Very responsive. They fixed three separate plumbing failures during the freeze back in February. I had another plumbing issue today and they were out and repaired within a couple hours. Great workmanship. They have a female plumber on staff!

Really happy.  They were able to show up same day and very quickly fixed my problem and took care of the mess I made pulling switches out of the wall.  Guys were friendly and professional.  Was really skeptical calling a place out of the blue from yelp but in the end very satisfied.

I work for a company that builds mobile medical and dental clinics.  Had a client in Fort Worth that needed a water pump replaced in their office.  Jason at TexFlex scheduled the appointment within a few days, communicated well, showed up on time, troubleshot the problem and did a quality repair.  At a fair price.  Small company but excellent service.  Highly recommended.

I reached out for help with a bad main sewer line clog late at night and they replied very quickly and were available to help early the next day. John and Javier came out and were able to assess the issue, point of clogs and clear it quickly. They were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They walked me through everything - explained what the problem was, what caused it (flushable wipes are not really flushable!) and how to avoid it in the future, as well as upfront pricing and a clear scope of work. I had an experience with a company called Strittmatter last week when I requested a visit to address the issue of my AC unit not cooling below 74 degrees. The technician, Chris, repeatedly emphasized the age of the unit and suggested that it needed replacement. However, I have suspicions that he might have deliberately compromised the unit to facilitate a sales pitch, and this nearly led to an electrical incident in my home involving myself and my four children.

Also throwing trash in my back yard instead of removing it once taken out the package for a coil replacement part and let the wiring exposed.

My concerns were heightened when I started detecting an electrical odor emanating from the AC unit. Subsequently, another service provider visited my residence and informed me that the central processing unit (CPU) of the AC no longer had a ground wire, resulting in a burnout. This situation raises serious doubts about the company's commitment to customer safety. It appears they might be leveraging the extreme heat conditions in Texas to pressure individuals into making hasty decisions.

Adding to my concerns, Chris informed my landlord that unless the entire AC unit was replaced, it would likely fail within the following week. Remarkably, the AC did malfunction as he predicted, but the timing raises suspicions due to the prior electrical odor I had noticed.

In conclusion, my experience with Strittmatter has left me uneasy. I believe there might have been questionable actions taken by their technician, Chris, which potentially compromised the safety of my household. The situation warrants further investigation and reflection on the practices of the company.

I suffered some major plumbing issues and had the great fortune of coming upon Nikki's Plumbing Company. As a single female, I felt super comfortable having her work in my house, she is absolutely approachable and doesn't make you feel like an idiot for having no idea what is going on. She is very meticulous and very good at explaining exactly what will need to happen and how long the work will take. She is more than reasonable cost wise and I feel like her work is way above and beyond what I have received from other plumbers in the past. I would not hesitate to recommend her to a friend and, in fact, I have numerous times!

Mr. Dee himself came out today and talk about customer service and professionalism!  He obviously runs his company with high standards and his customers appreciate it!  Great work and fair pricing. We will continue to use DAZ Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors. They are top notch!

I've been searching for a competent, reasonably-priced plumber in the Lake Highlands area for years and I think I have finally found it in Hooper. I prefer to use local businesses if possible. I used Frymire in the past but their prices are simply outrageous and I stopped.

I made an appointment (2 hour window, very reasonable), and when the guys were running a bit late they called to let me know instead of wondering.

The plumbers were efficient and professional. They completed the work quickly and correctly the first time. Best of all, the price was very reasonable.

I am now a Hooper customer. Highly recommended.

Noticed our  hot water Heater was leaking on Sunday night.  I had previously used Ztinaon plumbing so I text Carissa at 11 PM the office manager and Larry wife.  Sent over some pictures and she replied immediately.  She asked if Larry could stop by in the mor ing on a holiday.  Larry was very prompt and gave me a very fair price and the did the job same day.  

Thank you Larry and Carissa, not only great plumbers , but more importantly th best customer service around.

From the original call into the office to finishing up the installation of the new toilet was awesome. The entire process was flawless and the technician Derek went out of his way to explain what needed to be done giving me several options, he then went over pricing before starting. I am a two time customer of Olshan Foundation Solutions.  The first time we used the company about 8 years ago, everything was great.  Well with the recent drought, the area of the home they didn't stablize before needed repair.  Since the experience was so good the first time, we didn't hesitate to give them a call.  Let's just say a lot has changed in 8 years - it a BAD way for this company.  The price quoted was for a certain number of stablizers, however no one informed me that they reduced the number of stablizers but kept the price the same.  The sales person sold one thing and I got another.  It wasn't until half way through the first day of digging and drilling that an experience supervisor came out to let the crew know where to dig and drill.  Even then, I am unsure of his qualifications.  The crew chief was nice enough, but I had communications issues since he spoke broken English at best and I know minimal Spanish.  After all the wholes were dug and supports placed and it was time to fill the wholes with cement, the crew chief told me they broke 3 post tension supports in the foundation and they would need to send an expert out to the house to repair those.  With these issues, the 4 day job is approaching 2 weeks long.  And to boot, no one told me they do not replace tiles removed or the carpet that was pulled back in any way - even though they did this for me 8 years ago.  Now that they say they are finished, the main reason I called to have my foundation checked out was a huge crack in our brick along the master bedroom - still is left unresolved.  

DEFINATELY GET A SECOND OPINION and ASK A LOT OF QUESTIONS before deciding to go with this company.  They were great once - but totally suck now.
