Last week my tankless hot water heater started to have problems.  I called Rishon Plumbing and George responded within 5 minutes.  After explaining the issues, he explained to me what he thought was the problem, and why I couldn't have the unit serviced but rather needed a new unit.  He asked me to send him a picture of the system to verify that I did not have the proper equipment installed to flush the system, then quoted me a very reasonable price for the equipment and installation.  I called a contractor/building inspector friend of mine to verify and he said that what George was telling me sounded accurate, and given the cost of the unit itself, the price he gave was extremely reasonable.  I called around to other companies (all with 5 star ratings and hundreds of reviews on Yelp), but honestly, one competitor just sent me a text message that he doesn't do service only installs and didn't bother to find out what I needed, and the other 2 were hundreds of dollars higher that Rishon.  One of the companies quoted me $2800 and said I was getting a good deal because other plumbers get $4,000-$8000 for a new tankless water heater.  When I asked him if the price would include the flush valves, etc... he said oh no, that would be another $250+ dollars.
Apparently he thinks I don't read up on what the expected cost is for this type of work.  So, when my system completely died this weekend, I called George yesterday, reconfirmed the price and that everything would be done to code, and he put me on the schedule for this afternoon.  Not only did he show up early but he and his partner were completely done in about 2 hours and had everything working again.  Forget about calling the other guys on Yelp, George and his partner did a fantastic job and I will use them in the future!  Thank you Rishon Plumbing for taking such good care of my home and for your honest hard work!  Save yourself the time calling around -- Rishon will take care of you and will do it at a reasonable price.

They were friendly on the phone but they wanted 700 dollars to replace a 25 dollar part.
The technician named Freddy looked as he didn't know what it was or how to go about repairing it he was here for 2 minutes and charged 89 bucks for nothing!
The 2 stars review is because the person on the phone was friendly and sounded like he wanted to help unfortunately it didn't.

As a homeowner, plumbing emergencies are the worst.  They're a stressful and expensive experience... especially on New Year's Eve when your toilet, tub, and shower are backed up..  
Matt and Eddy arrived promptly, told me everything that they needed to do, got the job done quickly, and explained the problem without trying to sell me any add-on nonsense.
5 years ago today, I had the exact same problem, called Mike Diamond, they charged me more than twice as much, made me wait forever, and told me I needed thousands of dollars of repairs.  Never again...

Max came out and installed plumbing for a washer dryer.  He spent a lot of time under our home and worked late to help us get the job done and not be without hit water for too long.  He even billed us slightly under his original esta one because he discovered we already had ductwork done.

When we first booked our Flood Brothers appointment, we got a call about an hour before arrival saying they would need to reschedule for another day, they had accidentally double booked. I was obviously frustrated, but the office was apologetic and kind and rescheduled for as soon as they could.

When the appointment did take place, Efrain was professional, kind and got the job done! He showed up on time and finished the work quickly and efficiently. All the while, taking extra care not to track any dirt into the house.

If I have another plumbing issue, I will definitely call Flood Brothers for help.

I had a water leak after a demolition of our bathroom shower. It was Friday night (630pm) and I was in a bind. Attempting to fix the plumbing leak myself, I failed miserably. It was still leaking, but not as bad. Moses was the plumber that came to my house during my emergency. There's more to the story, but he fixed our plumbing leak.

To the owner of Charlies Sewer and Drain, Moses was professional, did a an excellent job in explaining what he was doing, and also showed an amateur handyman some neat tricks about copper piping and certain code requirements. He noticed my small demo project and gave me a few pointers. It turned out that the main plumbing leak I had was caused by the last contractor. They didn't put a metal backing plate, and drywall screws were hitting the copper pipe. Anyway thanks guys!

I've used Saucedo plumbing twice now to unclogged one my house. Both times as I paced with worry about there being a bigger problem that the owner did everything to fix the issues quickly and efficiently. Prices are more than reasonable and he even gave me food tips to look out for during my bathroom remodel.

These guys are off the chart amazing!!  Chris and Randy were totally professional, but also friendly (and funny!) and explained everything they were doing, answering all my questions fully and patiently.  They arrived right on time, went right to work, and had solved my plumbing problem in no time!   In a way I was sorry that they worked so quickly, as I was sorry to see them go!  I wish I'd known about them months ago when I needed a major pipe replacement! - but I will definitely use them again and have already been recommending them to all my homeowner friends.  They are totally awesome!!

Rockstar Plumbing is amazing! We had an emergency situation and could not get ahold of our building manager or anyone from our property management company. We called Rockstar and they came out right away.

Our tech William was great. He was knowledgable and professional. He had to leave to get more equipment because the clog was farther than his snake could reach, but we were not charged anything more than the quote we were given. William even spoke with the maintenance supervisor from our property management company (once they finally got back to us) to try and find the best solution for our problem.

I would definitely use Rockstar Plumbing again and highly recommend them.

Our sewer line was clogged by tree roots in the weekend. I sent out request on Sunday morning. Victor is the first person responded to me and he was willing to work on Sunday. He showed up at my house in 45 minutes .  Due to the thick root, the snake did not work. He called for hydro jets. Unfortunately hydro jets service was closed on Sunday. He came back on Monday and fixed the clog. Because of his quick response, we asked him to do sewer liner for us. They were professional and quick for the jobs.

Mike and his brother came to our house the very same day we called them, thx guys!  They fixed our clogged sinks, explained everything to us so clearly without the usual plumber speak and the cost for their services was very competitive.  We have used Mike and his brother several times before and each time they have exceeded our expectations!

Great customer service! We had an issue with our garbage disposal and Mandel was able to fit us in same day to replace it. Gave great advice to ensure we did not spend extra than needed to replace our system. Highly recommend and we will use their services again for future plumbing needs!

NGP was responsive to my calls and showed up to diagnose the problem w/ in 24 hours. They explained the problem well and they offered a fair quote in comparison to other reputable plumbers. There's a lot of competition in LA- so, in addition to having exceptional reviews, the qualities which set these guys apart from the other plumbers I called was communication and a willingness to offer a fair (not cheap) fee for service. I recommend them!

I just had my water heater replaced by Z&H after discovering it was leaking all over my garage overnight the day before. Zorro was very prompt in his communication both on the phone and through text messages. They weren't able to come out that day but Zorro helped guide me through how I could cap the intake line so that I could still use the water in my house (the original installer did not include a valve at the intake, obviously!) I really appreciated that Zorro was upfront about his pricing and did not try to upsell me to tankless as most plumbers I have talked to have tried to do.

Zorro gave me an 8:30am to 9:00am estimate and like clockwork Arsen, the installer texted me at 8:27am to let me know he was on the way. He arrived before 9:00am, which is much appreciated since I live in the foothills which automatically adds a 10-15 mins to everyones travel time. I have learned that it is very rare for contractors and service people in the local area to stick with their estimates so Z&H not only giving me a 30 min window but also sticking to it is really a diamond in the rough!

Installation was professionally done and quick too. They were done and packing up by 9:45am and Arsen walked me through the different things that he had done. He added a shutoff valve for the intake and simplified the plumbing that was done previously which was problematic. He also noticed that there was a natural gas outlet valve that I wasn't using and made sure I was aware that it was a safety hazard in case someone left it open. He removed the valve and capped it off for me when I told me I didn't intend to use it.

All in all I had a much better experience with this water heater replacement than I had originally expected since I had a lot of anxiety trying to find a plumber. I am so glad I got a referral from my friend for Zorro and his team and I will highly recommend them myself in the future!

I had an old kitchen faucet with even older pipes in the wall, another plumber said I needed all new pipes but Flood Brothers were able to come in and replace the pipes and faucet with out having to break the un-replacable kitchen tiles that the other plumber said would have to be replaced....

Had another plumbing issue and I called sals plumbing. They came the next day, crawled through the attic and found a small needle hole in a pipe. They fixed it the same day! Thank you for the fast and realiable service.

I've used them before and they've always done fabulous work, but today went above and beyond.  I called with a clogged toilet, and instead of sending someone out and charging me a fortune, the guy told me a trick to unclog it myself.  How great is that?!

What a wonderful company! Connie and Lalo are an amazing team!!I have an old house and I had very serious plumbing problem last year with my sewer line, I hired a plumber who charged me a lot of money dig out a good portion of the bricks on my yard and after he was done with the plumbing he  left it for me to find a handy man to put it back, this year I had a similar problem with the water line, I hired this wonderful company who charged me 30% less than the previous company to do a similar job, very professional, much quicker (it took them two days to solve what the previous company did in four) and after they solved the problem they were very kind to put my bricks were they previously were, no need to hire a handyman like last year, I'll call them again!
