I had a leaky water heater and called Real Plumbers.  Jose promptly returned my call, came out to look at my heater the same day, gave me a quote, and returned two days later with a new heater, installed it and took away the old one.  I definitely plan to call him again with any future plumbing issues.

OK...one more glowing review. Maybe there should be a the yelp record reward? Greg came in at early side of appointment window and did the water hook-up for new refrigerator. Although there were some structural surprises noone could have foreseen, he was able to make accommodations so the job was finished in the quoted time frame. Great work, very nice man that Greg. Had a backed-up toilet and shower. Max was recommended by another plumber. Came out that day and fixed our problem. Great service and very reasonable (after checking out other prices). Would definitely use him again and already gave his name to my friends.

We needed to replace the pressure regulator. A real person answered my call, and shorty thereafter James came out to do the job.

I called Roto-Rooter to fix a clogged drain. They quoted me $975 to snake the drain. There were all sorts of explanations for these outrageous charges. The best one was that they needed to hire a second person to help carry the equipment upstairs. Seriously?

I ended up calling Charlie based off of Yelp reviews. He was able to come right out. There was no nonsense with him. He obviously knew what he was doing. He was clean and professional and set about to work.

30 minutes later, my drain was clear and the total bill was $100. I saved $875 by using him. Definitely a number I'm going to keep in my Rolodex.

First time using Ace Plumbing and my experience lives up to the hype! I had a  water heater leaking emergency on Sunday that sent me into a spiral. I was really stressed that the leak could impact my downstairs neighbors. I reached out to Ace Plumbing via Yelp and Christopher was responsive and gave me a reasonable quote for weekend service. Warren, who is an absolute hoot, came by within a few hours and took care of the leaks. He was affable, quick, and explained everything he was doing. Really put me at ease and saved my Sunday. Miguel is great! I had a leak under my kitchen sink. I called him for first-time service and he was able to come out that same day. He inspected and identified the source of the leak, and repaired the leak all in the same day. He was professional and respectful of my home. I will definitely be calling Miguel again in the future for my plumbing needs.

It was the 4th of July and I needed a plumber as quickly as possible before my guests arrived.  I didn't think I'd get in touch with any companies since it was a holiday, but Vic was the fastest to respond to my request.  He came to my house within the hour, fixed the clog within minutes, and was very professional.  I would recommend Vic for all of your plumbing services.

Very professional crew! I found Hermes Plumbing and Rooting on a weekend; and they managed to come out same day and fix the plumbing leak I was having with my toilet. They came right on time, and practicing all COVID-19 guidelines(booties and all), and made sure that they had solved all of my plumbing needs before they left. It's nice to see honest plumbers still out there, will definitely use them again!

UPDATE: Had another issue earlier today. I called Rocket back and they penciled me in on a Friday afternoon with no problem. My kitchen sink was leaking, I called a few plumbers and no one was available. I called new generation, Martin and his buddy came in 20 minutes, they didn't even charge for an on site estimate, while others charge $90 just to show up. I used them for a few times and they always come fast and fix it perfectly. Their work is efficient and reliable. I definitely recommend them.

We hired these plumbers for my tankless water heater installation at our new place. They were professionals, prompt and knowledgeable plumbers! The work was done clean and fast! They came in the morning and were already done by noon. Most important they checked my entire plumbing system before the installation. There were small leaks that they also fixed !

Flood brothers came highly recommended.  I've used them whenever I've had any plumbing issues and they've been prompt and very professional.  I've interacted with Joseph,  Jerry and others, and they've all been great. Reasonably priced as well.

Sergio assessed our needs and gave us a smarter and more cost effective solution versus what we were requesting. I loved that Sergio gave us his thoughts from the perspective of a homeowner himself. I will be going back to Sergio for all my plumbing needs in the future. It's hard to find reliable people.

I discovered a leaky pipe tonight, inside a wall, dripping into the crawlspace in our basement. It was after 10pm when I called, but Greg was here in just over an hour and an hour later he had restored water to the house. Morning showers are saved! And all without waking my toddler, sleeping in the room right across the hall. He was calm, professional, listened to all my concerns and, from what I can tell, did excellent work.

The one potential gotcha worth noting is that they do not handle pex pipe (plastic pipe). In my case this wasn't a huge problem, since the leak was in a section of copper pipe. I do have a small section of pex in the vicinity, but Greg was able to solve the problem without touching it.

After attempting to reach several plumbers, I happen to reach Connie at American Drain Works.  She was a delight!  We have a very old home with lots of plumbing problems and Connie and her team were able to take of our problem.  My husband, who is not easily impressed, was totally impressed by her professionalism, knowledge, and skill.  We have found our go to plumber for any future needs.  Connie and her team have been by far the best in service, price and professionalism.
