Had a clog in our kitchen sink. Rishon came to the rescue today after us calling for help. Lucky for us he was able to squeeze us in. Very professional and prompt. He was very knowledgable and took his time. Thanks to him, our sink is in working condition. Perfect timing for Thanksgiving!

These guys are the real deal. They arrived on short notice and installed gas lines in our new pizza shop quickly. Honest and hard workers. Look forward to working with them in the future!

Well--that was easy!  Our sump pump that takes water away from the front of our house (hillside design, yay) had sprung a leak and the float wasn't rising on its own--and we were getting a lot of rain.  Tracy came around, tightened up the elbow joint; it had just gotten loose.  Removing leaves and tweaking the float just a wee bit did the trick.  

No parts needed and then Tracy didn't want to charge for labor!  Thanks, Flood Brothers!

This is my first, but definitely not my last, time using Charlie's Sewer.  We had a flood from a broken water pipe that was gushing water out onto the street.  Within 1 1/2 hours of calling the company, Lulu had Moises and his team out to help us.  They had to dig about 5 feet in from the curb and about 2 1/2 feet deep.  It was a big job.  They replaced pipe where the leak was, plus about a foot further in, since the pipe was weak in that area.  There was no charge for the extra foot - they are interested in doing a job that will last well rather than in charging for any 'extras.'  Moises even tightened a weak sprinkler for me that I thought was broken (but thankfully wasn't). Moises was both friendly and competent . I would not hesitate one moment to call 'Charlie' for Moises again.

I called Saucedo pluming this morning when I was unable to connect the gas line to a new stove/oven we purchased for our condo.  I received a call back within 20 minutes and Alberto Saucedo and his associate were there in a couple of hours as promised.  They hooked up my stove without problems and spent additional time helping place the unit back into the space which was a very challenging fit.  Finally they adjusted the legs and added a spacer I had so it was level.  I was so impressed by their amazing customer service that I will always use them for any future needs!

After finding a leaking drain pipe this afternoon, I tried to wrap my head around the potential cost of repairs. Considering the likelihood of water damage was ughhh... too much.

Jason the plumber is indeed, a rockstar. No, he's the Picasso of Plumbing. A true artist who takes pride in his craftsmanship. We had a wonderful experience with him with installing and renovating our bathroom and kitchen plumbing set-up. I couldn't be more thankful for his kind, courteous manner and professionalism.

Miguel was very responsive and accommodated me within 24 hrs. I would recommend him to others and plan on utilizing his services in the future, if necessary.

Our garbage disposal clogged over the holidays and was spraying nasty stuff all over our sink! I called Victor yesterday, he answered immediately, and showed up right on time today. He and Oscar were as nice as can be and the disposal was cleared and fixed in under twenty minutes. Highly recommend!

I called today to request someone to check out this gross odor in my bathroom. Anna Av responded quickly to my msg and mentioned they would arrive after 3pm.
Av arrived at 5:30pm and I told him the situation and he quickly proceeded to help me with the musty smell in my sink. Aside from that, Av was very polite and was not rushing to do the job.

My toilet was stopped up in the guest bathroom and all I could think about was how would I find a reputable, plumbing professional prior to the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday.  After thoroughly researching the Yelp landscape, based on honest reviews, I called Mandel at Rapid Action Rooter. Although it was late in the afternoon he offered to send a crew member after 7:00pm but I had a meeting.  He assured me that he would personally come the next morning between 10:00am - 12:00pm.  Mandel and Dewayne arrived at 10:00am,  punctuality a major plus!  Mandel thoroughly checked my main line to see if there was a blockage but luckily that was not the problem. Dewayne resolved the clog with effective snake action and my toilet was back in operating order.  I will definitely call Rapid Action Rooter again and highly recommend them - Mandel and team are responsive, deliver high quality results, readily available 24/7 and offer reasonable pricing.

Its easy to give a 5-star review right after an appointment, but the real test is if the work lasts. In  my case it didnt last, and within a couple weeks my drains were clogged again. I can't know for sure if the work they did could have prevented the 2nd clog, all I know is 1) I paid them to do a job that lasted only a couple weeks before having to pay someone again, and 2) when I told them about it they didn't make any effort to rectify it (I would have expected, for example, at least an offer of a dicsount for them to come back out and fix it again).

Called them, 30 minutes later they were here!!! Amazing fast and professional!! Definitely our go to plumbers!!!!

Had a great experience when I needed to replace my water heater. The guys were on time (early even), took care of my old water heater, replaced the new one, and fixed the garbage disposal in a very timely manner. And I was charged exactly what they quoted me. I would definitely recommend Z&H and will be using them again.

Michael, Giovanni and Willie came out today because I had called about a clog that was affecting my kitchen sink and laundry area. I had not been able to use the sink or washer in several days so I was in urgent need of help. We set an appointment time and the crew was there ten minutes early and ready to work. They were very careful to put down mats and move items without damaging them. They finished up rather quickly and ran a few tests before leaving. Everything works great! I had cracked pipes and clay sewer line with roots causing hangups and backups. The plumbing was originally installed when the house was built in 1951. Connie first came out and inspected everything under the house as well as running a camera through the lines and showing me where the problems were. She then drew a diagram of all the plumbing, educating me on the various lines, connections and trouble spots and then prioritized each section. There was only one area which needed to be fixed as soon as possible and she gave me a more-than-fair estimate on that, but also let me know there was a possibility of needing to repair a slighting longer section if the pipe was too weak for a connection at that point. I was very happy and impressed with Connie's professionalism, service, knowledge, documentation (Contract, license,insurance,etc.), time spent to make sure I understood the options, and of course the completed project itself. There was extensive and hard-to-reach excavation required to get to the problem. It was all done in one day as promised, and everything was cleaned up and put back together perfectly. Connie even came out the following morning to check and make sure everything was done to my (& her) satisfaction. I would VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND American Drain Works & Plumbing Company!
