Had a main water line break in the front yard that my landscaper couldn't fix, so I immediately called MPP.  Fabian and Matt came out within a couple of hours and advised that they couldn't find the line under where the visible leak was on the surface and feared the break was under a massive mesquite, with the only options to excavate under the tree or run an entire new main line to the house. Ouch!

But on further investigation they found the actual break was on the other side of the tree, in a line that had been broken and mis-repaired by a certain telephone company when they replaced a telephone junction box a couple of years ago. One PVC pipe-to-coupling joint had no glue on it, and had leaked slowly until the ground got soft enough that it blew apart.  MPP repaired the shoddy job and everything is good, for WAY less than the cost of a new main line.  

If you want it done right, call these guys!

PS - Claim filed with the telephone company.  They'll get another one if anything happens to the tree.

I had an issue with my plumbing leaking due do a faulty product from when the house was built.  Plumbers of Maricopa was prompt to come out and assess the damage.  I was quickly provided a reasonable quote.  The respectful crew came out and repiped my entire house.  No more issues for me.  I highly recommend Plumbers of Maricopa.

I had a gas leak in my outdoor grill. I called them this morning and they scheduled someone to come out the same afternoon to look at it. Gave me a quote when they arrived on site and got the repair done the same day. Brian was very professional and courteous and did a great job with the new gas pipe.

WOW!!!!! That's the first thing that come to mind watching nick santee work replacing my water heater. The guy knows what he's doing and his customer service was top notch. He should be the definition of hard work and trustworthy. Also how fast he got out to my house and you can tell he was eager to get my water up and running in a timely matter and he does it right the first time around.

Nick I hope your boss sees this and realize you were definitely the right person for the job!!

Big G Plumbing LLC was dispatched by a home warranty company to replace a water heater. When the home warranty company followed up with them, BIg G Plumbing said they had called me several times but I did not answer. I called them back to schedule a time for the service which they scheduled on a Saturday from 9 am to 11 am. The receptionist at Big G Plumbing LLC requested I pay a service fee up front over the phone. That is not standard practice for contractor work in our city. I let her know that the service call fee will be paid at the time of service with cash or check. She still insisted on the payment. I asked if she could take a check over the phone. She said no so I let her know the payment will be available at the time of the service call. Big G Plumbing waited until after business hours to send the dispatch order back to home warranty on a weekend. Then they did not show up for the service call which is when I talked to home warranty and found out they sent the dispatch back because we did not pay a service fee up front. It has taken more than 5 days for this company to complete the work they were contracted to complete. Do not do business with them. There are better companies to work with.

This is my second  Yelp review for Bumble Bee Plumbing and I am so pleased to say ADRIAN  of Bumble Bee Plumbing and an assistant DEMANEE arrived this morning right on time and worked non stop installing a new plumbing line through the ceiling in the garage , through the attic and down the wall of our kitchen to provide  correct water flow from garage to refrigerator in kitchen to supply water for ice maker and water in door of fridge.  
Job number two was to replace the shower faucet,  the diverter that sends the water through the shower head and replace worn seals etc.  After completing the bath room repair , the two gentlemen replaced the corroded valves in our laundry room so we had easy to use access to our  washing machine and not have to worry about a breakage of pipes.
5 + STARS go out to Adrian and  Demanee for being so aware of customers needs, professional behavior,  good manners,  thoroughly completing the job above and beyond as expected.
They  vacumed behind  and underneath my refrigerator and even cleaned the floor with cleaner and paper towels as well as clean the drain in the bathroom and the floor surrounding the tub upon finishing the  bathroom repair

I requested quote on Yelp and and whomever replies through Yelp is great but the technician they sent to out Friday to check the system and see what was needed was very confusing to the point of frustrating. Monday I reached out stating I haven't received a quote and today Tuesday still no quote.  Unfortunately I can't hire a company based on how quick they reply to the Yelp messages. 4 days later They stated they could not find a tank my size, if I find one they will instal and if not they could insta a 40 gallon tank (it won't fit in the space but the tech that came out took no measurements what so ever) and when I asked for quote they said it's a verbal /not written quote. So the tech wants to do work he didn't measure for and. I thing in writing? Highly unconventional unless they are just contractors picked up from the corner of a hardware store. Very suspicious.

They recently did a bunch of work for me at my home. They replaced a water heater, rebuilt my kitchen sink as well as a couple minor jobs. I've dealt with quite a few contractors since moving here and most were terrible. Did a half ass job, left a mess, argumentative. Andy and his team were the epitome of professional, friendly, clean and they did really good work. A huge relief for me. I would highly recommend them!

Updating my review after receiving a follow-up letter from a Wayne Decker from PlumbSmart.  

Wayne read about our experience with the company and wrote to express his apologies along with a $260 check to make up for the extra expenses I described in my previous review.  He also enclosed a $25 gift card to Outback Steakhouse.  

I was pleasantly shocked and surprised by the act of kindness on the part of the company.  I am impressed that our poor experience was not only noticed, but also that the company made an effort to reach out to us and try to improve our experience.  

My feelings about using this company again have certainly changed. I would be willing to use this company again now that I can see that the company is a bit more honest and fair than I previously experienced. :-)

My girlfriend and I used VETSBuilt to renovate our house after refinancing our house. We were so excited for the house to have a makeover and truly be turned into a home for our family. My girlfriend is a retired combat medic for the army so we were even more excited to use a veteran run company. I would like to warn those of you looking to use this company against it. Our house is beautiful, don't get me wrong, but there were so many mistakes, short cuts, and then there is the fact that there is no warranty on the work.                              -Before beginning the renovation I has asked Bob if I should patch the holes in the house and remove all of the nails/tacks/staples/etc. He had told me not to worry and that the painters would take care of it. The painters failed to remove those items and I know have the pleasure of continuing to remove them and repaint where they were. The holes were patched in a rushed manner. When the sun hits the patches just right, you can see where the left over spackle was smeared over the walls and the hole. Then there is the clean up for the painters. They left paint over numerous light fixtures, baseboards, the new floor, and the ceiling.                     -We originally wanted to get cabinets from Home Depot and had picked out the design and received a quote. Bob told us that his cabinet guy was the best. This was not true. The cabinet guy, his name is Jaime, was far from the best. After having sat down with both Bob and Jaime to design the cabinets, as Bob told us the ones we wanted from Home Depot were no good, the cabinets were designed ENTIRELY wrong. The design was similar to the old cabinetry that we were tossing. We informed Bob, who had told us he remembered the design we chose and agreed the ones built were not what we were paying for. The cabinets were never replaced and we received $500 off for something we didn't want. There were further issues with the cabinets when Bob failed to communicate with his guy that we were no longer able to afford a new vanity for our master bathroom. We had told him we didn't want the vanity but Bob had arranged a deal with Jaime that we could keep this vanity for free...another way to make up for the entire kitchen being done wrong. The vanity was also designed wrong, the drawers require so much force to be opened that most of the time you end up whacking yourself in the leg or crotch. I told Bob this too, and despite him also having difficulties opening the drawers and him watching me attempt to open the drawer and having it hit me in the crotch, he said it would be okay over time. To this very day, I still hit myself. The hinges used by the cabinet guy were put on in a rushed manner, Bob claimed that clients make his guy nervous (we were never in the house when he was here) and one of the cabinet doors is beginning to fall off the hinge. Bob did make an attempt to have Jaime fix the spice rack and the missing stain on the island cabinetry. However, when Jaime arrived he had stated Bob never told him about needing to bring stain to finish the island, I texted Bob right there on the spot and he told me that Jaime doesn't understand English very well so he must not have known what he was talking about.                                 -The floor we had put in began to pop up after Bob's crew left. Bob had the floor installed by someone now well versed in the type of floor we were putting in, the subfloor was uneven and despite putting down the moisture barrier pad, it didn't help - there are spots that sag and where the boards pop. The company we wanted to use would have leveled the sub floor and saved us the hassle of continuously bouncing as we walk through the house. Bob did the measurements for the house to determine how much of the flooring we needed to purchase. He measured wrong every time. I believe we had to make 2 extra trips to the store to get more flooring...which wasn't in the budget. This just seems like a rookie mistake for a contractor. And it was costly.                                                        -We had the master bathroom renovated. The crew Bob used for this portion was very nice. Other than cleaning their equipment down the shower drain and toilet, their tile work looks and is amazing. No flaws! The shower that Bob had done for us is beautiful, but leaks. The joints where the glass meet have not been sealed properly and water spills out onto the floor in a large puddle.                                                                 Like I said, we had huge hopes for our experience and partnership with this company. And it fell short. All of the issues listed above were addressed with Bob directly. Unfortunately, while he talks to you about wanting things to be perfect, and how he understands wanting things done right because you're paying for it - its a lie. Great service and reasonable prices (not cheap-o though) ... they were timely and with superb attention to customer satisfaction.  Ben was on time, knew what he was doing and stayed till the job was done (and it was a big and complicated one).  Strongly recommend!

I am very impressed with Lawson Family Plumbing.  We discovered a leak in our dining room ceiling and wall, below our master bathroom.  Kenneth came right out and found the problem and fixed it quickly.  He was polite, professional, and showed up on time.  The leak was not easy to locate due to the location within the wall and ceiling, below and behind our upstairs bathroom sink.  Kenneth even went up into the second floor attic to inspect the vent pipe and ensure the leak was not in the roof.   He spent over an hour finding the problem and did not charge us anything for his time.  He communicated clearly what the problem was, gave us a very fair estimate and fixed the leak on the spot.  It appeared to a challenging repair due to the limited work space and multiple structural obstacles he had to work around.  Despite that, Kenneth solved the problem quickly and efficiently.  I would recommend Lawson to anyone needing plumbing work.

The price was changed in the middle of the job. $112 for pulling the toilet. You should have pulled it from the beginning.  The technician kept trying to explain that it was cast-iron pipe and if there was a problem. No camera has been ran down there to verify any issues with the cast-iron pipe. So having said that, I won't be calling themmmm

I had never used this company before but I read their reviews and they were awesome. I had a lot of electrical work to be done. Sheryl, the Customer Service Representative, was very kind, caring, friendly, and helpful in answering my many questions before the job was started. I am a 71 year old U. S. Army veteran who has been in Customer Service for over 30 years. I know great Customer Service and this company gets a 5 + review. They sent Mikey and Walter to do the work. What an awesome team they made! They were very kind, polite, friendly, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. From the time they came to my home until the job was completed they never stopped working. They took down three floodlights from 20 years ago and installed three new floodlights, front and back porch coach lights, and four ceiling light fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms. They did an exceptional professional job. Also they cleaned up every bit of debris, and it looked like no work had been done. I would recommend this company 100% with no reservations.
