My hot water heater broke on Saturday. My landlord finally sent someone yesterday who said it's too old and he couldn't get the parts for weeks. This morning I called Rishon Plumbing and  they asked me to send pictures. Within minutes he was able to say it's still under warranty. And then came and fixed it.  All within two hours of me calling!!!!

My toilet needed replacing and when I looked up plumbers, Real Plumbers came up first. They already had great reviews and they responded quickly to a quote and had availability the next day. Freddy and Alfredo came by this morning. They were great and quickly replaced my toilet. We encountered a problem with it fitting it in because of part of my wall stuck out a little too much. So they went ahead and improvised and took the part off my wall that made it so the toilet fit. They did a great job and had a great attitude. I will definitely use them again for any issues I have. Thanks Jose, Freddy and Alfredo.

This is an update to my earlier review. I received a call this morning from the owner of the company who was apologized for us not getting a copy of the video we paid for and the service we received in dealing with their phone representative.
This goes a long way in my book and I greatyly appreciated him taking the time to correct tyhe situation. We are also planning a bathroom addition to a house we are currentl in Escrow for and after this gesture this morning we will hire them for the job.
I'll keep you all posted and would recommend them.... especially if you get to work with Warren, Greg or Josh :)

My bathroom was flooded with an inch of water. Max replaced both hot and cold angle stops in my bathroom with higher quality ones- nice. He is friendly, honest and fair. He did not make a mess and gave me some pointers on drying out the blistered wall from the water leak. I told him I have anxiety about future water leaks while I'm away for long hours at work and he advised me to simply turn off the main water supply to the house...and thought to myself why didn't I think of that? I would recommend him.

Just wanted to say Brandon is the by far the best plumber. He's extremely helpful he' deserve a huge raise. I hope this review gets to higher management because he deserves higher employment or needs to be highly rewarded. Brandon is the go to guy!!!

I had a serious sewer backup and decided to yelp someone other than roter rooter. I found this company and saw their reviews and called. A very pleasant girl answered and I asked if I can have same day service. She said yes of course. Gave me a short window of time. I asked what the cost of the call is and she told me they don't charge for a service call only for the work done. That's pretty amazing as most others charge for the service call. Anyhow Charlie himself came and fixed the problem. $85 and my bathroom and shower are now fixed. He was very nice and explained what the problem was. This guy should get more than 5 stars. Great service reasonable price and great attitude. THANK YOU CHARLIE!!

Couldn't possibly be any happier with Alberto and his support staff. Very prompt and super professional.  Can't wait for for my next plumbing issue : )

Our main water line burst on Friday night. We got a lot bids on Saturday. Ace Plumbing gave us the best deal and did great work. The repair began Sunday at 8 am and was complete by 1:30. We could not be happier.

William, thanks again for installing out new water filter system in the kitchen!  And thanks for fixing the leak in out sprinkler system!

After the review Miguel went above and beyond to get back in and see what could be done to fix the
Leaking toilet. I wanted a few days to really make sure i wasn't dealing with the same situation, but after 2.5days the leak has still not returned.

Right before thanksgiving i had a leak and had a reset done. My original review would not let me edit and update it.

Update: The leak returned a few days later. It must have been under the toilet within 24 hours because the sealant he packed around the toilet melted away and never set. I would have updated sooner but between then and now i had a new baby. I updated the stars due to the cost of the reset and now having to have someone else come out and reset it again. I spoke to a couple others and when i mentioned it was a flat set a couple companies suggested placing double wax rings to avoid the leak. Going to reach out the New Pro to see about having someone come back and look at it since it cost me 600 dollars the first time.

Victor was great and his guys were great! Our plumbing was backed up in the whole house and he came right out to figure out the problem. Unfortunately there was something wrong with how the plumbing was originally made, it's a 1920's house and the pipe they were scoping went two ways instead of one. The snake ended up going up into the bathroom through the wall behind the toilet into the toilet wrapping around the shower curtain and spraying feces all over the bathroom. While no fault of his guys Victor immediately paid for a cleaning company to come out and sanitize the bathroom, he replaced the shower curtain and the broken toilet. Then when that was taken care of they scoped and found root damage out by the street. So the pipes needed to be fixed and sleeved out under the street. He saved us a lot of money by being able to sleeve it rather than dig up the street. They also found that the pipes were old and crumbling towards the house. You know you always wonder if you're getting fed a line to sell more product but Victors integrity was very high and we knew him to be telling us the truth because as it turned out our neighbor had to do the very same thing the same week at the advice of another plumber. So thanks Victor and team! Victor your responsiveness, morales and business integrity were spot on and I would recommend you to anyone. I will have you back to do more major jobs in the future.

Hayk and his partner were great! They came on a Saturday day night when I had literally requested them a few hours beforehand. They were quick, knowledgeable, professional, and what they charge was very reasonable. I would recommend them to friends and family! Thanks guys!

We had thunderstorms here in LA and many of the streets were flooded due to backed up street drains.  Well, my sewer main got plugged when the cleaning lady accidentally flushed a terry cloth towel.  I called Rapid Action Rooter - they were honest and told me they were really busy - helping the county unplug street sewers.  20 minutes later they texted me and told me to call someone else as they couldn't guarantee getting to it today.

Honesty is trait I value in contractors: 5 stars

Chris was very responsive in terms of helping us fix our shower drain. He went above and beyond and helped find us a new drain catch to prevent future clogging. He also installed it seamlessly. We've used him twice in the last year and would highly recommend

Great experience with New Generation Plumbing. I had a quick need to replace two toilets - they gave a fair price and were able to come right away. They showed up on time, did a great job, and left the place perfectly clean. What more can you ask for! Will definitely work with them again.

Had a great experience when I needed to replace my water heater. The guys were on time (early even), took care of my old water heater, replaced the new one, and fixed the garbage disposal in a very timely manner. And I was charged exactly what they quoted me. I would definitely recommend Z&H and will be using them again.

I got a clog at my kitchen sink and I called them. Mark Flores was my technician and he came to my place within an hour and fixed it within 30 min. Really impressed. Price was very reasonable as well. I will definitely use them again.

First experience with sals plumbing was great. They came out super quick on this particular day they where here with in 40 min of my call. I was totally expected a longer wait time.  They came in fixed the problem quickly.

We had a great experience using 911. Our shower backed up at 9 pm, Mike and Greg came out and were super helpful and very friendly. They got the drain unclogged quickly and we're very satisfied.

Connie is awesome. In the past I have had negative past experiences with plumbers especially male ones taking advantage of me being a female with little knowledge about plumbing. That being said, I gave Connie a shot. She responded quickly via text while I was at work. Came by after work and helped me out. What other male plumbers wanted to charge me, Connie charged me half. To top it off she taught me things about plumbing. Things to do as maintenance, what to look out for, and when I should text or call. She is straightforward and is reasonable  about her pricing. If I could, I would give her 10 stars.
