DONE! George also educated me on the necessity of a pressure regulator and why it's a priority... Although it was an unexpected expense, it made sense! After getting a few other estimates it was clear that I was getting the best deal from him. The job was completed the next morning. Thanks again guys!

My hot water tank has not been working properly for some time it's taking 10 minutes to heat up hot water. Called several plumbing co and Real Plumber came gave me an estimate and came back to fix it. Jose was knowledgeable and fix the problem. And made sure my exhaust pipe was working properly as well and will cause no danger to my family. And just like magic I have instant hot water now. Don't have to take warm to cold shower now in this cold weather. Thank you.

Warren and his team are just amazing. I had other people come to try to fix my plumbing problem but could not fix it. And I called warren to come fix it and everything gets fixed. He's honest and tell you the truth of what's happening and does not overcharge. Now i call plumber to the rescue for every plumbing problem. He doesn't leave until the job is done.  I wouldn't call anyone else.

Max is great. I hired him to switch out my water pressure regulator. He's honest and reliable. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again!

First of all, thank you Flood brothers for the most amazing, comprehensive and honest service. I had an URGENT and  developing plumbing situation that included raw sewage dumping into the crawl space under my house that was left undiscovered for a week until the smell alerted me to the problem. (This was  due to the incompetence and possible criminality of a previous plumber ) Brandon was so thorough, and  supported each new unhappy  discovery so efficiently all along the way. Brandon was AMAZING!!!! The price quote was a little higher than others , but because of his very in depth explanation of what was going on, the time and patience he took,  it gave me the confidence that I could depend on good work and  $ for $ value. Then  as a few more unexpected plumbing issues were discovered!!!!( I know. Worst nightmare)   Continued to calmly troule shoot with me until a very reasonable and ingenious compromise could be actioned!  Because of Brandon's trouble shooting , despite their quote,  I ended up saving money in the end and feel I got a bargain.  I am so grateful to Brandon and his team.  IF YOU HAVE A PLUMBING ISSUE, ask for Brandon,  and use these guys. There is a reason they have so many great reviews.

What a great outfit. Did everything we asked for perfectly and then threw in an extra job for no charge. You won't find better or more reasonably priced plumbers anywhere.

It's Thanksgiving Day. Water is backing up and coming into the house. What started as an emergency turned into something wonderful. Warren came out - the owner of this father son company. He was reassuring, ran a snake through an outside drain and found it was damaged by roots. Left us with a stump pump to handle the situation for the day and is returning to install a hidden stump pumpkin so this never happens again. (Repairing the pipe would be not cost effective given it runs thirty feet and is under six feet of dirt.)

He was cheery, experienced, prompt, and offered a solution no one else had thought of. I actually feel lucky this happened so I can know him and have a plumber I can trust. (I've tried so many.) Can't recommended them more highly.

Extremely friendly employees; however, the price was significantly higher than 2 others that are also fully bonded/licensed.  I called Rockstar plumbing, and we setup an appointment.  A day prior to the appointment, I received a phone call saying that the tech's job before mine was going to be longer, and they asked me if I could reschedule.  WIth my work schedule, I was not able to accommodate it; however, Josh was very polite, he placed me on hold, and was able to adjust the tech.
The tech, Sal, came to my home.  He was extremely polite and professional.  He proceeded to text his boss for a price, and they came back with $2300.  Sal reached out to his boss again the the price lowered to $1700.  Then is when I shared my previous quote for $700 from a local competitor.  I called the first company back and they came a few hours later.
Profit is a good thing, that is what is amazing about a market economy, but I would expect a couple hundred dollar difference from company to company, but such a significant difference was a bit unnerving (I needed one leaky pipe underneath the house replaced, ~3 feet).  Regardless, the technician was very cordial and polite, and he doesn't set the pricing.
1 Star for price, 4 stars for overall service, but I rounded down to 2 for my final rating.

Had a clogged drain in the kitchen. My go to plumber couldn't get it, recommended scoping and hydro-jetting ($600-$800). I was pretty freaked because my sink line runs through the foundation to the sewer, if there was a bigger problem - disaster. I called Victor about hydro jetting since I already had tried rooting. HE advised trying to router again, for a third of the price of hydro-jetting. I agreed. Long story short, he cleared it in 15 minutes. There are cheaper router services. You get what you pay for.

I highly recommend Hermes Plumbing and Rooting for all your plumbing needs.  I have used Hermes Plumbing a few times and each time has been a better experience than the previous.

They are quick to arrive, especially when you are in a time of need.  Not to mention, extremely thorough, clean, and professional when they work.  

I had a complicated tankless water heater issue once that 2 other plumbers couldn't fix.  Hermes Plumbing knew exactly what was wrong from my description over the phone and they even took the time to explain the issue in detail and how they were going to fix it.

Will definitely call them again in the future!

Mandel sent his team out (contracted with Right Time Rooter and Plumbing) to replace and relocate my hot water heater outside.  Anthony and his guys showed up on time and did a great job.  There was a minor issue that caused the pilot light to go out and he offered to come by that evening.  I didn't want to disturb his evening so he came out the first thing the next morning and everything's been fine ever since.  They also wore masks which is a plus in my book.

Guys are good. Called on Friday...came out Saturday morning and unclogged the sink.
Gave me a discount because he was 30 mins late which I totally did not expect them to do. Accepts credit cards as well which is nice..who carries cash these days anyway

Workman were polite, prompt and very nice! I had a leaking faucet that ended up having to be replaced. They were able to identify some other problems as well but were not pushy or interested in up selling me at all. I'm grateful for their service.

I'm so glad I contacted Z&H! Every other company quoted me nearly $5k to replace my water heater. These guys were straight with me from the get-go. Great price, fast work, and were able to come the next day.

My water heater drain valve failed during after hours on Easter Sunday. As you can imagine, it was poor timing. After calling Flood Brothers, I was connect with Junior. Over the next ~30min, Junior helped me troubleshoot a fix that would not require him traveling to my home - and no cost. The conversation unfolded over a number of calls and texts, and was critical in stopping what seemed to be a never ending leak that would have caused more damage to my home. Junior was able to identify an extra pipe fitting in a photo that I sent and advised I used it to plug the leak. Which worked like a charm. Thank you Junior!

Our toilet was backed up (so pleasant) and I called Sal's right away. They came in no time and did a quick and thorough job clearing the clog. I will definitely be using them in the future!
