Wow! Excellent service! Requested a quote to service a clogged kitchen sink and got a response within minutes. Not only that but a tech was on site within the hour to do the repair. Highly recommended for fast quality service at good prices. Would not hesitate to use them in the future!

I called yesterday to get an estimate. They came at 2 today. The owner was really nice.  It was a newly done kitchen and we had a leak.  He told me he would charge $160 for the call.  THERE is the problem.  I made the mistake of not calling a second plumber right then. But no one should charge that kind of fee when they are bidding on a job.  Yes that fee does apply to the job if you hire them BUT then you are locked into following your money.  They bid the job at $395.
Lesson learned - I called a second plumber. Roto rooter came 1.5 hours later for no charge.  $305 with parts out the door. Job complete. Thank you roto rooter.

The problem started when the gas company shut down the valve because of a leak. This meant no cooking, hot water or showers until it was fixed. I quickly reviewed yelp resources & the Plumbing Doctor was first to respond & take action. Warren came by immediately with his crew to give me an estimate & were digging the very next morning. He was very communicative & always had an excellent plan whenever a challenge showed up like underground roots the size of tree trunks & a strict City Inspector. The job took longer then expected but Warren made sure my family & I were comfortable just like a Doctor would.

Max cleared up my clog real fast. He was reasonably priced and very friendly. One thing I wish he did was call to notify me that he was running late, as I had to take of some time from work. I would definitely call him again if I get another clog

We haven't finished our work with Flood Brothers yet, but so far Junior has been really helpful and responsive; he came out to our house on an emergency call, even though it was pretty late at night, which we were so thankful for! They were able to resolve the initial clogging issue we had but discovered some extra issues (roots damaging the pipes) while working and we are working with them now to fix that too! I am hopeful the rest of the work will be smooth and we can get the issue fixed!

Where do I start?! When I originally called Charlie's Rooter Service Service because my kitchen sink clogged, I thought no big deal we will snake it and problem solved. But of course that was not the case this time. Luis came out and snaked 50 feet of wire 3 times and he even tried to snake it from the air vent on the roof (no luck). He went through the kitchen overflow pipe and still nothing. He had another appointment to keep so he apologized dearly and left. (No charge) BUT WAIT!! a few hours later he calls me back says we have to give it another go. I can't leave you with your kitchen clogged up for the holidays. I'm coming over right now. So Luis snaked the kitchen sink 2 more times... and through his perseverance he unclogged the drain. This man was friendly, professional, honest and fair. He empathized with me and never gave up... Luis You sir are the MAN!!!!! Christmas will be much brighter this year. Thank you 10 stars!!!!!

Alberto wasted no time getting to work on my kitchen faucet and drain and bathroom sink drain and faucets. After completing the work he cleaned up. I have had plumbers leave a mess bigger than when they arrived...NOT ALBERTO!

Alberto cares about his work and ot shows. He would not leave until he fully snaked one of my drains! That extra care tells me it is more than money, he protects his reputation!

I needed my company's bathroom faucet to be fixed and decided to start Googling for some nearby plumbers to help. Miguel answered the phone and was SUPER warm and welcoming. He immediately was able to help that morning. He called to give his ETA as well so I knew when he was arriving. When I greeted him, he had a great big smile, was very happy to help, and did a wonderful job! He fixed our sink extremely quick, with a positive attitude. A guy named Justin helped me a lot and said some carbon monoxide was dripping three I'll have to get it fixed but the price was very high I'll get ahold of Justin tomorrow. Super nice, very professional, only my brother doesn't want to fix it he's not in the condo though but I live here I'll get ahold of another heating and air vomiting man and hear what he has to say

Zorro came out to check out our faulty old water heater, and swapped out the thermocouple to get it going. He warned us that it was going bad, and gave us a quote on the replacement heater/job. No pressure on changing it out right away, nor wanting to reinvent our water heating configuration. Sure enough, after a month or so, it died on a Friday when family happened to be visiting. He came out the next day and changed it out, taking care of everything. All at a fair price.

I just got help from Flood Brothers and the service was spot on. Our plumber was clean and very efficient. I am definitely a very happy customer.

They were prompt and courteous. They could not help me with my heating system issue but there was no charge and the tech did help point me in the right direction. Will definitely use them in the future.

It doesn't get easier than this.  I called this morning with a leaky toilet at 7:30am and by 1:30pm it was solved.  Jack was quick, professional and fixed everything in no time at all.  Also...the office was incredibly organized and followed up twice with us.  If only the rest of my day was this seamless and smooth.

Connie is great!!! She is not only knowledgeable and super nice but on top of that she's very clean which as a mom of a toddler I really appreciate. She explained what she was doing and even gave me some tips about other bathroom issues. I would highly recommend!!
