Now and then we all have plumbing issues. But our situation was more than just plumbing issues. Our water heater decided to have a break right on New Year Eve (on 31st, Friday) when most of the service providers are not working especially the part distributors.
But we got really lucky by calling George (The Rishon Plumbing) - he came to our house (with his team) on short notice, although he was already fully booked for today. In quite a short time he identified the problem. And he already had the parts potentially needed based on the heater photos we sent him in the morning.
Heater was fixed and we got our New Year celebration on track again.
We highly recommend Rishon Plumbing - If anyone needs a truly Professional and Honest service provider don't look any further.
George - thank you for your great service!
Happy New Year to you, your family and team.

I found Real Plumbers via Yelp and they did not disappoint! Jose is very professional and was able to execute on the project I had on a very tight timeline. He is reliable, kind and great at what he does. Will definitely use them again!

Ok, so it's 4:30 on a Saturday, and my friend who was helping me with some odd jobs around the house had a mishap with the pipes under the bathroom sink (it was very old, galvanized pipe, so not really his fault). Anyway, the water is shut off, the local hardware store is closed, and I'm desperately looking for a nearby plumber that has 24 hour service. Luckily, through Yelp, I found My Plumbing Doctor! The person who answered the phone said he'd have someone here before 6pm. James, the very nice plumber on call, actually arrived at 4:45, and had everything fixed in less than an hour. The price was very reasonable considering the day/time/emergency. I will definitely recommend them, and use them again myself in the future. VERY happy with the service!!

Max was super responsive for a bathroom emergency we had over a holiday weekend. He helped resolve the issue and figure out what was going on. Would highly recommend!

Michael came out to my place late at night to fix a clogged tub. He was on time, thorough and his rates were super competitive. Will 100% use Flood Brothers in the future.

Excellent customer service! Alberto asked all the right questions to identify the problem. Skylar came came out to install our shower valve and trim. Amazing job! Skylar was very honest and professional. I find it challenging finding plumbers that are genuine and detailed as Saucedo. I will be using Saucedo for now on.

Highly highly recommend Chris. Two days ago I was trying to install electronic toilet seat cover, after spending 3hours it was still leaking. So I called chris for help, he came in so fast and fixed my issue in less than 5 minutes without charging me anything. Very professional and patient explained why and what coz the problem. If you have plumbing issue, he is the right person to call and his price is very reasonable, he helped me change my kitchen faucet a few month ago. I really appreciate his hard work and help!

We had another repair needing a plumber and called Rockstar Plumbing again after the great experience we had last time. They were great again. Josh was our plumber this time and helped us get our bathtub working again. Josh was very kind and helpful.
We can't recommend this company and Josh highly enough.

Victor was responsive to my first call when I asked for a quote to install a clean out and hyrdo jet our main sewer line. We set an appointment for a few days later. He was prompt and was able to install it and also make sure our sewer line was in good shape. He's very honest and straightforward. Thank you Victor!

Very professional crew! I found Hermes Plumbing and Rooting on a weekend; and they managed to come out same day and fix the plumbing leak I was having with my toilet. They came right on time, and practicing all COVID-19 guidelines(booties and all), and made sure that they had solved all of my plumbing needs before they left. It's nice to see honest plumbers still out there, will definitely use them again!

We noticed our sink leaking last night so I looked on Yelp to see who could come out at night. he returned our call within 20min and came about 10pm to assess the situation, give us an estimate, and let my husband know which part to buy. he stopped by to fix the leak this afternoon after my husband confirmed he had purchased the needed parts. I was not home, but my husband was very pleased with the service received. he was friendly, professional, and I liked that he gave us updates on his ETA. I've never had to call a plumber before so I can't really judge if the price was good or not, but the price didn't seem ridiculous and it was worth it to have problem solved so quickly. highly recommended

Great service. Found through yelp, saw all the great reviews. Extremely pleased. Highly recommend. Quick to respond. Very available. Multi staffed. Was able to text, again quick to respond. Walked me through fix, gave me alternatives. Had to cut through concrete to get through issue, and re-cemented area after. Called a few other plumbers that didn't do that kind of work. Would contract again

Tony from Flood Brothers just left and we couldn't be happier with the service, professionalism, work done, and the price! This is a small, family-run local business who treated us fairly and honestly and did a great job. CALL THEM for all of your plumbing needs! Seriously!
We had a leak under our sink that we knew would be a pretty big repair (replacing the P-trap along with some other very old pipes). However, we'd gotten another plumbing service out (Mike Diamond - DO NOT USE!) who not only gave us a ridiculously inflated quote of $1477, and a required $99 fee just to get the estimate (with no work done, just to look at it, so that money is gone), but the guy left the pipes completely unscrewed when he left, just hanging there to look as if they were back on when they weren't, and when we ran the water rather than a leak going into the pan we'd placed there, we got a full on flood under the sink! Water pouring out as the pipes literally fell off from the pressure. It was incompetence at best.
We put the pipes back on as they had been (with only the small and slow leak) and looked up another plumber for a second opinion - and honestly, because after that little flood, we didn't trust Mike Diamond. Flood Brothers came to our rescue.
Not only did they come out to give a free estimate (no fee), but their quote was literally $1000 lower for the exact same work - in fact, for more work than what the Mike Diamond guy had quoted! For $450 they replaced three pipes as well as the P-trap, made sure everything was working and running (dishwasher, garbage disposal, all pipes running, no leaks, etc.), then they cleaned everything up afterward, sweeping and vacuuming after.
Tony was very respectful and professional the entire time. He even made every attempt to get ahold of me the first time he came over when I was on the phone with my boss (work from home) and didn't hear his knock - he stayed over 20 minutes waiting on me, which I truly appreciated.
He did the work quickly and efficiently, getting all professional parts from their supplier (no Home Depot specials), and once the job began was in and out under two hours.
And of course, the cost savings was the biggest thing. We felt we were dealt with honestly and directly, given a very good deal, and trust them to do all of our plumbing work in the future.
So hire these guys (and/or gals). You'll be glad you did. Plus - you'll be supporting a local small business!

I called 911 Plumbing Service to snake a shower drain where the clog was located 10+ feet down the pipe. Greg did a great job snaking the drain and then thoroughly checked all of the other sinks and showers to make sure the clog was completely gone. He's a really nice thorough guy. I appreciated the straightforward pricing and timeliness.

So a couple years after Connie did the work on a sewar line that she said needed to be fixed (for $1800) under the house (it wasn't blocked, she said from looking at it that it wasn't installed properly and would clog up eventually), the line ended up clogging up. She hadn't done all the important plumbing work and just installed a couple new junctions at a very high cost. It should have only cost a couple hundred dollars and if she was concerned about the line and it clogging, she should have installed a clean out, which I had to pay to have installed later when the line she supposed fixed did clog.
Generally, she will find issues in your plumbing that aren't issues. She overcharges with a fixed quote and explains that there's a ton of work, but her workers are done in an hour or two. She also was supposed to move a gas line and paid a deposit and when the LA Gas company called to move the line, she was unavailable and wouldn't refund my $750 deposit.
1) Always get a second or third quote. For small jobs, most plumbers will quote over the phone or text.
2) For bigger jobs, get a written quote. NEVER GIVE A DEPOSIT.
3) Be suspicious of additional work any contractor suddenly finds when they're giving a quote.
4) Email or text to communicate so you have a record of the work and the job. Take before and after photos.
5) Ask for a warranty in writing.
