Very happy with the work that Rishon Plumbing did on my mother in-law's house. She was in need of a new water heater and needed to bring her water heater placement up to code. Rishon Plumbing did an excellent job assessing what was needed, quick to do the job and even made sure other areas of the house were up to date and code. Will definitely use them again for other plumbing needs. They were also very respectful of the whole covid situation and came wearing masks and distanced themselves- made it very comfortable and easy to do with business with them.

Responded super fast and was on time. Very nice and professional. Fixed the problems quickly (leaking toilet and garbage disposal). Very happy with work. Will definitely use again.

This is truly a professional and honest local business that provides unparalleled care. The first time I used it was half a year ago. A leaky toilet, one phone call, same day service and repair, very reasonable and competitive pricing. Easy. The second time was today for a sink problem. My sink has been rumbling terribly when turned on full. I called the # listed and Eddie took my call. He offered both times today and tomorrow to come fix it. We agreed on a time tomorrow, but he asked me first to try a simple fix over the phone, knowing full well that this may obviate the need for his services. The fix worked, he charged me nothing for his help to fix this nagging sink problem that has plagued me for months. Can't recommend them enough.

Called for clogged toilet. They were unable to fix it with the equipment on hand and quoted me $450 for a bigger snake and to complete the job. I called BM Plumbing and they were able to do the job for less than $200. And I had to pay $75 to A1, ugh. To be fair, Max did try fixing the problem for an hour.

These guys are great! As a local Realtor I can always count on them to be on time for camera inspections and take great care of my clients. They are always honest and fair and go the extra mile. Jerry Wise is amazing and so is the rest of the crew. Selling a home takes a team and I am glad they are a part of mine!

Charlies Plumbing fixed a toilet problem that another plumber did not, could not fix.
Charlie was easy to do business, fast, friendly and his prices were reasonable.

Alberto is responsive, fast, clean, nice, and reasonable. What more do you want from someone you hire? He and his co-worker came in and fixed everything in no time, and I even had him come in to take a look at a faucet that we ordered. He gave me his opinion and didn't charge me a callout fee.

Chris and Darcy are a great team and our go-to plumbing service provider. Darcy is always highly responsive in booking appointments. Chris is very trustworthy and does high quality work for a great price. They've helped us over the years with toilets, trash compactors, water pipe issues, etc. I highly recommend giving them a call when you have plumbing needs.

I had high hopes given their yelp reviews. One technician came out and returned a few days later with the expert with regard to our problem. They walked around the house and recommended over $30k in repairs and said they would email me or call me with further details. I still haven't heard from them and it has been 4 weeks. I'm not sure what's worse, the ghosting and lack of communication or the estimate of $30k, which was resolved by another plumbing company for far less.

I thought my weekend was ruined when my tub handle broke and water started spraying at crazy angles all over the bathroom. It quickly became clear I did not have the skills to fix the problem, but being Saturday, I thought I was never going to get anyone over to the house on short notice. When I called Victor's Rooter & Plumbing, the owner Victor told me that all of his technicians were busy and booked until Monday, but he jumped on a FaceTime call with me to try and talk me through the fix. When my lack of know-how left us nowhere, Victor (who was enjoying his weekend w his family) came over to my house himself and fixed the entire problem in no time and for a very competitive rate. While he was here, Victor wore a mask and was as courteous and helpful as you could imagine. I cannot overstate my satisfaction with this business, or my appreciation for the character of the owner. If you're facing a plumbing disaster, these are the folks to call.

These guys were awesome. Had some toilet issues that were minor but I was unable to fix myself. They were clear with communication of when they could come out (roughly 2 hours) and were professional and a fair price.

Mr. Mandel explained what the problem was and what is to be done.....would call him again for future plumbing issues...

This wasn't my choice of plumber. My tenants unfortunately called these plumbers to relight a water heater. The tenants were forced to pay CASH on the spot. What kind of reputable business demands cash? If you call this company:caveat emptor. They have post office boxes with street addresses throughout Southern California to legitimize their service. Their Venice business & Santa Monica business addresses are both residential addresses.The plumber who came out wrote on the invoice 15 year old water heater from 2003. This was completely incorrect. The water heater was manufactured in 2007 & purchased & installed new in 2010 from a large home improvement chain store. So here's what happened: Chris came out & relit the pilot for a $120 service fee thinking in his mind that my water heater was 15 yrs old. Two days later the pilot went out. I left multiple messages with their answering service without a reply. Finally my son got in contact with the plumber Chris. He told him we needed a new water heater for $1400. Later the same day, I spoke with Chris. I have a COMPLETE TRANSCRIPT of that call. He absolutely refused to come out again to look at my water heater. He was rude, intimidating, demeaning & unprofessional. Later I got ahold of the owner Brian who I believe isn't the actual owner, but merely a customer service representative-- a sort of middle- man for the actual owners who are very ORGANIZED. He promised he would have another plumber Jose come on a Monday ( it was a Friday) when I spoke to Brian. I didn't hear back the whole next week. Finally the next Friday Jose( second plumber) came out. He backed up.his co-worker's story that my water heater needed replacing. He even feigned trying to relight the pilot. Fast forward to a few days later: I got another plumber to come out. I had arranged to install a new water heater per Rocket Plumbing's advice. New plumber told me I don't need a new unit-- there was no rust or leaking. He was able to fix the unit with a part he had & gave me a warranty. Here's the bottom line: I have requested a refund of the $120 because the plumber did not do his job. He aged up my water heater on the receipt in a ploy to pressure me, an absentee owner, into purchasing a new unit. Brian ( the owner?) refused & told me I was wasting his time & money & that I just wanted to get something for free. Brian tried to get me to give him the phone number of the new plumber I got to.fix the water heater. I sent him the invoice, but not the #. I'm assuming he was planning on intimidating the other plumber. This is how they operate. They assume that most customers have little knowledge about plumbing ( which is a great assumption if you are calling this company.) Chris actually yelled at me: ARE YOU A PLUMBER?  I'm expecting Brian to reply to this review with a boilerplate I tried everything to satisfy this customer but believe me he didn't. I deserve a refund. I'll be protesting in front of their phony street address/mail box store soon.  Update : re: Brian's response: The water heater is perfectly fine the new plumber had a part & fixed it. He didn't just relit the pilot. He gave me a One year warranty. You even admit that your plumber made an error on the receipt about the date of the heater. The tenant who.paid cash told me that he would not recommend you as plumbers. You are the intimidating ones. Let me know if you would like a full transcript of my conversation with your plumber Chris. I waited a whole week for the other plumber Jose to come out- then when I contacted you- you acted like it was a big chore to send him out after it had been promised. You are listed on a website as the customer relations person. Why should I pay $ 120 for someone to light the pilot & then it goes out two days later-- did Chris tell the tenants he thought the water heater was failing? Please move back to Chicago, and God Bless. It's not my problem if you lost money because your plumber screwed up the original job. You owe me the money & you have made the decision to not do.the honorable thing. Shame on you. What kind of customer would be pleased with paying $120 to relight a pilot & get a receipt with the wrong manufacturing date? I will pray for you.

Carlos and Martin came to my rescue. They are professional, courteous, clean job from start to finish and they take my misery away which is to install a new valve on my leaky hot water line to my kitchen faucet. I cannot believe it that they didn't even charge me even when I insist to pay. They are just flat out outstanding plumbers. It is rare to find people like Carlos and Martin and I will definitely call them again when I need a plumber and will recommend to all my friends. From the bottom of my heart thanks so much guys! Awesome job!!!

Once again, a job well done! Z & H went all the way to Covina to replace my parents' water heater. As always, replacement was done so well and they are always so prompt. My parents are so happy with their new water heater. This is the 4th or 5th time I've used Z & H and always so happy with their service.

Zorro is so nice and easy to deal with. Always promptly responding to my questions. I would highly recommend them. If I can give more than 5 stars, I would.

Mike and Julio came out at the appointed time. They seemed friendly, straightforward and honest. They presented some options and costs, did the work quickly and effortlessly and were gone in about half an hour.  I was really surprised by how fair the pricing seemed to be. Wow, who knew...an honest plumber!

They were prompt and courteous. They could not help me with my heating system issue but there was no charge and the tech did help point me in the right direction. Will definitely use them in the future.

Great customer service. Getting an appointment was simple and easy. The technician that came out, Greg, was  was great and very helpful. No more flooded bathroom for us. Five stars all around.

I had them come install a new kitchen sink today. Plumber was here in less than 30 min. Lalo did and excellent job. Was kind and friendly. The lady that helped me when I called was very nice as well. Good price too. Highly recommend!!
