I recently had two big projects that Rishon took care of amazingly! They were quick, professional, cleaned up after nicely! I've saved them in my contacts and they'll be my go to guys for our new home !

Real Plumbers got the job done. Our sink was clogged for a few days and after trying everything we knew we reached out to them and they put our worries to ease. They provided professional, courteous and timely service.

My mainline was clogged yesterday,  I called Josh & he sent Edwin to my house.  Edwin came within the time schedule.  He was polite and cleaned up the mainline thoroughly to make sure the root inside was cleared.  He sure deserves 5 stars for the job well done.

We needed help with a nagging running toilet issue that was beyond us. Max came, repaired it and even threw in a repair of the supply hose for no extra charge.  He was fast, professional, knowledgeable, and really beyond nice in giving us a more than fair price compared to other quotes I had rec'vd.  We made the right call!  Thank you A-1 Rooter & Plumbing!

These guys are great! As a local Realtor I can always count on them to be on time for camera inspections and take great care of my clients. They are always honest and fair and go the extra mile. Jerry Wise is amazing and so is the rest of the crew. Selling a home takes a team and I am glad they are a part of mine!

I did mention that there was no clean out and could I get an estimate for new pipes. Also, the clog happened yesterday and what was in the sink was from old pipes. Lewis was spending a lot of time explaining things and should have told me he was on a tight schedule and to see the sink first. He told me that the office was upset, had to leave and for me to call the office if I wanted them to do the work at the quoted price. But when I called LuLu, she said they are refusing to do the work. There was no excuse for their behavior, and I could just imagine what it would be like if I had a problem with their service. Penny wise, dollar foolish!

Lewis came out to give me an estimate. I told him I had several things and he said that's fine but apparently the office was upset because he was running late. I asked for a discount, being I'm a first time customer and they said no and later refused to provide service. Also, I thought it was strange that they would not change the parts of my Moen shower faucet.

I think they are very foolish as I was going to give them a lot of business from neighbors, friends and family.

jose was very knowledgeable, courteous  and reliable.  finally have a plumber that is honest.  highly recommend

It's Thanksgiving Day. Water is backing up and coming into the house. What started as an emergency turned into something wonderful. Warren came out - the owner of this father son company. He was reassuring, ran a snake through an outside drain and found it was damaged by roots. Left us with a stump pump to handle the situation for the day and is returning to install a hidden stump pumpkin so this never happens again. (Repairing the pipe would be not cost effective given it runs thirty feet and is under six feet of dirt.)

He was cheery, experienced, prompt, and offered a solution no one else had thought of. I actually feel lucky this happened so I can know him and have a plumber I can trust. (I've tried so many.) Can't recommended them more highly.

Rockstar Plumbing is awesome!! Their customer service on the phone is great, and their plumbers always arrive on time--they even show up same day for emergency situations! Installed all of our brand new faucets and toilets so quickly and without any problems. Josh W. is the best, he always does the job right and even follows up after the service to make sure everything is alright. Definitely recommend Rockstar, the best plumbers in town.

Miguel helped me to replace 3 broken drain pipes in my apartment. Two of them have cracks that extend all the way to the unit upstairs. He responses fast, detects the problem quickly, finishes the repair up to code, and in a timely manner so my other projects can continue in time. He is also very considerate and putting shoe covers on at all times for my new flooring. Highly recommend!

Victor is a godsend. Main line sewer backed up three times in last year. Each time had a plumber come out to run a camera and offer solutions. Each time we thought it was fixed. All very expensive. Then we called Victor. He came out the next day. He ran his own camera for free even though I showed him a video of what the other plumber had captured on film, just to confirm whether or was before or after video. He offered the most comprehensive solution of any of the other guys and he was affordable. He also exceeded his timing and fit me in early to make sure I was taken care of. I only wished I had found him sooner. He will be my only call from now on. It's his business. His crew cleaned everything better than they found it. He's a stand up guy with integrity, easy to talk to, and has a great working rapport with his staff. Can I give six stars?

I highly recommend Hermes Plumbing and Rooting for all your plumbing needs.  I have used Hermes Plumbing a few times and each time has been a better experience than the previous.

They are quick to arrive, especially when you are in a time of need.  Not to mention, extremely thorough, clean, and professional when they work.  

I had a complicated tankless water heater issue once that 2 other plumbers couldn't fix.  Hermes Plumbing knew exactly what was wrong from my description over the phone and they even took the time to explain the issue in detail and how they were going to fix it.

Will definitely call them again in the future!

They are excellent. Even though i didn't have them do the work because the HOA for my building had to approve, they still tried to assist. Also, hours after leaving the plumber called me and inquired if the HOA plummers had actually made it out to help me.

True to their name, super fast service.  Also, honest, thorough, and reasonably priced.

Chris was the first to call back on my requests for quotes.  He showed up the same day to inspect a non-operational sump pump in my backyard.  It was six years old, so I figured it needed replacing and told him so, but he did his due diligence, sucked out all of the murky water from the well, checked valves and floats, found the wiring and inspected the power source, etc., to make sure he couldn't salvage the pump.  In the end, the pump did need to be replaced, but he had a new one in his van and was able to remove the old pump, fish the wiring through the well and solvent weld the new pump, and have everything ready to go all in the same day.  All for a price that was on par with the national average for a job like this.

I also bugged him with random unrelated questions on other plumbing jobs around the house, and he gamely gave me very well-informed answers and practical solutions without trying to sell me anything else.

Our downstairs toilet and shower overflowed.  First plumber used the 75 fts snake but the water position was still the same.  Find New Generation in Yelp with good review.  They are very responsive even after work hour.  Three technician comes and shows on time.  The original plumber suggested to use hydrojetting since he suspected the root invasion to the sewer line.  After starting to use hydrojetting, the water did not go through as expected.  Using camera one more time and find out the leak of the pipe in the middle of the street.  Juan and his workers dig almost 7 fts deep and replace the plastic pipe with stronger joint.  
The entire project completes in one day.  Thank you Jake and your wonderful crew to assist us to solve this issue immediately.  Highly recommend New Generation plumbing!

They came and installed a tankless heater in very short notice. They are very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They will not low ball you but you will get what you pay for .... Great service and Super Clean Job

Anthony came out early this morning because I had dropped my grandmothers diamond earring down the sink yesterday and I was devastated. I called last night and within minutes they arranged for Anthony to come out. He found my earring in the drain stopper after looking in the pipe itself. I'm ecstatic he found it. I can't thank him enough. Thank you times a million Anthony!!!!

Thomas was wonderful and so quick to respond when our kitchen sink was backed up late Saturday afternoon -- just two days before we had to move! He resolved the issue in less than 30 minutes, was professional in his conduct, and was COVID-ready and wore a mask the whole time. Would recommend highly to anyone in the LA/Beach Cities area. I would give Connie and her team 10 stars if possible.  She just left our townhome after fixing our backed up kitchen sink.  The job wasn't easy because snaking the drain from the kitchen drain didn't work initially.  After some investigation, we realized that our kitchen drain actually goes behind the wall, and if we can't clear the clog then we would have to open the wall up.  Connie didn't jump to the conclusion and actually went into our downstairs garage to try to snack from 3 other spots.  When all the options failed, they cut open a section of the pipe and that was when the pipe cleared.  

They went absolutely above and beyond not only fixing our problem, but explaining along the way what could be the cause of the problem, and what they are doing to deduct possible clogging spots.

They showed up early and got the job done.  They even cleaned everything up including my dirty sink!!! They didn't leave any dirty foot prints/tracks inside the home and were super respectful.  I couldn't have asked for a better service.  Connie, you will be the person I call for all my plumbing needs in the future.  Thank you so very much!
