My usually plumbers wasn't available so I called Rishon, they were able to come out the following day, on time, quick, clean and fixed my problem.
Well definitely be using them in the future for other jobs.

I discovered a leak under my kitchen sink and called them for a quote. Jose came the next day and fixed everything up while I was in a work meeting. Excellent job, service. Totally satisfied and will be calling them if any other plumbing needs arise. Thanks Jose!

My water heater was broke...again...Susan is amazing Darling, you poor thing...I am going to get someone to solve your problem right away...not even if I need to ask the owner who is a plumber to go himself.....you can't stay without hot water!.  Eddie, one of his plumbers who is really kind, fixed my water heater very quickly as he always did....unfortunately for me, they needed to change a few parts so the the manager called another plumbing company this last Friday for insurance reasons....OMG....my hell started them... miss you so much guys!!! Terrible experience with the other BAD company today! THANK GOD YOU GUYS ARE COMING TOMORROW TO SAVE MY DAY!!!! BEST COMPANY!!!! Spoke to receptionist took ALL my info gave me a quote of $75 when I made clear I needed an emergency service. The plumber calls me and tells me that just to come it's $275 and that just the emergency, no service. I knew it would be more but they should have well informed receptionists to provide this insight prior to getting the call from the Plummer himself and having taken my credit card information.

We've had Flood Brothers out a couple times to help with our house. After struggling with flaky and overpriced options in the past, once we found Flood Brothers they became our go to!

Ok - truthfully I called them last night as sewage came up our bathtub and shower.
They offered (Chris) to come immediately but I said I will wait 8:30AM. Chris arrived sharp on time. They did a huge plumbing job. The price was very great!!  They took a lunch break and insisted on picking up lunch and delivered to me and did not take my money (for lunch)
Anyways they just left the house cleaned up and fixed the sewage and pipes that had roots in them.

Miguel at New Pro Plumbing did a great job at a fair price.  He laid a new gas pipe to the spa area in the backyard and installed a shower in the same area.  I am very happy with the results.  I would definitely refer his services to friends, family and neighbors.  Thank you Miguel!!!

You know the sayin I got a guy? Well I'm happy to say that Victor is now our got a guy! He was a total professional with us. Punctual, hard working, and most importantly honest! He took his time explaining the job he was going to do and I never felt dumb asking him a question.
He did a sewer lining for us. Ours had a slip from the main house. He also did all our pipes below my home. 100% hire this guy. We went through about 5 different companies that definitely were trying to milk us for every nickel and dime. So, we are stoked to find someone that we wanted to work with. Thanks Victor!

We had a major plumbing issue with our kitchen sink and upstairs bathroom plumbing tied into it incorrectly because of previous bad plumbing work. There was a back up and flooding under the kitchen sink area late at night. I called and Mandel he was very responsive. He showed up, fixed the problem and we are grateful for his professionalism. We highly recommend Mandel and his crew!

We had a leaky kitchen faucet that needed to be replaced. Most plumbers were booked up until after New Year's. This company sent someone out the very next morning. They were on time, Covid safe, and very polite. The estimate was reasonable, and then they were able to schedule the very next day after we secured the parts we needed. They arrived early and completed the work very well. They also gave us advice on how to better protect our water filter from the sun. Very helpful and professional.

Found out that my water heater had broken in the morning on a weekday, Z&H came out and fixed it before 1pm on the same day. Highly recommend!

I had a clogged bathtub and was in dire need to have someone come out after hours to see if they are able to fix the clog.  I tried a drain cleaner from Home Depot.  After several attempts at this product, it didn't seem like it was working.  So, I reached out on Yelp for a quote and the owner was very responsive and texted me within 10 minutes of me submitting my quote request on Yelp.  Luckily, they are 24 hours and had Brendan as the on call tech.  He called me to gather some further information as to what the issue was and was very professional and courteous over the phone.  He was just finishing up a project and said that he would be at my place in 30-40 minutes.  He actually ended up at my apartment sooner than that.  While waiting for Brendan to arrive, I decided to try pouring boiling water down the drain and using the drain cleaner one last time.  It didn't look good.  When Brendan arrived, he and his partner put on booties as to not dirty up my floors.  When he went into the bathroom, it looked like what I did fixed the clog and he confirmed that the water is draining well.  Not only were they nice and professional, but he did not even charge me for the false alarm.  I really appreciate the hospitality and will definitely add them to my contacts list when I encounter another plumbing issue.

Made an appointment and the person did not show up on time. As with many, weekday appointments require coordination with in-office work schedule. Incredibly disrespectful of a customer's time. Would give a 0 star if possible.

Courteous, effective, and quick.  Greg showed up an hour after the first call and got our leak closed off about an hour after that.  Even though he couldn't visually see the leak, he identified the line that was causing it and capped it off, allowing us to have running water through the rest of the house so that we could have time to figure out how to resolve the leak.  Also, he only made the necessary cuts to the dry wall, and didn't cut giant chunks of wall out, which is helpful for our repairs.

We were in dire straits, roots in our pipes, a full house back-up and breakdown of all basic plumbing needs during the time of Covid is no small amount of stress.  Not to mention that our home owners warranty, naturally, has an exclusion to doing anything related to roots.  So here we were:  stuck, a son just home from dental surgery and no way to run water in our house because we had no way to drain water.  We are a one bathroom house and we had already waited over 24 hours for our warranty people to show up only to be told they couldn't do anything for us.  The need was real that we have capacity to have a functioning home.   We had been told by several plumbers that they were incredibly busy at this time of quarantine and we were looking at getting even just estimates in several days with the potential of not starting on a job for several more days.  Reminder:  one-bathroom house!  Stress!  After talking with a lot of recommendations from friends, Connie at American Drain Works and Plumbing took the most active interest in helping us solve our problem and immediately got to work on assessing our needs.  They were at our house the next morning at 8am.  Her team and this dynamo of a lady boss herself were under our house, giving us options, working with us on all levels to do what needed to be done.  Her trusty artist with drains, Lalo and his team, worked all day and half of the next.  We learned so much not only about the job, our contract, a true plumbing work ethic but also the follow-through from a dedicated team who cared about the quality of their work, and the quality of their relationships with their clients.  We got excellent service, customer care, & attention to detail, working with us while we got the financials in order,  from this outstanding Westside Woman owned/Lady Boss Team.  I cannot say it loudly enough.  Connie, Lalo, Joan and your whole team, we are sold on you and how you love helping people and problem-solving and solution-building to make the world a little bit nicer.  These are challenging times and this was a challenging week for us.  We recommend American Drain Works and Plumbing for any and all plumbing needs.  They are based in Culver City and I highly, highly recommend them to my peeps in their service area!  It was a stroke of luck that I got them on the phone and I'm so grateful to them.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!
