George (and John) were absolutely fantastic. We had an emergency water heater leak that caused water damage in the garage and sub-floor. The first company that quoted us said they would come out to change the system for just south of $5K (!!!). We contacted George, texted photos back and forth, and he won us over. Came out the very next day and did everything we needed, and more, at a much fairer price. Both George and John are exactly what you hope for when repair workers show up at your home--incredibly professional, detailed, and no nonsense. We would recommend Rishon to anyone that needs repair. I had an issue with a clogged toilet.  Called them and they were here in 20 minutes. Warren and his associate (forgot his name, but he mentioned he wanted to also get the Hotel Collection Duvet I had..random tidbit from me..haha) were great!  In and out in 10 minutes for a reasonable $.  Thanks!

He has such a knowledgeable and positive energy and the entire time it was clear I was in capable hands. A-1 made my fussy and annoying job less so and that really made my day.

This is by far the best plumbing company I have ever worked with. Scheduling is easy and their technicians are on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. I have had them out to my house several times for a myriad of issues, and they have always provided excellent and professional service. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of a great plumbing service. This is my second five-star (plus) review for Charlie's Sewer and Drain. We originally had them to hydrojet our ancient, 100-year-old clay sewer pipe, on which they did a great job at a great price; then, Charlie quoted me an excellent price to completely replace the pipe with polyethylene.  When I agreed to the job a little later, Charlie got the permit pronto and scheduled to do it on a day when the city inspector could come the next day.
Charlie and the crew (George, Jose, and the rest) showed up on time, dug the hole on the side of my house at one end and the hole at the end of the property at the other, then broke apart the clay pipe and installed the polyethylene quickly-- in just three hours.  I appreciated that Charlie explained things as it went to my wife as well as myself, treating us as equals.
The next day, George and Jose came early to wait for the inspector; inspection went perfectly, and both holes filled and everything left neatly.

Alberto was efficient, friendly, and thorough! Offered service the same day I requested it and was in and out in fewer than 10 minutes. Could not recommend him more highly!

Chris is a friendly guy, gets down to business, works efficiently, and would summarize what's going on as he worked through the problems. For the reasonable pricing, I had him clear out the kitchen pipes and the two bathrooms.  He also made sure the unit below me didn't get clogged up from the work. From the telephone call with the office manager, Darcy, the whole process was easy, professional and I felt like I was getting an honest work done. I would definitely call them again for future needs. Nice people, forthright way of doing business, and gets the job done.

We had a sink stop up that, despite our best efforts, couldn't be solved alone. So...I found Miguel via yelp and relied on the other great reviews on here. He, unlike everyone else we called, came out with no upfront service charge, on a Saturday evening and fixed our clogged pipes for a very reasonable cost. We are keeping his contact info on file and definitely plan to make him our go-to guy. Highly recommend.

These guys were really great.  Water heater broke, after getting my replacement parts from the manufacturer, these guys were able to come out quick and repair it in about 30 minutes.

I highly recommend these fellas. They did a great job fixing my plumbing problem.  I had a pretty bad sewage back up in my bathroom toilet, sink, and tub. They found the cause and fixed it in no time. My house has pretty old piping. Not to mention, there was a one-way drainage tub previously installed that made it impossible to snake out any clogged issues indoors.  They installed a two-way drainage pipe, which will make it a whole lot easier to unclog, in the event, my pipes become backed up again. What a GREAT TEAM they are. Mandel and Kevin were very professional, they took time to thoroughly explain every step of the way. They turned my very bad not so good day, around!!  Very pleased with their work. Five Stars.

Sam from Rocket plumbing came out to unclog my kitchen sink. He was nice and explained everything he was going to do.  I had a another problem with a pipe that needed to be replaced.  He left to get the parts and came back quickly. I was very pleased with the work he did. He gave me a deal in the price.  Super happy.

They're responsive, courteous & very professional. They do a great job & are reasonably priced. The visit to determine the problem is free. They don't charge you if it's just a very simple adjustment. I contacted them after closing hours on a Friday night for a hot water problem. They were here at 8am on Saturday. Everything was fixed in a few minutes! Couldn't ask for more!

No hot water for bath or shower is so annoying... especially in the middle of the night. I'm so glad we found Z & H Plumbing. Call them first thing in the morning and got a call right back that they can come out the same day! Then they show up in less than an hour and fix the problem.

They are very professional and thorough explaining the cause of the problem and how they fix it. We're very satisfy with their service. Definitely will use them again and refer them to family and friends too.

I didn't end up using this company but they responded promptly to my plumbing emergency with an email response. That's enough for me to use them next time I have a plumbing issue.

Connie and Lalo at American Drain Works were truly lifesavers as we experienced a severe gas leak late in the afternoon.  They came out the same day at 8pm to provide an estimate and agreed to begin repairs first thing the next day.  Throughout the whole experience, they were punctual, very communicative, and answered all the questions we had about the repairs.  Connie really went above and beyond in getting us an answer for our specific situation, as well as making sure that all of our problems were resolved.
