Jose and his crew did a great job replanting two small slopes on my property. They arrived on time, walked through the job with me, and made sure we were in agreement about what needed to be done and how much it would cost. The crew took care of everything just as discussed and were kind enough to clean up the leaves off my lawn before they left. I will definitely use Jose for any landscape job I have in the future!

We were very happy with the project Ixtapa Construction completed at our home.  After interviewing and getting quotes from several general contractors, they provided a comprehensive detailed quote for the work at a fair price.  What sealed the deal for us in selecting them was meeting Jay and Alex, the principals of the company, and the input they provided for our project.  They provided many great ideas we had not considered and we are very happy with the results.

They were meticulous and all the workers on our project were professional and courteous. The scope of work included essentially a full interior remodel including converting a den into a bedroom and also painting/some repairs of the exterior.  There were no surprises in regards to costs at the end of the project and costs associated with changes as work progressed were clearly communicated to us.

We will definitely contact Ixtapa Construction for any future projects!

Kris is simply the best. I've used him twice and both times were awesome. I live in a condo that needed some prep time since all the water will be off for the entire complex. He came a day before to prep for the scheduled shut off. He bought materials for the pipe and connections the before and everything went as planned. I couldn't ask for a better plumber and he buys parts that will last not the cheap stuff. He's a great guy, humble, reasonable prices, and an overall excellent plumber. Thank you again Kris!

Well, the thermo coupler went out and I fixed it myself... That only lasted 1 day. So, I called Patrick because the lady needed her hot water and has no faith in me as a handyman.
Patrick came out that day and did a knock-out job.
When there's gas involved I like having a professional take care of it.
The hot water is rocking now and I'm ready for my first shower in 3 days. :D

Update:

So, after about a dozen e-mails back and forth between us and Mattucci, I have still yet to see an itemized materials invoice, and the invoices (plural) that they've issued to us are rife with inconsistencies, and unsubstantiated costs. For example: Mattucci originally charged us $3500 to Dispose of trash. Pretty steep, considering a truckload of garbage at the dump is a few hundred dollars, NOT a few thousand. They also charged us $3100 for materials, which would buy approximately 3000 feet of pex pipe. (our house would have only required a few hundred feet)

Both the insurance company, and our contractor is saying that we've been overcharged. AVOID THESE GUYS!!!

My shower was leaking from inside the wall. I called Stephen and he started troubleshooting over the phone and even had me send video. He came the next day and took care of my issue and explained what the problem was and how he would be fixing it. Was COVID prepared and even connected with me a day later to make sure everything was good. Highly recommended.

We recently moved to a new house and we've had to deal with a lot of plumbing issues. I'm not from the area so I reached out to and met with several plumbers but neither of them were reliable. A neighbor recommended Graham Plumbing and after 3 separate jobs, I won't be calling anyone else. Kyle has been my go-to guy and I can always rely on him for his candid feedback. Their prices are average, but I put more weight on competency and dependability. It'll save you more money in the long run.

We notified our property management company that we had a clogged drain and then had Daniel's Plumbing give us a call. They came to our apartment the next day and snaked our drain. They were fast and professional.

Today I had my air conditioner fixed by Western Heating. I NEVER write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one for this company! Rick came out nice and early and was one of the sweetest guys I've ever met. Not only did he fix my air conditioner, he told me how to maintain it and even helped me clean it off.  The work was done at a more than fair price and I would recommend this company to anyone wants great service and a GREAT PRICE!  Be sure to ask for Rick! :)

This is a very overdue review. Consider it a 3 month review
My house is 70 years old and had original galvanised water pipes and cast iron drain pipes. It was an absolute nightmare. In the 3 years we've owned the place I've have plumbers out 6 times to unclog drains with the 7th resulting in the drain under my kitchen cracking and dripping out into the crawl space until a horrible stench came from beneath the house from festering water.

This was my breaking point and I decided (far too late) I needed a full repipe.
I had 4 plumbers come out and bid. Jesse was the first to arrive and quote, while he wasn't necessarily the cheapest he was by far the most keen to do the project, didn't bid an unrealistic price and was absolutely reassuring to talk to.

He was promptly out with his dad and crew to begin work. These guys work 5 days straight and the work was absolutely outstanding. They dug a huge trench down to the sewer to remove all the old clay pipe with modern ABS.  This was a day of heavy labor in hot weather too.

They cut out and removed all the old crummy pipe work and installed a whole house filter I purchased in advance from Amazon. Since this work was done. Out drains are amazing, our water pressure is outstanding and the filter is scraping a lot of the hard salts out of the tap water that it no longer leaves residue or odour

Very simply an honest and responsive guy who left the corporate plumbing world due to its questionable practices and started his own local business.

My wife had a $4500 quote from one source yesterday to clear a sewer problem.  Called Harry for a second quote.  He was at my house within a hour.  The total bill was $89.  He was clean, left the area clean and will get my business in the future.

Spent a lot of money on a plumbing issue we've been having for quite sometime. Robert was honest, fair and upfront from the beginning about what it was going to cost and how long it'll take to get the job completed. I'm happy I chose to go with this company. I'll definitely be reaching out if I ever need plumbing done again in the future.

As exhausted as I am from dealing with a water leak from my upstairs neighbor last night and AGAIN today...I still wanted to stop and thank Leo for his great work and professionalism. He responded right away. He did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it and kept me posted every step of the way. I never had to look for him and I felt confident he had everything under control. He even helped with some of the cleanup by bringing me plastic tarps for the floors and using a wetvac to pick up water. Thanks Leo for caring and making a horrible situation so much better!
