The responsiveness of Rishon Plumbing & Water Heaters was excellent.  I was surprised that they could come out on the same day and replace my tankless water heater to get my hot water going again.  George was knowledgeable and helpful on the phone, and Mike was prompt and professional when he arrived.  What really stood out was Mike's helpful approach in answering my questions and his follow-through on ones he couldn't answer right off the bat. I wish all housing service companies were this good. This is a top-notch operation, and I recommend their services.

This company is well respected and does a good job. My recent review that gave them a bad review was meant for palisades plumbing not for real plumbers. please disregard the bad review I originally gave this company. So sorry for this review problem. I had a terrible time with yelp trying to delete the original message. My apologies:

I tried to clean out the drain of my bathroom sink on a Sunday morning (unsuccessfully) and needed to call a plumber.  I decided to use Rescue because it was located in WLA and got great reviews.  Warren called me back in 10 minutes and promised npmy a plumber between 1030 and 1230.  Eddie came out by 1115, was polites abandon nice and cleaned it out in 10 minutes.  I paid a premium for the weekend call ($120 for the weekend, $80 for weekdays), but it was done quickly and well, so I can't really complain.  Plus, Eddie told me that if I have an problems with the drain in the next 30 days, they'll re-do it, no charge.

After replacing the toilet with a new one, we noticed there is a small amount of water leaking from the pipe connecting to the toilet. The plumber that we use is out of town, so we have to look for one to fix the problem.  I use Yelp and found A-1 Rooter & Plumbing. After texting them with my problem did I realize they were closed on the day I texted. However, they texted back informing us that they do not have availability. I am not sure if it means they have no availability on that day or no availability at all.  Since I did not specify a date on my text, it's not clear why they would texted back the way they did. Confusing!

Mike came out and immediately diagnosed and solved our problem.  Super fast, reliable, and courteous.  We will definitely be calling Flood Brothers for all of our plumbing needs.

Charlie (the owner) came to our house to fix our kitchen sink. He fixed the sink quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this plumbing service/company any day. Thanks again Charlie!

We had an issue with kitchen faucet. Alberto responded my Yelp request very quickly and was able to work around my schedule. He showed up on time and replaced the faucet very quickly. He was very nice and he even took our old ones. Highly recommend to Culver City residents!

Ok, so I've been thru more bad plumbers unfortunately than I can count. I just got used to it....I thought it was the way it goes.....the plumbers I have gone thru were all totally filthy, totally unreliable, and totally shady.
Then I found these guys! Chris is the best kindest Plumber Man ever!!
SO professional, SO clean, SO dependable, SO thorough, and SO good at what he does....SO honest, SO fair, and just the nicest person ever. I'm telling you this is NOT normal! I hope all their customers treat them as good as they will treat you!

Chris and team are fantastic!
We woke up to a gurgling noise and a funny smell coming out of the bathroom only to discover that all our bathtubs, showers and toilets were all backed up!
We called rockstar in a panic and they had someone out to the house within about an hour.
Well our main sewer line under the house had collapsed the day before our 4th of July party!
Chris and his team worked tirelessly to get things to a manageable state so we could have people over and use the bathrooms-sparingly. He explained every part of the problem and repair process so that we fully understood what was happening and why.
He even called us on the 4th of July to check that things we're working ok.
The next day the really big work began! There was major digging, root cleaning and giant sewer pipe replacement. Chris and his team  started at 7:00 am and worked tirelessly until the huge job was completed around 6pm.
They even replanted all the landscape and lawn that had to be dug up to replace the sewer line out to the street.
I would definitely recommend this company to everyone for their plumbing needs large or small!

We needed a last minute repair and Miguel was knowledgeable, kind, and on time (harder to find around than it should be). Will definitely use them in the future.

Victor saved my duplexmate and I when our sewage pipes backed up early on a Sunday morning. He came to assess the problem within an hour and a half, then came back later that week to fix it completely. He even came back a few weeks later when my dishwasher had problems draining and fixed the problem within half an hour. We're very happy with our service!

We bought a new place, and our pipe busted under our home. I was cringing at having to call some strange plumber that would be delayed for days, come to our home and give us some gobbly-gook about how we would need a new flex-capacitor. I expected to have to keep our water turned off all weekend.

I did not expect these two guys to fit us in on the same day, communicate well, be personable, efficient, and get the job done faster than I wrote this email.

I wish there were pixie dust that I could spread over these 5-stars to make them sparkle and draw your attention in. If you need a plumber, call Hermes.  These guys are so great; they will make you happy you sprung a leak!

I called Mandel after our hot water heater flooded the garage.  He answered quickly and was very helpful/knowledgeable in explaining the issue and options.  He shows great pride in his work and I wish there were more business owners like him.

We just bought a condo that was move-in ready, but naturally, we had it inspected and found a few minor plumbing issues we decided to fix before we moved in. Make that a lengthy punch list of minor, fiddly things...
Even though he was in high demand, Chris worked with us, got everything on our list fixed, and in several cases, made excellent suggestions for ways to improve the plumbing to make it better than new! He gave us accurate estimates and came up with a reasonable schedule we were both happy with and finished on time! Very, very pleased!

I've been using New Gen for about a year for different plumbing needs in my new home. They've inspected my sewer line, fixed leaking pipes from a tub, serviced my tankless water heater, and more.

I always find the people who come out to my home to be honest and helpful. They're one of my favorite contractors to work with because they come out quickly and tell it like it is.

FYI, they did recently start charging 3% for credit cards, which they didn't do in the past. I understand it's probably necessary as a small business. I prefer to pay with card for consumer protections and now it's a little less convenient with the extra 3%, especially on a bigger home repair. No worries. Just something for you to keep in mind if you use them.

Had some water heater issue. After trying to restart the pilot DIY it became apparent that I was going to need to call someone. That someone was Zorro. Very professional and quick response. Called him and was able to set something on the books for the following day. Great communication through out the day allowed me to plan accordingly. Zoro texted me with any delays upon arrival. Once he arrived he replaced the thermal coupling under 30 mins. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs assistance. Thank you again Zoro.

I've had Flood Brothers Plumbing come out twice to my home, and both times got the same Tech, Jimmy. Both times were great experiences. Jimmy has now replaced three shut off valves, fixed a toilet, and installed a water heater up to code for us. Competitive prices and friendly service. Highly recommend.

I have used them 2 times and they were very responsive, easy to answer the phone and they were able to come on the same day.

I LOVE Connie! I work in real estate and design and she is one of the best plumbers I know! My husband and I had a horrible leak in our personal residence (broken pipe in upstairs bathroom that went thru to the ground floor!) and she came out, diagnosed it and fixed it ASAP, with no BS or upsell. She also gave us great referrals for a damage repair company and is just such a sweet nice person on top of being super knowledgable. And she always picks up her phone- huge plus! She is my go to gal now for all my plumbing needs.
