Had a clog in our kitchen sink. Rishon came to the rescue today after us calling for help. Lucky for us he was able to squeeze us in. Very professional and prompt. He was very knowledgable and took his time. Thanks to him, our sink is in working condition. Perfect timing for Thanksgiving!

I have been going through a bathroom remodel nightmare (understatement ) I called Flood brothers off of yelp because I've been having a series of issues.  Not limited to wrong piping, wrong tub installation and having to rip out the tile and tub twice to fix mistakes.  NONE of these mistakes were their fault but they have been generous with their time and patience!

They were on time, professional and so easy to work with. I am so grateful I found them - they are all good people. I can't thank them enough

I almost forgot to write this!

I dumped a Nordic ice Pak down my kitchen sink. It clogged up 2 days later(dumb on my part, I know)I called around town but because it was Labor Day weekend, I was struggling to find someone to help me unclog my sink. Everyone wanted way too much money and most  businesses had waiting lists. I called Charlie's and even though I'm out of the service area, they came to me at 8pm on a Tuesday. Charlie and his assistant Mars, were wonderful. Not only did they put booties on their shoes before they walked into my house, they were they tidy with their work. Charlie's even had Mars time him that my drain would unclog in less than 15 minutes. I live in a 2nd floor walk up in a historic building with old pipes and god knows what else is down those drains, mind you. Less than 5 minutes and Charlie got my sink cleared out.  
They were courteous, professional and fair with their pricing. As long as I live in LA, I will use Charlie's Rooter Service for all my plumbing needs.

So happy I found this plumbing gem! I had a couple of bidet seats that I needed help installing, as well as a few shower issues. I reached out to Alberto thru Yelp, explained what I needed done, and he gave me a great quote and scheduled time the following day. On the day of, he gave me a call, let me know that he could actually stop by a little early, and arrived right on time. He and his partner were super professional. When they stepped into my house they already had shoe covers in hand! They immediately got to work, with a mat to cover the ground, and then carefully wipe down everything they finished working on.

I had a chronically backed-up bathroom sink and after trying to snake it myself, I decided to seek professional help.  I called the number listed in Yelp and Chris answered right away.  He said he was nearby and he got here in less than an hour.  He made quick work of the clog and cleaned up under the sink, too (something I'd been putting off.  A fair price and great service, you can't do better than that.

All I can say it was a fantastic experience.  We had two needs.  One was rather routine - installing two new toilets.  I was surprised at some of the quotes we received from other companies.  Rockstar came in with one that was competitive, but not the lowest.  They worked with me on the pricing, which I really appreciated.  The two toilets required drilling out some new holes in limestone and marble.  Josh simply ran out to get the necessary drill bits and we were all set.  The install was done professionally and cleanly.

The second need was not so routine. We had a chronic leak by our sidewalk right next to the lawn.  Quotes varied widely, but Rockstar's was the most competitive.  Josh also seemed to know what he was doing.  I like the fact they found a way to dig through the lawn under the sidewalk so that we didn't have to deal with the expense of fixing it.  The leak proved difficult to access and was quite a job to find it and fix it.  Josh and Greg were awesome.

Here is when you know you have found your plumber of the future.  Not only was Josh unfailingly polite and just a good guy (Greg was, too), he really cares.  We were installing a bidet seat on the new toilet.  Despite assurance from Kohler it was the right one, the bracket did not line up correctly.  I have seen situations like this where contractors don't even call it to the homeowner's attention.  They jam a square peg into a round hole, and figure you never will be the wiser as to why it doesn't quite fit perfectly.  Josh called it my attention and got on the phone with Kohler.  He showed them the issue via video and they admitted they screwed up.  They are refunding the cost of the seat and sending the correct one, thanks to Josh.

Last, our install unfortunately required the glue on the PVC pipes to cure for several hours.  They tried waiting a shorter time but the water pressure was too much.  Josh felt awful, even though it wasn't his fault. After being at our house late into the night, he was up very early to come out as soon as possible to get our water turned on. He noted he has kids of his own and hated that we had no water for toilets, drinking etc. Said he didn't sleep well, thinking about it. As I said, just a quality person.

We have no more leak, our toilets are in and working great, and I couldn't be happier with the company.  We will be using Rockstar as our plumbers going forward.  Awesome experience.

It's refreshing to find both a knowledgable and communicative plumber. Not only did he locate and fix the piping issue, but he also provided knowledgable preventative insights for protecting our house from damage in the future. Mike and his brother are not just professional but also very patient and friendly. They arrived at my place to replace my garbage disposal. The price is way below than the quotes I received from other companies. I'll definitely use them as my to-go plumbers!

Last night, the valve stem on my shower broke and I was unable to turn off the water for my shower. I called around to a few 24 hour plumbers around midnight and within a few minutes after leaving a message, Mandel called me and asked what the problem was. I was then able to easily set up an appointment for the following morning for an emergency valve repair. Mandel and Mark were able to gauge what they needed with a few photos that I provided and were really efficient in fixing the issue. On top of that they were 30 minutes early!

I love these guys. Chris was amazing. He fixed a very nasty sewage leak under my house. They're my go to plumbers.

Called them, 30 minutes later they were here!!! Amazing fast and professional!! Definitely our go to plumbers!!!!

Edit: They followed through. Had to cut into my walls to repair the pipes but they did it and it worked. Got new shower cartridges too.  It was pretty expensive but they did quite a bit of work.  The only slight issue was they didn't cut thru my dry wall very evenly so it made patching it up a bit annoying though it wasn't difficult.

My big thing about them is they followed through promptly and on time after having two other plumbing companies burn me badly so for that they get major props.

I contacted them through Yelp's quote option and they got back to me with in the hour.  

We set up an appointment for 7pm and they were smack dab on time.  Like right on the button.  They came up looked and looked at the thing I was hoping was causing the leak in the bath/shower and said it wasn't it (unfortunately for me).  To determine the real reason they said they would need to do much more hardcore things.

I'm probably going to run a lot of tests over the next two weeks to see if I can isolate the problem before having to really figure out a time to have them cut open my wall and maybe my neighbor's ceiling (and yeah part of me is hoping the leak stopped on its own but that's doubtful) but at the very least I know a plumber that seems to be reliable!

I didn't get any actual work done by them yet, but their preliminary visit was awesome.

Great company, awesome service. Quick, efficient and friendly. Brendan Lee came to our place to help us out with a toilet. He was courteous, knowledgeable and super quick. I highly recommend this company!

Brian came out promptly to help us with a gas leak- he was very through and hard working. He was also very polite and explained us the entire process in great detail. Appreciated the punctuality and attention to detail for a matter as sensitive as a gas leak

911 was the third plumber I called to fix a toilet with a weak flush. The first plumber said try getting a new flapper, which I did. This didn't fix the problem. The second plumber put in a new flange and snaked part of the line but couldn't figure out the problem so recommended hydrojetting. Vic and Abel from 911 Plumbing Services came and used a wire-type tool to scrape out calcium deposits from the hole that comes out of the bowl. The toilet flushed fine after that. Took less than 10 minutes. Very satisfied customer!

I have only words of praise for American Drain Works and Plumbing.  This is my second experience with them, and it even surpasses the initial one.  Connie is a human dynamo!
She is informative, explanatory and listens to your concerns instead of ignoring them.
Most importantly, she resolved the problem, unlike the last technician(from another company) who was gone after 15 minutes, with only excuses to share.  I wish more plumbing companies were like this one--Connie and American Drain Works get the job done!
