My AC quit and I called another repair shop... who said I'd need an entire new unit (to the tune of $8,700.) I called AHWA for a second opinion, and they sent out Darren who had it up and running again within an hour.  It's great to find a company more interested in fixing things than selling you something.  Professional,  fast, and reasonably priced,  these guys are my Go To when I need AC help from here on out!

They recently did a bunch of work for me at my home. They replaced a water heater, rebuilt my kitchen sink as well as a couple minor jobs. I've dealt with quite a few contractors since moving here and most were terrible. Did a half ass job, left a mess, argumentative. Andy and his team were the epitome of professional, friendly, clean and they did really good work. A huge relief for me. I would highly recommend them!

One of the best experiences I have had in a very long time. Needed faucets moved in my fathers bathroom as well as a shower pan installed as we are converting his bath to a shower. Al called me and came out right away to do a bid. Scheduled the work for a Tuesday found time to come out early. Both techs were very polite and professional. The next day Al called me personally to ask if we were satisfied with the work.  You can tell that Al cares very much for his clients and knows how valueable my time is. Highly impressed and highly recommend.

Edit/Update: Much to my surprise we received a response to our review. The technician called and the company offered to put us up in a hotel. When we declined because of our dogs the tech took it upon himself to come back out at 9pm and resolved the issue. They were very apologetic and we're grateful to have it remedied and not have to spend the night in a hot house.

The entire experience from the very start was awful. There was a run around even trying to schedule an appointment for a simple AC servicing on a perfectly operating unit. They could not give a scheduled date/time and just kept calling back repeatedly saying they would let us know when a technician was available. Once the technician finally showed up it was 30 mins of banging up on the roof. He made a comment about how if it doesn't cool it may need more refrigerant. Firstly, why wouldn't it cool if it was cooling just fine an hour ago? Secondly, why didn't you check to see if it was low during your service? Nonetheless he left and sure enough our perfectly functioning AC unit is no longer blowing cold air after a routine maintenance. It took multiple phone calls and waiting on hold to get through to their 24 hour answering service. The answering service was zero help and could only say someone would contact us tomorrow. So now we are without cooling in 100°+ temperatures due to the all around incompetence of Plumbing and AC Medic.

My technician Bill arrived early, did the work promptly, professionally and timely and couldn't be happier about the results...some drywall had to be cut to replace water valves in the laundry room, but I was planning on remodeling  anyway and dryer hides it anyway...thx

Wonderful customer service.   On time and did an excellent job with repair and installation.  Definitely will use when we do our bathroom remodel.

My parents are getting a lost ready to build a home on and I reached out to Millwell excavation and they were able to help tremendously! Once getting started they ran into Caliche & that made the job twice as hard but nonetheless they worked two long days to insure they still got this done for my parents! They gave such a reasonable price on top of the services they provided for my parents. I will continue to use millwell and recommend them!

I had the pleasure of working with Sav-On plumbing and, in particular, Jesse. In a nutshell, I could not be happier with the end result.

I actually had a laundry list of items and the appointment with Jesse was for the early afternoon. When Jesse finished up his previous job ahead of schedule, he called first and asked if it was okay to show up a few hours early and get started. I sincerely appreciate the respect for my time, because it is typically a pet peeve of mine when people show up unexpectedly early, so bonus points for that!

As to the work itself, I needed to have two heavy (100+ lbs.), one-piece, high-end toilets installed, a new kitchen faucet, new angle stops/valves and supply lines throughout. Jesse jumped right into it with the toilets and was able to get the old, builder-grade units out and the new toilets in very short order. His installation was meticulous and it was quite obvious that he took a great deal of pride in his work. Once the toilets were out of the way, Jesse also did a masterful job of removing the old kitchen faucet, thoroughly cleaning up the porcelain mounting surface and installing the new faucet and hot/cold supply valves.

While Jesse worked quickly, it was clear to me from the outset that his efficiency was a byproduct of his extensive experience and that there was absolutely no compromise in the quality of his work. I also very much enjoyed my conversation with Jesse during the install and greatly appreciated his insights for future plumbing projects that I picked his brain about.

When it was all said and done, I felt the price paid for the work was very reasonable, certainly with the level of care and attention to detail that Jesse had put into it. Having dealt with a number of plumbers over the last decade, I can honestly say this was the best interaction I have ever had and that I would not hesitate in the slightest to call Sav-On and Jesse again for future needs.  No nonsense, no up-selling and no bullshit, just a highly skilled plumber with pride in both his work and his employer, who showed up and got the job done right. I could not in good conscience leave anything less than five stars. Thank you Jesse!

Plumbers of Maricopa is awesome! The best plumbing service I've used in a long time. I was panicking because out of a sudden all the toilets, sinks and bathtubs were clogged in my house. I called a few places and this is the only place that could come in less than 24hrs and solved my issue within minutes. Dug in the yard to remove the blockage that was clogging my pipes and ny problem was solved.  They even came a couple hrs earlier because they understand how inconvenient it is to not be able to use the bathroom in your home.  Fast, reliable, knowledgeable and professional. Love these guys! We just chose them randomly when we had our first problem in our house. Haven't ever needed to go anywhere else.

They're friendly, helpful and they're great about seeing you quickly. Their prices are reasonable, and they work quickly. The guy who usually comes out here (our house has a lot of problems), tends to offer cost-saving alternatives when he can.

Today was a contract AC check.  Leslie Citrone and Ricardo were here for a detailed and thorough check for my AC unit.  They both were very informative on their findings explaining terms that I did not understand.  My house is being inspected tomorrow for the sale and this scheduled visit was so timely. My experience with Plumbsmart makes is very hard to even provide a 1 rating. Plumbsmart completed some plumbing work at my house, and then left me with a terribly loud water hammer issue - i.e. the water pipes in my garage bang loudly, and this can lead to more serious issues. This noise issue occurred as a result of the work they completed. Never in all the years of living in my house have we ever had this terrible condition previously, I never even heard of this type of issue. They did return to the house a few times the past couple of months to try to resolve the issue, but they were not capable of solving the problem they created.  Over the past few weeks, I have left 2 messages for the owner Wayne, 2 messages for a Supervisor Robert, and several messages and emails for a manager Shawn.  I have not heard from any of them - they DO NOT return phone calls.  Apparently they have given up and do not have the skill to solve the serious problem their work created. I could never recommend Plumbsmart to anyone.

Horrible service!! We had family friends over to help us deal with our water heater leaking and we were ALL counting on Roto Rooter to come help. They drove here only to help us out, and it is a 35 min drive for them to come to our place!
Called at 10 AM to get a quote. The lady, Samantha, who answered the phone asked for a good phone number to call and I gave her my number. She screwed up my phone number and then told me a technician would text me and be here between 2-6. Perfect, we can wait.
It's around 3 or 4, and I never received a text or a phone call. I call again, and the person who picked up found out that my phone number was put in incorrectly which is why I never got a text. I understand mistakes happen, so I say it's okay. He tells me that because they are very backed up, I should expect a technician between 4-8 and I will receive a text from them. I say okay, we can wait.
I get a call at around 6, but there is no voicemail and it was a different number than what I had been calling. Plus, I was expecting a text, not a phone call! If I should be expecting a phone call, please tell me so I can answer strange numbers!
I call at around 7, asking if I can expect a technician within the next hour. The person who picked up told me that somebody tried to reach me at around 6, and that they should've left a voice mail. Well that's funny, cause they didn't leave one! The person then tells me to wait for somebody, and I ask if I should call the phone number who had called me and he tells me I don't have to.
Despite this phone call, I call the number that had called me earlier. The guy who answered the phone talked to the technician and told me that I should expect a call within the hour since the technician is finishing up on somebody and we are next. He told me that I can definitely expect somebody to come tonight. It's around 7:15 PM now. Our family friends are still here, waiting for a technician to come.
Well, it is currently 9:20, with no phone call or any updates about anything. Our family friends wasted 10 hours at our house, waiting for this company to help us. They ended up leaving at around 9, driving 35 min back home empty-handed.
This company is a complete waste of time and has HORRIBLE communication skills. I've been tossed around and every single person I've spoken to has told me a different thing. Nobody in this company knows what's even going on. I wasted my only day off from work waiting for somebody to come help us out and being led on with empty promises. And not to mention, I was supposed to use this day to go take care of a loved one but instead I cancelled it because I thought I would be able to get my water heater dealt with! This is absolutely atrocious and extremely disappointing. Shame on this company.

I had a kitchen leak and Big G came out to do a home warranty repair. They were so great, super nice, fast, clean and helpful, I hired them to do a faucet upgrade in both bathrooms. The install was so quick, they did a great job, showed up on time and were very professional. I'm very happy with their work, I would highly recommend.

Trust this crook he gave me money that stool from other people 10 out of 10 would use again.
