My kitchen sink was backed up.  My brother told me to search yelp.com That is where I found My Plumbing Doctor.  They were excellent!!! They were out to my house in an hour.  They were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.  They also had 5 of my little nieces and nephews tagging along. They were very kind and patient.  They were in and out of my house in less than 20 minutes.  They were the best experience I have had.  My house is old and the drain clogs up alot.  They charged me 66.00.  The other plumbers have charged me no less than 269.00.  What a relief.

The ceiling in my garage was pouring out water on a Sunday afternoon. I called A-1 Rooter and Max answered. Based on what I could tell him he tried to see if we could figure out the cause over the phone.  We couldn't and he was out within an hour. He figured out the location of the broken pipe within the wall very quickly and was able to repair it within 2 hours. He not only knew what he was doing but he was honest and authentic - explaining the situation very clearly. He even let me know it is likely the repairs are covered by my homeowner's policy.  To say he made a bad situation better is an understatement.  I highly recommend him if you need a plumber.

Charlie and Giovanni were amazing.  They came the day after I called for a broken garbage disposal.  They kept me informed of their schedule and showed up on time.  They were both so friendly and explained everything to me.  They quickly fixed the issue and didn't even charge me as a courtesy for my first time using them - who does that???  It's hard to find people that you trust - I will always use them now for plumbing needs.

We had Chris recently help us with major drain pipe repairs/replacement at our home. It started out with what we thought was just a clogged drain. We emailed and Darcy got us an appointment right away. Chris arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem as a major, systemic issue with the plumbing system in our crawlspace. He explained the problems clearly, described available options and got the right people on the spot to do the repairs very quickly. Within 48 hours everything was fixed for a very reasonable price. We are glad to have Ace Plumbing and Rooter in our neighborhood and will definitely work with Chris and Darcy for any future plumbing issues.

Mike and team did an excellent job replacing old pipes from the crawl space to the unit for us.  From assessment to getting the job done,  they were prompt, professional and clean, everything is top-notch.

Great service! Messaged with them one afternoon to get a quote (clear quote rec'd), arranged for a next day service appointment to replace a water heater inside my home on the upstairs floor, and it was done in an hour! The guys had cloth masks and put on booties and used a drop cloth to protect the floors. I appreciate the care and diligence in their work. Would recommend them to anyone looking for water heater replacement, especially if time is short.

Late Sunday evening, we had gotten back from being out for most of the day to find our shower backed up. . . with some sewage.  Needless to say a horrific find, but thank goodness for Junior and Flood Brothers Plumbing.  Junior kept us posted on his arrival and once there took him 15 minutes to address and handle the problem.  He is going to come back out to do a free camera inspection to see how severe the damage is and what if any next steps we may need to take.  Extremely professional, helpful and did not even charge us though I could not let Junior leave without something for his trouble.  I cannot stress how Flood Brothers are definitely my go to for plumbing as they do care for the customer and I do not feel ripped off in any way.  In fact, I gained.  Thank you Junior!!

They dispatched the technician within an hour even though my issue wasn't urgent. Tony came and did a great job in fixing the shut off valve. The price included the parts and labor, no surprise. It was very sufficient.

I want to thank Connie and her able assistant for responding to my call about a slow draining sink. She was terrific and explained that we really didn't need anything done at this time. This was after she had her assistant put a camera in our main drain system out to the street. She also explained how the drains in my old house were closing up with rust and at some point I would need to re-pipe. After she was done I went to pay her and she wouldn't take anything for her time. She was so upfront and honest about how she worked that I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely call her in the future.
