George saved my life! Had a plumber came in and change my toilet but he said my old toilet is cemented to the tile and if he takes it out it might break the tile. So he asked me to returned the toilet which will cost me $100 and it's extremely heavy for me to pack and carry it to Fedex.

I was so frustrated and tried to get another plumber to take a look. George responded very quickly and  came in today at 8am. He took out the old toilet in less than 10 min! That's magic. Very nice guy and get things done in 1 hour.

Needed work done on clogged drains. Jose responded quickly and did great work. Already have him booked to do more.

My experience was great.   James got the job done at 1/3 of the cost of my previous estimate.   Fast, professional, reliable.

I have been going through a bathroom remodel nightmare (understatement ) I called Flood brothers off of yelp because I've been having a series of issues.  Not limited to wrong piping, wrong tub installation and having to rip out the tile and tub twice to fix mistakes.  NONE of these mistakes were their fault but they have been generous with their time and patience!

4 months since my service and everything is working leak-free as Chris guaranteed.  i had a bit of a custom job to install my moen smart valve and a whole house filter for my garden irrigation lines.  because this was custom, i had to work with Chris directly on laying out the job, but i am happy with their clean and professional implementation.  i will call them soon for the next job.  recommended.

On  March 3rd, I needed a plumber to fix my backed up pipes. Found Mandel on Yelp. All the reviews on him were exact. He was honest and straightforward throughout the whole process. He made sure to let me see all the issues, not just tell me. I'm not the most expensive and I'm not the cheapest, but I guarentee and stand behind all my work and he means it.  He helped resolve my plumbing issue which ended up being the main line outside the house and I shouldn't have any other backed up pipes unless my kids flush something crazy. Thanks for the help.

Great, fast service! Needed someone last minute and they came within an hour. The guy who came (I think it was Sam) was so so honest and kind. I had painters and cleaners all over and he was able to get everything done and even gave me a discount cause it was such a quick fix!

Plumbers that came out to our house were very professional and courteous, they took the time to explain the issues that were impacting our hot water pressure. They also flushed out our back unit's pipes for buildup. All in all, they were great and explained step by step. Would definitely recommend and will be using them for now on.

Yesterday my wife made an appointment with another Plumber. He showed up this morning and quoted us something ridiculous. At her insistence, he left. I said leave it to me Zorro is our man, as he worked with me last time and did great. Now its the end of the day and all of our work is done at very reasonable prices and high quality worksmanship. Another win for Z&H Plumbing and reinforcing why they are my go-to for Plumbing needs!

Stacked WD leaking in the back from the Y connector and was impossible for me to access. Flood Brothers came on time after I made an appointment. Free diagnosis. Explained that they could do it, but would need 2-4 guys (to access the hoses/connectors) and the cost would be expensive because of this. Recommended contacting an appliance repair company instead, as they may be more affordable (estimate was ~$250-$800 depending on how hard it was to access).

I decided to search more and found a appliance repair company that gave me a firm quote ($280 + parts; 3 guys required).

Very much appreciate the up-front honesty of this company. Will be my first choice when I have a real plumbing repair on my hands.

Had a shower handle that wasn't working and another plumber replace the trim and cartridge, only to have the unit leak. Said I needed a new valve and quoted me over $2k.   Called Sal's plumbing for a second opinion and Geno came out next day.  Looked at the unit, saw the new cartridge was missing a clip and within 30 minutes fixed the whole problem.  Saved me two grand and a headache!

Mike was GREAT! He went out of his way late on a Sunday to get the right snake to unclog our system. I called 911 with guests coming for dinner late on a Sunday. So grateful!!! God is good.

I had cracked pipes and clay sewer line with roots causing hangups and backups. The plumbing was originally installed when the house was built in 1951. Connie first came out and inspected everything under the house as well as running a camera through the lines and showing me where the problems were. She then drew a diagram of all the plumbing, educating me on the various lines, connections and trouble spots and then prioritized each section. There was only one area which needed to be fixed as soon as possible and she gave me a more-than-fair estimate on that, but also let me know there was a possibility of needing to repair a slighting longer section if the pipe was too weak for a connection at that point. I was very happy and impressed with Connie's professionalism, service, knowledge, documentation (Contract, license,insurance,etc.), time spent to make sure I understood the options, and of course the completed project itself. There was extensive and hard-to-reach excavation required to get to the problem. It was all done in one day as promised, and everything was cleaned up and put back together perfectly. Connie even came out the following morning to check and make sure everything was done to my (& her) satisfaction. I would VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND American Drain Works & Plumbing Company!
