The poorest and worse managed plumbing company that I ever found.
After dealing with them over the phone for more than a month about a leak under the slab they showed up to my house. After a previous plumber finding where the problem was they still spending more than 3 hours to figure out how and from where to get the job started. I had to call a third party company to help them to unclog a clogged pipe line because they have no tools to have the pipeline cleaned. It took more than 4 hours to they start the job for what they were contracted. The worse was all these hours spent doing nothing was charged as worked hours. The third party company did the unclogging job in less than half hour. The Accu-Find employees took a hour lunch with was charged from me as a regular working hour.
At certain time of the service I told them to stop the job and go back to their homes.
It was the ONLY plumbing company that gave me the quote for the entire repair and then charges dollars amount (around $100.00) after 7 hours of work is reached. Very convenient to the company but not to the costumer. I called my previous plumber company which took care of everything and gave warranty of SEVEN years and charged me 1/4 of price of Accu-Find first estimated.
Be careful, Accu-Find will offer a maximum of 2 years warranty and  they are not equipped with the necessary tools for the necessary  job. This was my sad experience with this company.
I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Jason came almost immediately to help us with a leaking water heater and did an excellent, skilled and careful installation of a new water heater and removal of the dead water heater. Our situation required a fast response and these guys met the task and then some.

Mr. Dyson

I had a flooding problem in my bathroom, and it turned out that the AC condensation/bathtub drain was clogged. I called Mr. Dyson, and he came right away to take a look. He was very friendly and professional, and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He cleared the gunk and mud from the drain, and the flooding stopped immediately.

I was very impressed with Mr. Dyson's work. He was fast, efficient, and honest. He didn't try to upsell me on anything, and he didn't charge me any extra fees, a rare moment of honesty in this age of imperial franchising(pardon my economists BS). I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

I am in a newer home (1 1/2years old) and my master bath tub would not shut off with the handle. The cartridge broke so I had to turn the main water supply off in our garage to the home until a plumber could come out. Cathedral plumbing did all the work when we built the new home. We called them and they were able to make it out same day service. Troy did an amazing job and was super professional and courteous. Job well done Cathedral plumbing. Very fast response time. Even though Ultimately I decided not to move forward with the work. They were still extremely helpful in helping me make my decision. Most companies will try everything they can to talk you out of making a decision that will cause them to lose the work but they were upfront and honest with me and in my particular case it was more cost-effective to buy new appliances. So for me if I ever need any plumbing work in the future I now have a company that I can rely on their honest opinion.

Carlos was a breath of fresh air in the house service business.  He was able to come to my house on very short notice.  He did a very thorough job of trouble shooting my plumbing issues and determined that it would be better to take care of the sink trouble when I did my soon to happen faucet replacement.  He was very considerate and professional, so much so he didn't even charge for his service call despite the fact he spent nearly an hour checking on my house.

Horrible service!  He was rude and condescending!  Charged a lot two times we called him and didn't even do the job completely.  Take your money and business somewhere else.  He feels entitled and as if he is doing you a favor.

Honest and reliable company.

We called Tioga to help my elderly mom sort out her complicated electricity issues. She had already hired another company to do several hundreds of dollars of work in her home; to no prevail.

We were concerned that maybe another company would take advantage of her again and flew in from New York to help her get a solution. A rep from Tioga came to her house and gave us an honest and comprehensive outline of what the issue was. He also proposed solutions at different price points that would resolve her ongoing electrical issues. I can tell you confidently, Tioga is an honest and reliable company with fair pricing and reasonable assessments of electrical issues.

We are so grateful for their help and glad to know we have a new relationship with an honest, safe and reliable electrician for our projects.

this company ripped off a 90 year old woman. i called to have my drain to my toilet cleaned out and Ramon told me he had to pull the toilet and would charge an extra charge! He pulled the toilet and then said it had not needed that!!!!! I was charged $171 and he left! couple hours later it doesn't flush again still plugged up!!! I had to wait for him to come back on the 3 of July! this time he ran a snake in my drain and said it was fixed!! also said i had a 30 day warranty!!! it plugged up again and they have refused to do anything about this!!!! They cashed my check (he refused my credit card) and  this guy and the company are very dishonest to treat anyone this way

So I went online on a weekend looking to find help for my home since we were having company on a Sunday night - my wife obviously needed her kitchen to entertain

After talking to a neighbor who recommended these Bozos we booked a 2-5 window - at 4:50 we sent a text asking what was going on

They said we won't be able to come today

What a disaster - if I hadn't reached out we probably would have had family very frustrated - now we will make new plans -
