We needed to replace a very old 30 gallon water heater. George and John came on time and worked very quickly. They removed and installed a new 40 gallon water heater. Because our house is very old with an old plumbing setup, George tested to make sure that our current plumbing system could handle the water pressure for the new 40 gallon water heater - a 10 gallon difference from the original.  All was fine. That gave us peace of mind that they were more than a water heater (a piece of an equipment)  installer but made sure that there would not be any issues with the general plumbing functionalities with the increased capacity of the tank.

We also had them installed an earthquake - seismic shut off valve at our gas meter. They also installed a seismic safety product stabilizer. This was something that needed to be done. A form of earthquake prepareness for our old home. Now we have peace of mind that this has been done.

Both George and John were very courteous and professional. The costs for the new water heater and seismic shut off value were very reasonable and fair.

Jose picked up the phone- on a Saturday! He is  professional, articulate & genuinely concerned. He suggested I text him a photo of my leaky bathroom faucet. He gave instructions on what kind of new faucet was needed, so I immediately got a new one at Home Depot, and he arrived exactly when he said he would to install the new bathroom faucet & fix the leak.

He even found a 2nd leak underneath (an obvious one I was unaware of) and made me aware of it. He was able to fix both issues on the same day & within the timeframe he said it would and made it all happen within a reasonable quote.

Jose suggested I save money by scheduling the repair on Monday or a weekday, considering that weekend rates are generally more, but I appreciated that he made me aware of that & allowed me options for time & financial commitment. I went for the weekend rate & it was worth the immediate attention and professional care... and the peace of mind!

After my roommate dropped a bunch of Q-tips down the toilet and attempted to flush them down, we had a clog that vigorous plunging could not save us from.  (Apparently, she thought it was just paper so it would wash away like TP, but ... it didn't.)  I called My Plumbing Doctor and they were here in the time frame they specified, were in and out in a flash, and charged me the $89 they quoted.  I am happy to put this plumbing problem in the past fairly painlessly.

After using dawn dish soap and vinegar and baking soda and plunging I still had a plugged toilet.  I found Max on Yelp. He's great, reliable and fast. I've added him to my contacts. So glad he's in the Culver city area.

Giulio and Efiren (sorry for the spelling) are miracle workers. We've had a horrible sewer smell in our house for four years. We've had at least five other plumbers come over and couldn't solve it. With one smoke test they did what the other guys couldn't do, they found the issue and solved it.

I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Do not go elsewhere, Flood Brothers is the best in LA!!

Once again, Charlie and his company came to the rescue!  We were using the garden hose on the front lawn and the valve that the hose was connected too just fell off, since it was pretty old and rusty.  There was no way we could leave the water on for the entire house unless that was fixed.  I called Charlie and asked if they could come out, even though it was late (8:00pm), because I have two little children who we needed to bathe and get ready for bed and needed the water on and the issue fixed.  WITHOUT HESITATION, Charlie was working out and said he would come right over.  In less than 10 minutes, the issue was fixed!!  He also indicated that the valve he replaced it with is higher pressure, better quality, and more durable.  I don't doubt it for a second.  This is the third time I've called Charlie's Rooter to our house for service since we bought our new house about a year ago.  I also recommended Charlie, Luis, and their entire crew to my parents and they have helped them with plumbing concerns as well.  They are the most professional, courteous, HONEST, and hard working company i have ever worked with!!!  For someone like me that doesn't right reviews very regularly, this is my THIRD one I've written for them!!  I can't thank Charlie and his team enough for the compassion they showed to me and my family and for coming out to the house so quickly to get the issue fixed.  THANKS AGAIN CHARLIE - YOU ARE THE MAN!!!! :)

Saucedo Plumbing is absolutely fantastic! We just moved into our new home and poured a bunch of old milk into our sink and then realized it was completely clogged. We called Alberto on a Saturday and he thought it might just be a jammed garbage disposal and actually swung by our house to help unclog it since we didn't have the tool. We ended up needing to replace it, but he and his team were at our house first thing on Monday morning to help. They replaced our garbage disposal, fixed a leaky sink, and a running toilet extremely fast. They were very kind, courteous, and also followed all COVID protocol. I found them on Yelp, so realize the importance of these Yelp reviews. They will be our GO-TO plumber for everything in the future. Thank you!

We had Ace Plumbing help us replace a toilet and faucet. From start to finish it  was great service. Darcy was super responsive via phone and email. I don't know about you, but we  many service providers, it's hard to get them to even call you  back half the time!

Chris came by to look at the situation  and provide an estimate. They do charge a fee for this, which goes toward the service. That's reasonable for me, since you are taking up their time. The day of, they gave us a two hour window and showed up in the middle of it. Worked through the day and finished early afternoon. When they were finished, Chris gave me a call  to confirm what they had done along with any issues they might have come across. Again great communication all around. I came home, and confirmed they also had cleaned up after themselves and also moved our belongings out of the way to make sure it didn't get dirty.

Their work was great, and everything was done very professionally. Hopefully we won't run into any issues with our plumbing, but if we do, we are happy we have a reliable service provider. Thanks Ace!

I called New Pro Plumbing on early Sunday morning, it was a busy Sunday but Miguel was able to come here at the time to help me. Two of my bathrooms sink had clogged up, plus the water pipes connect together, the water came up from the pipe (anyway it was really nightmare for me); Miguel came, and he quickly snaked the pipes, and gave me warranty as well.
He done within one hour, he is super efficiency and friendly. Highly recommended!!!

Hermes Plumbing came to fix a water leak in our crawl space. They were fast, professional, and didn't try to upsell us on other services. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be hiring them again for future plumbing needs!

Zoro was fantastic.  He responded very promptly to my calls and texts from start to finish.  He gave very fair and accurate quotes for both repairing and replacing our hot water heater and did not try to sway my decision in one direction or another.  I even got a quote from a second company to make sure the prices were fair and the other company's quote was hundreds of dollars more.  Zoro was very straightforward and professional.  I would definitely recommend Z&H to a friend.
