Great experience with NTX Plumbing.  Fast response scheduling an appointment, prompt arrival and very professional/courteous service by Brian.  When you have to call a plumber these folks have top notch service.

This is a great company. We've used them several times and recommend them to everyone who asks us for a plumber. Very friendly guys, honest and fair prices.

We had a bit of an emergency and ended up contacting Icon Plumbing after the home warranty plumbing company failed to show up twice. Condy and Ryan were both amazing!!!! Condy stayed late the 1st night ensuring everything he could do was completed for the night and Ryan went above and beyond coming out several times the next day to complete the repairs and ensure everything was working correctly. We ran into a bit of a glitch (not plumbing related), Ryan made sure we had a plan for getting someone out the next day to repair our other problem and did not leave until he was sure there was no safety issues. We will definitely use them in the future with no hesitation. Highly recommend!!!

I needed a new water heater so I selected A M Plumbing based on their Yelp rating. Their quote was competitive, scheduling was easy, & they arrived on time. The installation went great and the heater is working as expected. I highly recommend them!

Joe Gil has been my technician for a year and he is always professional and on time. He is very thorough explaining my options and any concerns I may have.

After contacting several plumbers for quotes, Heathco was the quickest to respond and was able to provide a quote. Jeremy arrived on time and was able to finish work as promised. For part of the job, he told me that the part I purchased would not work and was great at explaining why. I appreciate the hard work and honesty. Will definitely call Jeremy at Heathco again for all my plumbing needs! Thank you!

Such a nice business, our mother needed a plumber and when I called Kenny's they were booked but gave me the number of a guy who could come the same day! I recommend highly !

Responsive, showed up quickly and had my shower valve replaced in 45 minutes. Fair, honest prices and they cleaned up after they were done. Will use again for my plumbing needs!

Johan is fantastic! Extremely professional and honest. He and his team do an amazing job. Very pleased with how they maintained their work and kept the project clean as they went. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a remodel at an honest price with a crew who cares about attention to detail.

I had a fantastic experience with Michael. He was incredibly professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue with my plumbing; his work was of the highest quality. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also took the time to explain what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future. He's friendly and saved me from closing my store. His reasonable pricing made the whole process stress-free. I highly recommend this plumber for exceptional service and expertise!

I called KMP to do leak test on my water system and drain system. They told me the service call would be $29. I knew the test would be more than that, but another company had done the same testing a month prior (I needed a 2nd opinion) and I figured KMP's price would be in the same ballpark. They charged $564. The tech was Donald, and he did a nice job, but he was here about an hour. When I looked back at the cost from the other company, it was $295. I called KMP back to ask why so high & was told that's their price, period. They refused to make any adjustment, even when I advised them of what the other company charged. I have no problem with the quality of their work, but suggest you compare prices first. I saw a similar review from another customer.

Terrible!  Please take my advice and do not use this company unless you like throwing away money. I was charged an outrageous amount, and the only thing he was able to do was unclog the drain!  He wasn't able to determine where the leak originated.  While on the phone with his coworker, looking for advice, i could hear the other guy laughing loudly. Then that same man called me the next day, confusing me with another customer. Totally unprofessional. To top it off, he walked around my house with his dirty wet gloves, grabbing the staircase, etc., and I had to follow behind him with a Clorox wipe.

Unethical & Shady Billing! Please do not use this company! Trust me this is a real experience!!!!!

They over billed the actual hours, raised the hourly rate from what was quoted on the phone, wasted time on the job to increase billable hours, added 2 new (undisclosed) charges to the 3rd revised invoice (probably to compensate for the lower invoice amount after I provided time - date stamped photos and texts) and actually bully you into paying with threats of a lien (how's that for respecting the customer).

They tell you one thing on the phone and the invoice completely contradicts what they say. I deal with many plumbers with our business and this is the first one who has not kept their word and tried to over charge (and charge for time they wasted). They even try to charge you for going and getting parts because they don't have them on the truck.

The owner Trey actually told me he thinks other plumbers can't be trusted and are incompetent (WOW!). Only his company has intelligent & trust worthy plumbers... so even though I had 3 other guys tell me (and I told 3 of his guys) what was needed and where it needed to be done they chose to waste 2 hours doing a line detection which was not needed since a new line had already been laid and the main line was dug up and exposed at the house.  
I highly recommend contacting the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners to get assistance in dealing with them.
They were recommended and we had high hopes that this could be our new go plumber for our company but unfortunately in my opinion they are beyond horrible and cannot be trusted.
Please, please call a different plumber!

I am a manager at a restaurant in aubrey, I had Daniel come out to work on my ice machine. They were the 8th plumber I called and out of all of those, they were the only ones who would come out today. To my surprise, they were here in less than an hour. He came in, fixed my problem and was out in less than an hour! What service. Super nice great guy. I'm so glad I found them. Best google search I've done ! Will be using again!

DO NOT USE!!! I have never given 1-star, until now. One of the worst experiences I have had with any repair service. The technician delivered false promises and never completed job. The receptionist that would answer phone promised to contact me and never did. This has been going on for literally a month. I have a leak under my house and they do not seem to care. I have been fighting to speak with anyone on scheduling them back out here and they acted as if it was an inconvenience to speak with me. BEWARE!
