I sent a Yelp request and was pleasantly surprised to get a response with a hassle-free quote and an appointment from George.  My first impression of Rishon Plumbing company and George, the owner was first-class professionalism, honesty and integrity.  This company did not play games and did not use Yelp for just getting the leads and then providing vague non-committal need more information quote! George was sincere. His follow up was impeccable and he delivered.  He responded to me right away to tell me that Mike (aka Haik) will be coming by and specified the time.    

Within couple of days Mike arrived.  He sent me a text 39 minutes in advance to let me know when he would arrive.  Wow!  My husband and I greeted him.  He had brought his own towel to ensure our bathroom floors would stay clean.  I have dealt with a number of plumbers and by far, Mike is the BEST!  He is a great listener and works without making a big mess in your bathroom.  Our master bedroom sink was clogged up so he had to open up the pipe to clean it out.  In addition we needed his help with replacing the toilet seat in our guest bathroom.  He worked efficiently and our plumbing issues were resolved in no time at all.  He even took all the debris and dumped it in the trash bin and cleaned his worked area.

I am so grateful for the extra care and the excellent service both George and Mike provided to us.  In this day and age, it is very difficult to find companies that conduct business the old fashion way with honesty and integrity and show up on time!  The service excellence did not stop with George.  His plumber, Mike was as responsive and professional as he was.  He was so pleasant and courteous.  There was no bait and switch on the quote either.  After we paid for the services, Mike said that he would send us a receipt by email and he delivered.  We did not have to call and follow up.

George, Mike and Rishon Plumbing and Water Heaters hit all the marks.  This was the first time I used this company and I am a fan.  I will be their customer for as long as I live in CA and will refer them to all my family members and friends with no hesitation.  Thank you George and Mike for your excellent and superb service.  You made such a lasting positive impression on both my husband and I.  I wish I could give you a 10 star rating!

Crisis!  My teenage son called me at work to let me know the bathtub was overflowing because he couldn't get the tap to turn off and the drain was not draining fast enough to stop the flooding.  I raced home and found the situation as described, except the drain had opened up enough to keep the water level inside the tub.  But the water kept on flowing as I pictured the water meter flipping $$$$ faster than a Vegas slot machine.

I went to Yelp and contacted the top 3 plumbers in my area.  Warren was the only one who answered.  He told me how to cut off the water to the house and said he would be there after his last appointment of the day.  He came around 8:30 pm, did a temporary fix until he could get the right part, came back with the right part the next day, and took care of everything for a very reasonable price (no premium charges for after-hours work, etc.).  I've found myself a new plumber!!

A-1 (Max) was scheduled to come out to my condo to replace a bathroom faucet on 6/27 at 9am.  Not only was he 30 minutes late for the appointment, but upon arrival, he stated that he could not find parking so he left.  We agreed to reschedule for 6/28 at 9am.  Reluctantly, we took off work for the second day in a row, hoping that our sink would finally get fixed.  Just in case, I parked my vehicle outside the night before to save him a spot in case he could not find one.  On 6/28, 9:15am rolls around and I get no call from Max, after I finally get a hold of him, he states that he could not find a parking spot and that he would not fit in my spot, and that he is already on the freeway.   I asked him to come back and park in the alley near my building and if he is ticketed, I would pay the ticket on the spot.  His response was I do not want to take the risk.  What risk? I agreed to pay any citation he receives, no? Maybe I was not speaking english or maybe Max and A-1 are just the most unprofessional inconsiderate plumber out there.  He could have easily increased his rate to come back and make the customer happy.  At this point, I doubt that he even attempted to come to my address and likely lied.  I have numerous properties and have worked with many contractors and NEVER have I experienced this level of unprofessionalism.  There are lots of plumbers in the area, I recommend looking elsewhere!!

UPDATE: I called another plumber and they came out right away, found parking and replaced my faucet without any issues! No excuses,  no lies, great service, same price as A-1. LOL

Needed a last minute help with hooking up washer and dryer. They helped us out quickly and expertly. Recommend

So my plumbing was clogged one fine Sunday and the usual remedies weren't working including snaking the cartoon drain with my consumer level tool. I reached out to the Yelplisted businesses and Saucedo plumbing messaged me back in 5 minutes with advice and asking to call him to discuss the problem.

After talking for a few minutes we basically decided that the main was clogged and the line needed to be cleaned out. A quote was made and I was even told a way to alleviate the problem and offered to wait for Monday for a cheaper service visit.  I was surprised that this was even offered but my boss told me to get it fixed and I jumped! Lol.

Alberto came out and cleaned out the drain of some roots as discussed future options including periodic services versus a more permanent option including costs.

I have to say that this company exceeded my expectations for honestly, promptness and service. Will definitely be using them in the near future for my plumbing needs!

We had a massive leak on Memorial Day and had no idea what the issue was since we were gone when it occurred and DWP shut off the water. The team at Ace came over and did their best to fix the issue without the water turned on. Once the water was back on, it was clear there was yet another problem. The team came back and worked even more to fix anything without charging us again. They were so friendly, respectful and courteous. The experience couldn't have been better. Thank you!

Let me start off by saying I've been doing remodels and managing properties for 20 years now and can honestly say Rockstar Plumbing is literally the best plumbing company I've ever dealt with. Super professional and do super clean work. Had an emergency and I had them come out to fix at one of my properties and they came out right away fixed it and everything went super smooth! Miguel was great.  Arrived on time, worked hard, solved the problem and charged a reasonable rate.  You can't ask for any better than that!.

I believe what makes a great business is not only if you do great work ( which Victor does)  but how you handle possible conflict with a customer ( he does so patiently and graciously and makes sure you are beyond satisfied)
He makes sure you have knowledge of what is being done and how your house works, he is very patient in making sure you understand. I now remember why I hired him back when i did out of multiple of great plumbers i had come look at my property. He is patient, thorough, and has quality work.  
I am a landlord and have vacation properties the guests aren't always concerned about what they throw down the sinks and I had a plumbing emergency  and  had to call another Plumber... That plumber said I needed some pipes changed and suggested that maybe i didn't need my mainlines switched at the beginning.. I was upset so i got a second third opinion and had Victor himself come out ( I was very upset at the prospect I may have paid thousands for something I didn't need) Victor did not hesitate to come out right away. He graciously took a camera to all my plumbing and explained in great detail what had been done and what some issues may be ( no one else who said i needed extra work did this)  HE also found the problem I was having now- it was minor... No need to change any pipes. In fact since he was at my place he, free of charge,  did some upkeep on my plumbing which he did not have to ... an $800 job completely charge free just because I was an existing customer.
He ended up saving me  potentially other thousands of dollars had I gone with a new plumber and not double checked with him.

We are extremely happy, and excited to find such an outstanding, and honest plumbing company.  We had a leak running from our upstairs bathroom into our downstairs family room.  We found Rapid Action Rooter online with 5 stars, and a host of happy customers, and I can see why.  We are now part of those extremely happy, and satisfied customers.

Mr. Mandel will calm your nerves; he is thorough, communicative, honest, and very knowledgeable about plumbing.  His team is incredible; Ron came out; had to do some demolition to get to the pipes behind the walls, found the leak, and Kelly repaired the leak.  The best part of all of this is not just fixing the pipe, but their professionalism, and how clean they left the bathroom, and downstairs.  These guys are AMAZING!  We have found our plumbers for life.   Thank you, Mandel, Ron, & Kelly!!

Fernando and Martin came to the rescue to asses a leak in our kitchen faucet and unclogged our bathroom sink. They were professional and were able to resolve my issue quickly. Will definitely contact them again.

Zorro was super responsive via yelp message AND text. They showed up on time and was able to fix the two problem that I had within the time frame give..this include going all the way to Santa Monica to find the parts that I need for my shower. I've had other people coming over before, they always say they needed to order the part and is going to take another week...etc etc. I'm very happy Z&H.

After several attempt to fix the leaks in my master bath, I had given up and decided I was just going to rip it out and rebuild it. Every person I had ever called, told me a different reason why the bathroom was leaking, and would fix it.  But it never lasted and the problem always reappeared. That was about 10 yrs ago. The project kept getting delayed and we just lived with one functional shower. So when the good shower started leaking through our ceiling, we had a problem. I am so glad I called Flood Brothers. I originally was only thinking about fixing the shower we were using, but Junior was able to quickly figure out what was wrong with BOTH bathrooms. He is very knowledgeable and professional.  After so many bad experiences in the past, I was very skeptical of anyone that told me they could fix my cursed bathroom.  But he took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me, and show me picture and video about what was going on in the ceiling. His explanations on what the problems were, were the first ones that ever really made sense to me. I feel they are doing the job right and am SO EXCITED to finally have my master bath back again!  Definitely planning on calling them again to help me with anything I need in the future.

Thomas came to fix our kitchen sink clog , he went all the way down the house to make sure all the pipes are in good state before he ran the snake setup . He is very professional and explained all the details and recommended which ones to change . We recommend their devices and they are available on a weekend

Best plumbing company in Southern LA. These guys are professional, something that my previous plumbing company never seemed to understand. The initial consult went well, the plumbers arrived on time and they did solid work. Praises all round!
