George and his team did an amazing job replaced my water heater. They were very knowledgeable, flexible, considerate and I felt confident throughout the job. It was while I was redoing part of my roof and I had to schedule them only a few days in advance. They worked with me to get the job done in the time I needed it to be done. George talked me through everything and the different options/costs. It was a great team and I would hire them again in an instant.

Showed up for same day service and replaced my garbage disposal. Great friendly and fast service. Jose took the time to try and fix my current garbage disposal and save me money but that thing was long gone. They had a replacement on hand and it took them no more than 10 minutes to complete the job. No mess left after either. Great job on short notice

Fantastic service! They came out two days in a row to help us on two different plumbing issues. Their rates were fantastic & everyone was extremely friendly and efficient. Seriously, it was a stressful situation as we had just done an expensive remodel a  plumbing issue was the last thing we needed. Truly can't recommend them enough!

Max came to my place for a clean out and unfortunately the first time around, the toilet was clogged a week later.  He was very gracious to come back out again to do another clean out to resolve the issue.  God bless, this time around the clean out was successful.  I appreciate him for coming back out in a timely manner.  Thanks Max!

The Flood Brothers team have helped me with plumbing issues on multiple occasions. We had a main sewer line broken and the street had to broken to be accessed. We had gotten a bid from a plumbing company and it was astronomically high. We then contacted Flood Brothers for another expert opinion and the bid came back at about 25% of the other companys quote. It became apparent that the other company misdiagnosed the problem or was trying to take advantage of us. Needless to say we gave the Flood Brothers the job and the main sewer line was fixed as we were quoted by them. Since then we have never looked into using another plumbing company as having a reliable and trustworthy plumber is extremely important.

Flood brothers also redid the plumbing throughout one of my family members house.

We had Chris recently help us with major drain pipe repairs/replacement at our home. It started out with what we thought was just a clogged drain. We emailed and Darcy got us an appointment right away. Chris arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem as a major, systemic issue with the plumbing system in our crawlspace. He explained the problems clearly, described available options and got the right people on the spot to do the repairs very quickly. Within 48 hours everything was fixed for a very reasonable price. We are glad to have Ace Plumbing and Rooter in our neighborhood and will definitely work with Chris and Darcy for any future plumbing issues.

Dejon was super professional and patiently explained how to fix our plumbing from the house to the street.  He even came on a Saturday to fix it when he had just looked at it the night before.    He tried to run a snake but it didn't do anything and he didn't even charge us for it.  Instead he recommended hydrojet which was totally necessary.  I highly recommend him.

These guys were great!  I originally called a different plumber who was incredibly problematic, so I looked under plumber on Yelp and was lucky enough to call New Pro. They made an appointment for later in the day and arrived right on time.  The plumber was professional, knew exactly what he was doing and carried off a difficult job in record time.

All the 5 star reviews are true. Victor does great work. He is friendly, honest & does clean work. He puts on shoe covers and makes sure to clean up after the work is done. I would definitely recommend him and plan on calling him for all my plumbing needs.

We purchased a property and sewer line inspection showed some issues. Sent the link of video inspection to Rapid Action Rooter and they said they would need to run their own video inspection in order to provide me an estimate of repair cost. The cost for video inspection is going to be $150 and would be credited to the repair if I chose to get repair done by them.

I have talked about 20 other competitors and no other company charges for inspection in order to provide an estimate for line repair. I hope the company aligns their norms with the industry.

The woman I spoke to on the phone was very nice and informative. I booked my appointment with Sam, the plumber who came to do the job. We scheduled an exact time for him to show up the next day, not a window of time, and he was even a little early. He was very nice and did great work. We had quite a few things for him to fix, including running to the store to pick up a part. Overall he finished all 5 repairs in about 4 hours for $925. I haven't experienced a need for a plumber before so I don't really know if these numbers are the best but Sam was great and everything got fixed. So I'm happy and hopefully won't need a plumber again for a long while. I highly recommend using Rocket Plumbing!

We had the drain back fill on a Saturday morning for no paper ent reason I called they came in about and hour and a half gave an decent price and opened the drain in a few minutes... used a camera and showed me I had a crack in the main drain... they came back on the following Monday 4 hours of work and it was solved

After trying to get sears, home depot and one other plumbing company on yelp to replace my water heater, I called  Z&H Plumbing. I got voicemail and received a call back not more than 20 min later. I explained the problems I had been through trying to get a plumber out for a water heater installation. Zorro said they could do it the next day between 3 and 5. on the day of the job they called bout 4 and said they were on the way and arrived early. They installed the new water heater in just over an hour and charged me exactly what I was quoted over the phone.  If you need plumbing work don't hesitate to give these guys a call, they will do you right. I just can't say enough about them.

The bathtub out of nowhere wouldn't drain for 2 days and the sink stopped up briefly. The appointment window was pretty broad but every time I called they answered and would provide updates on ETA. The plumber Junior was an hour away and kept us updated as he waited in traffic. He arrived and had a mask and put on booties to protect the floor. He was able to fix the bathtub and sink within 20 minutes and was really professional. Haven't needed a plumber in years but would recommend him for sure.

They dispatched the technician within an hour even though my issue wasn't urgent. Tony came and did a great job in fixing the shut off valve. The price included the parts and labor, no surprise. It was very sufficient.

I just had an issue with my hot water heater and called my regular plumber who said, sorry, can't make it till tomorrow I quickly rushed to yelp to find a 24 hour service and I am so grateful that I found 911 Plumbing Services.  They were here in 40 mins, he gave me a step by step how to handle the situation if it were to occur again and was back on the road 15 mins later!!! Connie is a true LIFESAVER. If I could give her ten stars I would. My toilet at my office had some serious issues, and she was there within just a few hours of me calling. I had to close my business because we didn't have a toilet, and she just out the gate understood my situation and got to it in record speed. She vetted the situation, then had her team there in no time and got the whole issue resolved. Her knowledge and professionalism and timely manner was truly next level. Not only was she there in a jiff, she charged us fairly. It's sometimes very intimidating when you have an issue that is completely out of your wheelhouse, and it made me feel so relieved that she was so transparent and cool about it all. The two guys she brought with her were also great, super professional and nice. I'm never using another plumbing service again!!!! They know what's up!!! Thank you times a million!!!!
