I contacted Jason about my water heater leaking late Wednesday afternoon.  He was patient and concise while walking me through how to turn it off. He originally estimated he would be able to fix it by Monday at the latest but would be willing to squeeze the repair in if his schedule allowed.
I was pleasantly surprised when I received a text the following morning to let me know he could be on his way if I was available.

Jason quickly replaced my water heater with a brand new one.  He was professional and tidy. He was knowledgeable about warranty coverages, the equipment, and proper maintenance of the equipment. He answered my many questions in detail and left me with a peace of mind that should anything happen in the future, he is only a call away.  I highly recommended.

We had a leak in our front yard and I called Jason because their company was recommended by a neighbor. I was so happy with the fast response, honestly, integrity and prompt service! Highly, highly recommend! Even more so because the big box company sent by the home warranty gave me a bit 15 times higher!

I had an issue with my tankless water heater. I spoke to Jason who was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and guide me through a very simple fix (a wire had gotten out of place). Sanderson Plumbing will definitely be getting my business from now on.

My wife decided to call Plumbair because of their 5 star rating.Sure enough I was correct about my instinct.Over inflated prices of over 1000% , barely did nothing. Then came Sanderson plumbing to save the day. Jason understood the situation and remedied the problem. My first time to see a plumber Work so diligently like Jason and his son. Like there are 7 wonders of the world, could it be that Sanderson plumbing is one of the wonders of the world.

We have used Sanderson Plumbing for a couple of projects. I appreciate they text their ETA, are friendly, efficient, tidy and are excellent plumbers. We are fairly new to Vegas and are delighted that we found them!!

Unsure what was causing noise when we turned on the water in the kitchen or bathrooms, we contacted Jason at Sanderson Plumbing.  After describing the issue over the phone and providing him with photos of the household water pressure regulator, he was able to provide us with an easy to follow, step-by-step solution.  Following his instructions, we made his prescribed adjustment to the regulator and the noise went away.  We appreciate Jason for his assistance with this cost-saving step.  He was very professional and eager to help us resolve the issue.  Not all plumbing problems can be resolved in this fashion over the phone, but we will most definitely contact him if ever we experience another plumbing matter in the future.

I have been working with Sanderson Plumbing for over a year. I have been impressed with the professionalism and the quality of work that has been provided.
I recently had a new hot water tank and recirculation pump replaced in our home and again very impressed with the quality of the work and the quality of the new products. I couldn't be happier with the end result.

Water heater disaster. Sanderson Plumbing was recommended to me.  They returned my call quickly (even though it was late in the day), patiently walked me through the steps of draining the water heater, etc. and promised to replace the water heater first thing in the morning.  Jason was on time, professional and extremely efficient. 'Definitely will recommend!

Fixed our broken water heater & toilet in less than 2 hrs.. 10/10 service and super efficient. You can tell they work hard at what they do. Jason was my guy he was more than awesome!

I called a few other companies and each of them wanted to charge me for something I did not need.  Sanderson came out, told me what I needed which was 80% less than what I had diagnosed.  An all-day job was fixed in 30 minutes.
They could have easily charged me for what I had diagnosed and expected. But they were HONEST!!

Jason and his son are very respectful and know their business. They knew what to do make my modern kitchen faucet work for my counter issue.
Also made time to change out my garbage disposal on my day off.

Communication was excellent. Showed up in given time frame. Installation of my NuvoH20 was clean & aesthetic.  It felt like home town service.

First and foremost I wanted to say how professional they are. We decided to use them for my parents house and their house was built in the 60s possibly 50s with extremely old plumbing system. Jason came over to fix a leak and turns out there was another major leak. He was nice enough to give my parents options to help them save money. My parents are on a fixed income so they can't afford a lot. Needless to say.. Jason fixed everything at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Sanderson Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. They're quick, efficient and very affordable. You know they're honest and they're not there to gouge you with all the bs and hidden fees. Thank you guys!

This guy is outstanding, I feel very lucky to have found him. I had another plumber do some work on my water heater and he made a mess he could not fix. Sanderson came in and fixed it in 30 minutes for a very reasonable fee. I won't call anyone else for future plumbing needs.

Jason (I believe he's the owner) came to my house. I had talked to him over the phone and explained to him that I believed I needed a new water heater because my current one was leaking. When he arrived he didn't even bother to check my water heater he immediately starting unloading the new one off his van. I asked him if he was going to take a look at it so he can at least tell me what went wrong with it. When talking to him, I felt like he was in a hurry and didn't really give me that customer satisfaction. I asked him where his company gets their new water heaters from and his response was From our warehouse. I looked up his business after he left and he doesn't have a warehouse. His business is registered to his private home address. He did install my new water heater but I felt like he did everything fast and rushed. He's also messy, he was going to install my new water heater in the same spot where the old one was where there was a small water puddle and debris without cleaning it! I had to stop him and tell him to wait until I cleaned it. HE ALSO INSTALLS WATER HEATERS WITHOUT PULLING A NORTH LAS VEGAS PERMIT (As you should in North Las Vegas). He should at least tell you and let you make that decision if you want a permit or not. Seems like he doesn't everything quick and takes the easy way. He installs it without disclosing that to you. The minute he seemed rushed I should of fired him but I wanted to give him the benefit of doubt. His customer service sucks and I will definitely not be using him again.

Jonathan did a great job in installing our new LifeSource whole house water system. It was professionally done and quality of work was impressive. Area was clean after install and provided important information about the water system. Highly recommend Sanderson Plumbing!!!

Not the best job! I was watching what he was doing and he didn't like that very much. Now that he has gone, I know why. Shoddy job. I had to question a few things he was doing and he did fix them, however, after doing another bathroom, my new plumber explained everything to me and now I know that Sanderson did the bare minimum. Quite frankly, it leaves me worried. Also, not cheap. He knew I needed a plumber quickly and he gouged me - horribly. I suspect a lot of family and friends on the other reviews - he just wasn't good!

Just drove into Las Vegas last night to take care of my sick Dad only to discover that the water heater not functioning.  Jason walked me through getting the pilot lit on the phone.  This unit will definitely need replacing, but I WAS able to get the pilot lit and we were back in business with hot water!   We will definitely be using Sanderson to repair pr replace this existing hot water heater as soon as we get my Dad's medical needs settled.  Thank you Jason, you're a lifesaver literally!

Sanderson Plumbing is the company that Lifesource water utilizes to install their filters in the Las Vegas Valley.  For being a respected and well known company,  such as Lifesource, I assumed they would use one of the large plumbing services. I was happy to find out that Sanderson was a locally owned small business.  I was contacted immediately by Jason, the owner, to set up my install.  He arrived five minutes early on the day and time I had requested.  After answering and going over a few questions I had about placement and installation, Jason quickly went to work.  I generally like to observe any labor that is done on/in my house mostly for my own curiosity and knowledge but also to check that quality and care are performed in the work done.  Jason definitely provided assurance with his skills and overall customer service.  He understands the value of treating people right and that being a smaller company, word of  mouth will go far in making him successful.  I was sure to get Jason's business card as I would not hesitate to call or refer friends and family to Sanderson Plumbing.

We purchased a Lifesource water system and Sanderson Plumbing was the plumber that did the install.  Jason did a great job.  Called ahead, arrived even a little early, fast, efficient, and cleaned up after he finished.  He explained the system after install completed and was really professional.  We couldn't have had anyone do a better job.  We will certainly use him for our other plumbing needs.

I recently bought a house and had my fireplace converted to a see through model. I called a few gas certified plumbers for a quote and Sanderson Plumbing was one of them. Originally Jason wasn't able to come out for an estimate until late the next day. He called later that afternoon. He had finished a job earlier than expected and was able to come out for an estimate. He was very reasonable and was able to do the work right then and there. I also had him quote me on a couple of other things that I will have done at a later date. While he was looking under my kitchen sink, he discovered a tube from an old water filtration system that hadn't been capped off. Sewer fumes were leaking into my cabinet. I just thought it was an old smell from garbage or something. He capped it off and didn't even charge me. No more smelly cabinet. He is friendly, professional and efficient and his pricing is very fair. He is my go to guy for plumbing and I have given his name to all my friends and family. After having a bad experience with another valley plumber, I am very happy to have found Jason and Sanderson Plumbing.
