George and John are great. I had then install a new tankless water heater with a recirculation pump and the it works great. They are clean, efficient, easy to communicate with and very professional. Had them back again to install a new toilet and to change sewer lines. Very impressed and would definitely recommend.

I called Real Plumers at 8am this morning begging for a same-day appointment and Jose was able to squeeze me in to his schedule to take a look at a leak in my kitchen sink. He and his team were on time, extremely sweet, honest, and super knowledgeable. My entire garbage disposal needed to be replaced due to a crack and they got the part and fixed it within the hour.

We are so fortunate to have found Plumber 2 the Rescue! They are knowledgeable, experienced, hardworking, reliable and affordable. We had a big job and I really appreciate the way they explained things and were reassuring. They definitely rescued us and I highly recommend them.

Had a few estimates to replace our water heater. Max was less than half of one estimate and 2/3 the Home Depot estimate that supposedly no one would beat.

Charlie is incredible. I called multiple plumbers that were  going to charge and arm and a leg and didn't seem to give me a viable solution to my plumbing problems.  Charlie was very different from the rest of the plumbers. He gave me different options. Told me the one he recommended which was the least expensive and was very polite. In addition he not only fixed my plumbing , which I had done months ago ( not a single problem since), but noticed my front door handle was broken and fixed that free of charge. You can't get better than Charlie. He is trustworthy and stands by his work, gave me a lifetime warranty !

I needed a reliable plumber who services the Culver City area to help replace a shower cartridge and faucet for a rental unit. I reached out to Saucedo Plumbing and connected with Alberto who was prompt in returning my messages and was available to take care of the problem right awa. He said via text that he would be on site at 8am and guess what....he was! I was very pleased that he was on time. He took care of the problem and provided valuable feedback. Needless to say he provided excellent, prompt service, and going forward, I will be using his company.

This review is long overdue. I have known Warren for many years. He is always exceptionally reliable and competent. He removed a 1-piece toilet, installed a new one along with a Toto bidet toilet seat. He handles all jobs extremely well. He is professional and courteous. My wife and I are always completely satisfied with the jobs he has done. His rates are reasonable as well. We highly recommend Warren for any kind of plumbing job!

Josh ROCKS! Josh and his company Rockstar Plumbing go above and beyond any plumber I've ever worked with. We had another plumber come out to replace a leaking cartridge valve in my upstairs shower handle. Long story short, the other plumbers put in the wrong cartridge and left me with NO WATER IN MY ENTIRE HOUSE - FOR DAYS!  Finally got Rocketstar out to take a look and instead of leaving me without water like the last idi*#@ did, Josh clamped off my shower head and gave me water again! all for FREE. Then Josh came back out again a few days later w the CORRECT cartridge valve and he had me up and running in 30min! I won't use another plumber from here on out. THEY ARE THE BEST! Josh is my hero!

I highly recommend New Pro Plumbers.  I was so happy to find them. Miguel Lopez is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They do excellent work on both large and small projects, and their prices are reasonable.

I posted a 5 star review 3 months ago...and after today, I have to update it again...Another 5 star!!! Victor fixed my toilet in 3 minutes and caught luckily the fact that the valve will burst soon and saved me thousands by not coming home to a condo full of water and furniture damage!! He is honest and a good person and not expensive. Go to him...TRUST me!! I literally cannot say enough GREAT things about victor!!! Look no further!!! He is so sweet, clean, got the job done fast! He even was so kind and had to listen to me ramble about my broken heart and gave me sweet advice. Told me warning signs of men. Lol. Too cute!!! He's also free therapy!!! He's an adorable adorable man!!!! Victor is the BEST!!!!!

We had a leak and they came out the same day and repaired it. Fast service and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them.

Mandel was great.  From the start he was responsive, polite, and up front on costs. He showed up on time, had everything ready to go for our water heater replacement.  He was quick to remove and replace our unit, took the time to show me how it worked and answer all of my questions.  I highly recommend Mandel and will be calling him back for any future plumbing work I need done.

Seriously, don't look any further. Chris responded promptly to my call. He was on time, having put in a courtesy call in advance of the appointment. He diagnosed the problem immediately. Not an easy call but the right step to save us an unnecessary exploratory expense. It was a leak in our living room ceiling we thought was coming from our upstairs bathroom. That according to another plumber who wanted to charge us $5000. Chris said, no -- and was right. Iit was a wall pipe in the ceiling. He cut out two areas of drywall. Removed the cracked pipe and replaced it.  And the rodent droppings.  He was smart, extremely efficient, and very courteous. And his cost was super fair. Best experience ever with a plumber.

These guys are great! Super fast response time, and I was able to schedule an appointment for first thing this morning. They arrived right on time (a little early actually), and were friendly, thorough, and professional. I initially called them to unclog my shower drain (which they were able to do really quickly), but they were also happy to look at my toilet and dishwasher when I mentioned I had issues with those. They immediately found the problem with the dishwasher drainage, which 2 other companies had previously looked at but been unable to diagnose or fix. These guys had it knocked out within 15 minutes!! I got an instant quote for replacing my broken toilet, which was super reasonable, and on top of that, they didn't even charge me for the original appointment today for the drain clearing!

I don't write that many reviews, but these guys are fantastic. :) I've already scheduled another appointment with them to replace the broken toilet.

WOW!  I'm so thankful for a visit from Abel at 911 Plumbing.  Our shower is unclogged.  He showed up when they said they would.  Price was reasonable.  He was thorough, professional, and went above and beyond to show me what he was doing and even did a couple of extra little things like remove the water savers in both my showerheads so the pressure would actually rinse our hair (we have terrible pressure due to old pipes).  He actually cleaned up afterward too which is unusual!

I will definitely hire 911 for bigger jobs as needed!

I reached out to this company after hearing about their service from a friend. After speaking to Connie about the need to install seismic gas shut off valves due to the installation of our new roof (per Santa Monica City Code), I was so incredibly impressed with her service, level of expertise and willingness to help. Not only did she help educate me on what I needed, but actually called different vendors with me on the phone to help find other resources and quotes that might be cheaper than hers.
