George and John and the rest of the crew at Rishon are fantastic. This is the first review I have written and although I normally do not write reviews I really was so moved by my positive experience with these guys I felt compelled to write. They are responsive, diligent, knowledgeable, and very very great in their pricing. I vetted other companies out throroughly but these guys were always priced the lowest and when they showed up and did a great job on top of the great price, I was especially happy. Also, they are just great people and a pleasure to interact with on every level. I highly recommend and encourage their services. Ten Stars!!!

If I could give 10 stars I would! We have used Real Plumbers for everything from replacing our water heater, replacing our gas line system, repairing toilets, replacing faucets and more! Jose is the sweetest. He is easy to work with, knowledgeable, honest, timely, responsive, clean, efficient and does quality work. I can't say enough good things about our experiences with Real Plumbers. We have a plumber for life!

My disposal stopped working recently. The first plumber I called told me the blades were rusted and I needed a new one, which would cost $1000. The second plumber quoted me $1400 (disposal and now a leaking pipe). No freaking way dude, I wasn't born yesterday!  Finally I called Plumber2TheRescue. Edwin showed up on time ( not over an hour late like that last guy) AND he FIXED my disposal, replaced my leaking/broken pipe and cleaned out the trap, for 175$ in about 90 mins! WHAT AN ANGEL! P2TR is the only call I'll be making for any future plumbing problems. Thank you so much for being quick and kind!

A-1 came on time when we scheduled, which is already a huge differentiator compared to most plumbers these days. I understand most of them have more business than they can handle but there are so many who flake and never show up or stop responding. Max is a nice guy, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Very reasonable pricing also. Did a nice job installing our new Duravit toilet. Took about 4 hours and he cleaned up after himself nicely.

We called Flood Brothers last minute for a broken garage disposal. Brandon H. showed up later that day and was very helpful. He advised us to replace our old super rusted disposal and quickly installed a brand new one. I'm very happy with his professionalism and expertise. I would highly recommend Brandon and Floor Brothers.

This company is the best.  We have used their service twice and both times the problem was fixed quickly. They are so knowledgeable and have a great professional manner. I would give them 10 stars !!!

Our water heater went out on a Saturday night. We tried the landlord and he had us go first with the gas company. Turns out they came quickly because we reported smelling gas. Props to SoCal gas for being fast and wearing masks and gloves. They tried repairing but ultimately said the thermocouple needed replacing and suggested calling a plumber. Our landlord's preferred plumber doesn't do weekend calls, so we reached out to city plumbing on yelp and selected the auto-multi-bid function, which also prompted a message from Saucedo Plumbing right away. The owner Alberto quoted a fixed price for Sunday work, came out within an hour, and when he couldn't fix it that day because we needed a special part, he didn't charge me for the visit and said would come back the next day after getting the part, but agreed to keep the price fixed at same initial quote even though he was having to order a new part special delivery from OC. Monday they got the part and came over safely suited up in masks and gloves and got the pilot light back on in minutes. I cut a check for the first quoted price, they were on their way, my wife had a hot shower, and we were back to life :) We couldn't be happier with the service, pricing, and attitude of Saucedo plumbing. Honest people, doing great work, at a fair price! What more can you ask for!!!

Awesome service. Super fast response, patient to explain all my concerns. my kitchen faucet wore out so I have to get new faucet installed ASAP, otherwise the old one was leaking.  With Ace plumbing, they send Chris Friday night, which I really appreciated the service speed. Highly recommend! Will for sure to use them in the future and recommend to my neighbors.

This is my second time using Rockstar Plumbing. First episode, we had our kitchen sink and washing machine not draining properly. My wife can't recall the name of the technician who went over ( I will mention in a follow up once she remembers) immediately recognized the problem. He diagnosed the blockage, and mentioned that he needed the mini jetter to completely resolve the block, and for that he had to do it on another day. He comes back the following day, and clears the problem. This happened in February and so far so good.

Second time: I noticed a puddle in my yard that never dries up. I call Rockstar, set up an appointment for Sal to come over. He digs up the area, visualizes the pipe. Goes to the front, checks the meter, also asks me to run my sprinklers to see if a leak shows up. Turns out the puddle was being formed by bad drainage in my yard. (even if Ive had my sprinklers shut for a week). Well thank goodness it wasn't a real leak. Sal was awesome to watch and work with. I learned a lot.

In both occasions, the service was professional, friendly, and honest. I am extremely satisfied with ROCKSTAR! keep up the good work.

Victor is amazing. Was responsive, a super nice guy, did exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do it. Prices were competitive as well. Definitely going to use Victor again!

There's nothing worse than having an unexpected fully clogged sink while in the season of summer flies and young kids running around needing to be fed every hour on the hour -- add in all the pandemic extras, and you had me and my mood this morning.  

My regular plumber was not available, so I popped onto Yelp and sought out all the highest reviewed options and found Rapid Action Rooter.  Mandel replied immediately after I reached out for a quote and let me know that while he didn't have anyone at that very moment, I could check in with him later if I hadn't found anyone else and he'd be sure that he'd have someone by before the end of the day, even if it meant him himself.

Well Mandel himself came and was in full Covid gear -- a mask and gloves and an ease to making it all work.  He had my sink snakes and working in minutes, gave compliments to my little girl who kept skipping in to say hello and had enough time at the end of a very long to tell me more about his business he started at 19 years old and how meaningful the work continues to be for him.

What a respectful man to meet and to work with -- there's nothing more comforting in this very difficult time in the world to connect with the faces of the kind, hard working individuals that make it a point to show up for you -- and well past their dinnertime to boot!

I would definitely recommend using rocket plumbing and will plan on using them as my first call moving forward.  Showed up on time and did a GREAT job! Danny and Brian were very easy and accommodating and showed excellent customer service throughout our interactions. They took the time to clean up and left the place spotless after a very long day, which wasn't expected.

A good experience throughout and will use again.

**update**  NOTHING WAS COMMUNICATED!! YOU WERE NOT EVEN THERE, AND ARE ONLY ASSUMING THEY COMMUNICATED.  YOU ARE CORRECT THE INVOICE WAS PAID AT A LATER TIME, BUT ONLY BECAUSE YOUR WORKERS ASKEDNUS FOR OUR CREDIT CARD INFO AFTER THEY MADE THE HOLE IN THE WALL , AND SAID THE CARD WOULD BE CHARGE.   We had a leak in our bathroom and we figured it out where the leak was coming from.  The workers came as they advised, they were shown to the  restroom to inspect, and told us that we needed an access panel (we didn't have one) but before any further updates/explanations they went ahead and broke out some drywall lower to the floor (not where the panel access door would go). It was not a small section it was pretty big.  They left to home depot they got the access panel, and new faucets, which we only found out after they came back because all they said was we will return and they did a few hours later.  

Once the access panel was complete I said, well you can't leave me that mess you made, and at that time they said, oh we don't do drywall, umm ok but you were quick to destroy my drywall and not even think to ask if it was ok, or to explain what the process was before you destroyed my wall.   It definitely was lesson learned, and an expensive one ($1200) not to mention now I have to find someone to come and make it right.  Now that I am writing this review, I am thinking they didn't ask for permission to destroy my wall, nor advise us of what they were going to do.

Came back from holiday and wanted the home shower to clean off the travel grim from the late night airline trip.
So what did I get? - A warm to quickly cold shower. The water heater decided to take its permanent vacation too but it wasn't coming back.
Called Zorro the next morning and he had it up and running again. You get what you pay for and he doesn't need to come back with the out of stock part. I'd have to say Zorro was very efficient, effective and reasonable. To me a well worth expense of owning a home and keeping the peace - hot water for that Hollywood Shower.

Giulio was scheduled to come over to take care of a plumbing issue I had in my bathroom. He contacted me and said he could come over earlier than my scheduled time, which was great. He was very polite and took are of the issue. This is my second experience with Flood Brothers and I would highly recommend them.

Thank you Thomas and Jose for taking care of my plumbing.  They replaced really old pipes that were disintegrating and put new pipes. It was a major job and they did great.

Vic and Abel came to fix my leaky tub. What awesome guys! My handy neighbor initially attempted to fix the leaks but no success. They identified that the seats of the knobs were worn and replaced them. My new cheap-o landlord claimed that it is the tenants responsibility for all plumbing leaks and Vic and Abel confirmed that something this deep in the system is arguably the landlord's responsibility. Vic showed me the parts that were worn and described how the knob system works. They were super knowledgeable and very kind. Make sure you ask for Vic and Abel for your repair!

Connie stands out from every contractor and service person we've ever worked with, and not just because she's a woman. Her responsiveness is outstanding and she really takes the time to explain everything she and her team are doing. As an HOA board member and homeowner, I've come across dozens of contractors, plumbers, electricians, HVAC repair teams and more, and no one has ever provided the level of customer service Connie has.

The first time I called her office, she texted AND called me back within the hour. I called one afternoon to schedule an estimate for some work and she said she'd come right over that evening, which I did not expect. She showed up after 5p with her drain camera in tow and got right down to business despite it being the end of the day. And this was just for the estimate. She outlined the work that was needed and sent over a written estimate within the day. It helps that Connie has a great team in the office and in the field. Lalo and Abundio are her crew and they are fantastic. They also take the time to explain what they're doing and unlike other vendors I've worked with, are not condescending.

The first time we used American Drain Works was for a clothes washer that kept backing up. A previous contractor had replaced the drain line behind the washer and the valves, but it didn't resolve the issue. Turned out the drain pipe below the house was too narrow for the flow and had to be replaced, which the other contractor missed because they didn't bother to look under the house. Connie's team dug under our house to upgrade the old line to handle the increased flow. Lalo and Abundio arrived when they said they would and completed the job as scheduled. Throughout, Connie was in constant contact with us via phone, text and email.

We were so impressed with the work we hired them again to redo our sewer line. We had about 80 feet of cast iron that was well past its expiration date. When we bought the house the inspector told us it was just a matter of time before it gave out, and camera footage showed deep ruts in the metal where it had corroded. We decided to replace it before we ended up with raw sewage in our backyard and asked Connie for an estimate. She outlined the scope and again, provided a detailed written estimate (with diagrams) of everything her team would do. As tends to happen, once you open up the job you find someone else's shoddy work, and ours was no exception. A prior homeowner had put in a branch line to the sewer line and encased it in four feet of concrete. Why we'll never know, but Connie told us right away, sent pictures and explained how much more work it would involve. Her guys took a jackhammer to the concrete, which was awful work since the block was many feet underground, and continued with the job. Despite the horrible extra work, they still got everything done in a timely manner and delivered everything they promised.

I hope not to have plumbing issues in the future, but if I do, the silver lining is that we have a terrific plumber we trust: Connie and American Drain Works. Things would be much easier if other vendors were as communicative, honest, responsive and reliable as Connie and her team.
