Had to replace a 50 GAL water heater on the fourth floor of an apartment complex with a non-functioning elevator....not the friendliest task. Nevertheless, George and John arrived promptly with a brand new heater (after an initial consultation visit) and lugged that thing up four flights of stairs. Not only that, but they brought the old heater back down those same stairs when they were finished, and switched out the heaters in under 2 hours. They did extremely professional and cost-friendly work, and I will certainly be utilizing their services again in the future.

Needed some emergency pluming work done on a Saturday. Real Plumbers were timely, speedy and pleasant to work with. Great communicators which is helpful too.

Eddie is the best plumber ever!!  On Sunday, January 30th, the entire drain system for my house backed up.  I called several plumbers, but Eddie was the only live person who answered the phone.  I scheduled him to come out the next morning at 10am.  He came at 9:40, 20 minutes early.  He ran the main line sewer machine from the clean out on the outside of my house and it instantly unclogged the drain.  He then ran the machine out to the street to clear some minor root blockage.  He was very polite and very professional.  The cost was very reasonable (actually quite cheap i thought) and he was done by 10:15am.  I will use him again

Max is very professional , punctual , efficient and friendly .  A-1 rooter is great affordable service.
He came the same day and fixed my garbage disposal.
I totally recommend Max. I'll definitely contact him if I have any other plumbing related issues.

Elias (maybe spelling his name wrong) just came out and fixed our issue within moments, and didn't charge us anything. Was super friendly and knew his stuff. We've used this company before for big major projects, and we were worried this was going to be another big expense, but it was a quick (and free) easy job. Thanks Elias.

I have been using Charlie for years. I own a hair salon and he always keeps our drains clean! He always is prompt and friendly and leaves the place clean!

Wow!  What a great experience.  They gave me a quote and stuck to it.  Arrived same day and took care of my leak AND ran a rooter just for good measure.  Didn't try to up charge me with any surprises either.  Chris did a great job and was very pleasant and professional.  I definitely recommend them.

Excellent same day service. Called them in the morning and a time was scheduled for just after noon same day. These guys are very together. It was an odd part that was needed for the repair. They found it after trying a few suppliers, without complaint. They installed it right away. All at a reasonable price. I will call them next time.

Needed a new water heater same day and New Pro came through in the clutch. Water heater purchased, delivered and installed all same day with whole process starting at 4pm and lasted into the night. Area left clean and tidy following install and was all in all a fairly seem less experience. Fulfilled my new water heater needs for sure.

These guys were the best! I called them for a second opinion and they responded quickly, requested a photo of our broken emergency shut-off valve, and came back with a reasonable price estimate. Once we met them, it was evident they were professionals. I will call them again for any future work.

A lot of people claim to be 24/7, Mandel is 24/7.  He always has time for a phone call and discuss what you are looking to repair.  Knew my houses issues before he walked in the door.  Took care of all our pipes within 6 hours, fixed our water line to our fridge so our ice maker works.  He piped my water heater and set up a line for my sprinkler system to my back yard.  All within 6 hours.  I still have sunshine and my sons can still do stuff today.  Great team he has working for him.  Will be calling him again with anything in the future.

Sam came to fix our sink, he was wonderful.  He came in within half hour of calling him and he fixed it very quick.  It was a great service and we were very happy with him.

We had the drain back fill on a Saturday morning for no paper ent reason I called they came in about and hour and a half gave an decent price and opened the drain in a few minutes... used a camera and showed me I had a crack in the main drain... they came back on the following Monday 4 hours of work and it was solved

We bought a house and found out that our sink pipe was broken and needed it repaired ASAP. Thomas was able to come out late Friday night and fix it Saturday morning. They were responsive  and reliable and did a great job.

After attempting to install a handheld bidet on my bathroom, after approx 24 hours, I discovered a water leak through my garage ceiling directly below the bathroom. I discovered that I left the t-valve on the bidet open the whole night and day I was away. Called 911 Plumbing Services and they were able to squeeze me in for an appointment next day. Their technicians checked the bidet to make sure it was water-tight and to check for other possible leaks, and they assessed that it was fine. I asked them to remove the bidet anyway so we don't keep having leaks if ever we forget it again. We also asked them if they could refer us to water damage restoration companies, but they told us after checking the garage ceiling that it's unnecessary at this point since molds only grow after constant water exposure. Another great experience with Connie & Lalo. My tenant in Santa Monica had the master tub,shower & sink backing up. Connie was contacted the day after Xmas & stopped by late that afternoon to check it out. First thing this morning they were able to replace a 75 year old cast iron pipe with 3 elbows in it. They did not rush the job but got it done right.  She  even sent a picture of the clogged pipe. I will ONLY call Connie. Great response, very reasonable even though she had so many calls over the holidays. She is a gem!
