Fast, friendly, and efficient. Was easy to book an appointment and they showed up on time. They have great communication and charge a reasonable rate. Can't ask for more than that!  Will definitely be using them again in the future for any plumbing needs.

If you are in need of an excellent plumber, a family business to boot, who is local and responsive and fairly priced- look no further than Josh and Warren and their crew.  We discovered a gas pipe leaking during landscaping which required immediate action.  Josh and crew were there within the hour, worked with us and our landscaping crew to get the trench dug so they could lay a new pipe. When it was clear that there was still some leaking, their team returned and didn't stop working until they pin pointed the issue resulting in our gas being turned back on within 24 hours of our first call to them.  They also replaced the water heater (which we were told would not pass inspection to turn gas back on) during this time and did an excellent job making sure this installation was done right.  This is our second time using 'Plumber 2 the rescue services', and we are proud to call them our 'family' plumber and will make them our 'go to' for services from here on out.

I had a plumbing emergency and called probably 12 plumbers. Max happened to be available and nearby - he came out right away, was super cool, fixed the problem quickly, and didn't charge much at all. Highly recommended!!

Flood Brothers are great!  I had a sewage clog and a water heater go to hell at the same time.  Flood Brothers sent Brandan and his trainee Brendon out and both were great, showing and/or telling what they were doing and giving me options.  And instead of saying, Oh, you need to replace the pipes like another, crappy plumber did, Brendon offered suggestions that were cheaper and they worked!  It's not that they worked that impressed me.  It was the fact that instead of trying to shmooze me to make more money, he actively tried and succeeded in creating a cheaper alternative.  I will ALWAYS take my plumbing needs to Flood Brothers.  Thanks Brendon!

An escalating sewage problem at my house led me to find Charlie's Sewer & Drain on Yelp.  I used the convenient message app on Yelp and Lulu quickly responded within 5 minutes.  Next thing I know, Luis showed up at my door and began diagnosing the source of the problem.  He used a camera to identify two major root intrusions in the 93 year old clay and cast iron pipes.  After further inspection beneath the house, he identified extensive damage to a large portion of old corroded pipes.    After evaluating the extent of the repair, Luis and Elio returned the next day to excavate and remove the compromised clay and cast iron pipes.  They installed new ABS pipes and 2 clean out access traps.  I am very pleased with the level of expertise, courteous service, and knowledge extended to me.  In consideration of COVID-19 guidelines, Luis and Elio wore masks and gloves the whole time, and they were acutely aware of the protocols.  Without hesitation, I would recommend this company for your sewage and drain repairs.

Here's a helpful tip:  I heard intermittent gurgling noises coming from my tub drain, so I recorded the sounds on my iphone.  I showed the video to Luis, and he instantly knew how & where to begin resolving the problem.  I had a gut feeling that when the technician showed up the sound would not reappear.  Having a video of the problem expedited the diagnosis and repairs.

Had an emergency request to unclog a drain pipe, 1pm on new year's eve.
Albert saw my missed call and called back in about 10 minutes.
They promised to arrive within 2 hours and they arrived on time.
Albert & Pepe unclogged the drain in about 10 minutes after arriving.
They were very clean: wore shoe covers & wiped the sink after.
Price was $120.
Very happy with the service.

These guys were great!  I originally called a different plumber who was incredibly problematic, so I looked under plumber on Yelp and was lucky enough to call New Pro. They made an appointment for later in the day and arrived right on time.  The plumber was professional, knew exactly what he was doing and carried off a difficult job in record time.

I chose Victor to unblock a drain by reviews on Yelp. I have used several different companies over the last few years ( I manage a few properties) and am completely satisfied with the response and job well done by Victor and his crew. I called and left a message, got a response within just a few minutes and he gave me an estimated time of arrival that he kept. Very friendly efficient clean work. Price was at or below average for my area. I will for sure call then again should the need arise.

Mandel (owner) of Rapid Action Rooter came to my rescue to install my brand new washer. He was incredibly responsive and arrived on time as promised. The best part of the service was how honest he was and also neighborly. He welcomed me to the neighborhood and gave me some great recommendations. This just goes to show how much integrity and care he puts towards every customer that he meets. I will definitely have him as my regular plumber because of his fantastic personality and great appreciation for all of his customers!

Sam came to fix our sink, he was wonderful.  He came in within half hour of calling him and he fixed it very quick.  It was a great service and we were very happy with him.

This team is awesome!! They took our call right away and devised a plan to get it done as fast as possible. We had a water heater leak that was actually leaking water into the bottom floor of the house from the garage! They had me text them pictures of the tank so they could give me an honest estimate of what a new tank would cost (turns out it had to be replaced becuase of the way it was leaking and it just being old) and they got back to me within 10 minutes with the quote. They said they could be there within 45min to an hour with the new water heater. They qouted me a time frame 10am-11am, which they stuck to. Very communicative about everything!
Once they arrived on time, they assesed the situation and got right to work. I asked for an additional underlining pan to be added and Zorro said no problem. While his other guy worked on dismantling the old water heater, he would run to the store and purchase that for us. He was back in no time. They finished the job in a timely fashion. They also discarded of the old water heater for us.
Once the job was finished, Zorro politely texted me. I appreciated him utilizing this option of communication. It feels much less invasive than someone barging into your home looking or calling for you. Zorro then answered any questions I had, explained all the work they did and what to expect once the water turns back on. He also let me know he will be emailing the invoice.
The good communication didn't end there. He texted once he sent the invoice (which was also prompt) , thanked me again and wished me a great day. All in all, a very efficient, pleasant and hassle free experience!! Thank you Zorro :)

We needed a plumber last minute to come reconnect our new kitchen sink and drinking faucet pipes due to some renovation delays. Lalo came to our rescue and took care of the problem in a very timely manner. He wore booties to keep our floors protected and a mask (due to Covid) the entire time.
