Had an emergency outdoor leak. They sent Jose right over and he fixed it in no time. Fast and courteous!

Eddie was awesome!! I thought we had a broken toilet. He came over and quickly determined it was a bigger problem that affected multiple units in our building. He was very knowledgable and explained how the plumbing worked. Not only was he incredibly professional with a very reasonable price, but also was able to come over the same day I called. Plus he did not try to sell any unnecessary extra items or services. I couldn't ask for more.

Recently had a back up at our rental property in West Hollywood. After clearing the line come to find out half our line that our old contractor installed was completely collapsed and clogged with mud. Mike and Giovanni came out and replaced our 4 sewer in one day. By the time my husband finished work it looking like nothing had been done. We got a before and after DVD and a great warranty. This was the best experience in service our family has had top to bottom. The work was fast, efficient and meticulously clean.

If I were able to give Charlie 10 stars I would gladly do just that.  Here is why...

We woke up to our kitchen sink being backup and could not get the water to drain.  I called out our savior, Charlie's Rooter Service, and even on Super Bowl Sunday Charlie came out within an hour and managed to snake out the problem and we are home free once again.  Charlie came to our home about a month ago when our master bathroom sinks needed to be drained and Charlie worked wonders for us then too. Not only does Charlie do the job, but he insists on cleaning the entire are where we has worked too.  The man is a saint and he is a Roto Rooter genius!  Thanks Charlie for coming out to rescue Alison Eichberg and Peter Eichberg this morning!!!

What a great outfit. Did everything we asked for perfectly and then threw in an extra job for no charge. You won't find better or more reasonably priced plumbers anywhere.

Chris is a friendly guy, gets down to business, works efficiently, and would summarize what's going on as he worked through the problems. For the reasonable pricing, I had him clear out the kitchen pipes and the two bathrooms.  He also made sure the unit below me didn't get clogged up from the work. From the telephone call with the office manager, Darcy, the whole process was easy, professional and I felt like I was getting an honest work done. I would definitely call them again for future needs. Nice people, forthright way of doing business, and gets the job done.

I run a small busines and needed a new machine connected to our water line next day. Matt showed up early next day, which is very rare for contractors since most make us wait 2hrs to even show up. Gave us a fair quote and even brainstormed some ways to save us money. They serviced us efficiently and accurately. Everything was seemless. Both Matt and Adam are stand up guys, trustworthy, honest and very professional. I would highly recommend them for any home/business use. Thanks guys!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ESPECIALLY if you don't know anything about plumbing. They will take you for a ride through Disney World, and we all know how expensive that can get.

I called New Pro to come do a job at my house, a job that I know how to do, a job I've done before twice in my other two bathrooms. It was a simple job that I knew I could do in two hours. I just didn't have the time to do it, because it was during the holiday season and I was trying to get my house ready for my family to visit.

They sent a plumber named Miguel. Miguel the crook. Miguel the liar. Whatever you want to call him, just don't call him for plumbing service. He forged the work order estimate, he lied to my face numerous times, and he kept trying to add money to the total bill.

MY FIRST MISTAKE, was that I opened my mouth and told Miguel I had family coming the next night. I will never make that mistake again, to anyone performing a service, to tell them I have somewhere to be or people to impress. He tried to hold me hostage over this. For some reason, he also thought I was a totally idiot, because he tried to run the biggest scam on me I've ever seen.

ESTIMATE:
First of all, he told me he was going to need to open up the wall in the bathroom, so that he could install pipe. I damn near fell out of my shoes when I heard that! It was the most ridiculous thing I'd ever heard. There was absolutely NO REASON for him to touch my drywall. All we was doing, was replacing the pipe that connects the sink to the drain pipe. I had all the parts. The job should have taken no more than 30-45 minutes. He LIED to my face, and told me that he couldn't fix it without doing that. I had to sit there and argue with him for 5 minutes, show him the other two sinks I installed, before he relented. Okay maybe he's really that stupid he believed that nonsense, either way, no excuse.

MY SECOND MISTAKE, was agreeing for him to do the work after he tried that scam. Honestly, the price he quoted me to do the work was fair, $125 to switch two faucet handles, and then replace some pipes under the sink. Like I said I had family coming so I signed the work order.

JOB:
After an hour and a half. He told me he was done. I checked, and the pipes under the sink were properly connected. However, HE INSTALLED THE HANDLES ON MY SINK BACKWARDS. He tried to play dumb, and tell me that's what I said I wanted, and that in order for him to fix it, it was going to be another hour and a half and that I would have to pay another $100.

I couldn't believe it. His mistake and he wants to charge me for it. BUT WAIT, IT GETS BETTER!!!

SHADY CONTRACT:
I asked to see the contract. He showed it to me, and he added $20 to the work estimate I had signed. He added it after the fact, and crossed out the total and wrote in a new total, as if that's what we had agreed upon. He told me he needed to add $20 because it took longer than normal.

I mean can you imagine this. This stranger comes into your house, a week before christmas, and then proceeds to try and completely screw you. I was so absolutely irate.

TRIED TO KICK HIM OUT:
I told him not to finish the job and leave. He continued to argue with me, and then kept trying to lower the price of his final bill. Which BTW, had ballooned over 95% more than the original estimate, totaling $245.

CALLED HIS BOSS:
I threatened with calling the cops, but decided against it. As soon as I pulled out my phone to look up the number, Miguel ran and got his cellphone. I dialed and while the phone was ringing, Miguel called, and his boss picked up HIS line. Then he walked out the front door talking to him, his boss ignored my call.

I left a message, and then tried calling his boss back to no avail. Miguel came back into the house, and said he would do the job for the original price he quoted me. I really wanted him out of the house, but he seemed remorseful and I thought maybe his boss set him straight.

FELT THREATENED!!!
He acted like the biggest prick of life, kept muttering under his breath. I was so nervous the whole time he was in my house, I really thought he was going to try and do something malicious.

FINALLY
He finished the job, which should have taken less than an hour and a half, it took almost FOUR HOURS!!! Because of all the back and forth, and his mistakes/lies. I was so pissed, I had so much stuff to do that afternoon. I tried calling his boss back again that evening, no answer. Two days later his boss left a voice mail message, but I was so mad still I couldn't even talk to him.

I chose Victor to unblock a drain by reviews on Yelp. I have used several different companies over the last few years ( I manage a few properties) and am completely satisfied with the response and job well done by Victor and his crew. I called and left a message, got a response within just a few minutes and he gave me an estimated time of arrival that he kept. Very friendly efficient clean work. Price was at or below average for my area. I will for sure call then again should the need arise.

Excellent, Excellent service.  My irrigation system was leaking (very bad).  Contacted Hermès plumbing via Yelp.  Was contacted within 10 minutes....they came out and took care of leaky system.  I highly recommend their service.  Pricing was excellent and the work was top notch!

My garbage disposal went completely out of commission. I got in touch with Mandel of Rapid Action Rooter. He came at the time I requested and completed the task swiftly.

Rocket Plumbing (Sam - the technician) is a terrific plumbing service. Got back to me after my initial call; talked with Sam - set the appt and discussed an estimated price.

Sam showed up on time, was professional and knowledgeable. We talked as he was doing the work, and let me know exactly needed to be done and took care of the work.  Price was right on target.

I'm very happy with his work and how he handled himself. Rocket Plumbing is now our go to plumbing company.

Martin and the other technician (didn't get his name) were amazing! Not only were they professional and knowledgeable (they came by today and fixed the issue instantly) but they were also great people (didn't try to rip us off and even wore booties inside). So glad I have found a respectable plumber I can trust. We just moved to LA and ill use them for everything in the future.

I needed to replace my old water heater with a new tankless system. The Z&H Plumbing team was fast, efficient, reliable and very clean. If they needed to enter the house they would always put booties on and even laid down some tarp as to not dirty the home. They worked with my schedule and were a reasonable price. Would recommend their services

Joe Flores was awesome! Very easy to communicate with, and he fixed a urinal that others failed to fix extremely quickly! Would highly recommend!

I share a studio in el Segundo with four other bands... one of them (who I WILL soon find out) clogged the toilet and left it for me to find. Not cool. Long story short the toilet is unclogged 47 mins later thanks to Sal's Plumbing and I can record music without smelling the worst smell I've ever smelled :(

Really wonderful service! Called 'em up and they came out to do a free quote on the same day- Got us reasonable price and scheduled the appointment for a couple days later. Sam and Greg showed up and got the job done quickly and effectively- super nice guys that seemed to work well together. They noticed our toilet was running and fixed it for us with no extra charge!  These guys were great. 10/10 would use their services again.

As far as we're concerned Chris and his company are now our new plumber.

We had a sewer clean out pipe problem where it had backed up and was overflowing for way too long. Two other companies came out to unclog it temporarily and I got assessments and bids from a few others to figure out how we had to fix the problem. Every one of them tried to scare us into thinking the problem was WAY worse than it was. Chris took my call at home in the evening and promptly came out the next day. He walked us through what he found on the video before and after hydro-jetting and let us know that the condition of the pipe was not as dire as we had been told. Not only was his price more reasonable than other bids I got (where I felt like we were being taken for a ride) but Chris offered, as a part of his service, to return after 4-6 months to check the pipe condition! THIS was one of the selling points for me to hire Chris. NO ONE else offered that kind of service which makes me think Chris cares about his customers. He's friendly, prompt, efficient, and he's genuine in his assessment of problems with his clients. We will definitely call ADW / Chris again!
