Summit was recommended to me by someone I trust who has used Summit for various plumbing projects. I contacted Summit about an inoperable sump pump. The owner operator of Summit, Daniel, responded promptly and scheduled a consultation at my home at a date and time that was convenient for me. Daniel arrived on time and assessed my situation. Daniel thoroughly and clearly explained my options, providing estimates for the various options. Daniel is the consummate professional who is knowledgeable and highly competent. The job was completed on time that same morning. Daniel cleaned up the area and took numerous photographs to show the work that was done under the house. Summit's professionalism and transparency give me confidence in their work. I highly recommend Summit and their services. I would definitely use again.

My kitchen sink was clogged for 3 weeks. After snaking it, removing the garbage disposal, and attempting to replace it with straight pipes, it was still clogged. Jacob came out and replaced my pipe work and snaked the drain forever. Everything is working great now. He worked fast and was very pleasant. And, very reasonably priced. We will keep their number on hand for any future needs.

This place is a rip off! They quoted us $5,000 for the job and we have ended up paying over $7,000. We had the original work done 6 months ago. The toilet started leaking last night and we have called and talked to a lady. We have yet to hear back from them. I will never use this company again!

I really wanted to give GreenBox a solid 4-star review because I've had two good-ish experiences with them before. Both times the technician was very gracious and prompt, explaining everything to me, and charging me what seems like fair prices.
However I've just had a difficult experience with them and doubt that I will use them again. On a routine inspection to check my HVAC system, the technician found water in my crawlspace. He scheduled another technician to come out the next day. The second technician came to the door, said hello to my wife, then went to the crawlspace. My wife did not hear from him again. I called the company later that day to ask and they were not able to find the technician. I called again the following day and they still could not track down the technician.
After my third call they were able to track down the technician and I asked them to have him call me with haste so that I could understand the situation in my crawlspace.
One week went by with still no call from the technician. I called GreenBox again and asked for it the estimate to fix my crawlspace. Still nothing. But after a fifth call, still trying to be reasonable and use this company that has given me two good service calls, the receptionist was finally able to track down the technician who unfortunately wasn't able to talk at the time. I left my phone number and said please have him call me the same day. He did not call, but sent an email the following morning with a high cost estimate and no explanation for why the price was that high or that specific work was to be done. I sent some inquiries back and at this point have still not heard back from him (next business day).
My frustration is that I expect clear communication and explanation on matters like this.

I contacted Eli Plumbing over a month ago asking for a quote, I was told that I had to pay $150.00 for them to come out and run a camera up my pipe and I was ok with that, First of all they where about 45 minutes late, had time at 8am and showed up 8.45am.
I will say that the guys that came out was nice and professional. I was told what they found out and that I would receive a quote from Eli shortly, Three weeks later and three phone calls later asking where the quote was, I received a bill for $285. I called Eli and said I was told $150 and still do not have a quite, He said to go ahead and pay $150 and that the quote was mailed out. Here we are a month later and he did cash my check, still never got a quote (Not that I will go with this plumber at this time) But this is very poor customer service and I feel ripped off.
