To update info by a previous reviewer.  They do not give free estimates.  That is misleading.  They charge $99 just to walk on the property and see what your problem is.  They will then tell you, for free what the cost to replace your AC is.  

I also saw they say they have  24/7 service.  Yet when I called in the afternoon, they wouldn't have anyone available until the next day, after two other homes were repaired.  Not even a guarantee of what time a service man would arrive.

I'm left hanging and not impressed with this company at all.  Ron, be honest and don't act like you'll fix my leak at 3 am if your guys only work from 9-5.

John did a great job and his work was everything that I expected from the reviews. We had two outdoor spigots replaced, one of which was installed very poorly when the house was built. Not only did John replace the spigot and fix the bad previous install, but his masonry work to replace the bricks on our house that were removed while doing the job was excellent. He made a point to make sure that we looked over his work & were satisfied before he left. We will absolutely use Advanced Plumbing Services in the future.

We had them come to a property we had listed to perform a trenchless drain repair.  From start to finish Josh was professional, informative and patient.  We plan on using and referring Josh and his company for years to come, as trusted service providers are hard to come by.

I'm in a place in life where every penny counts.  Brian is the owner of this company, he did efficient, high quality work.  I am actually embarrassed over the fact that I forgot that I had asked Brian to install a new shut off valve, which he did,  but I forgot to calculate the cost of the valve and installation.   Brian is an honest, sincere, hard working contractor and I apologize for being suspicious.   I will be calling Brian back as I need further work.

I needed to have a new lock installed on my garage, and the residential locksmith I hired was able to recommend the best option for my needs. They installed it quickly and professionally and even gave me tips on how to better secure my garage.

They came when they said. Harry is a great detective.  He kept me informed.  They actually repaired years of problems. Did I mention he is a detective.  They found the problems and knew how to fix.  They left the sites clean.

Had a simple problem with the toilet.  Accidentally dropped a casing of a pen in the toilet which caused the septic tank not to fill.  I called him and told him all it needed was a closet auger, or a snake to correct the problem.  He said he'd be happy to take care of it.  I asked him how much?  He said $92.  So he did come like he said he would, pretty prompt, within 2 hours, took him about 40 mins to complete.  Then i get a phone call (being at work) and my wife tells me he is charging $142.  I asked to speak to him on the phone, and said why its went from $92 to $142.  He says he had to change a flapper.  Ok - I'm at work and $50 is not going to make me poor so I told my wife to just pay.  But honestly, Tom's Plumbing is crooked.  There are plenty of other places who charge $80-100 per hour, so I would stay away because his intentions to cheat the customer speaks volumes.

These guys have seen us through 2 different homes and several different types of issues. Toilets, sinks, washing machine pipes, etc. They have always been prompt, they are knowledgeable and I feel confident that when they fix something, it stays fixed. I have appreciated their reasonable pricing, too.

I called H2O to give me a price for a foundation irrigation system. I spoke with Doug first then someone else on the second call since I had not seen anything from Doug after 3 weeks. They both told me they would get me a price to do the work. After almost 3 months now and several calls to them after with no return call - I guess they are not interested. If you do not want to give someone a price at least tell them you are not interested.
