I have to say this was a very deserved 5 stars!

I called Rishon based on the Yelp reviews on Friday morning and I was so glad when George promptly responded with the estimate and we arranged for installation for a new toilet this Saturday from 12-2p.  

But George calls me Friday afternoon with bad news, can't do the install tomorrow, earliest availability would be Tuesday. He was very apologetic and felt really bad. What a disappointment, so I went back to Yelp but due to the lateness of the day, either no response or already booked for tomorrow.  So now what? I decided to just tough it out and texted George and asked to schedule for Tuesday from 4-6pm.

George was able to fit me in and Saturday around 4pm, Mike, who covers my area is at the door and ready to install my toilet. George was able to get Mike out to me after his completed his other job and I have a new toilet installed on Saturday. Mike was very courteous and knowledgable. He even took care of the cardboard boxes for me!

These guys are great. My kid flushed a toy down the toilet and it over flowed. I couldn't for the life of me get it out.

Real plumbers were the first guys I found on the internet and I called them in a panic. They were able to come out relatively quick. They also didn't charge me an arm and a leg.

I really appreciate you guys not over charging me and coming out so quick. I could usually fix things like this. This time I was having trouble, but Real Plumbers took care of me.

Follow up to my previous review.  Warren did finally call me and left me a vm on Monday morning about how he failed to let the dispatcher know and he forgot about the appointment.  He did explain that it was a family emergency.  He offered discounts and seemed very sorry.  Maybe I just had a bad break but that bad break had me shut off water in complex for no reason and take off work.  Even with this follow up call I am going with another plumber that charges more but at least he showed up that Friday in less than an hour to see what he could do, but he said he couldn't do the job by the time the water needed to be turned on again.  Will have his review when the job is completed.

To be fair - my gut feeling is this place is probably good but I have to rate what happened to me. A no show and no follow up call until Monday morning.  Yelp is no good with false ratings.

Excellent service- He was able to come last minute for an emergency and was extremely professional and quick!

Took a chance based on Angie's List and Yelp reviews when our regular plumber could not deal with a gas line issue. Flood Bros is tops. No games, no b.s., just really decent and professional guys; super efficient & totally reasonable pricing. Needed wall oven gas line repaired 3 days before Thanksgiving. They came out next day & dealt with it. Ours was a bit of a delicate situation because there was super thin wood strips/moulding around the oven. Giovanni & Michael were terrific. They thoroughly cleaned up the work area, repaired the line & put the oven back in properly & safely. I would highly recommend.

Charlie was very efficient and good. Will definitely call them again if I will have plumbing issues.... thank u charlie!

Excellent customer service! Alberto asked all the right questions to identify the problem. Skylar came came out to install our shower valve and trim. Amazing job! Skylar was very honest and professional. I find it challenging finding plumbers that are genuine and detailed as Saucedo. I will be using Saucedo for now on.

4 months since my service and everything is working leak-free as Chris guaranteed.  i had a bit of a custom job to install my moen smart valve and a whole house filter for my garden irrigation lines.  because this was custom, i had to work with Chris directly on laying out the job, but i am happy with their clean and professional implementation.  i will call them soon for the next job.  recommended.

I needed my company's bathroom faucet to be fixed and decided to start Googling for some nearby plumbers to help. Miguel answered the phone and was SUPER warm and welcoming. He immediately was able to help that morning. He called to give his ETA as well so I knew when he was arriving. When I greeted him, he had a great big smile, was very happy to help, and did a wonderful job! He fixed our sink extremely quick, with a positive attitude. Waste line under house was damaged.  The owner showed pictures and pointed out damage.  Kept us updated at every stage of repair. The crew was efficient and cleaned up the entire area.  Great job.

Matthew came by to fix a drainage problem I've had for a year. Other guys have quoted us at over $1000 for this, but Matthew was extremely transparent and helpful in diagnosing and addressing the issue. Within an hour, he managed to fix the problem completely and at a fraction of what the other guys quoted me for. Very honest, high integrity work. Highly recommend.

Had an issue with our Rheem water heater and I couldn't get the pilot to relight. Called New Generation Plumbing in the morning and they gave me their earliest two-hour window available.

After receiving a courtesy call from dispatch that their team is on their way, Martin and David arrived 10 minutes into the scheduled two hour window. The duo worked their magic and relight the pilot flame within seconds.

While waiting for the water to reheat, I asked if the error light the Rheem unit was throwing out could be a false positive from time to time. Martin responded in the affirmative and suggested that I contact Rheem the next time this happens and have them send out a new valve controller since my unit is still within warranty. Once the controller arrives, give them a call back so they can install it for me.

Professional and knowledgeable individuals. No charge for their quick stop. But if I do need to replace the controller in the future, I will be asking for Martin and David!

Zorro and his team were great to work with - efficient, knowledgeable and well priced. Today they even just dropped by to look at another plumping query at no charge - would absolutely recommend them and plan on working with them for any other plumbing needs that arise.

Very happy with the service. I called yesterday evening and they came out the next day during the time frame I requested. Giulio and Brenden were the ones that handled the work and were very professional and clear with costs before any work started. I also like that it was two people as sometimes the problem is not apparently

Thomas came to fix our kitchen sink clog , he went all the way down the house to make sure all the pipes are in good state before he ran the snake setup . He is very professional and explained all the details and recommended which ones to change . We recommend their devices and they are available on a weekend

Thanks to George (the field supervisor) for coming out to my residence and assisting us in turning off the water main and to fix our plumbing. We had a rude awakening (or for me, a bad morning) when I was ready to walk out my door for work and heard what sounded like a waterfall coming from one of the bathrooms in my house. Come to find out one of the small water lines under the sink broke and water shooting out non-stop.

Thanks to Yelp, I searched the local area and 911 Plumbing came up with high reviews and 24 hour plumbing service.

Even though there was some miss communication between the 911 Plumbing operator and their on-call service technician (minus the 1-star), George finally took the call and arrived at my house about an hour later (which was late since it shouldn't have taken less than an hour to get to my place). Apparently the person that was supposed to come out was still hungover from the night before and never picked up the call from their operator.

George brought his over 10 years plumbing experience and had the tools and knowledge needed to turn off the water and fix the the broken faucet in about 20 minutes. It was nice and a relief.

When it's an emergency, it will probably cost an arm and a leg for the fix! You can rely on 911 Plumbing and George for 24 hour emergency plumbing service though. Thanks to them for coming out to our house!

Had a water heater issue - made loud motor-like noise when hot water turned on.  Called home warranty company American Home Shield (AHS), they then put me in contact with their contracted plumber, Bear Plumbing.  Bear told me the water heater had a leak, needed to be replaced, and that more than a few other items were needed and/or needed to be brought to code.  Bear turns off the hot water as they say it is dangerous to have it on.  Bear tells me AHS will contact me re approval.  The next day AHS calls to let me know they will cover the water heater at $406.41; AHS does not cover the additional items which total $960!  I do some researching, made phone calls back and forth with Bear and AHS, and after 1 week without hot water, decide to get a 2nd opinion.  I  called American Drain Works and Plumbing.  Carmen, the woman in the office took detailed notes and scheduled appointment for the next day.  Connie comes to check out water heater and before I get to the house to meet her, she calls me to  inform me that the water heater is under warranty.  She calls the water heater manufacturer and is told that the water heater is under recall and the manufacturer will take care of parts and labor through their service provider.  Connie then calls the service provider and we schedule the appointment for the repair work!  I asked Connie about the additional parts Bear said was needed.  Not true!  Asked Connie about water heater leak Bear wrote on their report.  No leak!  What a scam!  I am so happy I met Connie.  She is well informed, took the time to answer my questions, and called the service company for me!  And she didn't charge me.  I trust Connie.  I definitely will call her for any future plumbing work and have already referred one of my friends to her.
