Best Faucet Repair in Glendale AZ

I had two conversations with this company. After the first conversation I sent pictures of the plumbing connection and the water softener I wanted installed. I asked a very simple question. Based on all the water softeners you have installed, what is the range of installation cost of past installations. The woman I spoke with bragged about their five star reviews which is great, but before I pay $39 for a visit to estimate the job price, I think a range of of costs based on certain factors should be very easy to discuss.  Several other companies I requested a quote from have done so. I don't need to waste time with an argumentative sales person. Like any consumer, I would like information to make an educated decision.  Is that too much to ask for?  I'll be looking elsewhere and based on my experience, my I suggest you do the same. By the way, read my other reviews. I try to give honest, positive reviews unless the company warrants less.

Great company and great service. I got four quotes to replace my heart pump AC and they were the lowest by over a thousand dollars from the highest. I got a trane and it is amazing. Highly recommended company.

I had to have a new water heater installed. Andy ' s plumbing came out. I was amazed. Professional,  courteous,  quick, and most of all patient with my hundreds of questions.  Father and son both were the best. Now I need a new toilet, they're my guys! I like how it's family owned and operated.  Generations of expertise handed down. Doesn't get any better than this.

These guys are awesome!  Although it is not usually a fun situation when I have to call them, they always make things as painless as possible.  They are quick to answer the phone or to return messages, will usually be there the same or next day, and are as friendly as can be.  Honest, fair, knowledgeable, and dependable.  I never feel pressured to have anything done that I may not need yet at the same time they are full of helpful advice.  

Just a few of the things they have helped me with . . . Indoor floods, outdoor floods, bathroom leaks, leaks behind the wall, kitchen sink & toilet repair, and even FROZEN WATER PIPES (Does that really happen in AZ? you may ask yourself . . . and the answer is YES . . . it happens to me!)

When temperatures dropped below freezing one night, they were at my house within an hour after my phone call and had my water running again before I even knew they had arrived.  It was an easy fix for the professionals and the most amazing part, when I went to get my credit card, they replied Courtesy call, no charge, have a nice day!

Once I called about a flood in my backyard.  I was at work and couldn't get there until 4pm.  They already had the problem fixed by the time I arrived home from work! I can't say enough good things!  Call them for all of your plumbing needs!

I'm seeing some great reviews, but I will not let Brandon back into my home ever again. He was arrogant, condescending and incredibly rude. I called to have a wax ring replaced. Next thing I know, the wax ring isn't replaced and he has $650 worth of work to add to my problem. Plus what he already added.

Called another plumber. The flange was fine wasn't in need of replacing. Had the work done correctly and politely at 1/3 the price quoted by Brenden. Never told the owner his original price was too high. New plumber did more work and a much better job.

Plumbers of Maricopa is awesome! The best plumbing service I've used in a long time. I was panicking because out of a sudden all the toilets, sinks and bathtubs were clogged in my house. I called a few places and this is the only place that could come in less than 24hrs and solved my issue within minutes. Dug in the yard to remove the blockage that was clogging my pipes and ny problem was solved.  They even came a couple hrs earlier because they understand how inconvenient it is to not be able to use the bathroom in your home.  Fast, reliable, knowledgeable and professional. Jason from the company called me and we spoke extensively about this and he apologized for Darryl's behavior. His phone call meant a lot to me for him to take the time with me to address this. I will definitely give Lawson Family Plumbing another try if we have anymore plumbing needs. Thank You Jason, your phone call to me went a long way.

We had a problem with our Water Heater shutting off and having to re-light the pilot light since the igniter was not working. Called our Home Warranty and they had Lawson Family Plumbing come out and Darryl was the technician. You can tell from the beginning he had a twinge of an attitude. He never introduced himself to us at all and proceeded to look at our water heater. He never touched the water heater at all, he never said anything to us about what might be the problem, he just told us he would be right back and was at his truck for about a half hour. He comes back and proceeds to tell us that our claim was denied with our Home warranty because we tampered with our water heater. Well we had to remove a cover in order to light the pilot light since the igniter was not working in order to get hot water and I guess that's what he considered tampered with because we did not put the cover back since we did not want to have to constantly take off that cover to light it.  I called our Home Warranty immediately and they proceed to tell me that did not deny it, the technician just said he could not find nothing wrong with the water heater and that we just needed to clean the dust around the water heater and it should be good to go. Well needless to say I was a little confused on why Darryl had a different reason to us then what he actually told the Home Warranty place. He never said anything about the dust. He could of went about this differently and explain things so much better then he did. Needless to say after he left the water heater did not work and we could not even light the pilot light. We then called the Home Warranty and had another plumbing company come out the next day, mind you without any hot water that night because Darryl could not find anything wrong. 4 Fathers Plumbing comes out and they find that our Thermocoupler needed replacing. They replaced it and our water heater was working once again. I am sorry but the way Darryl conducted himself was not professional at all and we would never use this company. I don't know if he had a bad day but I am sorry that is no excuse

Rocco was super helpful in getting my hot water heater replaced. After my home warranty denied my claim, i called Rocco and he was very helpful in figuring out what I needed to buy since I elected to purchase the water heater, pan, and expansion tank at Home Depot with my own discounts. After letting him know I'd like to have him install my water heater on a Monday afternoon, he was able to schedule me in for Wednesday morning. His charge for installing the drip pan with a line outside, the water heater, and expansion tank was very reasonable and I likely saved over $500 vs having one of the other companies who quoted me for the same job. Highly recommend!

I had a small leaky pipe in attic and had another company come out for quote (name starts with H ends with A) and they wouldn't just fix the problem without installing all new pipes for over $1400!! Total ripoff. I called Sound Plumbing and Dylan came out a few hours later and finished the job on the same day!! He was nice and informed me of his plan: which was NOT to repipe the attic, but to FIX THE PROBLEM. It was reasonably priced and I was very happy that I made that 2nd call for another opinion.

I called Plum Smart because advertising said AC Guys charge to much. I had a clogged coil that costed me $350 Mat cleaned my coil and did it promptly. My issue is Mat misdiagnosed further problems that my compressor was not starting. He offered to try a start kit that was sold online for $44 for $300 is see if that would work. I asked Mat and he confirmed there was power to the compressor. However there was a issue with my thermostat not functioning because I played with it and the compressor turned on. Mat was not correct there was power to the compressor. If I had allowed scenario to play out, I would have looked at a $3000 compressor replacement or complete unit replacement. I told him I would wait for a while to see if the compressor would click on and paid him for the cleaning only. Thought it was pricey but I get it this time of year you pay. AC guys are swamped. Supply and demand. Gave two stars because of prompt service. Otherwise would have been one.

I requested for a quote and Frank got back to me within 15min. Provided a quote and paid for what he quoted me for. Honest and fast service! Thank you!

When I called to make the appointment I asked if they were local and they snapped that just because I was close by I wasn't going to get a discount. If I wanted a discount I would have asked. 3 hours late. Found an issue during the job and wouldn't fix it during that visit probably because they showed up so late and it was closing time. Tried to contact the boss and he never got back to me.

Our water heater was leaking last Friday and I had called the plumbing and AC medic. They gave me a window of 12-4 for someone to come out which was fine since I was stuck at home all day anyways. But to my surprise, I got another call shortly after the first saying that someone would be over at around 10am. Mike and Michael with the  glasses (sorry I forgot the last name!) came and were super friendly and knowledge. They explained throughly what the issue was and gave us multiple options to fix the problem. We picked an option and they went straight to work! They were a great team. We were very pleased with the outcome! Thanks Mike and Michael!! Keep up the great work!! I hope we never have any more pluming issues but if we do....we know who to call!

Greg had great communication the entire time of the process. To even include a week of waiting for the parts he kept in contact the whole time. He even called me to let me know he could come a little bit early. He completed all the repairs and was very helpful. If these are the types of employees Big G has then I give the company as a whole 5 stars. If you had a bad experience ask for Greg next time. We will continue to use them in the future. Thank you!

No show for 2 days in a row. We waited around, and even changed our schedule to accommodate  the appointment. Dispatch would make it sound hopefully they we going to show up. Use a different company if you actual want someone to show up.

This was the most unprofessional experience ever by far. The dispatchers set expectations that the technicians cannot meet. My technician was not only late but tried to only do a quote when they were scheduled for an actual job. He was not knowledgeable and gave me an unlabeled custom quote of almost $5000 for a job that cost less then half of that to do. He did not provide an itemized list for the job which made it feel like the company is full of scam artists. I waited hours for this man to show up in the heat for a job that was pushed and pushed. I do not recommend this company to anyone who is afraid of being taken advantage of.
