When I worked in San Clemente, we used Robert Fischer for our plumbing needs at the office, so when I purchased a condo I knew exactly which company I liked and trusted. Josh came out and did a fantastic job on the items on my plumbing to-do list in a reasonable amount of time and as always, in a friendly and professional manner. My crummy quarter turn valves have been replaced and my hose hookup installed! I will continue to use Robert Fischer plumbing in the future for all my plumbing needs, they are completely honest, reliable and extremely fair with their pricing. I highly recommend them and Josh is wonderful. Thank you!

It was time to replace my water heater and Jerry Rodriguez came out and was extremely thorough explaining all my options and I purchased not only the water heater I added a recirculating pump and a filtration system. We started the project the same afternoon and finished the next day.  Jerry and Antonio also came out to assist on the project and all three were extremely professional, meticulous in their work and cleanup.  I couldn't be happier with the service.

MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

My hot water heater died and it was eight years old.
I decided it's a good decision to just replace it rather than try and fix it since it says right on the label these things will eventually leak, and I'm on the second floor of a condo we don't want any leaks.
I looked up several places here on yelp and Pierre side is the only one that doesn't have any negative substantial ratings and the one negative rating they had was for working too hard and over booking their schedule which I don't think is a bad rating anyway. The actual owner, Henry is a very nice guy he's a local resident and he was very responsive and friendly and courteous, there's nothing more you could ask for when somebody's coming to do some work at your house. He is very personable and professional.
Compared to the other services where you talk to a third-party or you go on some website and some strange person calls you who knows nothing whatsoever about plumbing, I had way more confidence in Pier side and Henry. He put in a high quality water heater which is top rated better than the other brands, Bradford white.  Sure this thing cost a bit more but I don't mind with something like this I don't wanna mess with it for another 10 years and I will probably sleep better knowing that it was done by a licensed professional in the business for at least 20 years, not some apprentice who just got their license or somebody who is training.  So after all this, I can't say enough good things and I wish Henry the best going forward in his business he's the type of professional I would like to see you succeed and I think he will with great service with good products

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

As luck would have it, The heating system in my new house needed service. Service Champions to the rescue. The service,professional as it was, turned into a twenty five minute professional sales pitch.The pitch opened up with a $12,400 deal,then a $9,200 deal and finally an $8,200 deal. None of which I took. All I can recommand is watch your wallet on these heating deals

Awsome called and came on time took about 10 min and my shower drain was unclogged!!! Will use them again.

Manny was the best! He came on time (actually a few minutes early) and quickly tackled a huge list of things to do around the house. He even managed to hang a huge heavy mirror by himself, a mirror that took both me and my husband to carry inside. He was so friendly and meticulous. Highly recommend, would hire again!

Although I know a lot about plumbing and have replaced several water heaters myself over the years, when my current heater showed signs of wearing out, I started to research installing a tankless system. I got mixed reviews about the expense, efficiency, etc., so I reached out via YELP to get bids from local Plumbers, on a Saturday evening. Bob, the owner of AA Services, responded to me directly within 15 minutes. What followed was a half hour conversation where he gave me a better education than I got from hours of my own research on the internet. Since he sensed I knew a lot about plumbing, he talked to me on that level (which I appreciated), and ultimately convinced me that tankless heaters are simply not worth the cost. Rarely have I met a contractor who didn't try to up-sell me, just to get the job. So, although he actually talked me out of an expensive installation that he was well-qualified to do, his honesty and knowledge made him my first choice for future jobs I might need. And, since I'm a real estate broker, I will be referring him to all of my clients in the future!

Called SJ Plumbing after a last minute issue with my water heater leaking. John was quick to respond to my voicemail and even called when he was running a little behind due to another job taking longer. He was honest and completed the job quickly. During this visit I had him quote me on another plumbing job I was planning on doing and he was able to meet another quote I got and he scheduled it within a week. I was shocked,  cause the other place was dodging me for weeks. I had such a good feeling about John that I had him do the other job and his work was amazing. He even let me know about other issues without trying to force me into anything I couldn't afford. Thank you John for being so professional and although I hope I don't have any other plumbing problems in the future, if I do, you will be the first person I call. Fingers crossed he'll be my go to plumber for the foreseeable future.

We wanted to upgrade our closet from wood panel to drywall. We had a family friend help do it but it turned out real bad. So after calling a couple of other companies and giving us outrageously high quotes for a closet, we called Smart and Handy. Their quote was completely acceptable compared to the other guys. Dave and his daughter were completely professional. You could tell they knew what they were talking about and I felt confident in them before they started working on our closet. Dave made sure to explain everything to us and asked us about out closet doors so he could build the closet frame opening according to closet door we chose. He even hid our electrical cables that were hanging making the closet look uglier and messier. He also suggested to add a new outlet behind out television, in the new wall, for our television. So happy we did because we only had one outlet for our tv, cable box, ps4, and phone chargers. He even upgraded our old outlet from 2 prongs to 3 prongs. Im so happy with how everything came out. The walls came out real smooth, no bumps or anything. It looks perfect. I highly recommend Smart and Handy to anyone that needs work done right the first time.

Quick and efficient. My serviceman, Matt, was polite and friendly. Response time was within 30 min of my phone call. He even helped me redeem a voucher on my phone. I won't hesitate to contact O.C. Plumbing again.

Frank is very knowledgeable, responds quickly, is honest, and is reasonable.  Frank and his crew were out the day I called.  Frank diagnosed the clog and worked hard to clear the problem.  Frank explained everything and cleaned up the mess the clean out made.   I highly recommend Frank if you have any plumbing issues.

Fernando is brilliant!!! Great attitude, warm personality, professional knowledge of systems, and incredibly polite to the home he is working on. We are having and have completed a few projects ranging from tankless water heater to faucet changes and a modern water filtration reverse osmosis system. He's wonderful, and a treasure to our community!

Phil with Revival Plumbing is and incredible asset if your home owner. I had to use him twice in the last year unfortunately but he came through for me each time. First time with a clog in my kitchen sink and the second time my drainage outside in my backyard was clogged with roots and in danger of damaging my neighbors house.
