I am a student and live alone because of my studies. I am all by myself and I do all my work by myself. It was all going good till my water heater ditched me. I mean everyone of us are bound with the technologies. It was a morning and all I wanted was a good hot shower but just like i said My water heater ditched me. I am so used to it that I didnt show up in the college. I know it's quite awkward but that just happened. I was unable to heat up water which eventually resulted in a day off.

I started searching for a Water Heater repair company. As I am new I dont know much of the vendors here. I asked my college friends about it so they referred me one name Rishon Plumbing & Water Heaters. I started searching on internet and found good reviews from their customers so I decided to give it a try. I called them and booked an appointment in a specific time window. I work as a part time employee in a shop to support my expense so I was able to book a slot in my free time. Apart from the convenience , I am very much satisfied with the service. They were on time with every equipment needed. They repaired my water heater quite fast and the work was tidy and up to the mark.

I am very happy with the services and the amount of dedication they showed . They were quite friendly as well so I didn't face any problem with them. It was a good experience and would definitely recommend to everyone who are looking for water heater repair services.

The best! We had a serious toilet plumbing problem on Thursday night. We checked Yelp with THE BEST PLUMBER NEAR ME. Plumber 2 The Rescue came up and we called them. Britney who answered the phone was so kind and she provided the service ASAP. Edwin who came to our house was very professional and he figured out the problem quickly. Our problem was a bit serious than we thought and he was straight to tell us the extra fee which was very reasonable and we appreciate his information ahead of time. He spent more than an hour to make sure that the problem was solved completely. We can't thank enough Edwin to be so professional and kind.
I know you think it should be but I had had bad enough experience in the past.

Warren was quick to reply from Yelp quote and quick on text message.  He provided a quote (including labor + parts) to repair a thermocoupler unit on my water heater on a Sunday and was able to come out Monday mid-morning to fix it.   Water heater is working again and Warren was in and out within an hour.

Had some miscommunication at first with our landlord contacting the plumber first, but the company was super helpful and professional in sorting that out and rescheduling. Junior is the plumber who came, and he was fantastic. Excellent service and clearly communicated the problem and his suggestions to remedy it. Really good experience all around. Thank you, Junior!

Had a big job, a real nightmare thankfully a good friend who spoke highly of them referred me. I usually don't go with referrals but they did a great job and I'm not just satisfied but thankful that everything went went. I am very picky and I gotta admit I am impressed.

Highly highly recommend Chris. Two days ago I was trying to install electronic toilet seat cover, after spending 3hours it was still leaking. So I called chris for help, he came in so fast and fixed my issue in less than 5 minutes without charging me anything. Very professional and patient explained why and what coz the problem. I work at the Northridge mall, had a leaky pipe in the restroom, found Rockstar Plumbing on Yelp and glad I did. Very professional, efficient and fair pricing, even when the simple job turned out to be worse than anticipated, Josh didn't hike up the prices, this was invaluable especially as a woman who has zero plumbing/repair pricing knowledge.

Miguel cleared my sewer he arrived at the time agreed he was very professional and very clean. He cleaned the drain with care and cleaned the workspace thoroughly before leaving. Good fair price and he provided a camera inspection for me free to show where my sewer has faults causing the issue. I would recommend Miguel to my friends.

We had a bit of an incident yesterday in our office bathroom around 11AM and a day full of clients ahead of us. Needless to say we went into a bit of a panic. I called 7 plumbers who were booked,  unavailable, didn't answer or couldn't get to us before 6pm. Victor not only picked up right away, but understood the situation with us having a lot of people in and out all day and was able to get to us within 2 hours. He was fast, reasonably priced and explained what likely occurred so we could avoid it in the future. Skip all the rest and just call Victor - you'll save yourself time and frustration - plus have all your issues solved quickly.

They came out on a Saturday morning in a matter of hours and completely solved our backed up sewer problem at a totally reasonable cost. They recommended some maintenance down the line, which I was ready to do right then, but they were so honest that I should wait to see if I even needed it. So far so good. All the stars for this business!

They are excellent. Even though i didn't have them do the work because the HOA for my building had to approve, they still tried to assist. Also, hours after leaving the plumber called me and inquired if the HOA plummers had actually made it out to help me.

Rocket Plumbing responded to my call right away and was able to come to my home within a couple hours. Sam re-lit the pilot in the water heater and told me how to do it myself next time. He also advised me on future care of the water heater so we can avoid problems and cleaned the dead foliage away from it to avoid suffocating the pilot. Thanks for the quick service!

Third time using these guys and we are thrilled each time. Super responsive, great communication, and everyone is just really nice and professional. We've used them 3 times for major leaks repairs and some thing as simple as changing a toilet valve. This last time Fernando & Juan didn't even charge us as the repair was a quick fix and very minor. Extremely professional and get the job done perfectly Everytime!

Great job!  I moved into my new house about 3 weeks ago.  It is a light fixer upper.  They came out to help me with a washer/dryer rusty connection issue.  They fixed it very quickly.  Before I asked them to look at other plumbing issues that I was aware of due to the house inspection, they told me.  I knew I was going to fix the water pressure but just didn't get to it yet.  They fixed this the same day for me.  Very helpful!

I called Flood Brothers today because there was a puddle of water in my garage where it meets the kitchen.  Giulio the technician came out within an hour of my calling.  He ran all kinds of tests to see where the water was coming from, and he even took the bottom of my dishwasher off. He diagnosed it as the dishwasher leaking, and he showed me.  He even spoke to my landlord for me about it.  They don't work on dishwashers, but I still expected a service call fee.  He waived it.

Thomas came to fix our kitchen sink clog , he went all the way down the house to make sure all the pipes are in good state before he ran the snake setup . He is very professional and explained all the details and recommended which ones to change . We recommend their devices and they are available on a weekend

Oh man I love these guys. Greg and Ash rocked my world. They were on time, professional and extremely nice. They came out to fix a water leak. They fixed it in seconds. And I think it was going to be free. They asked if I needed anything else done. I had new faucets I needed to put in my daughter's bathroom but hadn't gotten around to it. So I had Greg and Ash do it. It didn't take long at all. I will definitely call 911 Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs. Great guys. Great price. Great work.

I've now had Chris to my house twice and he's done a great job both times. He is incredibly friendly and knowledgable and goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are satisfied.
The most recent call ended up just being a loose hose. Chris came on a Sunday within a few hours of me calling him, he fixed the problem, cleaned up the mess and didn't charge me at all! It doesn't get much better than that.
Another great thing about this company is that they have online payment, SO fast and easy.
American Drain Works is now my go-to plumber.
