I'm a repeat customer of Flood Brothers. Recently had an experience that didn't sit well with me. Long story, but they immediately responded to my feedback in an attempt to learn from my experience and to remedy it. Giovanni and Jerry went above and beyond to keep me as a happy customer.

We had an issue last Saturday with the plumbing in our house backing up. First called Rooter Patrol. The guy came, took a few roots out, ran a camera and said we had a big job that would be around $8000. A follow-up call came from the company. Something didn't seem right so a friend looked up Yelp reviews and told me about Charlie's Sewer & Drain Rooter Co. At 6pm Charlie himself came. He put the camera in and took out all the roots and said the pipes were in great shape. There was even a ABS stretch of pipe that the other guy didn't tell us was there and actually said we should put an ABS pipe in. Unbelievable! The other guy also left a mess. When Charlie finished cleaning out our pipe and having everything function perfectly he did the most impeccable clean up job. I told him how impressed I was with his level of excellence and the time he spent cleaning up afterwards. He said, I take great pride in my work from start to finish and his actions had already preceded his words. I am recommending Charlie to everyone I know! Great guy, great work ethic and great integrity. Thank you, Charlie.

Had an issue on a Sunday afternoon with my bathtub, water starting to flow in from the drain (yikes!). Put out a request for quotes here on Yelp, got a response from Saucedo Plumbing within 15 minutes.

They gave me a quote, but told me it'd be 3x cheaper to wait one day until Monday. So I scheduled them for 7 am Monday, they showed up right on time, fixed the problem in 15 minutes, I wrote up a check and boom, all done! Fast service, really nice guys.

Chris from Ace Plumbing and Rooter just left my house after doing two emergency repairs late at night.  He was excellent in every way!

First it did not take him 15 minutes or even 10 minutes to respond to my call but two minutes.  He said he would be here within 15 minutes and he kept his word.  

He fixed clogs both in my toilet and in my kitchen sink and was super friendly and courteous in every way.   Best of all - He ended up charging me even less than the quoted price.

Wow, where do I even begin -- Victor is amazing. He responded to my request for a quote in 10 minutes, I called him back, and he was here about half an hour later. On a Saturday night! He does late nights, including on the weekends!

We had an issue with tree roots growing into the pipes and causing them to clog. Victor figured out what the problem was as soon as I described the issues to him over the phone. And his initial diagnosis turned out to be correct. It only took him a minute to unclog pipes and show us what the next steps need to be.

Let me also say that he is super nice and incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I'm saving him in my contacts as the best plumber ever, and will recommend him to all of my neighbors and friends. Thanks so much, Victor!

What a lifesaver! Mandel took care of a problem my mom was having. Since she's 91, I went on Yelp to find a plumber. There were many from which to choose. I chose Rapid Action Rooter and I couldn't be happier. Mandel took care of the problem. More importantly, he was the consummate professional who showed so much respect to my mom. I will definitely be calling him the next time there is a plumbing issue at either of our houses. If a friend asks me to recommend a plumber, I'll tell them to use Rapid Action Rooter. Five stars!

Water started to sip out of my front yard. And I had a suspicion that it could be a broken water main. I called New Generation Plumbing after my discovery at about 5pm - Fernando, who answered the phone scheduled a next-day 7am free inspection and confirmed my hunch. He and his crew started and finished work the next day.

It's a pricey fix, as those kinds of repairs always are. And I appreciate New Generation's prompt and reliable work, so that I didn't have to run up my water bill or go without water for a prolonged period.

Awesome team. We're quick to respond to a service request when our water heater pilot lighter failed. Had the problem fixed the next day after texting Zorro late one night. Paying online was also a huge help since we were not home when the project was completed. Highly recommend.
