I requested a quote for water heater maintenance on Yelp and got a response from Jose right away. At first I was scheduled for the following day, but Freddy was finishing a job in my area so he was able to come to my house the same day. I found both Jose and Freddy to be friendly and easy to communicate with. My project was not very complicated -- just a regular flush of the system -- but I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for a different project.

You can believe all those earlier rave reviews. We needed a plumber -- not an emergency, but work that was clearly over our heads and needed attention. Based on all the favorable reviews on Yelp, we called My Plumbing Doctor. Within a day, and on time, Warren was here, he did the job quickly and very well, and without any cost surprises. As chance would have it, a further need brought Eddie to us. He's as good and as efficient as Warren. Summary: These guys do good honest work. They're the ones we'll always call from now on.

Our water heater went out late Friday, we didn't get a chance to deal with it until the weekend.  I found Max on Yelp, and the reviews seemed really positive. You're always taking a chance when relying on reviews - perhaps they're fake?  

I called on Saturday morning, Max was there that morning checking it out.  Quoted us a price for a basic fix, very fair price.  Turned out it was more complicated said he'd be back on Monday first thing to diagnose and fix.  Max got the parts we needed and he fixed it all really quickly and reliably.  He gave us a legible invoice, explained everything to us, got everything back up and running.  The price was more than fair, and he was more than reliable.  I can't say enough nice things about Max and A-1, he did everything you could hope he would do, quickly, expeditiously and friendly.

The positive reviews of A-1 are definitely not fake!  He's the real deal!

Jerry is always easy to get a hold of, does not waste my time making me wait around for him, and gives me quick solutions with long-lasting results.  He has done everything from minor faucet leaks to fixing rattling pipes in my crawlspace to a full sewer line repair leading up to the city's sewer. His estimates are reasonable and his work is terrific.  Most importantly, if we have a real problem that needs a fix FAST, he always makes time for us.  I am under the impression that this concierge-type service is not just reserved for our family, but for all of his customers.

What a pleasure to do business with Charlie, he made quick work of a slow draining kitchen sink. No over sell, no new pipes, just snake out the drain. Very fair price, no mess, no high pressure sales pitch.
I will recommend Charlie to everyone I know, I wish all tradespeople did business like him and his wife. When I called she answered the call right away, and called me right back to let me know when he would be here.

Very flakey,I spoke to him to come and install a toilet,he gave the estimate and supose to check his agenda but never got back to me, call him many times and no respoce, waisted 2 days waiting, I called Carrera's plumbin and Paxton came right away and did a great job

This is the second time I used Ace Plumbing, and I was 100% happy with them both times. Darcy in the office, and Chris the plumber, are both friendly and efficient. Darcy provided me with updates on Chris's ETA, and Chris's arrival was well within the two hour window originally stated. Chris explained everything he was doing and was finished quickly, leaving a clean jobsite. He also did something I have found many people do not do, which is bring the water back on gradually to avoid pressurizing the pipes too quickly. I highly recommend Ace Plumbing for their reliability and professionalism.

We had a pipe backup emergency at night and Victor was able to come out the very next morning. He provided very good customer service from the moment we called him and he was very knowledgable on the phone about what was going on with our pipes when we described our problem to him. He did the job himself and finished quickly. He was kind, professional and accommodating. He arrived on time and had all the necessary equipment to hydro jet the line. His prices were fair. Most importantly, he fixed our problem. It's been a few days and everything is in working order. I would 100% recommend him and hire him again.

Mike and team did an excellent job replacing old pipes from the crawl space to the unit for us.  From assessment to getting the job done,  they were prompt, professional and clean, everything is top-notch.

I had a water leak in my tub -so I called Rapid Action Rooter and Mandel came the next day. It did not take him very long to finish the job. He was very nice and professional.

It was wonderful working with Zorro! He did a terrific job, completed it in a timely manner and his pricing was very reasonable. I'm a property manager and was having one of those days where I couldn't find anyone to respond to an emergency plumbing situation at one of my units. After looking through various Yelp reviews I stumbled across Zorro and couldn't be more pleased! He was on-site within 15 minutes and ended up saving me from spending $$$ on an astronomical quote I received from another emergency plumbing company.

Called Flood Brothers in the morning and they were out to my house the same day and catered to my schedule.  Jerry diagnosed my problem quickly and offered a quick and cheap solution.  Very happy with the entire process and will be calling the Flood Brothers again.

They are reliable, competent and experienced. They explained every expense, every step of the repair process, and every scheduling issue. The price of their work was reasonable. They responded promptly to every request for small problems that followed the original work. I will be depending on them again!

American Plumbing was sent to my apartment by my landlord after a leak sprung in my kitchen sink. Chris and another fellow showed up to fix the problem and did so quickly and showed me exactly what they were fixing and why. They were friendly and polite and even nice to my cat. Chris also showed me how to fix my toilet when it runs - an unrelated problem, but it was very helpful. Great service!
