This company has been reliable and performed good work. I have used them for water heater repair and installing a new pressure regulator. Both times were urgent and they were able to come out soon and quickly restore our water without hassle. I highly recommend them.

They came fast and were at my house the sane day. They are great. Can't say enough great things about them.

Came home to a plugged sewer line the other night. Called My Plumbing Doctor the next morning, and had a guy named Eddie over by 10am. He quickly found the problem had things working in short order. He even put up with my newbie plumbing questions. This is the second time that I have used their service, and continue to be very happy.

So max is amazing and you should hire him right now. Was trying to install my new sink and had an issue with the shut off valve. Called him up, he came over in 10 minutes. Fixed the valves.  Hooked up the sink.  Looked at the shower. Left 30 minutes after and everything fixed. Called him after hours too and he waived his after hour rate cuz he wanted to be a nice guy.  95 bucks for the whole job, man is a life saver. You don't get him and you live in his area,  you are missing out!

Michael was thorough and efficient. He was able to come out to our business quickly and resolve our plumbing nightmare. I would definitely use his services again.

It was 8:30PM and I had come home to my whole front yard filled with... gross stuff and toilet paper. (Don't want to be TOO explicit!)

We needed someone to come out, like right then and there and I went onto yelp, and found this company. I had called about 5 times and no one had answered but then received a call back from Lulu. She answered all of my questions and was very helpful. She told me that Ramon would be out in about an hour or so and actually texted me when he was on his way (only took 30 minutes!)

Ramon was SO sweet and so helpful! He was determined to unclog my pipe as smoothly as possible. He explained to me that because of the HUGE palm tree in my front yard, it could be roots that is blocking the flow.

They accepts checks - which is so convenient!

Alberto is responsive, fast, clean, nice, and reasonable. What more do you want from someone you hire? He and his co-worker came in and fixed everything in no time, and I even had him come in to take a look at a faucet that we ordered. He gave me his opinion and didn't charge me a callout fee.

We called Matt for an estimate on a leaking pipe in our garage.  Once we called him back to do the work, he was back the same day.  He was prompt, quick and super professional.  All plumbers should be this good!  HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Miguel was fantastic! He was able to fix a variety of issues that I had at my home and was very clear about the work to be done. His diagnostic was thorough, and upon completion of the job, he walked me through everything and showed me each item was completed and functioning properly. Thanks Hayk for saving our pipes! Without him, we would have had to replace our entire pipe system. Tree roots had infiltrated our pipes and we called a different company initially. That first company said that there was nothing they could do to fix it and said we would have to replace the entire piping system. Before investing all that time and money, I decided to get a second opinion and thank God I did. Hayk offered to clean out the tree roots and that there would be no need for us to replace everything. He went above and beyond, cleaning out the roots 6/7 times until they were all gone. Thank you so much for your help! I HIGHLY recommend Hayk to everyone!!

all two plumbers that I normally use and both were not available so I decided to try RAR. Mandel was very responsive and gave me a fair price for removing the water heater and replacing it with one I had ordered at Ferguson Plumbing Supplies. They arrived even earlier than originally scheduled. They were very professional, practiced proper social distancing from me and wore masks which, as an engineer, I was glad to see since a lot of people still weren't wearing them at that time. RAR had everything done within three hours from call to picking up the water heater and installing the heater and verifying that it was working properly.

Yes, they weren't the lowest cost but you are paying for experienced workmanship and it showed.

They will be my 'go-to' plumber from now on.

Excellent company! Very fast and responsive. I had tried snakeing my main line several times but still kept having issues. I decided to try hydro jetting-  which has resolved my issue! Great company with friendly people who show up when they say they will! Will definitely use again

I've been dealing with a jammed garbage disposal since I moved into my new condo and haven't been able to properly use my sink. I called New Generation Plumbing on a Wednesday and they were able to send Martin over on Friday morning.

First off, the wonderful person on the other side of the phone was so friendly and honest. Unlike other plumbing companies I've worked with, New Generation Plumbing is there to serve customers and make sure you're getting what you need. They ask all of the right questions and are genuine.

On the day of service, Martin came in on time and was so respectful. He wore booties before he entered the condo and got my garbage disposal working right away! He explained what had happened and gave me a tool so I could avoid something like this in the future. He was incredibly kind and was also just so lovely to speak with. Thank you so, so much, Martin!

New Generation Plumbing is now my go-to plumber. If I ever have any issues again, I'll know who to call :)

Our water heater stopped working so I called Z&H.  They came out same day and replaced the gas valve, which they determined was still under warranty.  This saved us a few bucks.  Highly recommended!

WOW. 11/10 for everything. From scheduling with Daniel, to communicating before, during, and after appointments with Justin, and Giulio stepping in last minute when another issue came up- the service has been exceptional. The whole team was respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful at explaining in layman's terms the issues going on. Not to mention the transparency when it came to pricing. After multiple service visits, and a few unexpected things coming up along the way, the final price was exactly the same as the original invoice. I will be relying on Flood Brothers Plumbing for all future jobs in the future- I suggest you do the same!

I would highly recommend American Drain Works if you are in need of drainage repair.  

We contacted American Drain Works and spoke with Connie after smelling sewage in our garage.  She and her team came out the same day.  Turned out to be a minor problem with a missing drain cap.  Instead of charging us for a diagnostic fee or scamming us for unnecessary repairs, she fitted a cap for us free of charge.

Very professional, honest, and has great customer service.  Would not hesitate to call American Drain Works if we need another repair.
